The Influence of Principal’s Participatory Leadership and School’s Culture on Teacher’s Job Satisfaction
This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between the principal’s participatory leadership and school culture on the job satisfaction of teachers of SMA Negeri in Prabumulih Timur District. The population of this study were teachers at State Senior High Schools in East Prabumulih District, namely State Senior High School 3 and State Senior High School 7 Prabumulih, totaling 167 teachers and the research sample was taken using the Slovin formula as many as 96 teachers. This type of research uses quantitative research with correlation and quantitative descriptive research methods, while the sampling is done by random sampling. the research instrument uses a questionnaire or questionnaire that has been tested for validity and tested for reliability. The results of the research hypothesis using the regression test, namely simple linear regression and multiple linear regression using SPSS indicate that there is a significant influence between the principal’s participatory leadership on teacher job satisfaction, school culture on teacher job satisfaction in SMA Neger in Prabumulih Timur District with a significant value of p <0 .05, namely 0.000, it can be concluded if the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Then between the principal’s participatory leadership and school culture on the job satisfaction of public high school teachers in East Prabumulih District is at a level of p <0.05 which is equal to 0.000, so the alternative hypothesis is accepted which means that there is a significant influence simultaneously between the principal’s participatory leadership and culture schools on the job satisfaction of public high school teachers in East Prabumulih District
Implementation of Character Education Values in Indonesian Language Learning
This study aims to explain (1) the implementation of character education values in Indonesian language learning at MAN 2 Bengkulu City (2) explain the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of character education values in Indonesian language learning at MAN 2 Bengkulu City. The type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and document analysis. Data validity technique is triangulation method. Data analysis technique is Miles and Huberman model: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results concluded that MAN 2 Bengkulu City had implemented the value of character education at the planning, implementation, and assessment stages. In planning, Indonesian language teachers have included the value of character education in the lesson plan. The overall implementation of MAN 2 Bengkulu City has implemented 14 character education values in Indonesian language learning. In the assessment carried out by Indonesian language subject teachers, it is found in the lesson plan which not only assesses in terms of academics. However, it also assesses non-academic aspects such as assessing student attitudes. Supporting factors for the implementation of character education values in Indonesian language learning are lesson plans that include character education values. The inhibiting factors for the implementation of character education values in Indonesian language learning are student behavior and not yet having a language laboratory
Optimizing Anti-Corruption Education in Higher Education: Enhancing Awareness and Promoting Action against Corruption among University Students
Corruption has become a pressing concern in Indonesia, penetrating various sectors of society. Tackling this issue, integrity education at the tertiary level has emerged as an underexplored strategic solution. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and role of integrity education in fostering anti-corruption commitment among university students. A systematic literature review examines diverse integrity education strategies and implementations. Results indicate that integrity education positively influences individuals’ awareness and attitudes toward corrupt practices. Challenges, however, persist in fully integrating these concepts into curricula and promoting active student engagement. The main conclusion emphasizes the crucial role of integrity education in cultivating a resilient anti-corruption generation within universities. Implications encompass the need for interdisciplinary collaboration and partnerships to develop a comprehensive approach. Practical recommendations include innovative teaching methods and further research to assess integrity education’s impact on higher education. This study contributes to comprehending anti-corruption efforts through integrated integrity education within research limitations
Management of Principal’s Academic Supervision in Improving Teacher’s Professionalism
This study aims to identify and describe the planning and implementation of school principals’ academic supervision to increase teacher’s professionalism, as well as the identification and description of the school principals’ academic supervision follow-up. This study focuses on school principals’ oversight of academics. A qualitative descriptive method is used in this study. Both primary data and secondary data were used in this study. After conducting research, it was discovered that the school principal’s academic supervision planning had been successful in raising the professionalism of the teachers at SMP Negeri 2 Cengal. This planning included developing the supervision program, communicating the goals of academic supervision to teachers, choosing supervision techniques and approaches, and creating supervision assessment tools

The purpose of this study is to ascertain whether the academic oversight and work motivation of the principal at SMK Negeri 1 Prabumulih have an impact on teacher job satisfaction. In this study, 80 teachers were selected using the Slovin algorithm from a population of 100 teachers at Prabumulih State Vocational School 1, while the sampling is done by random sampling, This sort of study involves quantitative research with correlation and quantitative descriptive research methodologies. The Effect of Limb Explosive Power and Wrist Flexion on The Lay-up Shoot Ability of Extracurricular Basketball
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of limb explosive power and wrist flexion on the lay-up shoot ability of extracurricular basketball students of SMA Negeri 4 OKU. This research is a type of Ex Post Facto research that uses a path analysis research design. The population is all basketball extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 4 OKU with a sample of 30 students. The sampling technique is a saturated sample or total population. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis, requirements tests, and path analysis through the SPSS 20.00 program at a significant level of 95% or α 0.05. The results showed that; (1) There is a direct effect of limb explosive power on wrist flexion in extracurricular basketball students of SMA Negeri 4 OKU with a beta value of 0.603 with a significant level of 0.000 < α0.05; (2) There is a direct influence of limb explosive power on the ability to lay-up the shoot in extracurricular basketball students of SMA Negeri 4 OKU with a beta value of 0.380 with a significant level of 0.002<α0.05 (4) There is a direct effect of wrist flexion on the ability to lay-up the shoot in extracurricular basketball students of SMA Negeri 4 OKU with a beta value of 0.337 with a significant level of 0.004 <α0,05; (6) There is no effect of limb explosive power through wrist flexion on lay-up shoot ability in extracurricular basketball students of SMA Negeri 4 OKU with a beta value of 0.203 (0.203 < 0.380)
Analysis of Movement Skills of SD Alam Lubuklinggau Students After the Post Covid-19 Pandemic
The purpose of this study was “to determine the Analysis of Movement Skills of Students of SD Alam Lubuklinggau After the Post Covid-19 Pandemic”. This is quantitative descriptive research by providing basic motion, so that the results of skills are obtained and analysis is carried out. The data analysis used in this study calculated the percentage of Movement Skills of SD Alam Lubuklinggau Students After the Post Covid-19 Pandemic. The result was found that the condition of students’ movement skills was still relatively poor after the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, the phenomenon that occurs shows that children are more interested in doing electronic games -such as online games, gadgets and, other electronic games. Children feel very comfortable to do the game without feeling bored for a long period of time. On the other hand, the child himself stated that he only felt tired and bored with what was taught by the teacher and did not like to do running and jumping activities
The Influence of Self-Efficacy, Emotional Intelligence and Anxiety on the Level of Motivation When Competing in PPLPD Pencak Silat Athletes Musi Banyuasin Regency
This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy, emotional intelligence and anxiety on the level of motivation when competing in Pencak Silat PPLPD athletes in Musi Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is descriptive using a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The subjects of this study were 28 Pencak Silat PPLPD athletes in Musi Banyuasin Regency. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the self-efficacy level of Pencak Silat PPLPD athletes in Musi Banyuasin Regency was in the very high category of 50%, the level of emotional intelligence was in the high category of 54%, the level of anxiety was in the medium category of 68% which had an influence on athlete motivation. Pencak Silat PPLPD Musi Banyuasin Regency when competing with the level of motivation was in the very high category of 57%
Survey of Physical Fitness Training Programs to Improve VO2max among Automotive Department Students
The purpose of this research is (1) to determine the time period for implementing a physical fitness training program to improve the VO2Max of Automotive Department students, (2) to identify the fitness training program given to Automotive Department students to improve their VO2Max, (3) to understand the process of implementing physical fitness training programs that can increase the VO2Max of Automotive Department students, and (4) to determine whether there is an improvement in the VO2Max results of Automotive Department students after being given a physical fitness training program created by the Physical Education teacher. This research uses a qualitative descriptive design. The research is conducted in three vocational schools in the Empat Lawang regency, namely SMK N 1 Empat Lawang located in the Tebing Tinggi district, SMK N 2 Empat Lawang located in the Pendopo district, and SMK N 3 Empat Lawang located in the Paiker district. Data collection procedures include direct interviews with the Physical Education teacher, direct observations of SMK N 1 Empat Lawang, SMK N 2 Empat Lawang, and SMK N 3 Empat Lawang, and documentation to obtain relevant data. The survey findings and results obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain data can be summarized as follows: The fitness training program created by the Physical Education teachers for a semester or six months, involves running activities in all three vocational schools, while SMKN 1 Empat Lawang also includes push-ups and sit-ups activities. The fitness training program is conducted once a week during the Physical Education class. The results show that after the implementation of the fitness training program, there is an improvement in the VO2Max of Automotive Department students
The Effect of Alternating Heading Exercises on Heading Skills at the Football Club
This study aims to find out: 1) the effect of Heading training on the ability of Heading in a football club at SMA Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Empat Lawang? 2) The Effect of Alternating Heading Exercises on Heading Ability at Football Clubs at SMA Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Empat Lawang? The research method used is experimental Eresearch. The population in this study was all Football Clubs at SMA Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi Empat Lawang Regency with a total of 20 people, while the sampling technique used total sampling or census research with a total of 20 people divided by original pairing. The data collection technique uses a single heading test (Juggling Heading) football game for 30 seconds using forehead and measurement and using t test statistics. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an influence of alternating Heading exercises on the ability of Heading in the Football Club at SMA Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi Empat Lawang Regency. Taken together, the results showed that there was an effect of alternating heading exercises on the ability of heading in the Football Club at SMA Negeri 3 Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Empat Lawang
