ANALYSIS OF GOVERNMENT COMMUNICATION STRATEGY IN IMPLEMENTING COVID 19 VACCINATION IN JAYAWIJAYA DISTRICT: HARROLD D. LASSWELL\u27S PERSPECTIVE
Get PDFThe government issued Presidential Regulation Number 99 of 2020 concerning Vaccine Procurement and Implementation of Vaccination in the Context of Handling the Covid 19 Pandemic. From this regulation, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia created a communication strategy to increase the trust and participation of health workers and the public in the free vaccination program in stages. This study aims to explain the government\u27s communication strategy in implementing the COVID-19 vaccination in Jayawijaya Regency from the perspective of Harrold D. Lasswell. The research method uses a qualitative approach. The theory used to analyze the communication strategy is the theory of Harrol D. Lasswell. The results of the study showed that the Jayawijaya Regency Health Office\u27s communication strategy was by the phenomena that existed in society, but the implementation and the target of vaccination were not optimal. This can be seen from the results of the study which showed that Who? (who/communicator) in the socialization of vaccination, there are still figures who reject or do not support the vaccination, Say What? (Message) The amount of irresponsible information related to vaccination is spreading among the community, and there is a lack of correct information related to vaccination
PEMBUATAN APLIKASI LAPORAN KINERJA ONLINE (LAKON) BERBASIS ANDROID MENGGUNAKAN METODE WATERFALL
No full textKementerian Agama Kabupaten Klaten dituntut untuk memperbaiki sistem kerja khususnya dalam hal pelaporan kinerja. Sistem pengisian Laporan Capaian Kinerja Harian (LCKH) dan Sasaran Kerja Pegawai (SKP) saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Untuk memperbaiki proses ini, perlu membangun aplikasi Laporan Kinerja Online (LAKON) berbasis Android. Penggunaan aplikasi LAKON dapat menambah fleksibilitas kinerja pegawai. Pegawai dapat mengisi laporan kinerja dari mana saja dan kapan saja. Pembuatan aplikasi LAKON menggunakan metode Waterfall. Alasan pemilihan metode Waterfall dalam pembuatan aplikasi LAKON yaitu tahapan dalam metode Waterfall dilakukan secara bertahap, sehingga kualitas sistem yang dihasilkan akan baik. Kontribusi dari penelitian ini yaitu menguatkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penulis berhasil membangun aplikasi LAKON berbasis Android dengan melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Aplikasi LAKON dapat melakukan pengisian dan pencarian laporan kinerja secara online serta terintegrasi dengan website monitoring kinerja pegawai
Regulating European Union’s Border in Africa: The Practice of Semi-permeable Border in Ceuta and Melilla
Get PDFCeuta and Melilla are two enclaves that belong to Spain in Morocco and have become the contact points of the irregular migrants coming from Africa that are attempting to reach the European continent. The enclaves have utilized innovative technology and barbed wire, but immigrant crises have occurred over the years. Despite the crises, the Spanish and Moroccan governments choose to perform a semi-permeable border. This article explains the semi-permeable border using the liberal institutional theory. This article argues that a semi-permeable border is chosen by the Spanish and Moroccan governments to fulfill their mutual self-interests. The Spanish government agrees to perform a semi-permeable border to retain the symbolic border of the region. The blurring overlap in the enclaves has put the Spanish government to use help from the European Union to conduct security measures in the region. The Moroccan government agrees to perform a semi-permeable border to retain its influence over the enclaves and uses the immigrant crises as a bargaining chip for the European Union. The European Union maximizes the performance of a semi-permeable border to pursue its interest, which is to conduct the Euro-Mediterranean Free Trade Agreement

Dengan mulai berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang semakin pesat, media pembelajaran tradisional seperti buku dan papan tulis perlu ditingkatkan dengan media yang lebih interaktif dan menarik. Teknologi Augmented Reality berbasis Android dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah pemahaman tentang organ dalam manusia, memberikan pengalaman belajar yang baru dan interaktif bagi pengguna yang ingin mempelajari organ dalam manusia secara mendetail. Get PDFThe situation that shows Soegi Bornean can gain popularity quickly even though the condition of the music industry in Semarang is still inferior to several other cities, indicates that the band applies public relations strategies with external parties to improve its image which has an impact on popularity. So, the formulation of this problem is to describe these indications using John A. Ledingham\u27s relationship management theory. The research method used is qualitative with case studies. The results showed that Soegi Bornean achieved popularity in a short time because it carried out relationship management activities with external parties, such as aggregators and fanbases. In its implementation, Soegi Bornean applies the principles of relationship management and SMARTS model very well until have a positive quality. Therefore, it has an impact on increasing Soegi Bornean\u27s popularity where a public recognises Soegi Bornean as a music group that has physical attractiveness, attractiveness of work, positive personnel characteristics, and is active in the community.

Get PDFThe live streaming feature is used by pharmacists to introduce products sold in pharmacies online to help consumers meet the information and needs of pharmacists in providing counseling and marketing drugs that can be accessed freely through digital platforms such as Shopee. Introduce him to persuasive communication which consists of five techniques. This research aims to determine the implementation of pharmacists\u27 persuasive communication via live streaming on Shopee e-commerce. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation, then the results are reduced for analysis and conclusions are drawn. The research results show that persuasive communication is carried out consciously or unconsciously using five persuasive communication techniques in live streaming. Another fact is that techniques that live streaming viewers are not yet aware of are setting and red-herring techniques. Meanwhile, the technique that gets a positive response from the audience is the reward technique which provides persuasive power to the audience
The Complexity of ASEAN Way and Norms in Addressing Islam-Rooted Conflicts in Southeast Asia
No full textThis research aims to investigate ethno-religious conflicts in the Southeast Asia region with a focus on the role of religion (Islam), nationalism, and citizenship issues, as well as to understand the complexity of resolving these conflicts within the framework of ASEAN Way norms. This research combines qualitative approaches and policy analysis to provide a comprehensive picture of the interactions between conflict factors and regional norms. The research methodology includes analysis of ASEAN policy documents and case studies of selected conflicts in the region. Qualitative analysis will be used to explore community perceptions and experiences regarding conflict, while policy analysis will examine how ASEAN Way is reflected in conflict resolution efforts. Preliminary results show that religious factors and nationalism often trigger conflict, while citizenship issues can complicate the dynamics of conflict. The ASEAN Way, which emphasizes the principles of non-intervention, deliberation, and consensus, has limited impact in responding to ethno-religious conflicts. This research will provide insight into how the ASEAN Way can be improved to be more effectively respond the ethno-religious conflict in the region. The implications of this research can also help design more effective conflict resolution mechanism and support sustainable peace in Southeast Asia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana dekonstruksi androgini yang ditampilkan mikro selebriti Tik Tok yaitu Ale dan Yumi dalam menciptakan akumulasi keuntungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan dekonstruksi Paula Saukko untuk melihat makna baru dari androgini. Teori modal kapital Pierre Bourdieu yaitu modal ekonomi, modal sosial, modal budaya dan modal simbolik digunakan untuk menganalisis relasi kuasa yang dibentuk mikro selebriti Tik Tok tersebut untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Data yang diperoleh melalui analisis wacana Norman Fairclough dengan tiga dimensi yaitu teks, nilai relasional dan nilai ekspresif. Hasil yang didapatkan bahwa Ale dan Yumi merepresentasikan androgini secara lebih cair karena mereka memiliki modal budaya yaitu pengetahuan fashion, modal sosial berupa endorsement, modal simbolik yaitu pemberian julukan sebagai fashion influencer dan modal ekonomi yaitu pendapatan dari unggahan konten Tik Tok atau pekerjaan di dunia fashion lain
