The Influence of Professionalism, Work Discipline and Work Environment on Employee Performance
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of professionalism, work discipline and work environment on employee performance of Balai Pelatihan Vokasi Dan Productivitas Sidoarjo (Vocational and Productivity Training Center in Sidoarjo). The sample in this research was all 38 employees of Vocational and Productivity Training Center in Sidaorjo. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The research results prove that professionalism, work discipline and the work environment have a partial and simultaneous influence on employee performance of Vocational and Productivity Training Center in Sidoarjo. Among these three variables, professionalism is proven to have a dominant influence on employee performance of Vocational and Productivity Training Center in Sidoarjo
The Influence of Top Management Support, Professionalism, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance
The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of top management support, professionalism and work motivation on employee performance of General and Personnel Department of RSUD dr. Mohamad Soewandie Surabaya. The sample in this study were all employees of General and Personnel Department of RSUD dr. Mohamad Soewandie Surabaya numbered 43 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The research results prove that top management support, professionalism and work motivation have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance of General and Personnel Department of RSUD dr. Mohamad Soewandie Surabaya. Among these three variables, work motivation is proven to have a dominant influence on employee performance of General and Personnel Department of RSUD dr. Mohamad Soewandie Surabaya. Thus, the hypothesis which states that professionalism has a dominant influence on employee performance of General and Personnel Department of RSUD dr. Mohamad Soewandie Surabaya is not proven and rejected
ANALISA OUTLET PENGOLAHAN LIMBAH DI UNIT EFFLUENT TREATMENT PABRIK IIIB PT. PETROKIMIA GRESIK TERHADAP STANDAR BAKU MUTU LINGKUNGAN: ANALISA OUTLET PENGOLAHAN LIMBAH DI UNIT EFFLUENT TREATMENT PABRIK IIIB PT. PETROKIMIA GRESIK TERHADAP STANDAR BAKU MUTU LINGKUNGAN
Background: Solid, liquid and gas waste cause environmental pollution so that a waste treatment effort is needed to prevent environmental pollution. Environmental pollution occurs due to waste disposal that exceeds the Threshold Limit Value. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of the results of liquid waste management outlets with environmental quality standards. Methods: This research was conducted qualitatively using descriptive method. Liquid waste processing data collection is done through field observations, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The data obtained is then discussed by comparing the Decree of the Minister of Environment and Forestry No. 175/Menlhk/Setjen/PKL.1/4/2017 Concerning Permits for Discharging Wastewater to the Sea. Results: In this study the results obtained were that the liquid waste treatment process in the Effluent Treatment unit had 2 stages (primary and secondary treatment) and the liquid waste processing outlets in the Effluent Treatment unit were not in accordance with the Quality Standards set by the company, which would then be accommodated in equalizer and will be reprocessed until the waste complies with existing environmental quality standards. Conclusion: The company has carried out liquid waste treatment so that it can prevent environmental pollution in accordance with the Decree of the Minister of Environment and Forestry No. 175/Menlhk/Setjen/PKL.1/4/2017 Concerning Permits for Disposing of Wastewater to the Sea, however, the output of liquid waste treatment outlets in the Effluent Treatment unit is not in accordance with the Quality Standard
Pengaruh Model Game Based Learning berbantuan Quizwhizzer terhadap Pemecahan Masalah Matematis berdasarkan Self Efficacy
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of the game-based learning model assisted by the QuizWhizzer application on studentsβ mathematical problem-solving abilities in the topic of linear equations, viewed from different levels of self-efficacy. This research employed a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design of the non-equivalent control group type. The population consisted of eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Baureno in the 2024/2025 academic year, with class VIII J as the experimental group and class VIII F as the control group. The research instruments included a self-efficacy questionnaire, tests (pretest and posttest), student worksheets (LKPD), teaching modules, and learning materials. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 27 through prerequisite tests (normality, homogeneity, and linearity) and hypothesis testing (Independent Samples t-Test). The results showed a significant effect of the game-based learning model assisted by QuizWhizzer compared to conventional learning on studentsβ mathematical problem-solving abilities, viewed from high (sig. 0.023), moderate (0.048), and low (0.049) self-efficacy levels, all of which were < 0.05. The average posttest scores of students in the experimental class, based on self-efficacy levels, were higher than those in the control class. Therefore, this model is effective as an alternative interactive learning approach to improve studentsβ mathematical problem-solving skills.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh model game based learning berbantuan aplikasi quizwhizzer terhadap pemecahan masalah matematis siswa materi persamaan garis lurus ditinjau dari tingkat self efficacy. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif desain quasi experiment bertipe the non-equivalent control group design. Populasi penelitian meliputi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Baureno tahun pelajaran 2024/2025, dengan sampel terdiri dari kelas VIII J (eksperimen) dan kelas VIII F (kontrol). Penelitian menggunakan instrumen yang meliputi angket self efficacy, tes (pretest dan posttest), LKPD, modul ajar, dan bahan ajar. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS 27 melalui uji prasyarat (normalitas, homogenitas, linearitas) dan uji hipotesis (Independent Samples t-Test). Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan terdapat pengaruh signifikan model game based learning berbantuan quizwhizzer dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional terhadap pemecahan masalah matematis siswa ditinjau dari self efficacy tinggi (sig. 0,023), sedang (0,048), dan rendah (0,049), yang semuanya < 0,05. Rata-rata posttest siswa berdasarkan self efficacy kelas eksperimen lebih unggul daripada kelas kontrol. Dengan demikian, model ini efektif digunakan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran interaktif dalam meningkatkan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa.

INOVASI MESIN ALTERNATIF PENGGERAK TENAGA PEGAS SEBAGAI PENGGANTI TENAGA MESIN DIESEL UNTUK PENGGERAK POMPA AIR
Pada daerah pesisir kota berprofesi sebagai petani dan petani tambak yang mengalirkan air sebagai objek utama untuk pertanian dan pertambakan. Untuk mengalirkan air perlu alat atau mesin diesel sebagai penggerak pompa air dengan bahan bakar utama minyak. Disaat menggunakan diesel mengakibatkan polusi udara akibat pembakaran bahan bakar dan juga pada saat ini cukup langkah dan mahal saat dibeli. Sebab itu, kami melakukan inovasi energi alternatif ramah lingkungan dengan menciptakan penggerak tenaga pegas sebagai penggerak pompa air. Dalam mengembangkan produknya melewati berbagai proses yaitu proses desain produk, bagan proses operasi, aliran proses, dan daftar bahan. Tidak hanya itu, kami mematok harga produk melalui riset pasar agar dapat harga yang sesuai, memenuhi permintaan pasar dalam melakukan peramalan agar tercapai perencanaan produksi. Menentukan perancangan pabrik dalam membangun industri yang ingin berdiri harus tahu menentukkan kapasitas produksi dan melakukan perencanaan tata letak fasilitas. Hasil penilaian investasi yang diprioritaskan dengan perhitungan paybak period, net present value, internal rate of return, dan break event point. Dari beberapa perhitungan tersebut dapat diketahui pembuatan produksi penggerak tenaga pegas layak digunakan dan dapat mempunyai manfaat kepada masyarakat
ANALISA KERUSAKAN KOMPONEN PADA POMPA SENTRIFUGAL TIPE 6/4 E-AH DI PT ANTAM UBPE PONGKOR
Dalam proses pengolahan bijih emas di PT Antam UBPE Pongkor menggunakan pompa sentrifugal. Pompa sentrifugal adalah alat mekanis yang di rancang untuk mengirim (transfer) fluida dari satu tempat ke tempat lain dengan memanfaatkan gaya sentrifugal. Jenis pompa sentrifugal yang di gunakan yaitu tipe 6/4 E-AH yang sering mengalami masalah karena terjadinya kavitasi. Kavitasi yaitu fenomena pembentukan dan pecahnya gelembung udara di dalam aliran fluida yang terjadi ketika tekanan di sisi hisap pompa. Kavitasi dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan komponen pompa yang menyebabkan penurunan pada kinerja pompa secara tiba-tiba. Metode yang digunakan penulis dalam mengumpulkan data yaitu melakukan observasi atau pengamatan terhadap kondisi operasional pompa dan memcatat hasil dari kondisi operasional di lapangan. Selain itu metode yang di gunakan penulis dalam pengumpulan data yaitu survey atau wawancara kepada teknisi metode perawatan dan kerusakan pada pompa serta kepada operator sebagai pengoperasi di lapangan. Hasil pengamatan dan wawancara tersebut yaitu apabila nilai NPSHA yang di peroleh lebih kecil dari nilai NPSHR maka pompa akan mengalami kavitasi. Dampak dari kavitasi yaitu terdapat kerusakan atau keausan (erosi) pada beberapa komponen, sehingga mengakibatkan kerusakan pompa dan terjadi penurunan efektivitas dan efisiensi pompa. Untuk mengurangi kerusakan pada pompa sebaiknya melakukan pengembangan teknologi dan design yaitu mengkaji ulang design kontruksi perpipaan dan implementasi penggunaan teknologi modern yang canggih guna pemantauan dan mengetahui tanda-tanda kavitasi. Selain itu melakukan pelatihan khusus untuk operator dan mekanik guna mengetahui tanda-tanda dan cara mencegah kavitasi, seperti mengadakan pelatihan soft skills untuk mendorong mereka untuk memperoleh sertifikasi profesional
IMPLEMENTASI NEW SEVEN TOOLS DAN FAILURE MODE AND EFFECT ANALYSIS BERBASIS SIX SIGMA GUNA PENINGKATAN KUALITAS DEMINERALIZED WATER : (Studi Kasus: Unit Demin III A - PT Petrokimia Gresik)
PT Petrokimia Gresik memerlukan pasokan demineralized water berkualitas tinggi untuk mendukung kinerja turbin dan boiler dalam proses produksi. Kualitas demineralized water berperan penting terhadap efisiensi energi dan keberlangsungan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis jenis, penyebab, serta pengendalian kecacatan air demin melalui integrasi metode Six Sigma, New Seven Tools, dan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kecacatan tertinggi terjadi pada parameter Total Hardness (TH), SiOβ, dan Conductivity. Penyebab utama mencakup proses regenerasi resin yang tidak optimal, ketidakstabilan parameter operasional, serta lemahnya pengendalian mutu dan kalibrasi alat. Nilai DPMO sebesar 20.673,48 dan level sigma 3,5 mengindikasikan bahwa proses belum mencapai kualitas optimal, meskipun masih dalam batas kendali statistik. Usulan perbaikan meliputi optimalisasi SOP regenerasi resin, pelatihan operator, penjadwalan kalibrasi dan inspeksi alat, pengembangan sistem monitoring online, serta preventive maintenance rutin pada unit kation, anion, dan filter. Pendekatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas demineralized water secara berkelanjutan.
PT Petrokimia Gresik requires a high-quality supply of demineralized water to support the performance of turbines and boilers in the production process. The quality of demineralized water plays a crucial role in energy efficiency and operational continuity. This study aims to analyze the types, causes, and control of defects in demineralized water through the integration of the Six Sigma method, New Seven Tools, and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The results indicate that the highest defect rates occur in the parameters of Total Hardness (TH), SiOβ, and conductivity. The main causes include suboptimal resin regeneration processes, instability in operational parameters, and weak quality control and instrument calibration. A DPMO value of 20,673.48 and a sigma level of 3.5 indicate that the process has not yet reached optimal quality, although it remains within statistical control limits. Proposed improvements include optimizing SOPs for resin regeneration, operator retraining, scheduling regular calibration and equipment inspections, developing an online quality monitoring system, and implementing routine preventive maintenance on key units such as cation, anion, and filters. This approach is expected to sustainably enhance the quality of demineralized water
Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Tentang Kekurangan Energi Kronik Dengan Kejadian Kekurangan Energi Kronik Pada Remaja Putri
Latar Belakang : Kekurangan energi kronik adalah keadaan remaja putri mengalami kekurangan gizi (kalori dan protein) yang berlangsung menahun (kronis) sehingga menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan. Remaja putri dikatakan mengalami kekurangan energi kronik apabila ukuran Lingkar Lengan Atas (LILA) <18,5cm. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan tingkat pengetahuan tentang kekurangan energi kronik dengan kejadian kekurangan energi kronik pada remaja putri.
Metode Penelitian : Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 60 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dan alat ukur pita LILA, timbangan berat badan, serta stadiometer (untuk tinggi badan).
Hasil Penelitian : Menggunakan uji chi square dengan nilai p value = 0,03 < 0,05 sehingga terdapat hubungan tingkat pengetahuan mengenai kekurangan energi kronik dengan kejadian kekurangan energi kronik.
Kesimpulan : Ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan mengenai kekurangan energi kronik dengan kejadian kekurangan energi kronik pada remaja putri di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik
Pengaruh Sustainability Reporting, Intellectual Capital Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Komite Audit Sebagai Moderasi
This study aims to analyze the effect of sustainability reporting and intellectual capital on firm value with the audit committee as a moderating variable. The population in this study consists of mining companies in the energy sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2023. With the purposive sampling method, a sample of 32 companies (128 observation data) was obtained. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SmartPLS 4 Program. The results of this study indicate that sustainability reporting significant negative effect on firm value, intellectual capital has an insignificant effect on firm value, the audit committee is unable to moderate the relationship between sustainability reporting and intellectual capital on firm value
Penerapan Video Editing sebagai Inovasi Promosi Kesehatan di Puskesmas Kedungsolo: Solusi Kreatif untuk Edukasi Masyarakat
Health promotion is an important effort to increase public awareness about healthy living behaviour. In the digital era, innovation in the delivery of health information is the key to reaching audiences more effectively. This article discusses the implementation of video editing as an innovative tool to support health promotion at the Kedungsolo Community Health Centre. Through community service activities, the team provides training in creating and editing educational videos to staff. This training covers basic concepts of video editing, use of software, and strategies for delivering health messages that are interesting and easy to understand. The results of the activity show that staff are able to produce quality informative videos that are distributed via social media and other digital platforms. These videos have succeeded in increasing community participation in health centre health, such as immunizations, health checks and disease prevention. By implementing this technology, Kedungsolo Community Health Centre can optimize digital-based health promotion to reach more people at large
