    Pendekatan linguistik dalam kajian islam adalah cara seorang mengkaji memandang, membahas, dan menganalisa suatu objek agama islam dengan menggunakan ilmu-ilmu atau teori-teori linguistik yang dipergunakan sebagai alat bantu atau pisau analisis atas permasalahan sehingga tampak jelas objek dan lingkup studinya. Wahyu adalah perkataan (kalam) Allah, Allah mewahyukan melalui bahasa, dan bukan dalam bahasa yang misterius melainkan dengan bahasa manusia yang jelas dapat dimengerti. Itulah sebabnya manusia dapat mempelajari al-Qur’an dari berbagai aspek, termasuk bahasa atau linguistiknya. Sesungguhnya penggunaan linguistik dalam pengkajian Islam telah lama dipraktekkan oleh para ulama klasik, hanya saja belum ada pendefenisian bahwa apa yang mereka lakukan merupakan pendekatan linguistik, lihat saja bagaimana Ibnu Katsir menghadirkan buku tafsirnya, yang masih menjadi rujukan utama hingga hari ini. Sebagai agama, Islam tidak dapat diperlakukan layaknya gejala kealaman yang terjadi berulang-ulang seperti hukum alam, karenanya Islam dapat dilihat sebagai gejala sosial dan gejala budaya

    Pastel mini maknyos adalah UMKM yang dimana bergerak dalam bidang makanan atau cemilan. Permasalahan yang dialami dalam perusahaan adalah dalam permintaan konsumen yang semakin sedikit dan pemasaran yang dilakukan hanya melalui perkataan orang, dan tidak aktif dalam social media. Permasalahan  lainnya adalah diversifikasi produk yang terbatas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk merancang usulan strategi menggunakan metode BOS dan untuk menganalisis strategi mana yang terbaik dalam pengambilan keputusan menggunakan metode TOPSIS. Hasil dari metode Bos dan Topsis yang didapat yaitu alternatif 6 = 0,652 dan alternatif 8= 0,652. Dimana hasil alternatif 6 yaitu menentukan varian rasa dengan menciptakan rasa baru yaitu coklat keju, coklat kacang, dan abon sapi, sedangkan untuk alternatif 8 yang terpilih yaitu meningkatkan keaktifan dan efektifitas UMKM dalam menggunakan media sosial untuk promosi dan interaksi dengan pelanggan

    Kandang merupakan habitat hewan yang membuatnya merasa aman dan bebas dari gangguan luar. Kandang yang baik memiliki komponen internal seperti ukuran dan ventilasi yang tepat, Jika kandang tidak dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ternak, stres dapat terjadi dan berdampak Negatif terhadap kinerja produksi susu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem pemantauan air minum otomatis pada peternakan kambing menggunakan sensor ultrasonik berbasis web. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mengukur ketinggian udara dalam ember secara real-time dan mengontrol pengisian udara secara otomatis menggunakan solenoid valve yang dikendalikan oleh mikrokontroler Wemos D1 R2. Data ketinggian udara yang dikirimkan ke server web melalui koneksi Wi-Fi, sehingga pengguna dapat menjaga kondisi secara langsung melalui antarmuka web yang ramah pengguna. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan sensor MQ-135 untuk mendeteksi kualitas udara, khususnya kadar amonia, yang merupakan indikator penting dalam menjaga kesehatan kambing. Jika kadar amonia terdeteksi tinggi, sistem akan mengaktifkan kipas DC untuk meningkatkan sirkulasi udara, sehingga menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih sehat dan nyaman bagi hewan ternak. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini tidak hanya dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dalam pemeliharaan air minum, tetapi juga memastikan ketersediaan air minum yang konsisten bagi ternak, serta menjaga kualitas lingkungan di dalam kandang.     This study explores the characteristics and challenges faced by Generation Z (born 1996-2010) in the workplace, specifically at PT Gramedia Asri Media Yogyakarta. Generation Z, currently aged 15-26, demonstrates a need to gather experience through various positions and prefers collaboration and innovation within a professional environment. This research is a qualitative phenomenological study aimed at identifying the presence of adversity quotient among Generation Z employees at PT Gramedia Asri Media Pakuwon Mall Yogyakarta. The participants consist of three individuals who are employees of Gramedia Pakuwon Mall, as well as three significant others who serve as their supervisors. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews with semi-structured questions carried out face-to-face. The results indicate that all three participants possess equal levels of control, recognition, achievement, and endurance in facing workplace situations. Despite encountering complex issues, Participants D, A, and L were able to effectively overcome these challenges, thereby resolving problems and reducing their desire to leave their jobs. &nbsp

    Analgesics or pain relievers are substances that reduce or eliminate pain without losing consciousness. One of the medicinal plants that needs to be developed is the Akway plant (Drymis Sp). Traditionally and in research, Akway bark is often used by Papuan people to cure aches and pains in joints. The research conducted tests to determine the analgesic effectiveness of akway bark (Drymis Sp) at doses of 25mg/kgBB, 50mg/kgBB, and 100mg/kgBB in mice (Mus muschulus). This research is experimental research and uses the hot-plate induction method. The results of the research that has been carried out show that at doses of 25mg/kgBB, 50mg/kgBB, and 100mg/kgBB can provide an analgesic effect. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the ethanol extract of Akway bark (Drymis Sp) has the highest analgesic effect at a dose of 100 mg/kgBB

    Di era globalisasi dan digitalisasi, sektor kesehatan menghadapi tantangan yang semakin kompleks, terutama dalam mengadaptasi teknologi ke dalam layanan kesehatan. Kabupaten Gresik, sebagai daerah industri yang berkembang, mengalami kesenjangan antara kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan yang inovatif dengan keterampilan perawat dalam memanfaatkan teknologi. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi perawat melalui Pelatihan Health Technopreneurship yang diselenggarakan bagi perawat di wilayah kerja MPKU PDM Kabupaten Gresik. Metode Pengabdian melibatkan tiga tahapan utama, yaitu koordinasi dengan mitra, pelaksanaan pelatihan yang mencakup digitalisasi dasar dan health technopreneurship, serta evaluasi pemahaman peserta terhadap materi yang diberikan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta mengalami peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan terkait digitalisasi dalam bidang kesehatan, dengan 76,7% peserta mencapai tingkat pemahaman yang baik. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan perawat agar dapat beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi dan memberikan layanan kesehatan yang lebih inovatif serta efisien

    Background – The ever-evolving era of globalization, accompanied by the continuous improvement of telecommunication network services worldwide, including in Indonesia, has driven telecommunication companies to compete for profits. The growth of the telecommunication sector, further supported by the Covid-19 pandemic, sets it apart from other sectors, which generally experienced declines under the same conditions. Objective – To determine the influence of the Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Assets Turnover on Return on Assets (ROA). Design / Methodology / Approach – This study was conducted on telecommunication sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2022 period, with a research sample of 10 companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique applied was multiple linear regression. Findings – The partial test shows that the Current Ratio (CR) variable does not have a significant effect on the Return on Assets (ROA) variable. Meanwhile, the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) variables significantly influence the Return on Assets (ROA) variable. Simultaneous testing results indicate that the CR, DER, and TATO variables collectively affect ROA. Research Implication – Reevaluating financial ratio values that are deemed unsatisfactory to facilitate assessment and improvement while maintaining or even enhancing the company's performance is crucial to achieving favorable financial ratios in terms of liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability. This ensures that investors and creditors feel confident in investing or lending their capital to the company.  Limitations – The test results show that 27.8% of the variation in the Return on Assets (ROA) variable can be explained. Since some variables were found to have no significant effect, it is recommended to consider the potential influence of other variables, such as inventory turnover, cash turnover, accounts receivable turnover, working capital, and others

    Background – The progress in the economic sector so far has brought many rapid developments in the trading business sector and brought about major changes in the Indonesian retail market. Objective – This study aims to test the effect of store atmosphere, service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction at Matahari Department Store Plaza, Gresik Regency. Design / Methodology / Approach – The research method used is quantitative research methods, the types and sources of data used are primary data, and data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires. Findings – Research data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who visited Matahari Department Store Plaza, Gresik Regency. Research Implication – The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Store Atmosphere (X1) obtained t count of (4.306), while t table was (1.984) at a significant level of 5%, thus the results of statistical calculations show that partially the Store Atmophere (X1) variable is proven to have a significant effect on Matahari Department Store Customer Satisfaction. Gresik Regency Plaza. Service Quality (X2) obtained t count of (1.878), while t table was (1.984) at a significant level of 5%. Thus the results of statistical calculations show that service quality has no effect on Customer Satisfaction at Matahari Department Store Plaza Gresik Regency. Brand Image (X3) obtained t count of (1.997), while t table of (1.984) at a significant level of 5%. Thus the results of statistical calculations show that the Brand Image affects the Customer Satisfaction of Matahari Department Store Plaza, Gresik Regency.     Background – The performance of employees of PT. X Gresik in 2021 to 2023 the number of employees who obtained excellent performance has decreased while employees with less performance has increased. With the increase in underperforming employees every year and the number of employees who perform quite a lot, of course, it can be an obstacle to achieving company goals. Objective – This research aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the performance of permanent employees of PT. X Gresik. Design / Methodology / Approach – This research uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 57 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires and data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. Findings – The results showed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction partially had a positive and significant effect on the performance of permanent employees of PT. X Gresik. Research Implication – This research can be used as a reference for PT. X Gresik to encourage better employee performance by paying attention to factors that can increase employee commitment and satisfaction.  Limitations – This research has limitations only in a relatively small sample size, so it is considered less representative

    Rapid economic and technological developments in Indonesia have changed consumer behavior, especially in purchasing patterns that have shifted from physical stores to e-commerce. One industry that is experiencing significant growth is beauty care products, which are a primary need for many women. Competition in the cosmetics industry is increasing along with the development of beauty trends and product innovation. Data from the Ministry of Industry shows that the cosmetics industry increased by 9% in 2019. Many factors influence purchasing decisions, including viral marketing, buyer reviews and customer trust. Direct experience in trying the product. Even though online shopping is growing in popularity, many consumers still consider purchasing beauty products in person. One local brand that is experiencing rapid growth is Scarlett Whitening, which ranks second in sales of local skincare products with total sales of IDR 17.7 billion in the short period of 2022. This product has received BPOM permission and continues to grow as one of the most popular skincare brands in Indonesia. This research aims to determine the influence of Viral marketing, Online customer reviews, and Customer trust on Purchase decisions for Scarlett whitening products at E-Commerce Shope among Management students at Muhammadiyah University Gresik. The research method uses quantitative methods with a sample of 100 respondents. The data obtained was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques using the SPSS 20 program. The results of the research showed that Viral Marketing had a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions, Online Customer Reviews had a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions, while Customer Trust had a positive but not significant influence on Purchase Decisions
