Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulawesi Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Wilayah Sulawesi Selatan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang berjumlah 100 orang. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Korelasi terbesar terjadi antara kompensasi sebesar 0,853 terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan korelasi kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,510. Secara parsial, kepemimpinan memiliki nilai t sebesar 3,876, dan kompensasi memiliki nilai t sebesar 10,339, kedua nilai t lebih besar dari t-tabel, ini berarti bahwa kepemimpinan dan kompensasi secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang efektif menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif, memotivasi tim, dan meningkatkan produktivitas. Sementara itu, kompensasi yang adil dan kompetitif merupakan faktor utama dalam menarik dan mempertahankan bakat, berkontribusi pada kepuasan kerja tertinggi. Keduanya saling terkait dan penting bagi keberhasilan organisasi, terutama dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan

This research aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Coaching and Communication variables on Employee Engagement through Loyalty at PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk., Regional Office X Sulawesi and Maluku. The analytical tool used in this research is data analysis using SEM-PLS. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk., Regional Office X Sulawesi and Maluku with 2,140 employees. Using purposive sampling technique, so the sample used is all permanent employees of PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk., Regional X Office with a certain level, namely 119 employees. Research results show that : (1) Coaching has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty at PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk., Regional X Office, (2) Communication has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty at PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk., Regional X Office, (3) Coaching has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement at PT. Bank X (Persero) Tbk., Region X Office, (4) Communication has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement at PT. Akuntabilitas dan Trasparansi Pengelolaan Keuangan Partai Politik (Studi Kasus DPC Partai Demokrat Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah)
This study aims to understand how political party administrators understand political party financial reporting. In addition, it continues with a discussion on understanding the principles of transparency and accountability in political party financial reporting. The object of research in this study is the branch representative council (DPC) of the Democratic Party of Central Sulawesi Province. This qualitative study uses a phenomenological approach, data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and direct observation. The results of the study show that: The understanding of political party administrators in the Democratic DPC of Central Sulawesi Province regarding financial reporting obligations according to Law Number 2 of 2011 is quite good. The Democratic DPC of Central Sulawesi Province has also presented financial reports according to Article 39 of Law Number 2 of 2011 concerning Political Parties. In terms of transparency and accountability, political parties have presented financial reports that can meet these criteria. However, this study also found that the transparency aspect in political party financial reporting is still not optimal
Pengaruh Kehadiran dan Aktivitas Kelas Terhadap Perolehan Nilai Akhir Semester STIE Tri Dharma Nusantara
The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of attendance and class activities on the final grades of students at STIE Tri Dharma Nusantara in Makassar. Sampling was conducted using the Slovin formula and simple random sampling method. The study used a one-way analysis model. This model is a development of multiple regression using the term endogenous variable (Y) with several exogenous variables (X). The results showed that attendance and class activities on the final grades of the semester had a significant influence, both partially at 0.700 or 70%, and simultaneously at 0.490 or 49% (on the R square or coefficient of determination) and a correlation of 0.411 or 41.1%, the effect is moderately positive
Pengaruh Marketing Mix Dan Social Media Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Frozen Food Di Kota Makassar Menggunakan Pendekatan Technology Acceptance Model Dan Stimulus-Organism-Response
This study aims to analyze the effect of marketing mix and social media on purchasingdecisions for frozen food products in Makassar City. This research uses the TechnologyAcceptance Model (TAM) and Stimulus-Organism-Response ( SOR ) frameworks, to analyzehow the Marketing Mix and Social Media play a role in Purchasing Decisions in the context ofpurchasing frozen food. The research sample involved 206 consumers who had purchasedfrozen food products, where data was collected through a survey using a questionnaireinstrument. The data analysis technique was carried out using the Partial Least Square -Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach through WarpPLS version 8.0 software,to identify the significant influence of each variable on purchasing decisions. The resultsshowed that Marketing Mix and social media had a significant effect in influencing purchasingdecisions. This research shows the importance of using social media by combining themarketing mix to increase trust and brand images, and expand market share. This strategyallows frozen food companies and similar businesses to be more effective in influencingconsumer purchasing decisions in the digital age
Pengaruh Motif Rasional dan Motif Emosional Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Memiliki Dua Rekening Tabungan Pada PT. BNI Syariah (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Utama Makassar
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motif rasional dan motif emosional terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk memiliki dua rekening tabungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menggambarkan keadaan sebenarnya dari objek penelitian guna mengetahui pengaruh motif rasional dan motif emosional terhadap keputusan nasabah untuk memiliki dua rekening tabungan melalui penyampaian pernyataan dalam kuesioner kepada nasabah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motif rasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memiliki dua rekening tabungan. Sementara itu, motif emosional berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam memiliki dua rekening tabungan
Pengaruh Beauty Vlogger Marketing, Brand Awareness Dan Word Of Mouth Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Pink Flash (Studi Kasus Pada Masyarakat Delitua Timur
This study aims to analyze the influence of Beauty Vlogger Marketing, Brand Awareness, and Word of Mouth on the purchase decision of Pink Flash products among the people of East Delitua. Motivated by the low purchase decision, this associative quantitative study uses a descriptive approach with an unknown population. The sample size was determined to be 100 respondents through purposive sampling and the Cochran formula calculation. Primary data was collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that, partially, each independent variable (Beauty Vlogger Marketing, Brand Awareness, and Word of Mouth) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, all three variables also have a positive and significant influence. The magnitude of this influence is 43.8%, while the remainder is influenced by factors outside the model. Thus, it can be concluded that marketing strategies through beauty vloggers, increased brand awareness, and word of mouth are very important in driving consumer purchasing decisions
Pengaruh Pemahaman Perpajakan, Love of Money, dan Diskriminasi Perpajakan terhadap Persepsi Mahasiswa Mengenai Tax Evasion
This study aims to examine the influence of tax understanding, love of money, and tax discrimination on students' perceptions of tax evasion. The population in this study were students in the Applied Accounting Study Program at Makassar State University, while the sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of students who have acquired a basic understanding of taxation, namely Applied Accounting students from the 2021-2023 intake. Data were obtained through documentation methods and analyzed using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that tax understanding, love of money, and tax discrimination simultaneously had a significant effect on students' perceptions of tax evasion. Partially, tax understanding and tax discrimination had a significant effect on tax evasion, while love of money had no significant effect. The coefficient of determination value of 23.6% indicates that the three independent variables are able to explain variations in tax evasion perceptions, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside the model
Pengaruh Earning Per Share Dan Dividend Per Share Terhadap Harga Saham Pada PT. BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk.
This study aims to determine the effect of Earning Per Share and Dividend Per Share on Stock Prices at PT. BFI Finance Indonesia, Tbk. The types of data used in this study are quantitative data and qualitative data. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, correlation coefficient, and F test T test. Regression Calculation Results Y = 1,876 + 1,207X1 – 0,12X2 coefficient of determination R2 = 92,6% correlation coefficient r = 0,962, thus it can be concluded that Earning Per Share and Dividend Per Share have no significant effect on Stock Prices, Partially Earning Per Share has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, and Dividend Per Share has a negative and insignificant effect on Stock Prices at PT. BFI Finance Indonesia, Tbk, thus the H1 and H3 are rejected and H2 is accepted
