Self-Influencer Congruence: A Stimulus towards Purchase Intention
This research intends to investigate the impact of self-influencer (actual-self and ideal-self) congruence on the purchase intention of customers through the mediation of para-social interaction and perceived altruistic motive. It demonstrates the contextual examination of self-influencer congruence with reference to the Apparel Industry of Pakistan. An online questionnaire was developed to collect data from 270 respondents who were members of fashion related forums. The study hypotheses were tested using structural equation modelling through SmartPLS. The findings revealed that self-influencer congruence has a significant indirect relationship with purchase intention through the mediating effects of para-social interaction and perceived altruistic motive. Additionally, the findings provide valuable insights regarding the use of social media influencer marketing and contribute to the scarce body of knowledge concerning self-influencer congruence especially in the context of the emerging IT-based economy of Pakistan. This is among the initial studies to examine the effect of self-influencer congruence on perceived altruistic motive in the Apparel Industry of Pakistan. Lastly, it addresses the study's limitations and provides recommendations for future researchers along with implications for practitioners.

But because they are so plain, there is a risk that political, social, and economic standards will spread badly. Because the criminal justice system isn't perfect, the number of strange crimes is slowly increasing in developing and developed sovereign nations. Similar obstacles prevent setting sustainable development objectives, as do these shortcomings. This effort aims to create a balanced society that promotes human rights in a way that is appropriate for the time. To do this, it must address any community failings and adapt to the times by making these defects necessary. The criminal justice systems of emerging and developed nations will be analyzed in-depth in this review, as well as the effects of any flaws on the social, economic, and political affairs of the states mentioned. This research will descriptively assess the potential changes that may make to the current criminal justice system to uphold the aims of justice. By protecting the next generation from many curses, the work's outcomes may restore the global societies necessary for successful human existence

Impact of Leader’s State of Core Self-Evaluation on Task Complexity: A Quantitative Analysis
This study aims to explore the association between a leader's State of Core Self-Evaluation and the complexity of tasks assigned to them. Previous research on this topic has established a strong foundation for the conceptual framework and hypotheses used in this study. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing an adapted questionnaire to gather data from 141 organizational leaders holding various positions in the banking sector. Statistical analysis of the data demonstrates that a leader's core self-evaluation is positively linked to task complexity. This implies that when leaders believe they possess the necessary abilities and skills to handle a task, their cognitive skills improve, leading to efficient task completion. Conversely, when leaders perceive a task as complex, they may exhibit avoidance behaviour and refrain from attempting to complete the task. These findings are useful in assessing leaders' performance under different levels of task complexity, particularly in a demanding work environment. Policymakers can also benefit from this research in understanding what triggers leader behaviour when task complexity increases. The results of this study align with previous research, indicating that a leader's State of Core Self-Evaluation and task complexity are crucial considerations in the field of management

Climate change poses a significant threat to agricultural productivity, especially in regions with vulnerable economies such as Pakistan. This research article aims to explore the multifaceted impacts of climate change on crop yields within the country. By analysing historical climate and crop productivity data of 1977-2016 through the ARDL technique, the study identifies trends and patterns that suggest a strong correlation between climate change and fluctuations in crop productivity. Our findings highlight the need for climate-resilient crop development, improved agricultural technology, and the necessity for adaptive agricultural practices and robust policy interventions to reduce the adverse effects of a changing climate on crop productivity Furthermore, the potential of emerging technologies and farming techniques to enhance resilience in crops production, ensuring a crops supply for Pakistan's growing population
“Direction and Destination Pattern of Mango Export from Pakistan” A Markov Chain Approach
The retention and switching patterns of the importing countries are seen as crucial for the exporting countries to maintain their consistency and growth, where random variables, such as the export of mango from Pakistan, have a significant effect. These actions have a significant role in export of horticulture products like fresh fruits and vegetables. Therefore this study investigates the importing pattern of the top five importers, (i.e., United Arab Emirates (UAE), Oman, Saudi Arabia, United kingdom (UK), and Qatar), where Pakistani exports constitute about 70 percent of mango exports. For measuring the occurrence probability of a random variable, the Markov chain analysis is applied to the time series data from FY 2016-17 to FY 2021-22 collected from secondary sources. Based on the TPM, the study concludes that, in terms of quantity, Pakistan can rely on UAE and other category of importing countries for mango exports. In value terms Pakistan can rely on other category of importing nations for mango exports. The Markov chain result showed that the direction of Pakistani mango exports is shifting from a small group of importing countries to other nations in the world. Regulations and direction by the policy makers can improve the production and export of the mango from Pakistan

Role of Different Socio-economic Variables in Academic Indicators of Autistic Youth in Punjab
Higher education is increasingly accepting to students with disabilities. By altering education and disability policy, increased possibilities for persons with impairments to enroll in and finish higher education are being pushed internationally. Global higher education policy has significantly changed as a result of the recent emphasis on inclusive practice. The United Nations' ratification of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in 2006 is proof that better educational possibilities for individuals with disabilities are also significant. This has led to an increase in the number of people with disabilities enrolling in higher education, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs). The main purpose of this research study was to elaborate the role of socio-economic variables in improving the academics of autistic youth. Punjab was conveniently selected as the researcher was residing in this province. The province was separated into three clusters depending upon the region: the first was north region from which Rawalpindi was selected, the central region from which Faisalabad was selected, and the southern region from which Multan was selected. There are total 114 institutions spread over these three sampled districts (43 in Rawalpindi, 38 in Faisalabad and 33 in Multan) and. Two employees (staff members) from each institution based on their availability were chosen for the purpose of gathering data. Hence, the quantitative study's sample size was 228 respondents. Focus group discussions were used to acquire qualitative data. The major findings of the study showed that the there was significant effect of history of autism in the family on academic factors affecting autism. Individual level of autism had significant effect on academic factors affecting autism. If an individual is at higher level of autism then automatically it will has increases effect of academic factors on autism. The study recommends that autistic children must not be pressurized due to academic performance as there are many factors affecting academic performance. History of autism in the family also effects the academic performance of special children. Special children must be exposed to training before sending them to regular classes. Many special training institutes also do so and have proper training mechanism
