SISTEM PENILAIAN KINERJA KARYAWAN SEBAGAI PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN DALAM PENENTUAN KENAIKAN JABATAN MENGGUNAKAN PROFILE MATCHING
Get PDFKesuksesan perusahan tidak terlepas dari peran karyawan dalam memajukan perusahaan. salah satu faktor kesuksesan kinerja karyawan yaitu memiliki seorang leader atau pemimpin untuk dapat memimpin seluruh karyawan dan mencapai tujuan perusahaan. Pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan pemimpin perusahaan selama ini hanya melalui rekomendasi dari owner atau pemilik perusahaan. Owner akan memilih karyawan untuk naik jabatan menjadi pemimpin perusahaan. Rekomendasi dari owner perusahaan untuk menilai karyawan yang akan menjadi pemimpin bukan suatu jaminan karena hanya dilihat dari berapa lama mereka bekerja. Hal ini terkadang menimbulkan beberapa masalah yaitu pemimpin yang dipilih tidak sesuai harapan dan tidak memiliki kualitas yang baik dalam memimpin perusahaan. Berdasar permasalahan yang dihadapi dibutuhkan sebuah sistem untuk mempermudah pengambilan keputusan. Salah satu metode dalam pengambilan keputusan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode Profile Matching. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan owner perusahaan dalam mengambil keputusan penilaian kinerja karyawan untuk menentukan kenaikan jabatan sebagai pemimpin perusahaan. Metode profile matching sebagai model sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian kinerja karyawan berbasis web menggunakan tiga kriteria yaitu kriteria kecerdasan yang memiliki sub kriteria kreatif, penalaran dan solusi, konsentrasi dan antisipasi, kriteria sikap kerja dengan sub kriteria teliti, tanggung jawab, pengendalian perasaan dan hati-hati, serta kriteria perilaku dengan sub kriteria kepatuhan, kesungguhan, mandiri dan pengaruh. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu Sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian kinerja karyawan menggunakan metode Profile Matching dapat berjalan dengan baik serta dapat menampilkan perankingan kinerja karyawan terbaik. Pengujian blackbox testing mendapatkan sistem berjalan sesuai rancangan dan pada perbandingan perhitungan manual dan sistem mendapatkan hasil yang sama

This rubric is delivered using popular language style and tends to be humorous. However, the writings in this rubric present men and women unequally. As a mass media, Radarsemarang.id has the power to shape reality. This paper dismantles how women are described in infidelity using a qualitative approach using Roger Fowler\u27s Critical Linguistic discourse analysis model. Stuart Hall\u27s representational theory is used as a basis for analysis. This analysis resulted in a selection of vocabulary in the form of a strategy of limiting views, women are always described as perpetrators and men are described as victims in an affair. Through grammar, namely the "Passivation" transformation strategy for men, women are portrayed as active seducers who make men, not of their own volition, trapped in an extramarital affair. No full textIkan cupang menjadi salah satu hobi yang ditekuni orang, bahkan selama pandemi COVID-19 peminat ikan dengan nama Latin Betta sp terus meningkat dan menjadi primadona. Para penggemar ikan cupang ini kemudian membuat suatu perkumpulan atau komunitas berdasarkan persamaan kesukaan atau hobi. Salah satu Group Facebook penggemar ikan cupang, yakni Komunitas Lelang Cupang Indonesia (KLCI). Penulis mengamati salah satu bentuk norma dan identitas penggemar ikan cupang, yakni adanya bahasa atau istilah tertentu yang dipahami dan dimaknai sama oleh semua anggota KLCI dalam proses lelang di KLCI. Etnografi virtual dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasikan pola perilaku, pola kehidupan dan hubungan sosial dalam kehidupan virtual di media sosial atau dunia maya. Untuk menganalisa data yang diperoleh, peneliti akan menggunakan teknik yang dapat membantu menganalisis etnografi virtual yaitu Teknik Analisis Media Siber (AMS). Pada proses lelang yang terjadi, menggunakan ragam bahasa serapan. Kata serapan yang digunakan merupakan jenis adopsi, dimana penyerapan dari bahasa asing ke bahasa Indonesia tanpa mengubah pelafalan, ejaan maupun tulisan. Selain itu terdapat juga kata dalam bahasa inggris yang digunakan pada group KLCI, penggunaan bahasa asing pada group KLCI karena masuknya pengaruh bahasa Inggris dalam kehidupan mereka, hal ini disebut code mixing. Para anggota group KLCI juga menggunakan kata akronim. Untuk bahasa formal pada group KLCI digunakan pada aturan grup dari admin. Hasil yang ditemukan pada komunikasi virtual komunitas KLCI terjadi pada ruang publik, sehingga semua anggota bisa melihat pesan yang dikirim oleh anggota lainnya yang berupa teks, simbol, gambar maupun video yang digunakan pada interaksi antar anggota komunitas KLCI di ruang virtual. Get PDFKomunikasi bertujuan untuk mencapai komunikasi yang efektif yaitu apabila rangsangan yang disampaikan oleh komunikator bisa diterima serta dicerna oleh penerimanya dengan baik. Berdasarkan dari pendapat yang dikemukakan oleh Cultip, dkk (2011), bahwasannya guna memberikan nilai keefektifan dalam sebuah komunikasi di dalam suatu program public relations dan salah satu instansi yang menjalankannya yaitu program psychological services oleh PKBI Daerah Riau untuk masyarakat dan pengungsi yang berada di Pekanbaru. Tujuannya untuk memberikan peningkatan diri individu dalam pemecahan berbagai masalah psikologi yang muncul akibat dari situasi negara konflik apalagi saat pandemi covid-19. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan metode pengumpulan datanya melalui penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung kepada pengungsi yang mengikuti program PKBI Daerah Riau dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 283 responden yang dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin. Setelah kuesioner disebarkan di lapangan, selanjutnya menggunakan aplikasi SPSS for windows versi 23 yaitu sebuah aplikasi yang digunakan guna mengolah suatu data yang sudah diperoleh atau sudah terkumpul di dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa program psychological services PKBI Daerah Riau sebesar 3,09 yang masuk kedalam kategori efektif dalam melaksanakan kegiatan untuk pengungsi saat pandemi covid-19 di Pekanbaru

This writing aims to analyze the paradigm used by the Indonesian government in making policies on domestic disaster management through analysis of Law No. 24 of 2007. The author uses the content analysis method in analyzing these laws. Analysis was carried out on five indicators; actors, authority, budget, governance, and output that represent three paradigms; realism, liberalism and constructivism. The problem at the site of the research is the low public participation as well as the weak public accountability in the village of Wayame. The research method is qualitatively descriptive by conducting in-depth interviews with the informant in person. As far as the research is concerned, the Wayame village community\u27s political participation rate is very good to have seven candidates for the village chief. High political participation because the community wants a village leader who has integrity and a good leadership record. Research findings that people are very rational in determining the choice of wayame village heads who have experience and level of education can affect the selection of candidates who advance the election to wayame
Inferioritas Perempuan dalam Film Perempuan Tanah Jahanam : (Analisis Wacana Kritis Sara Mills)
No full textInjustice or discrimination against women continues to be seen in the media, one of which is in the film media in telling their stories. This problem is related to the depiction of women in films who are shown as helpless, deserving of being underestimated, and harassed. Issues related to gender injustice and discrimination manifest in the placement of women\u27s roles which are limited to the domestic sphere as housewives, helpers, and commodities to satisfy men\u27s desires. This problem is a perspective that places women as inferior beings. In films, especially horror films, this problem is still portrayed in a vulgar and caricatured way. Unlike most other Indonesian horror films, Perempuan Tanah Jahanam, directed by Joko Anwar, wants to present women as the main characters who have a central role in the story in the movie. The film portrays women as strong, brave, and unyielding figures. However, Joko Anwar has not automatically eliminated patriarchal values ??in the film Perempuan Tanah Jahanam. This is because filmmaking cannot be separated from the culture that develops in the local community and is value-free. Several scenes in the film still depict the existence of inferiority that applies to women. The author\u27s goal in conducting this research is to find the forms of female inferiority in the film Perempuan Tanah Jahanam. The method used in this research is the critical discourse analysis method from Sara Mills. The results obtained from this study are that forms of female inferiority are still found, as depicted in the film Perempuan Tanah Jahanam. No full textCompetition among business actors in the business world is increasing, so that appropriate strategies are needed in introducing and promoting a product. The goal is that the products offered are not drowned by the many competitors. Lunanuova\u27s study is one of the companies trying various strategies to build an image as the face of the company. So the research focuses on seeing how Studio Lunanuova\u27s marketing communications build brand awareness. The theory used is in the form of marketing communications (7P) and brand awareness with a qualitative descriptive method and post positivism paradigm. The researcher interviewed 3 informants using a purposive sampling technique so that they met the criteria according to the focus of the problem. The research resulted in the 6 most effective marketing communication mixes in the form of products because they have the advantage of always offering different products every year and all files without additional costs. Prices are much cheaper according to the lower middle segment and there are special prices for card members. Promotion in the form of product bundling, price discounts, and give away to establish interaction with customers. At the process stage and people are connected to each other because Studio Lunanuova has an SOP for employees, especially hospitality so that the activities carried out go according to the wishes of the customer. Placing various product photos in every corner of the room to convince consumers that Lunanuova Studio\u27s work is a mix of physical evidence. The mix that is not very effective is in the form of place because the location is too far from the city center. The marketing communication mix that has been implemented has made Lunanuova Studio better known to customers with a positive image
Penerapan Metode Simple Additive Weighting Untuk Menentukan Siswa Penerima Bantuan Dana SMK PL Leonardo Klaten
Get PDFSMK PL Leonardo Klaten has a program that is held every month to provide relief fund to students. Decision making in the selection process is currently still done manually, thus requiring more time and allowing for inaccurate selection results due to a lack of thoroughness which can lead to wrong targeting. To solve this problem, a decision support system was designed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method so that the selection process would be more accurate, efficient and easier for the SMK PL Leonardo Klaten to determine which students are entitled to receive relief fund. The implementation of this decision support system has succeeded in displaying a ranking that can be used as consideration for determining students who receive relief fund at SMK PL Leonardo Klaten. The level of match between the results of manual calculations and the results of system calculations is the same and produces an accuracy of 100% which indicates that the calculation of the SAW method on the system is correct

The application development stage begins with the stages of problem analysis, system design, designing system process models, interface design, and relations between tables.The application made is a web-based expert system to help in choosing the best guitar according to the criteria entered into the system, and displaying presentations in the guitar choices given as well as a detailed explanation of the guitar.
