No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh modal usaha dan karakteristik wirausaha terhadap keberhasilan dengan lama usaha sebagai variabel moderasi pada UMKM di Kota. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 pelaku UMKM dengan penentuan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Sumber data menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner kepada pelaku UMKM di Kota Gorontalo. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal usaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan UMKM. Karakteristik wirausaha berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan UMKM. Namun lama usaha tidak mempu berperan dalam memoderasi modal usaha dan karakteristik wirausaha terhadap keberhasilan UMKM.

Get PDFThis study entitled "The Effect of Brand Image on Customer Loyalty in Aroma Bakery Cake & Shop Jl Jenderal Abdul Haris No 31 BC Medan Johor". The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an influence of brand image on customer loyalty at Aroma Bakery Cake & Shop Jl Jenderal Abdul Haris No 31 BC Medan Johor. The data used in this study is primary data with the research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population used is 3400 customers/month. At Aroma Bakery Cake & Shop, using the slovin formula with the acquisition of a sample of 97 respondents. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression analysis with the regression equation Y = 8,537 + 748X+ e. The results obtained in this study indicate a t-count value of 11.139 so it can be concluded that Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty at Aroma Bakery Cake & Shop Jl. Jenderal Abdul Haris No. 31 BC Medan Johor, while the coefficient of determination test value is 0.556 which indicates 56.6% of the brand image variables can explain its effect on customer loyalty and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by other factors outside of this research variable

Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penilaian kesehatan Bank SSS selama 2017-2018 dengan metode RGEC terdiri dari Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, dan Capital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) risk profile mendapatkan predikat “sehat” dan ‘kurang sehat” karena melebihi batas yang sudah ditetapkan PBI, (2) Untuk GCG mendapatkan predikat “baik”, (3) earnings mendapatkan predikat “sehat” untuk ROA dan NIM, dan (4) capital mendapatkan predikat “sangat sehat” pada tahun 2017, sedangkan tahun 2018 mendapatkan predikat “sehat”. Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses penyusunan anggaran pemerintah daerah. Penelitian dilakukan pada pemerintah daerah Kota Gorontalo. Pendekatan teori tindakan komunikatif Habermas sebagai bagian dari pendekatan kritis dipilih sebagai metode dalam penelitian ini untuk menangkap realitas dalam penyusunan anggaran pemerintah daerah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tindakan kompromi merupakan bentuk komunikasi kebijakan anggaran yang dilatarbelakangi oleh kepentingan politik. Keputusan kebijakan anggaran didominasi oleh kuasa yang dimiliki oleh para aktor untuk menentukan prioritas anggaran. Praktik komunikasi diwarnai oleh negosiasi dan kompromi sehingga mengabaikan nilai kompetensi komunikasi secara komprehensif (kebenaran, ketepatan, kejujuran). Komunikasi yang terbangun hanya legal formal untuk menghasilkan anggaran yang terlegitimasi. Hasil penelitian memberikan informasi bahwa terbelenggunya keselarasan komunikasi menjadi dasar pertimbangan untuk melakukan perubahan kebijakan dengan memprioritaskan rasionalitas agar diperoleh legitimasi dan kepercayaan dari masyarakat kepada penyelenggara pemerintah
