    Quizizz as a Medium on Students’ Vocabulary Mastery at SD Negeri 7 Payaraman, Ogan Komering Ilir

    This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of quizizz media on vocabulary mastery in Indonesian class V elementary school subjects. This study used an experimental method with a research design in the form of a true experimental design. The researcher used a sample consisting of two classes, namely the experimental group in class VA with 20 students including 14 boys and 6 girls while the control group in class VB had 20 students which included 12 boys and 8 girls. In this study using data collection techniques in the form of tests and documentation. The research instrument was a multiple-choice test with 20 valid questions. Based on the results of the hypothesis test using the t-test of two independent samples (independent sample t-test) the value of t-count is 4.123 and t-table is 1.686 with α = 0.05 and df = 38, then t-count ˃ t-table so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so that it can be it was concluded that there was an influence of quizizz media on vocabulary mastery in grade V Indonesian subjects

    The Implementation of Supervision Standard Policy at MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin

    This study investigates how the standard policy of educational supervision is implemented in MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin. This research will be carried out for 5 (five) months, including the design, implementation, and reporting of research findings. This study’s design employs descriptive qualitative methods, which include prioritizing data research or the reality of the problem based on the disclosure of what has been explored and disclosed by respondents in the form of interview results and data collected in the form of words. The study’s findings revealed that the implementation of the Standard Supervision Policy at MAN 1 Musi Banyuasin on the Communication indicator as a whole went very well. Running but not optimal on the resource indicator. The Disposition indicator remains rigid and ineffective. The bureaucratic structure indicator was not implemented properly, so it did not work

    The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of the workplace and teacher’s certification on teacher’s performance. This study was conducted at State Vocational Schools in the Ogan Komering Ilir district, with 95 teachers serving as participants. This study is quantitative by using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation as instruments. Validity and reliability tests were performed on the research instrument, as well as prerequisite tests for analysis of normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Descriptive analysis, simple linear regression, multiple regression correlation, and the coefficient of determination were used to analyze the data. The findings indicate that the workplace and teacher’s certification have an impact on teacher’s performance

    The novel "Limitless Presence" by Hyptin illustrates the existence of humans in facing the problems that arise in the life that surrounds them. This research is focused on knowing the moral values contained in the novel "Limitless Presence" by Hyptin. The type of research used is library research, with a qualitative research approach. In this research, the data collection technique used is documentation research (literature study). While the data analysis technique is qualitative data analysis using an iteractive framework. The results of the research are divided into two, namely: (1) The Relationship Between Humans With Themselves such as the value of Honesty, Hard Work, Firm, Firm, Open, Visionary, Independent, Strong, Brave, Responsibility, (2) The Relationship Between Humans with Fellow Humans and Nature such as Happy to Help, Smile, Generous, Cooperative / Able to Work Together, Communicative, Caring (Humans and Nature). There are four roles of moral values, namely: (1) As a Self-Control Tool to Always Do Good, (2) As an Educational Media Moral Learning Tool for Children, (3) As a Unifying Tool for Good Relationships Between Humans, (4) As a Container of Awareness to Preserve Nature. There are six implications such as: (1) strengthening the application of religion in everyday life, (2) making moral values as a means of self-control to always do good in social life, (3) making moral values as a means of communication between people, (4) carrying out activities to instill moral values in the community, (5) obeying every value or norm in society, (6) making moral values as a place of awareness to protect fellow humans and preserve nature

    The Influence of Student Learning Outcomes and Practical Facilities in Schools on Industrial Work Practice Results

    This study aims to determine the effect of student learning outcomes and practical infrastructure on the results of industrial work practices at UPT SMK Negeri 4 Muara Enim. This study uses a quantitative method with an ex post facto approach. The data obtained were analyzed using by SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 25.0 for windows. This study shows that there is an effect of learning outcomes on the results of industrial work practices with a t-count of 4.450 and a t-table of 1.9855,. There is an influence of practical infrastructure in schools on the results of industrial work practices with a t-count of 11.888 and a t-table of 1, 9855. There is an effect of student learning outcomes and industrial work practice infrastructure together on the results of industrial work practices with an f-count of 64,284 and f-table of 3,0933. The conclusion of this study is that the results of industrial work practices can get good results if student learning outcomes are good and practical infrastructure is adequate

    This study aims to describe how school principal supervision at SMPT Al-Muhibbin Betung in Banyuasin Regency improved educational quality. This research strategy uses a qualitative, descriptive methodology. Teachers and school principals are sources of study data. Techniques for gathering data that include interviewing, observing, and documenting. Techniques for data analysis include data reduction, data display, and data verification/deduction. According to the study’s findings, SMPT Al-Muhibbiin Betung Betung Regency’s school principals’ oversight of efforts to raise academic standards is rated as good. The quality of education in schools is improved by the policies of the principals. It is believed that the infrastructure and amenities of schools do not adequately support children’ learning needs

    School Efforts in Preventing Drug Abuse for Students in Vocational High Schools

    This study aims to know and describe the school’s efforts in preventing drug abuse (Narcotics, Psychotropic, and Other Addictive Substances) by students at SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga. There were five respondents, namely the Head of Student Affairs, counseling teacher, subject teacher (PPKn), one of the students, and the Drug Unit of Salatiga Police. This research uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. The results showed that there are several efforts or activities that have been carried out by schools to prevent drug abuse by students, namely; 1) intracurricular activities carried out by subject teachers (PPKn, BK). 2) co-curricular activities, where this activity aims to deepen the material in intracurricular activities, such as the cooperation of counseling teachers with doctors who are more expert in the field of health. 3) extracurricular activities, which are activities outside of class hours, one of which is PMR. 4) school collaboration activities with other parties, namely BNN, Police / TNI. These activities are the efforts of SMK Negeri 2 Salatiga in preventing drug abuse

    Influence of Infrastructure and Work Motivation on Teacher’s Performance in Patra Mandiri Palembang High School

    The three effects on teacher’s performance at SMA Patra Mandiri Palembang that this study seeks to identify and describe are: 1) the impact of school infrastructure; 2) the impact of work motivation; and 3) the combined impact of school infrastructure and work motivation. Teachers at SMA Patra Mandiri 1 and 2, SMA Fitra Abdi, comprising 86 teachers, comprised the population and sample in this study. Data gathering methods: 1) an interview; 2) an observation; and 3) documentation. Techniques for data analysis with the SPSS software package for Windows version 26: the tests for normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, multiple correlation (R), determinant (R2), and the F test are all methods for testing hypotheses. The findings of this study show that in SMA Patra Mandiri Palembang, infrastructure, motivation to collaborate, and facilities have a significant and beneficial influence on teacher’s performance

    The Effect of Principal’s Leadership Style and Teacher’s Job Satisfaction on Teacher’s Performance

    The purpose of this study is to identify and assess the effects of the principal’s leadership style, teacher job satisfaction, and the combination of the two on the performance of elementary school teachers in the Sosoh Buay Rayap District. This study uses descriptive quantitative methods. There were 90 participants in this study, all of them were elementary school teachers employed by the Sosoh Buay Rayap sub-district. The entire research population is used as the research sample because the overall population is less than 100. Using surveys, observation, and interviews as data collecting methods. The findings demonstrated that the principal’s leadership style had an impact on teacher performance, as indicated by the t-count = 2.845, t-count > t-table 1.960. It is possible to conclude that the relationship with subordinates and their performance will improve as a result of greater leadership. 46.4% of teachers said that their job satisfaction at school affects their performance. The F-count score is 12.420 > F-table, indicating that the principal’s leadership style and work satisfaction have a considerable impact on teacher performance, according to the principal’s leadership style and contentment with teacher performance

    Improving the Professionalism of Education Personnel in Jambi Province Through Principal’s Supervision Skills

    The purpose of this study is to improve school principals’ supervisory skills in order to increase the professionalism of education workers in Jambi Province. A descriptive qualitative technique is used in this descriptive qualitative research. Snowball sampling was used to identify research subjects, which included school principals, vice principals, and educational personnel. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. SMAN in Jambi Province is the research location. The study’s findings are the supervisory skills of school principals in increasing the professionalism of education staff in Jambi Province, which include: a) planning through a work program determined by the principal’s policy, b) distributing education staff in their respective tasks, even if some are not according to their expertise, c) in carrying out work such as entering key school data into computers, filing correspondence, distributing correspondence, and storing school goods, and d) administrative work is still rarely supervised at SMA Negeri 1 Jambi City. The study’s conclusion is that administrative professionals must adhere to specified service operational criteria
