No full textThe purpose of this study was to find out whether the INLISLITE application was effective or not in the system at the West Aceh District Library and Archives Agency. This study uses the theory of effectiveness prosed by Madiasmo. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by means of observation, interview, and documention. The result of this research show that the application of the INLISLITE application system at the Library and Archives Service of West Aceh Regency has been effectively implemented. The obstacles faced by librarians in noerating the INLISLITE application and the lack of human resources who are expert in Information Techonoly (IT) knowledge as well as several constraints on the selver. The benefits or opportunities obtanited in using the INLISLITE application are very time efficient in inputting colection that appear in the OPAC and on the bookshelf

Get PDFAugmented reality (AR) merupakan sebuah teknologi yang menggabungkan benda maya dua dimensi atau tiga dimensi yang dibuat oleh komputer kemudian memproyeksikan benda maya tersebut secara realtime dalam waktu nyata. Hal ini dilakukan dengan cara membuat objek tiga dimensi pada marker sehingga dikenali oleh aplikasinya.Teknologi augmented reality ini dapat menyisipkan suatu informasi. Augmented reality dapat dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai bidang salah satunya bidang pendidikan terutama untuk pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 1 Dlingo. SMA Negeri 1 Dlingo sendiri merupakan salah satu sekolah menengah atas di kecamatan Dlingo. Salah satunya bidang biologi yaitu pembelajaran organel sel tumbuhan dan hewan. Sebagian besar siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Dlingo sering mengalami kejenuhan terutama untuk visual pembelajaran yang terlihat monoton dan membuat siswa malas untuk belajar. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan vuforia, blender dan visual studio c# untuk mengembangkan augmented reality. No full textIn October 2020, the Indonesian people were shocked by the appearance of a photo on the @kawanbaikkomodo twitter account containing a truck being blocked by a Komodo dragon. This photo is related to the development of premium Komodo tourism on Rinca Island. Environmental problems in Indonesia often occur every year and even continue to increase. Mass media is considered effective and has a big influence in increasing public awareness of the environment. As media that are concerned with environmental issues, Mongabay.co.id and Greeners.co also report on the issue of Komodo premium tourism development. This study aims to find out how Mongabay.co.id and Greeners.co frame the issue of komodo tourism development and find out the factors that influence the framing of the two media. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the framing analysis method of the Robert N. Entman model. The results show that Mongabay.co.id focuses on reporting on the impact of development on the environment, animals and society. Meanwhile, Greeners.co focused on reporting on the development process which was deemed not to pay attention to the Komodo dragon. There are two factors that most influence the two media in determining framing, namely the level of media routine and ideology

No full textThis study aims to determine how to manage static archives in the Library and Archives Service of West Aceh Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants in this study were the Head of Archives and Archives. The results of this study indicate that the management of static archives in the previous year has not gone well and also has not received a list of static archives. This is because in the field of archives there is a lack of human resources as archivist functional staff who have the competence and skills in carrying out management and maintenance activities for archives
Implementasi Metode Random Forest Klasifikasi untuk Phishing Link Detection
Get PDFInternet sangat dibutuhkan saat ini. Masalah yang muncul dari perkembangan internet dan teknologi saat ini adalah keamanan dan privasi, dimana data privasi sangat rentan untuk dicuri oleh seseorang melalui internet. Contohnya adalah situs web phishing yang telah tersebar luas di internet yang dapat mencuri data seperti, data pribadi, data kartu kredit, perbankan online, dan data email tanpa diketahui oleh pengguna internet. Bisa dibilang sulit membedakan situs web asli atau palsu. Karenanya diperlukan klasifikasi untuk membedakan situs web asli atau palsu. Penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma Random Forest untuk memilih situs web phishing dari pohon keputusan. Berdasarkan penerapan algoritma Random Forest untuk mendeteksi phishing situs web, hasil akurasi adalah 94,36% dan hasil validasi adalah 94,77% menggunakan 2.457 dataset yang diperoleh dari situs web www.kaggle.com. Dari penelitian ini terbukti bahwa algoritma ini memiliki akurasi tinggi untuk memprediksi situs web phishing dan hasil yang diperoleh diimplementasikan dalam bentuk ekstensi dari browser secara realtime yang nantintya akan memberikan popup peringatan jika situs website yang dibuka adalah phishing website

Maka dari itulah antrian di Klinik Larasti sangat ramai dan terkadang terjadi kesalahan dalam antrian, karena klinik membutuhan pelayanan dan rekam medis yang akurat untuk menangani pasien. Untuk menangulangi permasalahan itu dibutuhkan Sistem Informasi tentang pendaftaran pasien berbasis online. Sistem ini terdapat fasilitas-fasilitas yang bisa dipakai, seperti untuk pendaftaran periksa maupun pengobatan, daftar dokter beserta jadwalnya, dan juga pemberitahuan nomor antrian. Sistem ini berbasis website dengan metode FIFO (First In First Out). Hasil perancangan berupa website pendaftaran online yang membantu dalam memberikan nomor antrian dan waktu giliran sehingga bisa mempwrmudah pelayanan di Klinik Larasati

No full textSelebgram is currently widely used as a promotional media carried out by a brand because it is considered effective in promoting a product that is packaged in its own way so that it looks more natural. Celebrity is also considered as a tool in building the image of a brand or service. Personal branding is the process of how individuals are seen as a brand by their target market, personal branding is aimed at attracting more clients who actively shape public perceptions. In determining the strategy to be carried out, the researcher uses the concept of personal branding according to Peter Montoya. In addition, this study also uses the theory of communication privacy management to see how celebrities manage their personal information on their Instagram account. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. The data collection technique in this study was to conduct direct field observations, namely to conduct direct interviews with research informants to obtain data about the personal branding of celebrities in managing personal information on their Instagram accounts. The results of the study show that celebrities in building personal branding have their own privileges according to the content they choose. Celebrities in managing privacy information in general already know the limits of their privacy information with the public on social media, so they understand what information can and cannot be shared on their social media. They have good management, between themselves and netizens

No full textPencatatan data pada Pos Pelayanan Terpadu di dusun Pelemgede masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga menimbulkan kesulitan pengurus, misalnya saat catatan hilang, jadi tidak tersimpan secara baik sehingga pemantauan kesehatan anak tidak maksimal, pencarian identitas anak saat akan memasukan data anak. Guna memudahkan dalam pencatatan dan pemantauan kesehatan ibu dan anak, maka dibuat aplikasi sistem informasi posyandu berbasis web. Aplikasi sistem informasi posyandu ini dibangun dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Laravel dan Database MySQL. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan kearsipan. Tahap pengembangan aplikasi meliputi analisis, perancangan sistem, implementasi,dan pengujian. Aplikasi sistem informasi posyandu yang dibuat dapat digunakan untuk membantu pemerintah dusun dalam melakukan pencatatan dan pemantauan kesehatan ibu dan anak yang lebih efektif dan efisien sehingga dapat meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan maupun kelalaian. Hasil pengujian sistem menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini layak dan dapat digunakan sebagai alat untuk membantu mengolah pencatatan dan pemantauan kesehatan ibu dan anak

The purpose of this research is to find out the meanings contained in the writing of a news report on the divorce of Gading Marteen and Gisella Anastasia in the online news media Serambinews. This research uses Norman Fairclough\u27s discourse analysis which contains three dimensions, namely text (microstructural), discourse (mesostructural), and sociocultural (macrostructural) which were developed to produce news in the mass media. The results show that Serambinews.com uses clear and striking word choices and uses interview quotes from various sources. In this case, Serambinews.com also leads readers to judge Gading Marten and Gisella Anastasia, although there is a tendency for Gisel to be shown negatively and Gading to be positive
A Fractured Global Health Governance: China Steps Up in Global Health Leadership?
No full textThis paper discusses the increasing role of China and its rivalry with the United States in global health governance. COVID-19 has presented new challenges in the domain of global health, marked by the debate between unilateral and multilateral approaches to dealing with the pandemic. US declining role poses a threat to the spirit of multilateralism and the prospects for global health governance. When global health governance is on the brink of collapse, China upholds a multilateral approach to lead collective action to defeat the virus. This research utilizes qualitative research method and literature study to collect research data sourced from secondary data sources. Using the concept of rising powers in the realm of global health governance, the results of this study show that the pandemic has offered China a strategic opportunity to fill a leadership vacuum. It has also improved its global position by providing the world with much-needed information and medical supplies. The active contribution of China to global health governance may enhance its global image and legitimacy, build relationships and friendships, emphasize the Peaceful Rise narrative, and support the Health Silk Road project
