    This article explores the role of feminism in the study of philosophy with a focus on the development, contribution, and impact of the feminist movement on the discipline of philosophy. In this context, research discusses various feminist perspectives that influence the way of viewing key concepts in philosophy such as ethics, politics. The writing method is done by article review. Furthermore, it was found that the feminist movement aimed to change false beliefs about how women were looked down upon in various aspects of social life. Although it emerged as a result of the chaos and grievances of people in the West, it still spread throughout the world. This study also highlights the challenges, controversies, and contributions brought by feminist perspectives in enriching contemporary philosophical discourse. With this view in mind, this article offers a deep insight into the importance of feminism in expanding and enriching the realm of philosophy

    The Role of the School Private Leadership in Improving Teacher’s Performance

    The study was a qualitative descriptive study that employed field observations and interviewing as data-collecting approaches. The purpose of this study was to determine how a head of school’s leadership affected teachers’ performance in 13 Koba State SD. The head of the school is a key figure in the institution, especially in terms of enacting the school’s vision and mission. Teachers have a crucial role in guiding students’ talents, interests, and skills in the advancement of science through classroom learning activities. The educational, professional, personal, and social skills of a teacher can be used to assess student achievement. The State SD 13 Koba suggests that to increase the existing human resources (SDA), through career development for teachers through training or educational seminars, since the role of the head of school has a significant impact on teacher's performance

    By concentrating on recruitment, selection, placement, training, development, compensation, and evaluation, this study aims to investigate the implementation of human resource planning, recruitment, training, compensation, and management assessment at the Robbani Integrated Islamic School. South Sumatra’s Robbani Ogan Ilir Integrated Islamic School served as the site of this qualitative study. The topic was the person being interviewed, and the researcher was the primary tool. Field notes, papers, and interview scripts were used to gather data. In-depth interviews, participant observation, and recording were the main methodologies employed in the study, which took a cyclical, meaning-based, and emic viewpoint approach. Data reduction, presentation, and conclusion strategies were used in data analysis. The findings of a study on human resource management at SIT Robbani Ogan Ilir highlight several key elements, including systematic recruitment, training, compensation, and assessment as well as strategic development planning. Core skills are the focus of the Robbani People Development Program. Contract employees are paid a set wage, while permanent employees are paid a regular salary. Compensation is differentiated based on job status. Additionally used are performance review and evaluation management

    Indonesian tourism has become a very popular industry, due to its economic impact and benefits. During the COVID-19 Pandemic, tourism was one of the sectors that was severely affected by the economy of most Indonesians. Based on BPS data (2021), there is a significant decrease in the number of tourists in domestic tourists and foreign tourists. The research objective is to determine and analyze the potential and development strategy of Al-Akbar Al-Qur’an as a religious tourist attraction in Palembang City, South Sumatra Province using SWOT analysis. The method used in the preparation of this thesis is the Qualitative Descriptive research method. In this study, the authors used descriptive qualitative methodology. Researchers who conduct qualitative descriptive research must be skilled at explaining, describing, and exploring data based on in-depth interviews with respondents to understand what they say, feel, and do. The result of the research is that the external factors of Al-Akbar Al-Qur’an Tourism are more dominant than the internal factors. The highest value of SWOT owned by Al-Akbar Al-Qur’an Tourism is located in strength with a value of 2.35. Al-Akbar Al-Qur’an Tourism of Palembang City has various potentials and can be developed further if there is good coordination between agencies, managers, and local community support

    This article is intended to describe the branches of philosophy and the history of philosophy and their scope, both descriptively and analytically. From the results of the review it can be seen that there are 6 branches of philosophy, namely metaphysics, epistemology, methodology, logic, ethics and aesthetics. Metaphysics is a branch of philosophy that discusses the problem of existence. Aristotle does not use the term metaphysics but uses the term protophilosophia. Epistemology comes from Greek, namely episteme means knowledge and logos means word, thought and knowledge. The methodologies commonly used are Bayani methodology and Burhani methodology. Logic cannot be separated from the process of finding out the values of truth and authenticity. Ethics is the main branch of philosophy that studies values or qualities which are the study of moral standards and judgments. Aesthetics is a science that discusses beauty, how it is formed, and how someone feels it

    Examining the Determinants of Customer Satisfaction in Medicine and Health Device Distributors

    Through an in-depth understanding of these factors, drug and medical device distributors can develop strategies to increase their customer satisfaction, strengthen business relationships, and create added value in a competitive market. This research aims to analyze the role of distribution channel activities and promotional activities in increasing satisfaction and creating customer loyalty in drug distribution companies in Denpasar. This research uses quantitative methods with a Structural Equation Modeling approach using Smart Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) version 4. The research results found that (1) increased customer satisfaction can be created through a good distribution channel system and promotional activities that are carried out appropriately; (2) High customer loyalty can be created through a good distribution system, good promotional activities, and high customer satisfaction; (3) customer satisfaction is proven to act as a mediating construct between the relationship between distribution and loyalty and promotion and loyalty. This research provides recommendations for drug distribution companies in increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction through determining appropriate distribution channels and implementing good promotions

    The goal of this study is to identify the principal’s approach to improving the quality of education through SD IT Ishlahul Ummah Prabumulih’s school-based management. The method used is a descriptive phenomenological method with data collection methods obtained from the principal, curriculum vice-principal, student school vice-principal, teachers, and supervisors of the school committee. The methods used start from the reduction of data, presentation of data, and conclusions. The results of the study suggest that the strategy of the principal to enhance the quality of education through School-Based Management is included as an implementation program in the medium-term work plan, organizing by creating an Internal Quality Assurance System team to assess programs through school self-evaluation, implementing strategies by completing school facilities Providing incentives for teachers who succeed, enhancing the skills of educators and education workers, improving student success, developing networks with the business world and creating good relationships with the community, and infrastructure to support the quality of education, Though school facilities in the field of sports and prayer rooms are the inhibiting factors for the principal’s strategy, less disciplined students, teachers who are non-linear, as well as the transition from old teachers to new teachers

    The purpose of this study is to describe the factors driving the transformation, the process of converting Private Islamic High Schools into Private Islamic Religious Institutes in Jambi Province, and to assess the quality of education in Private Islamic High Schools before and after the transformation. The researcher conducted field research using qualitative research methods and a phenomenological approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes data reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusion. This research produces results: first, the factors that influenced the transformation of Islamic Religious Colleges in Jambi Province into Islamic Religious Institutes can be divided into two categories: internal and external factors. Second, implementing the transformation into Islamic Religious Institutes through the history of IAI, specifically Bungo and Nusantara Batanghari, the pioneering period, the STAIS periods, and the IAIS periods. Third, the quality of education before transformation, namely the lack of socialization of vision, mission, and goals to external parties. Fourth, the quality of PTKIS education after transformation, namely developing campus resources and involving lecturers to continue to doctoral and master’s programs for employees at universities, etc

    This study aims to find out, whether or not there is an influence of interpersonal communication and the work environment on teacher performance in Public High Schools in East Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City. This research was carried out using a sampling technique using saturated sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. This is done by 110 teachers, so the research data samples will be conducted on all population numbers so that the research is carried out to obtain the maximum level of accuracy so that this research will be more reliable. The results of the study show that there is a significant effect of interpersonal communication on teacher performance, work environment on teacher performance, and the simultaneous influence of interpersonal communication and work environment on teacher performance in public high schools in East Prabumulih District, Prabumulih City
