Study of the Philosophy of Radicalism
An ideology known as radicalism is growing in society, advocating for change through violence. This is why many people opt for simple ways and make everything legal to meet all demands and desires. To better understand radicalism in philosophy, this article explores it in relation to religious, economic, political, and educational understandings. Article reviews are used in the writing process. Additionally, the findings indicate that religious radicalism stems from the mindset of its followers, who use violence to persuade those with different views to adopt their interpretation of the economic and spiritual stance, inspiring actions intended to weaken and change the status quo. Meanwhile, political radicalism refers to a mindset that seeks comprehensive and revolutionary transformation by forcefully overturning existing norms. Furthermore, educators can become radicalized teachers, school administrators can become radicalized teachers, and the community or parents of students can become radicalized teachers and schools through various forms of intimidation
The Motivation Students of Universitas PGRI Palembang in Participating of Sports Achievement Training Performance Activities (KOP) Volleyball Cup
This research has the aims to make an article entitled Motivation of Palembang PGRI University Students in Participating in Volleyball Cup Training discusses the development of achievement sports activities (KOP) which have participated in many student-level competition activities throughout South Sumatra and have won many championship ratings in each game. This was proven at the South Sumatra Regional Student Sports Week (POMDA) 2022 where the men’s volleyball KOP team from Palembang PGRI University won 2nd place, while the women’s team won 3rd place in the event. The population and sample in this study were students who took part in volleyball training at PGRI Palembang University, totaling 20 boys and 10 girls with a total of 30 people. By using quantitative descriptive research methods. Meanwhile, data and data sources are divided into two, namely primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaire. For the indicators of measuring the variable grids in questionnaires with the test Validation and Reliability Questionnaire. Through the above data collection, not all members in the group have good competency skills, especially in increasing their motivation to rise. Sometimes they have difficulty in increasing motivation among their peers. And they believe that correction from their peer’s correction of their peers fairly, increasing motivation towards achievement in every competition. And the result of all indicators shows that both internal and external factors give significant contributions toward achievement
The Relationship of Physical Freshness to Student’s Learning Outcomes in 16 OKU Public Elementary Schools
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical freshness of students and student learning outcomes, as well as to determine the relationship between the level of physical freshness and the learning outcomes of students of State Elementary School 16 OKU. The population in this study was grade V students of State Elementary School 16 OKU with a sample of 30 students. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The data collection method uses a survey method with the Indonesian Physical Freshness Test (TKJI) method and documentation. Data from test results are processed using computerized SPSS system version 23. The results showed: 1) the level of physical freshness of grade V students of State Elementary School 16 OKU in the medium category. 2) Learning outcomes of grade V students of State Elementary School 16 OKU in the good category. 3) there is a significant positive relationship between the level of physical freshness and the learning outcomes of grade V students Public Elementary School 16 OKU. Students are expected to always maintain and improve their physical freshness as the main provision for the learning process
The Philosophy of Perennialism
Perennialism is a teacher-centered educational philosophy that focuses on timeless ideas and universal truths. Apart from that, the educational philosophy of perennialism means growing with time and being eternal. The view of this philosophy is to believe that the values and morals that develop in society are eternal. The role of this philosophy is to realize the abilities possessed by students as one of the basic potentials. Truth in this school is universal and constant. Educational objectives are material-centered (content-based, subject-centered), one of which is in the discipline of history. Perennialism suggests that the focus of education should be ideas that have survived through the centuries, believing that these ideas are as relevant and meaningful today as when they were written. This Educational Philosophy aims to prepare students for life by developing their intellectual and moral qualities through an emphasis on knowledge and the meaning of knowledge, serving to improve students’ critical thinking skills in their search for individual freedom, human rights and responsibility through nature

Realism is a philosophical teaching which considers that a truth is a real picture or a real copy of the world of reality from an idea that exists in someone’s mind. The goal of the philosophy of realism is to understand and recognize the existence of an external world that is objective and independent of the human mind. The philosophy of realism believes that the external world has a real existence and can be accessed through human observation and experience. Another goal of the philosophy of realism is to develop a better understanding of the world and avoid errors in the interpretation and understanding of reality. In the educational context, the philosophy of realism aims to develop education that is based on experience and objective observation, so that students can understand the world better and more accurately
The Influence of Competence and Work Motivation on Teacher’s Performance
The skill of teachers to teach in schools will determine the quality national education. The purpose of this study is to describe school principals’ efforts to improve teachers’ teaching skills. Data collection methods were documentation, interviews, observation, and a review of the literature. Descriptive qualitative analysis techniques were used in data analysis. The results obtained indicate that school principals’ efforts to improve teachers’ teaching skills through planning, implementing, and evaluating teacher competency improvement programs were technically successful and had a positive impact on teachers’ teaching performance. The establishment of a strategic program to improve teacher’s teaching skills, which refers to the school’s vision of producing students with high morals, intelligence, and discipline, has an impact on the quality of the teaching and learning process at SMA Negeri 2 Kayuagung
“Gemo Ni”: A Grammar Note on Tagabawa Verbs
Tagabawa language’s vitality (bgs) is categorized to be institutional, meaning the language has been developed to the point that it is used and sustained by institutions beyond the home and community. However, the language is still not well documented. Some literature available on the linguistic analysis of Tagabawa is scarce and outdated. There are grammatical descriptions written on Bagobo-Tagabawa; but an updated description is offered by this study as a welcome development to continuous discoveries in the language. Although there is the latest available work on Tagabawa, the Tagabawa-English Dictionary by DuBois in 2016 under the Summer Institute of Linguistics, we believe new literature such as grammatical note would be a great addition to it. To provide further pertinent information in keeping Tagabawa as institutional and well-documented language, this paper documents its variety in Malapangi, Marilog by describing and accounting for its basic linguistic features of Tagabawa language. Furthermore, it provides notes on the salient features of Tagabawa verbs, mainly on its voice, aspects, modes, and transitivity
Instructional Management During Covid-19
This study aims to describe learning management and the inhibiting and supporting factors for learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results of the study show that learning management during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMP Negeri 01 Semendawai, Suku Ill included planning, implementation, and evaluation. The learning planning is the preparation of Limited Face-to-face Learning, namely health protocol facilities, Covid-19 task force, Limited PTM supporting documents, preparation of learning tools Special Conditions Curriculum. The Learning implementation refers to the policy of the Head of Education and Culture Office of East OKU Regency regarding technical instructions Implementation of Limited PTM for the 2020/2021 school year. The learning evaluation is carried out normally according to the pandemic situation, namely the assessment of learning outcomes by teachers, education units, and the government. The inhibiting factor for learning is students’ enthusiasm for learning is low, the signal is not stable, and not all students have a smartphone. The supporting factors for learning are the enthusiasm of teachers, parents, and students to learn face-to-face, school discipline, good cooperation between school members, health protocol facilities, a Covid-19 handling task force, and the use of smartphones
Social and Economic Conditions of The United States of America During the Civil War 1861-1865
In the long history of struggle of the Indonesian nation, at a certain period of time during the Dutch colonization, there was a war that made colonialists experience difficulties. The war was caused by the resistance of a Javanese nobleman named Prince Diponegoro, this war was called the Diponegoro War or known as the Java War. Because of the unprecedented amount of popular resistance, the losses suffered by both the colonizers and the Javanese people were very large, both human and material casualties, this was closely related to economic conditions during the war and after the end of the war. This paper aims to analyze and describe the consequences of the war that occurred at that time on the Dutch colonial as well as on the Javanese people themselves, from an economic aspect. Research through a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, namely literature study and usually historical research using heuristic methods. The results of the study stated that the consequences of the Java War were very significant in affecting the lives of Javanese people and the Dutch colonial after the war
