    Student’s Perception of the Development of Short Distance Running Learning through Traditional Games

    This study aims to determine students’ perceptions of short-distance running learning models through traditional games based on (1) Perceptions of knowledge of learning short-distance running, (2) Perceptions of teachers’ teaching styles, (3) Perceptions of the media used, (4) Perceptions of interest in learning short-distance running, (5) Perceptions of the need to develop short-distance running learning models through traditional games. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The results of this study showed that (1) Perception of knowledge of learning to run short distances obtained a score of 93.50% in the very good category, (2) Perception of teacher teaching style obtained a score of 78.50% in the good category, (3) Perception of the media used was easy to use obtained a score of 88% in the very good category, (4) Perception of interest in learning physical education obtained a value of 96.30% in the very good category, (5) The perception of the need to develop a learning model of basic volleyball techniques through a playing approach obtained a score of 100% in the very good category, which means that students agree if the development of a learning model of short-distance running through traditional games is developed. The results of this study show that students’ perceptions of the development of short-distance running learning models through traditional games in elementary schools in North Musi Rawas Regency are positive, for that it is necessary to develop short-distance running learning models through traditional games

    The Influence of The Principal’s Supervision and Teacher’s Pedagogical Competence on Teacher’s Performance

    This study aims to examine 1) the effect of principal supervision on teacher performance 2) the effect of pedagogic competence on teacher performance, and 3) the effect of principal supervision and teacher pedagogic competence together on teacher performance in schools. The method used in this research is quantitative. The data collection tool uses observation, questionnaire and documentation methods. Data analysis using data regression. The results of the study stated that 1) there was a significant influence between the principal’s supervision value on teacher performance, 2) there was a significant influence between the value of teacher pedagogic competence on teacher performance, meaning that teacher performance is influenced by teacher pedagogic competence, and 3) there was a significant influence between principal supervision and pedagogical competence on teacher performance scores, statistically the data used proves that all independent variables. The conclusion from this study is that in improving teacher performance it is necessary to have school principal supervision and pedagogical competence

    Turbo throwing is one of the throwing number activities in kid’s athletics, which is the activity of throwing with one hand to reach a certain distance. To increase the strength of the hand muscles it is necessary to do certain forms of exercise . The exercise used in this study  is the mounted dumble load  exercise The research method is quantitative using the research method  “pre-experimental planning” ie (pre-testing of one group -planning after the test). The population at this study had a total of 24 people. The sample in this study amounted to 24 people. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the calculated t value = 8.250 > t table = 1.714 with a significant level ( α : 0.05), so it was rejected and accepted, so it can be concluded that the study with the title “The effect of mounted dumble load  training on turbo throwing ability in extracurricular athletic students at SD Negeri 19 Tebing Tinggi” had a significant effect

    This study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of the STAD type cooperative learning model in improving volleyball learning outcomes of elementary school students. This research uses the research method of literature study. This type of research data collection is a literature review whose purpose is to find out how the STAD type cooperative learning model in improving volleyball learning outcomes of elementary school students. Data collection techniques are obtained from several relevant sources related to the research being researched. The relevant sources that have been collected are then compiled, analyzed, and concluded so as to conclude that the application of the STAD type cooperative learning model in learning activities can help students improve volleyball learning outcomes in elementary school students

    The Influence of Training Methods and Eye-Hand Coordination Against the Results of Volleyball’s Top Serve Skills

    This study aimed to determine: (1) differences in the effect of mass training methods and service distance manipulation methods on the results of volleyball topspin skills and (2) differences in volleyball topspin results with good and low hand-eye coordination. Eye-hand coordination on top spin volleyball skills and (3) training methods and hand-eye coordination on top spin volleyball skills. This research method used an experiment with a 2 x 2 factorial design, with a total of 42 people including coaches from the Citra Dara Volleyball Course Institute. The samples taken from this study were 22 people using a purposive sampling technique. The hand-eye coordination test and the volleyball serve test were used in the research instrument, along with the Russell-Lange volleyball serve test. Data analysis techniques using Anava. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a significant difference between the mass training method and the distance manipulation training method in the volleyball top spin results, and (2) there is a significant difference. the result of volleyball peak spin between coaches with high hand-eye coordination and low hand-eye coordination, and (3) training methods and upper server hand-eye coordination affect the results of the game volleyball service

    The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership of the head of SMA LTI IGM Palembang and the implementation of in learning in realizing the profile of Pancasila students. To achieve this goal, a qualitative approach was used. Data were collected by using interview, documentation, and observation. The results showed that the principal conducted planning, implementation, and evaluation of the character of Pancasila students in the school as a whole. The principal has a commendable character and is able to implement it in carrying out his duties and functions as an educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator; as well as being an example and role model for all educators and education personnel. In the implementation of realizing the profile of Pancasila students through learning both subject learning and Pancasila student recruitment projects

Education in the context of materialism is seen as a means of developing a deeper understanding of material. The focus includes the introduction and mastery of practical skills relevant to natural resource management. The literature study method is used to explore the relevance and applicability of materialist concepts in the framework of contemporary education, explaining the concept of material determinism and its impact on individual freedom
