The Effect of Teacher’s Work Discipline and Principal’s Academic Supervision on Teacher’s Performance
No full textThe purpose of this study is to ascertain how teacher performance in junior high schools in Simpangkatis District, Central Bangka Regency, is influenced by teacher work discipline and school principal academic supervision. 77 instructors from junior high schools in Simpangkatis District, Central Bangka Regency, made up the sample size. Purposive sampling was used in the sampling process, with some teachers from junior high schools in Simpangkatis District, Bangka Tenga Regency, serving as the respondents. To collect data, questionnaires with a 5-point Likert scale measuring 85 statement items were distributed. Multiple linear regression analysis is the method utilized for analysis. The study’s findings indicate that teacher work behavior and the principal’s academic oversight have an impact on how well teachers perform. Second, teacher work discipline has an impact on their performance. Third, the academic oversight provided by the principal has an impact on teachers’ performance

This article provides us with information in the form of a review of idealism in the study of philosophy, both in the areas of understanding religion, economics, politics and education. The writing method is carried out by article review. Idealism is a philosophical school which believes that everything exists at the level of ideas, this is the result we get. Real reality primarily exists in the reality of ideas and thoughts, not in material things. However, idealism itself does not deny the existence of matter. Matter is the outermost part of the deepest essence which is called reason or spirit, so matter is the outer shell of essence, spirit, reason or spirit, values. Therefore, idealism often uses concepts that involve abstractions such as thought, reason, values, and character. The Effect of Digital Literacy and Motivation on Teacher’s Performance
No full textThis research aims to know and examine: (1) The effect of digital literacy on teacher performance; (2) The effect of motivation on teacher performance; and (3) The effect of digital literacy and motivation together on teacher performance. This research is quantitative research with an ex post facto approach. This research was conducted in public and private junior high schools in Ilir Timur 1 Palembang District with a population of 240 teachers, and a random sample of 150 people was taken. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The validity test uses construction validity and content validity, while the reliability test uses Cronbach’s Alpha. The analysis requirements test uses normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, and the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results showed that digital literacy, motivation, and teacher performance can still be said to be sufficient, there is a positive and significant influence between digital literacy and motivation together on teacher performance by 65.2% while 34.8% is determined by other factors not mentioned in this study
The Influence of Creativity and Competence on Teacher’s Performance
No full textThe purpose of this study was to examine the influence of creativity and competence on the performance of Early Childhood Teachers in Lubuk Besar District, Central Bangka Regency. The sample size taken was 53 early childhood education program (PAUD) teachers in Lubuk Besar District, Central Bangka Regency. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, namely, where the respondents who were taken were some PAUD teachers in Lubuk Besar District, Central Bangka Regency. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 90 statement items. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that there is an influence of teacher creativity on teacher performance. Second, there is an influence of teacher competence on teacher performance. Second, there is a simultaneous influence of teacher creativity and teacher competence on teacher performance
Literature Study on the use of Danny Brassel’s Riddle Game for Students English Vocabulary Mastery
No full textLearning method innovation will influence learning media used and it is hoped to enhance learning qualities. There is a weakness in learning method that used as learning media. This thesis is the result of literature review, entitled “Literature Review on the Use of Danny Bressell’s Riddle Game for Students’ English Vocabulary Mastery”. The purpose of this thesis is to answer the question of the research : what is the weakness of riddle game for students’ English vocabulary mastery. This research method is library reasearch, and for the data collection through literature review from journals and article. After datas collected, then the datas analyzed through qualitative data analysis, which is the researcher uses some steps to analyze such as involving collecting the data, reducing data, presenting the data and drawing conclusion. The result is riddle game has an strongly effects for students’ english vocabulary mastery. From the data that have been analyzed, the reseacher found out a weakness from the journals and article about riddle game for students’ english vocabulary mastery, that is the researchers did not use the vocabulary test based on the curriculum at the school that they have been researched. So, to reform that weakness, there was a researcher that has a good method on the vocabulary test. She used vocabulary tests based on the curriculum where the research conducted. Based on the reasearch findings, the researcher would like to purpose some suggestions to improve teaching learning process especially teaching students’ English vocabulary by using riddle game.

This article is created in an effort to provide information in the form of a review of humanism in the study of philosophy from various perspectives of various figures, especially in the realms of religion, education, and social aspects, as well as its development over time. The article is written using the library research method, where the data collection technique involves literature review in journals. The research results show that the humanistic perspective originates from the fundamental belief in humans as creatures with innate and natural characteristics in the Middle Ages. Humanism is an ideology that prioritizes human values. The philosophical theory known as humanism emphasizes the value and position of human beings, considering them as the core of everything. The main focus of humanism is the natural characteristics of humans, their limits, and tendencies. Understanding humanism in philosophical studies plays a crucial role in providing knowledge to discover the essence of life, encouraging thinking towards the search for the essence of science to address significant issues (aporia)
Encouragement Motives Student in Watching the Tonight Show D I Net TV
No full textThis research was conducted to determine individual motives in enjoying the Tonight Show on Net TV in order to find out different usage patterns in audiences that will have an impact on different levels of satisfaction. Researchers use students as research subjects because students are a very active audience in using mass media, which will be very helpful in identifying their reasons or motives in watching the Tonight Show. Individual motives are seen from four categories of media consumption motives, namely Surveillance Motives, Personal Identity Motives, Interaction Motives and Social Relations and Diversion Motives. Tonight Show is an evening talk show program that provides information and entertainment alongside four hilarious hosts, Desta, Vincent, Hesti Purwadinata and Enzy Storia. The Tonight Show features guest stars from all walks of life who are performed in a relaxed and humorous manner. The approach in this study is quantitative with a descriptive type of research. The method used in this study was a survey method using interview and questionnaire techniques. The respondents in this study were 82 people, which were obtained from sample calculations and distributed in the FISIP campus area of Pattimura University Ambon using Purposive Sampling. The results showed that the diversion motif was greater, the second order was the surveillance motive, the third order was the personal identity motive and the last sequence was the interaction motive and social relationships

Work Discipline and Work Motivation’s Impact on Teacher’s Performance
No full textThis study aims to analyze, identify, and describe the impact of work discipline and work motivation on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 1, Rambutan District, as well as to simultaneously analyze, identify, and describe the impact of both factors on those teachers’ performance. This study used a quantitative methodology. This approach allows researchers to quantify the impact of work motivation and work discipline on the effectiveness of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 1’s Rambutan District. The study’s findings indicate that work discipline has a favorable and significant impact on the effectiveness of public elementary school teachers in Cluster 1’s Rambutan District. In terms of population and sample, 114 people were included in the study population, while 94 people made up the actual research sample. The trial sample, which might include up to 20 persons, is meant to be a sample for evaluating research tools to establish the reliability of the assembled tool. Questionnaires and documentation are the methods used to gather research data. The work discipline variable’s influence contribution is categorized under “low influence.” In Cluster 1, Rambutan District, there is a positive and significant relationship between job motivation and the effectiveness of public elementary school instructors. The work motivation variable’s influence contribution falls within the “fairly high influence” group.
