L’universo dell’umano digitale. Annuncio apofatico ed epifania del kerygma
Get PDFThis article discusses the topicality of the digital issue from a human perspective. The proclamation of the Gospel in the digital world is situated in this perspective. The focus of the article is on the view of the digital not as a tool for proclamation but as a place to encounter the contemporary human. The current pontifical magisterium also repeatedly turns its attention to the human centrality within the digital network. The proclamation of the Gospel is addressed to the human being who lives in the digital and is also structured by it, so it is necessary to know the digital identity, the structuring and the culture that determine that human being. To proclaim in the digital means to meet people who live in it, and such a proclamation necessarily starts from relationships.Este artigo aborda a atualidade da questão digital a partir de uma perspectiva humana. É nessa perspectiva que se situa o anúncio do Evangelho no mundo digital. O cerne do artigo é a visão do digital não como um instrumento de anúncio, mas como um lugar de encontro com o ser humano contemporâneo. Também o atual magistério pontifício, várias vezes, orienta a sua atenção para a centralidade do homem na rede digital. O anúncio do Evangelho dirige-se ao ser humano que vive no mundo digital e também se estrutura a partir dele, pelo que é necessário conhecer a sua identidade digital, a sua estrutura e a cultura que o determina. Presença cristã no metaverso: perspectivas e desafios pastorais a partir do estudo de caso do LagoVerso
Get PDFThe digital network since its creation has been a space for reflection and practice of faith, therefore, a theological and pastoral place. The research seeks to identify the challenges and opportunities for pastoral action in the metaverse, through the case study of LagoVerso, the first Brazilian Christian church in this digital ecology. The article analyzes the characteristics of this environment and investigates its potentialities as one of the new agoras where the Gospel can be communicated. The research used to develop the case study, besides the method of participant observation of two services, an in-depth interview with the developer of the project. Just as the experience of the web affects our living and spiritual habits, the experience of faith impacts the development in the digital communication ecosystem. Based on the presence and practices of Lagoinha Baptist Church in this environment, we seek to raise important questions for “digital evangelization”.A rede digital desde sua criação tem sido um espaço de reflexão e prática da fé, portanto, um lugar teológico e pastoral. A pesquisa busca identificar os desafios e oportunidades para a ação pastoral no metaverso, através de um estudo de caso do LagoVerso, primeira igreja cristã brasileira nessa ecologia digital. O artigo analisa as características desta ambiência e verifica suas potencialidades como uma das novas ágoras onde o Evangelho pode ser comunicado. A pesquisa utilizou para desenvolver o estudo de caso, além do método de observação participante de dois cultos, uma entrevista em profundidade com o desenvolvedor do projeto. Assim como a experiência da rede afeta nossa vivência e hábitos espirituais, a experiência de fé impacta o desenvolvimento no ecossistema comunicativo digital. A partir da presença e das práticas da Igreja Batista da Lagoinha neste ambiente, busca-se levantar questões importantes para a «evangelização digital»
Implementação de um data warehouse, uma perspetiva bibliométrica

In addition to extracting, cleaning, transforming, and delivering the information data into a single database, this system supports organizations in the management and strategic decision-making. The objective of this article is to expose the most important topics to consider when implementing this system in an organization, such as the choice of architecture, internal organizational factors that guarantee the success of the implementation of a data warehouse and security issues, which should not be forgotten. Finally, a future perspective is briefly mentioned, combining 5G and data warehouse technologies, making the system more efficient, safer, and cheaper.Com o enorme fluxo de informação gerado pelas organizações, é importante que estas tenham a preocupação de armazenar os dados num sistema só, num data warehouse. Para além da extração, limpeza, transformação e entrega os dados de informação numa só base de dados, este sistema apoia as organizações na gestão e na tomada de decisões estratégicas. O objetivo deste artigo prende-se na exposição dos tópicos mais importantes a ter em conta no momento de implementar este sistema numa organização, como é o caso da escolha da arquitetura, fatores organizacionais internos que garantem o sucesso da implementação de um data warehouse e as questões de segurança, que não devem ser esquecidas. Por fim, é referido, de uma forma breve, uma perspetiva futura, que conjuga as tecnologias 5G e data warehouse, tornando o sistema mais eficiente, seguro e mais barato

Cuidados de enfermagem omissos e a Teoria de Orlando: uma análise essencial
Get PDFMissed Nursing Care (MNC) is an emerging problem in care practice environments and nurses play a role as potential causal agents as they are responsible for the decision-making concerning nursing care along the nursing process. Given the increasing incidence of MNC and the harmful consequences it leads to in terms of care safety and quality, raising healthcare professionals’ awareness of MNC is crucial if aiming to reduce its occurrence. The nursing philosophy underpinned on Orlando’s Theory, sets the focus of the nursing practice in the relationship nursing-patient. It further establishes the discipline of the nursing process as a systematic way of evaluating and guaranteeing the satisfaction of the patients’ needs. [In this article we argue that] such processes have the potential of being protective factors to the occurrence of MNC, and consequently promote the patient’s safety and the quality of care.Los cuidados de enfermería omitidos (CEO) es un problema emergente en los ambientes de práctica del cuidado donde los enfermeros son un agente causal potencial, ya que son responsables de la toma de decisiones sobre el cuidado de enfermería durante el proceso de enfermería. Dada la creciente incidencia de este problema, es importante sensibilizar a los profesionales de la salud sobre la existencia de los CEO, con el fin de minimizar su aparición. La filosofía de enfermería, basada en la teoría propuesta por Orlando, centra la práctica de los enfermeros en la relación enfermera-paciente y establece la disciplina del proceso de enfermería como forma sistemática de evaluar y garantizar la satisfacción de las necesidades del paciente. Esos aspectos sugieren que protegen la ocurrencia de cuidados de enfermería omitidos y, consecuentemente, promueven la seguridad del paciente y la calidad de la atención a la salud.Os cuidados de enfermagem omissos (CEO) são um problema emergente nos ambientes da prática de cuidados onde o enfermeiro é um potencial agente causador, dado ser o responsável pela tomada de decisão acerca dos cuidados de enfermagem durante o processo de enfermagem. Perante o aumento da incidência desta problemática, torna-se importante conscientizar os profissionais de saúde para a existência de MNC, tendo como perspetiva minimizar a sua ocorrência. A filosofia de enfermagem assente na teoria proposta por Orlando centra a prática do Enfermeiro na relação enfermeiro-doente e estabelece a disciplina de processo de enfermagem como forma sistematizada de avaliar e garantir a satisfação das necessidades do doente. Demência e cuidados paliativos, uma análise reflexiva
Get PDFIntroduction: The term Dementia translates a set of symptoms from a wide group of diseases that cause cognitive decline and interfere with a person’s occupational, domestic and social function. It is an irreversible disease whose prevalence rate has been increasing and causes great social and economic impact on families/caregivers and the community. As dementia is a progressive and incurable disease, palliative care is a possible answer with the aim of promoting well-being and quality of life for the patient/family, prioritizing care and respecting human dignity. Objective: Reflect on the factors that affect the accessibility of patients with dementia to palliative care. Materials and methods: Qualitative study prepared as part of a research project, using thematic analysis. Results: Two medical classes were interviewed, neurologists and palliative care professionals with the aim of identifying the factors that affect the accessibility of patients with dementia to palliative care. From the perspective of both, there is nothing that promotes accessibility, only factors that condition/limit it were found. The factors identified were, society, health policies/system, health professionals and patient/family. Conclusion: Palliative care is an appropriate response to patients with dementia, prioritizing quality of life and identifying the needs of this type of patient/family. However, the lack of training from both health professionals and the general population regarding the topic in question negatively influences both dementia and palliative care. It is important to prioritize their training/awareness and invest in a multidisciplinary approach, improving resources and health policies for the patient/family with dementia.Introdução: O termo Demência traduz um conjunto de sintomas de um grupo alargado de doenças que causam declínio cognitivo e interferem na função ocupacional, doméstica e social da pessoa. É uma doença irreversível cuja taxa de prevalência tem vindo cada vez mais a aumentar e causa grande impacto social e económico para as famílias/cuidadores e comunidade. Sendo a demência uma doença progressiva e incurável, os cuidados paliativos são uma resposta possível com o intuito de promover bem-estar, qualidade de vida ao doente/família, priorizando cuidados e respeitando a dignidade humana. Objetivo: Refletir sobre os fatores que condicionam a acessibilidade dos doentes com demência aos cuidados paliativos. Materiais e métodos: Estudo qualitativo elaborado no âmbito de um projeto de investigação, com recurso a análise temática. Resultados: Foram entrevistadas duas classes médicas, neurologistas e paliativistas com o intuito de identificar os fatores que condicionam a acessibilidade do doente com demência aos cuidados paliativos. Na perspetiva de ambos, nada existe que promova a acessibilidade, apenas foram encontrados fatores que a condicionam/limitam. De entre os quais foram identificados, a sociedade, políticas/sistema de saúde, profissionais de saúde e doente/família. Conclusão: Os cuidados paliativos traduzem uma resposta adequada ao doente com demência, priorizando a qualidade de vida e identificando as necessidades deste tipo de doentes/famílias. Contudo o défice na formação quer dos profissionais de saúde quer da população em geral relativamente ao tema em questão, influencia negativamente a ligação entre demência e cuidados paliativos. É importante priorizar a formação/sensibilização destes e investir numa abordagem multidisciplinar, melhorando os recursos e as políticas de saúde para o doente/família com demência

Tarantino’s non-linear approach mirrors the deliberate fragmentation seen in postmodern literature, eliciting diverse audience interpretations. Taborda-Hernández’s audiovisual essay delves into Tarantino’s departure from linear storytelling, introducing an experimental linear perspective that prompts inquiries into the story’s efficacy in both linear and non-linear frameworks. This exploration highlights the complex interplay between narrative, characters, and the film’s non-linear structure. Thematic depth within non-linear storytelling enriches the viewing experience prompting reflection on the complex interweaving of human existence and morality, echoing Pulp Fiction’s multi-layered structure. This article contends that the film not only promoted but successfully achieved a continuous dialogue between the audience and the filmmaker, catalyzed by the film’s use of a non-linear structure and its consequential effects
