PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KELUARGA HARAPAN (PKH) DI DUSUN PASI GAMPONG BAK PAOH KECAMATAN JAYA KABUPATEN ACEH JAYA (Studi Implementasi Permensos RI Nomor 1 Tahun 2018 Tentang Program Keluarga Harapan)
Poverty is a global social problem that requires an active role from the government, including in Indonesia. To reduce poverty and improve community welfare, the government through the Ministry of Social Affairs has implemented the Family Hope Program (PKH). This program has proven to be quite effective in helping poor and vulnerable families. This study focuses on the implementation of PKH in Gampong Bak Paoh, Pasi Hamlet, Jaya District, Aceh Jaya Regency, with the aim of finding out the requirements for aid recipients and the implementation of the program in the area. The method used is descriptive qualitative with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of PKH has been in accordance with government regulations. However, there are obstacles such as recipients who are actually capable but do not voluntarily withdraw from the program. This happens because the recipient data comes directly from the Ministry of Social Affairs and cannot be changed by PKH facilitators. Even so, this program provides various benefits to the community, such as increasing education levels, social welfare, access to health, and economic support. Thus, PKH has an important role in poverty alleviation, although evaluation and data updates are still needed to be more targeted

In development, community participation is one of the elements of the village development process, thus community participation in development needs to be increased first by other parties such as village officials. Basically, to mobilize village community participation is an important thing in the development of a village. Problem Formulation (1) How is community participation in infrastructure development in Lampineung Village, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency? (2) How is community participation in religious development in Lampineung Village, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency?. By using a qualitative approach research method. The results of this study indicate that community participation in infrastructure development planning in Lampineung Village, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency tends to vary. Community participation in the implementation of infrastructure development in Lampineung Village, Baitussalam District, Aceh Besar Regency shows a lower level than expected. Identifikasi Penerapan Arsitektur Neo Vernakular Pada Gedung Fakultas Syariah Iain Lhokseumawe
Arsitektur neo vernakular merupakan pendekatan dalam desain yang muncul dari aliran postmodern, yang memadukan unsur-unsur arsitektur modern dengan nilai-nilai tradisional lokal dari arsitektur vernakular. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi penerapan konsep arsitektur neo vernakular pada Gedung Fakultas Syariah Iain Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi lapangan, dokumentasi visual, dan kajian literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gedung tersebut menerapkan pendekatan arsitektur neo vernakular melalui bentuk atap, penggabungan elemen bangunan tradisional dengan pendekatan modern, Meskipun penggunaan material batu bata sebagai elemen lokal tidak ditampilkan secara langsung karena telah dilapisi dengan plaster semen, struktur dasarnya tetap mencerminkan pemanfaatan material tradisional dalam bentuk yang telah disesuaikan dengan konstruksi modern, pengintegrasian antara interior dan exterior, serta penggunaan warna-warna kontras, penyesuaian desain terhadap budaya dan kondisi lingkungan sekitar
Perancangan dan Pengujian Prototipe Ekstruder Plastik Skala Kecil untuk Daur Ulang Limbah HDPE
Permasalahan limbah plastik yang terus meningkat menuntut solusi lokal berbasis teknologi sederhana dan edukatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang, membangun, dan menguji prototipe mesin ekstruder plastik skala kecil yang mampu mengolah limbah plastik jenis HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) menjadi filamen daur ulang. Metode penelitian mencakup studi literatur, perancangan mekanik berbasis open-source, perakitan komponen lokal, dan pengujian fungsional dengan observasi kualitatif. Hasil menunjukkan prototipe berhasil mengekstrusi limbah HDPE menjadi filamen berdiameter ~2 mm meskipun tanpa sistem kontrol suhu otomatis. Degradasi termal terjadi akibat fluktuasi suhu, tetapi melalui penyesuaian manual kecepatan motor dan durasi pemanasan, konsistensi filamen dapat dicapai. Performance Analysis Of Simpang Empat Matang Seulimeng Roundabout, West Langsa District, Langsa City
In West Langsa District, Langsa City, you can find Gampong Matang Seulimeng. Langsa is now home to a sizable urban population. Obviously, this will lead to daily traffic congestion in Langsa City, which in turn will result in delays, long queues, and congestion at intersections and highways. Many cars, each with its own agenda, starting point and end destination, collide at the roundabout. There are many roads leading to the Simpang Matang Seulimeng Roundabout in Langsa City, including Jalan Prof. A Madjid Ibrahim and Jalan Jendral Sudirman. The research team in Matang Seulimeng wanted to know how well the roundabout at the intersection worked and what kind of side obstacles it encountered. The results of this study, which uses PKJI 2014, suggest a new approach to improve the functionality of roundabouts. The medium class score of 494 was obtained from the data of side obstacles. The saturation degree value is 0.37 (LOS B) on Jl Prof. A. Majid AB. The intersection, 0.53 (LOS B) on Jl. Jenderal Sudirman BC, 0.87 (LOS D) on Jl. Prof. A. Majid CD, and 0.53 (LOS B) on Jl. Jenderal Sudirman DA were determined through roundabout performance analysis. These values indicate stable traffic, unstable traffic, unstable traffic, and stable traffic, respectively
Analisis Debit Banjir Metode Hidrograf Satuan Sintetis (HSS) Nakayasu dan Synder pada Krueng Sabee Aceh Jaya
Krueng Sabee is one of the rivers located in Krueng Sabee District, Aceh Jaya Regency. Krueng Sabee has a main river with a length of 33.27 km and a watershed area of 380.90 km2 and an average river elevation of 0.4%. Krueng Rusi and Krueng Cangeh divide the Krueng Sabee River flow in the upstream. Krueng Sabee often overflows which causes flooding around its flow area. To determine the design flood discharge for the Return Period (PU) of 2.5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 years that occurred in Krueng Sabe using the HSS Nakayasu and HSS Synder Methods is the main objective of this study. Rainfall data used from station A in Pulo Raya Village and station B in Pante Kuyun Village. The flood discharge for Return Period (PU) 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 is 1716.66 m³/sec, 1985.10 m³/sec, 2162.83 m³/sec, 2387.39 m³/sec, 2553.99 m³/sec and 2719.36 m³/sec is the result of the Nakayasu HSS Method analysis. The Snyder HSS method, obtains the design flood discharge values for various Return Periods (PU) as follows: 2 years 14,479.83 m³/s, 5 years 16,746.64 m³/s, 10 years 18,247.47 m³/s, 25 years 20,143.77 m³/s, 50 years, 21,550.55 m³/s Return Period 100 years 22,946.95 m³/s. It was found that the Snyder Synthetic Unit Hydrograph (HSS) method produces a larger flood discharge compared to the Nakayasu HSS
Pengaruh Penggunaan Abu Cangkang Kelapa Sawit Pada Batako Terhadap Nilai Kuat Tekan Dan Penyerapan Air
Concrete block is a building element made from a mixture of Portland cement or pozzolan, sand, water, and other additives. This study aims to evaluate the effect of adding palm shell ash as a partial cement substitution material on the compressive strength and water absorption of concrete block according to SNI 03-0349-1989. The variations of palm shell ash substitution used were 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% of the cement weight. The test results showed that the average compressive strength values for the BN (normal), BA-5, BA-10, BA-15, and BA-20 variations were 8.88 MPa, 12.2 MPa, 7.9 MPa, 7.2 MPa, and 6.7 MPa, respectively. The optimum compressive strength value was achieved in the BA-5 variation with a value of 12.2 MPa and was included in the classification of quality I concrete block. A decrease in compressive strength occurred in variations above 5%, but still met quality standards I and II. The water absorption test showed consecutive values of 10%, 10.5%, 13.4%, 13.2%, and 15.3%, where all variations were still below the maximum limit of 25% according to SNI and categorized as quality I. Thus, palm shell ash has the potential to be a cement substitute in making bricks, especially at a content of 5%, which provides the best mechanical and physical performance
Pengaruh Pemadatan pada Campuran AC-WC dengan Bahan Filler Abu Kulit Kopi terhadap Nilai Volumetrik Marshall
The quality of compaction of asphalt pavement layers, especially the wear layer (AC-WC) is very important to avoid damage. This study aims to analyze the effect of the number of compaction impacts on the Marshall characteristics of Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC) mixtures using coffee husk ash as a filler. AC-WC serves as an impermeable cover layer to protect the asphalt structure from water damage. The use of coffee skin ash as a filler material is expected to increase cost efficiency and utilize waste optimally. The research process began with physical material testing, sieve analysis, mix design, and the manufacture of 51 test samples. The number of compaction tumbles used were 2x35, 2x50, and 2x75. The results of the tests showed that increasing the number of compaction tumbles had a positive impact on the stability of the mixture, with a percent increase in stability values of 11% and 18.24%, respectively. The results also showed that the addition of 25% coffee husk ash had a positive impact on mix stability, with a percent increase in stability value of 11%. The flow, VIM, MQ and durability values of the 25% coffee husk ash mixture were also affected by the number of impacts. However, at 2x35 and 2x50 impacts, the flow, VIM, MQ and durability values did not meet the specifications of Bina Marga 2018 revision 2 . Thus, the optimal number of compaction impacts is very important to improve the durability and performance of AC-WC layers using coffee husk ash filler
Analisis Tren Penerbangan Dan Penumpang Di Bandara Cut Nyak Dhien Nagan Raya
Bandar Udara Cut Nyak Dhien, yang terletak di Kabupaten Nagan Raya, Provinsi Aceh, memiliki peran penting dalam menghubungkan daerah tersebut dengan berbagai kota besar di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren penerbangan dan penumpang di bandara tersebut dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Dengan menggunakan data statistik penerbangan dan jumlah penumpang, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran mengenai perkembangan lalu lintas udara, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tren tersebut, serta potensi pengembangan bandara ke depan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat fluktuasi dalam jumlah penumpang, ada potensi untuk peningkatan yang signifikan dengan pengembangan fasilitas dan layanan yang lebih baik. Studi ini menyoroti pentingnya investasi infrastruktur dan promosi untuk meningkatkan daya saing bandara di tingkat nasional.
 
ANALISA KEAUSAN TEPI PADA PAHAT REKONDISI DAN TANPA REKONDISI PADA PROSES GURDING BAJA KARBON SEDANG S45C
Keausan merupakan faktor yang menentukan umur pahat, maka pertumbuhannya perlu ditinjau dengann memperhatikan faktor utama atau faktor dominan dari mekanisme keausan pahat. Agar mata pahat dapat digunakan dalam waktu yang lebih lama, mata pahat ahrus digunakan sebaik mungkin dan dilakukan pengasahan dan perbaikan (Rekondisi) bila terjadi keausan. Tujuan dalam peneliti ini adal untuk mengetahui keausan tepi (VB) pahat dengan memvariasikan diameter pahat (d) dan putaran spindle (n) yang dilakukan pada material benda kerja S45C, kedalaman 7mm dengan menggunakan pendinggin dan tanpa pendingin pada mata pahat HSS ( High Speed Steel) yang baru dan yang telah mengalami pengasahan. Dari hasil pengukuran keausan tepi (VB) pahat untuk tiap-tiap perlakuan ukuran dan putaran spindle pahat, pada fase tanpa pendinginan keausan terbesar terjadi pada pahat yang mengalami pengasahan dan keausan tepi (VB) terkecil terjadi pada pahat yang belum mengalami pengasahan (pahat baru). Sedangkan untuk fase menggunakan pendingin keausan tepi (VB) pahat terkecil terjadi sebelum pahat pengasahan (pahat baru) dan keausan tepi (VB) terbesar terjadi setelah mengalami pengasahan pahat
