Efektviitas Promosi Kesehatan Melalui Health Talk dengan Media Poster Terhadap Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Tentang Pengendalian Hipertensi pada Karyawan Pangan Sari Utama
Full text linkHypertension is one of the non-communicable diseases that is the main cause of death in the world and is still showing an increasing trend in Indonesia. Low knowledge and attitudes towards hypertension prevention are one of the causes of suboptimal healthy living behaviors in society, including in the work environment. This study used a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest–posttest approach to assess the effectiveness of health talk using poster media on improving hypertension control knowledge and attitudes in employees of PT Pangan Sari Utama. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test and the paired sample t-test. The results showed that there was a significant difference in knowledge (p = 0.001) and attitude (p = 0.001) between before and after the intervention. The average attitude value increased by 3.613, indicating a positive change in hypertension control awareness and behavior. Health promotion through health talk assisted by poster media has been proven effective in increasing employees' knowledge and attitudes towards hypertension control. These interventions can be efficient and sustainable workplace health promotion strategies to encourage healthy living behaviors and prevention of non-communicable diseases
Efikasi diri terhadap retensi karyawan dengan pengembangan karir dan pelatihan menggunakan modmed
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah efikasi diri berpengaruh terhadap retensi karyawan dengan pengembangan karir sebagai variabel mediasi dan pelatihan sebagai variabel moderating pada PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangunan Sumatera Utara Bagian Utara. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM – Smart Parsial Least Square dan teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dari kuesioner. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 135 orang dan yang dijadikan sampel berjumlah 135 orang dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yaitu sample yang juga mewakili jumlah populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan, pengembangan karir memediasi efikasi diri tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap retensi karyawan, pelatihan memoderasi efikasi diri tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap retensi karyawan. Dengan demikian, meskupun efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung terhadap retensi, pengembangan diri dan pelatihan tidak memainkan peran yang signifikan baik mediasi maupun moderasi

Full text linkThe implementation of this service is based on the condition of partners who still lack access and infrastructure, lack of awareness and understanding of technology, especially with the concept of AR, and difficulties in integration with the curriculum, so the Socialization of Augmented Reality-Based Learning Media with the Assemblr EDU Application was carried out. This Training activity began with coordinating resource members, making materials, compiling instruments, designing activities. Then it was continued by coordinating the manufacture of materials, arranging instruments, and resource persons. And ended with a report on the results of the evaluation, where the results of this service will later produce outputs in the form of Youtube Training Activities, Mass Media, and service articles, so that they can be consumed by the community not only when the activity takes place. Conclusion The training activities included the delivery of material by the team using several methods such as the question and answer method, the discussion method and the Mgich School AI simulation method, Augmented Reality with the EDU Assemblr application. This provides a fairly good change in teachers' insights into the implementation of the use of AI and AR in the completion of teaching materials, modules, assessments, assessment rubric

UN statistics 2020 noted that more than 149 million (22%) toddlers worldwide are malnourished, of which 6.3 million are Indonesian toddlers. And in 2017 in Asahan district the number of toddlers reported was 77,452, consisting of 39,366 or 50.82% male toddlers and 38,086 or 49.17% female toddlers as many as 60,142 (77.65%) of whom had been weighed (D / S), the results of the weighing were recorded as many as 350 (0.58%) showed BGM. To find out how the mother's role in providing parenting to the toddler with the incidence of weight below the Red Line (BGM). Qualitative analytic with phenomenalogical design. Transformasi digital dan pengalaman wisatawan dalam penelitian destinasi: kajian pemetaan ilmu dan analisis bibliometrik
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan tren penelitian terkait transformasi digital dan pengalaman wisatawan dalam bidang studi destinasi pariwisata. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik, data dikumpulkan dari 499 publikasi ilmiah yang terindeks di Google Scholar pada periode 2021–2025. Data dianalisis menggunakan Publish or Perish dan divisualisasikan melalui VOSviewer untuk mengidentifikasi pertumbuhan publikasi, keterkaitan kata kunci (co-occurrence), kolaborasi penulis (co-authorship), dan kepadatan penelitian (density visualization). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan jumlah publikasi setelah masa pandemi dengan tema dominan seperti “smart tourism destination”, “digital transformation”, “tourist experience”, dan “destination branding”. Analisis mengungkapkan empat klaster utama, yaitu (1) destinasi cerdas dan manajemen digital, (2) branding dan kepercayaan destinasi, (3) dampak pandemi dan adaptasi, serta (4) resiliensi dan peran mediasi. Hasil pemetaan juga menunjukkan adanya jaringan kolaborasi global yang kuat antara penulis dari kawasan Eropa, Asia-Pasifik, dan Amerika Utara. Peta kepadatan menegaskan bahwa istilah “destination” dan “experience” menjadi pusat utama dalam penelitian pariwisata terkini. Meskipun memberikan kontribusi akademik, penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan pada penggunaan satu basis data dan sifat analisis yang deskriptif. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk mengintegrasikan beberapa basis data dan menggunakan metode bibliometrik campuran guna menggali tema-tema baru seperti pariwisata metaverse, pengalaman berbasis kecerdasan buatan, dan keberlanjutan digital. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman evolusi pengetahuan ilmiah di bidang pariwisata digital serta menawarkan implikasi strategis bagi pengelolaan destinasi berkelanjuta

Full text linkThe Binjai City Health Center was recorded to have the lowest Universal Child Immunization (UCI) achievement in Binjai City in 2022, which was only 14.5%. This low immunization coverage is closely related to the lack of knowledge and maternal attitudes towards the importance of immunization. To improve this, effective health promotion is needed by utilizing the media as a means of conveying interesting and easy-to-understand information. This study aims to assess the effectiveness of video media compared to leaflets in increasing maternal knowledge and attitudes about infant immunization. The research uses a quantitative approach with a Quasi Experiment design of the Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The research location was in the working area of the Binjai Kota Health Center in May-October 2023, with a sample of 32 mothers who had babies. They were divided into two groups: 16 people received education via video, and 16 people through leaflets. Data analysis was carried out using the Wilcoxon Test and the Mann-Whitney Test. The results showed a significant increase in knowledge (p=0.001) and maternal attitudes (p=0.003) through video media, as well as an increase through leaflets (knowledge p=0.014; attitudes p=0.017). The effectiveness test showed that the mean rank value of the video group was higher (37.00) than the leaflet (28.00). Full text linkHypertension is one of the common health problems that occur in the elderly and has a significant impact on the quality of life and the risk of complications such as cardiovascular disease and stroke. Prevention and control of hypertension in the elderly require a holistic approach that involves promotional, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative efforts. This community service activity aims to provide information to the community, especially the elderly, about the prevention and control of hypertension, with an emphasis on lifestyle interventions, pharmacological treatment, and health education. The method used in this community service activity is Education on Prevention and Control of Hypertension in the Elderly using lecture and discussion methods and blood pressure checks, blood sugar checks, and cholesterol checks. Socialization was attended by 79 people. The activity was carried out on November 20, 2024, for 2 hours and 30 minutes. The series of events in this activity are open, presentation of main material, discussion and question-and-answer session, and closing. In addition, before the event, blood pressure and blood sugar/cholesterol checks were carried out. The results of this activity, the elderly who attended received education on knowledge of Prevention and Control of Hypertension (healthy lifestyle, stress management, physical activity), and laboratory test results showed that out of 79 elderly people, 30 people had normal blood pressure, 28 people were positive for cholesterol, and 21 elderly people had positive blood sugar <200 mg/dl. This health education is expected to detect early increases in cholesterol and uric acid as well as blood sugar in the elderly. Hubungan Faktor Risiko Terjadinya Low Back Pain Myogenik di Poliklinik Rehab Medik Rsu Haji Medan
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the relationship between risk factors and the occurrence of myogenic Low Back Pain (LBP) at the Rehab Clinic RSU Haji Medan. The analyzed factors include age, gender, body mass index (BMI), and occupation. The research used a descriptive design with a cross-sectional approach and involved 30 respondents diagnosed with myogenic LBP. The results show that the majority of respondents are aged 36-45 years, with most being female. The BMI factor was also significantly related, with most respondents having a normal BMI. Occupations involving heavy physical activity or poor posture were found to have a significant relationship with LBP occurrence. Chi-square tests revealed that age, gender, BMI, and occupation all had significant relationships with myogenic LBP. These findings are expected to provide insights into efforts for the prevention and management of LBP in Indonesia, especially among high-risk populations

Full text linkThe implementation of the Gema Cermat (Smart Drug Awareness Movement) program needs to be applied to prevent medication misuse, which can have fatal consequences for human health. More than 50% of drugs worldwide are prescribed and used inappropriately or irrationally. The aim of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of outpatients at Mitra Medika General Hospital in Medan through outreach and education on rational drug use as a form of implementing the Gema Cermat Program in the hospital. This activity is carried out by lecturers from the Helvetia Institute of Health, Medan. The method used to improve knowledge includes outreach/workshops using lectures, discussions, and guidance methods. Topics include types of drugs, drug dosage forms, how to use medications properly, how to store and dispose of unused or expired medications, and the ability to apply and assist the community, especially in how to obtain, use, store, and dispose of medications correctly and safely. Through this Gema Cermat program, outpatients are expected to understand the types of medications, their proper usage, storage, and disposal. The results and conclusion of this community service activity show that it was successfully implemented and received positive responses and enthusiastic participation from attendees, who actively asked questions about rational drug use

Full text linkThe study on board and practical training conducted aboard the KM. KELUD is an essential component in developing the competencies of cadets from the Akademi Maritim Belawan (AMB) to prepare them for challenges in the maritime industry. This activity aims to enhance the cadets' technical and non-technical skills, such as ship navigation, ship system operation, and teamwork and leadership abilities. During the training period from July 2025, cadets were involved in various practical activities, including emergency situation simulations, to improve their readiness in dealing with real-world maritime problems. The evaluation results indicated a significant increase in technical and non-technical skills, as well as a higher level of job readiness in the maritime industry. This activity demonstrates the importance of experience-based learning approaches in vocational maritime education to produce a skilled and employable workforce
