Get PDFTujuan dari studi kasus ini (Studi Kasus Wajib Retribusi Orang Pribadi yang terdaftar di Istansi Administrasi Retribusi Pratama Makassar Barat ) adalah untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis dampak kemauan wajib retribusi, administrasi retribusi, dan ketaatan terhadap penerimaan retribusi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 116.396 wajib retribusi orang pribadi terdaftar di KPP Pratama Makassar Barat. Rumus Slovin digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel penelitian ini karena untuk menghasilkan hasil penelitian, ukuran sampel harus representatif. Hasil pengujian model pengukuran outer model dan model struktural atau disebut inner model pada data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Teknik pemeriksaan informasi menggunakan fractional least squares (PLS). Konsekuensi dari tinjauan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa sampai batas tertentu kemauan warga, administrasi pungutan dan konsistensi warga memhubungani pendapatan pungutan

Improving educational performance will require information systems and information technology in the future, which not only serves as a supporting tool, but can be a very important tool to support the success of the world of education so that it can compete in the global world. Competency development is something that should be done by all professionals, including teachers. One of the challenges for teachers and developers of educational technology is to make innovative learning fun and not boring for students. Teacher competence in creating interesting and creative material affects teacher success in helping students achieve better learning outcomes. One of the uses of technology in learning is to use the Canva application. Training using the Canva application was carried out at SMPN 1 Majene. The participants who participated in this activity were 31 teachers. The purpose of the series of activities carried out is to provide training to teachers to use the Canva application. This training was also conducted based on observations, interviews, and surveys conducted with the school. The output of the series of activities carried out is that teachers gain new insights or refreshes about the Canva application so that they can use the Canva application to create interesting and creative learning materials.Perkembangan teknologi dan informasi menuntut dunia pendidikan selalu menyesuaikan diri untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Peningkatan kinerja pendidikan akan membutuhkan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi di masa depan, yang tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai alat pendukung, tetapi dapat menjadi alat yang sangat penting untuk mendukung keberhasilan dunia pendidikan sehingga dapat bersaing di dunia global. Pengembangan kompetensi merupakan hal yang seharusnya dilakukan oleh semua profesional, termasuk guru. Salah satu tantangan bagi guru dan pengembang teknologi pendidikan adalah membuat pembelajaran inovatif yang menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan bagi siswa. Kompetensi guru dalam membuat materi yang menarik dan kreatif berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan guru dalam membantu siswa mencapai hasil belajar yang lebih baik. Salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran adalah dengan menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Pelatihan menggunakan aplikasi Canva di laksanakan di SMPN 1 Majene. Peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini adalah 31 orang guru. Tujuan dari rangkaian kegiatan yang dilaksanakan ialah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada guru untuk menggunakan aplikasi Canva. Pelatihan ini juga dilakukan berdasarkan observasi, wawancara, dan survei yang dilakukan dengan pihak sekolah. Luaran dari rangkaian kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah guru memperoleh wawasan baru atau penyegaran kembali tentang aplikasi Canva sehingga dapat menggunakan aplikasi Canva untuk membuat materi pembelajaran yang menarik dan kreatif

Get PDFUMKM dalam perekonomian nasional memiliki peran yang sangat besar. Potensi UMKM di Indonesia dapat menjadi faktor utama penggerak ekonomi bisnis. Salah satu yang harus dilihat yaitu pembangunannasional di Indonesia pada bidang perekonomian usaha mikro, kecil menengah (UMKM) telah memberikankontribusi dalam perkembangan perekonomian secara nasional maupun lokal, salah satunya adalah melaluipajak. UMKM merupakan penopang pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan pengetahuan Human Capital, Structural Capital,Costumer Capital dan Inklusi Keuangan untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam mengakses dan menggunakan produk dan layanan jasa keuangan secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuanuntuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Human capital, Structural Capital, Costumer Capital, dan inklusi Keuangan terhadap kinerja UMKM Bidang Kuliner berlabel Halal di Kota Makassar.
Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 150 responden pada pelaku UMKM bidang Kuliner berlabel Halal di Kota Makassar dengan penarikan sampel menggunakan rumus Hair. Dengan pengolahan data menggunakan SmartPLS (Parcial Least Square) versi 4.Aplikasi ini juga digunakan untuk menguji atau mengetahui bagaimana hubungan variabel Human capital, Structural Capital, Costumer Capital, dan inklusi terhadap kinerja UMKM Bidang Kuliner berlabel Halal di Kota Makassar. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Human capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, Structural Capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, Costumer Capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM, dan Inklusi Keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM Bidang Kuliner berlabel Halal di Kota Makassar.

The data uses quantitative data sourced from primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The population used in this study are two-wheeled motorized vehicle taxpayers who are registered on the SAMSAT drive thru. Through the incidental sampling method, 115 taxpayers were sampled in this study. The results of this study indicate that tax sanctions and the drive thru samsat system have a positive and significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance

Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode perhitungan statistik untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung data-data dari pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Esta Dana Ventura Cabang Kabupaten Gowa. Hasil penelitian pada uji F menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kineja karyawan pada PT. ANALISIS SISTEM PENAWARAN DAN PERMINTAAN BERAS DI INDONESIA : IMPLEMENTASI FORMULASI MODEL DYNAMIK
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the system of supply and demand for rice and policies that must be implemented in rice in Indonesia. This study uses a dynamic model formulation to understand and know behavior, estimate the effect of short and long term rice policies and price policies on rice supply and demand in Indonesia. The research results show that a 1% increase in supply in the short term will result in a 0.66% decrease in price, or a 10% increase in rice supply (production) will reduce rice prices by 6.7%.. Conversely, a 1% increase in the price of rice will increase the supply by 0.12%, or a 10% increase in the price of rice will increase the supply (paddy/rice production) of rice by 13%. This shows that in the short run rice is a staple commodity that is not elastic to price changes. Meanwhile, the effect of an increase in fertilizer prices by 10% will reduce the supply of rice by 0.3%.

Get PDFCustomer satisfaction is the level of a person's emotional state that is the result of a comparison between the performance appraisal/final product in relation to customer expectations and they can convey what and how their needs are. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect partially or simultaneously between relationships, emphaty, values and trust on customer satisfaction.
Data collection using primary data obtained from customers at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch where sampling uses the slovin formula where after doing calculations using the slovin formula sets a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, as well as classical assumptions in the form of Normality, Multicolonerity Assumption, and Heteroscedasticity. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS 23 program (Statistical Program For Social Science).
The results showed that both partially and simultaneously relationships, emphaty, values and beliefs had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction so that all hypotheses proposed were accepte
