Get PDFDi era digital, kemampuan menggunakan perangkat lunak produktivitas seperti Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Paint telah menjadi keterampilan yang penting untuk dipelajari. Pelajaran mengenai Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), khususnya untuk aplikasi seperti Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Paint memerlukan media komputer untuk praktiknya. Karena tidak adanya laboratorium untuk praktik, para murid MI Al Furqon hanya mempelajari dasar aplikasi Word dan Paint melalui teori di kelas. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mengajarkan murid MI Al Furqon melalui praktik langsung di aplikasi Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Paint. Selain mengajarkan teori dasar secara lisan, di setiap pertemuan juga dilakukan pretest, post test serta praktik secara langsung melalui laptop yang telah disiapkan. Sebagian besar siswa dan siswi MI Al Furqon masih belum bisa mengoperasikam komputer. Oleh karena itu, kami berupaya untuk meningkatkan literasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi di kalangan siswa dan siswi MI Al-Furqon dengan membekali mereka keterampilan dasar dalam mengoperasikan Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Paint yang sudah umum digunakan di kalangan masyarakat. Hasil pengabdian ini didapati adanya peningkatan pengetahuan terkait pengoperasian Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Paint oleh murid MI Al Furqon. Hal ini ditandai dengan para murid yang sudah bisa mempraktikkan teori yang diajarkan di kelas secara langsung melalui aplikasi Word dan Paint setelah 8 kali pertemuan
Boosting Employee Performance: The Role of Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Engagement
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the influence of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and employee engagement on employee performance at PT XYZ, an electronic cigarette company in Malang. This research is motivated by previous studies that have shown inconsistent findings regarding the influence of these three variables on employee performance. A quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique involving 90 back-office employees was employed. Data were collected through questionnaires, and the validity and reliability were tested using SPSS 23.00. The Normality test, Heteroscedasticity, Multicollinearity, and Autocorrelation tests showed that the regression model had meet all classical assumptions. Meanwhile, data analysis using Regression analysis showed that simultaneously the three independent variables had a significant effect with a calculated F value of 32.504 and a significance of 0.000. Partially, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and employee engagement each had a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0% or below the tolerance value of 5%. Regression analysis showed that organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and employee engagement significantly influenced employee performance, both simultaneously and individually. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.739 indicates that 73.9% of the variation in employee performance is explained by these three variables, with organizational commitment being the most dominant variable. This study provides empirical evidence that organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and employee engagement are crucial and interrelated factors contributing to improved employee performance

Get PDFTax Avoidance is one of the legal efforts in minimising the tax burden by using loopholes in tax regulations. Financial ratios that can generally affect Tax Avoidance decision making are profitability, leverage and liquidity. This study aims to collect and analyse articles related to the influence of financial ratios in Tax Avoidance. The design used is literature review, articles are collected using a search engine with a focus on national literature published in the 2021-2023 period. Based on the articles collected, the results show that profitability affects the opportunity to make decisions for Tax Avoidance. The increasing profit earned by the entity does not necessarily make the entity will receive an increase in tax burden. In contrast to profitability, leverage and liquidity, which state the entity's ability to meet long-term and short-term obligations, do not always affect the opportunity to make Tax Avoidance decisions
Pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajerial, Komisaris Independen dan Kualitas Audit terhadap Integritas Laporan Keuangan
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the effects of managerial ownership, independent commissioners, and audit quality on the integrity of financial statements. Using purposive sampling, the study focuses on manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2019–2022. A total of 195 financial statements from 52 companies were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression, with hypothesis testing conducted via SPSS. The findings reveal that managerial ownership and audit quality do not significantly affect the integrity of financial statements. In contrast, independent commissioners have a significant positive impact on financial statement integrity. These results highlight the critical role of independent commissioners in fostering transparent and reliable financial reporting. However, the low managerial ownership in the studied companies may limit the influence of this variable on decision-making and financial reporting quality. The study contributes to the literature on corporate governance by emphasizing the importance of independent oversight in improving financial reporting integrity. Future research is encouraged to explore other variables and broader contexts to provide a more comprehensive understanding
Efektivitas Exercise Dan Scar Massage Pada Chronic Wound e.c Post Debridement Dan STSG : Study Case
Get PDFSTSG dilakukan untuk menutupi berbagai luka yang disebabkan oleh luka bakar, trauma atau pengangkatan tumor dll dengan cara mengambil kulit dari lokasi donor yang akan menyembuhkan dan memindahkan kulit ke area yang membutuhkan. Pasca dilakukan STSG akan menimbulkan jaringan parut pada bekas luka, terindikasi munculnya kontraktur jaringan parut dan ROM terbatas, peningkatan tingkat nyeri pruritus peningkatan tingkat kecemasan dan penurunan kualitas hidup terkait kesehatan. Peran fisioterapi berupa pemberian exercise dan scar massage diharapkan akan mempercepat proses perbaikan remodelling jaringan kulit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas exercise dan scar massage pada kasus chronic wound e.c post debridement dan STSG. Metode penelitian menggunakan case report, dengan pemberian intervensi exercise dan scar massage sebanyak 4x terapi dengan frekuensi 1x dalam seminggu dan 15 menit untuk durasi massagenya, setelah dilakukan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kekuatan grup otot fleksi hip sinistra dan ekstensi hip sinistra, peningkatan LGS fleksi, ekstensi, abduksi dan adduksi hip sinistra, serta adanya perbaikan skala POSAS pada pasien. Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sanksi pajak dan tarif pajak terhadap persepsi penggelapan pajak badan dengan teknologi informasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wajib pajak badan yang terdaftar dan telah melakukan kewajiban perpajakannya di KPP Pratama Jombang masa pajak tahun 2022. Metode pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dan diperoleh 100 sampel. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis dengan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sanksi pajak berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap persepsi penggelapan pajak badan, tarif pajak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap persepsi penggelapan pajak badan, teknologi informasi tidak dapat memoderasi atau memperlemah pengaruh variabel sanksi pajak terhadap variabel persepsi penggelapan pajak badan, dan teknologi informasi dapat memoderasi atau memperkuat pengaruh variabel tarif pajak terhadap variabel persepsi penggelapan pajak badan
Pengembangan E-komik Matematika untuk Meningkatkan Pemahaman Konsep Aljabar Kelas VII

This study aims to develop learning media in the form of mathematical e-comics as an effort to improve the understanding of the concept of algebraic forms in grade VII. This research is motivated by the underutilization and underdevelopment of digital technology, which helps students understand the concept of algebraic forms in grade VII mathematics. One alternative that can be used is mathematical e-comics. This research method is a Research and Development (R&D) study with a 4D development model. The instruments used are interview sheets, questionnaires, and validation sheets. The results of this research are that the valid criteria for the percentage of media experts is 91.67% with a very valid category, and material experts are 75% with a valid category. The student's test results showed 0,81 in the high category. With the following research results, mathematical e-comics are effective in helping students understand basic algebraic concepts in a more enjoyable and meaningful way.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa e-komik matematika sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman konsep aljabar pada kelas VII. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh teknologi digital yang belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal dan dikembangkan dengan cara menarik untuk membantu peserta didik memahami konsep bentuk aljabar matematika. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat digunakan adalah e-komik matematika. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar wawancara, kuesioner atau angket, dan lembar validasi. Dengan hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. Kriteria valid pada persentase ahli media sebesar 91,67% dengan kategori sangat valid dan ahli materi sebesar 75% dengan kategori valid. Hasil tes terhadap peserta didik menunjukkan 0,81 dengan kategori tinggi. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa e-komik matematika efektif dalam membantu siswa memahami konsep dasar aljabar secara lebih menyenangkan dan bermakna.

The findings of the research reveal that digital literacy plays a pivotal role in assisting individuals in comprehending, filtering, and assessing information encountered online while safeguarding their privacy in the digital environment. Get PDFAbstrak: Observasi di UPT SDN 51 Gresik diperoleh data dari 20 siswa, yang mencapai KKTP pada mata Pelajaran Bahasa Jawa materi unggah-ungguh basa hanya ada 2 siswa. Penyebabnya belum ada media pembelajaran yang membuat siswa termotivasi mengikuti proses belajar. Media pembelajaran yang menarik, dapat memotivasi siswa mengikuti proses belajar. Penelitian memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui Tingkat keefektifan E-Book berbasis PBL pada pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu mix methods. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan menggunakan pretest-posttest soal, sedangkan data kualitatif dikumpulkan menggunakan lembar observasi. Desain penelitian ini yaitu OneGroup Pretest-Posttest. Siswa kelas IV UPT SDN 51 Gresik yang berjumlah 20 siswa menjadi subyek pada penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pre dan posttest soal serta lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan adanya perbandingan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebelum dengan sesudah menggunakan media E-Book berbasis PBL. Perbedaan ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai t = -18.242 dan p = 0,000. Nilai t yang negatif menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa sesudah diterapkan E-Book berbasis PBL mengalami peningkatan daripada hasil belajar siswa saat belum diterapkan E-Book berbasis PBL. Nilai p yang sangat kecil (< 0,05) menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan hasil belajar siswa tersebut signifikan. Rata-rata hasil belajar Bahasa jawa siswa kelas IV setelah diterapkannya E-Book lebih tinggi daripada rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sebelum diterapkan E-Book . Hal tersebut membuktikan, E-Book berbasis PBL efektif diimplementasikan pada pembelajaran Bahasa Jawa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar terbukti melalui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa setelah menggunakan E-Book berbasis PBL.Abstract Observations at UPT SDN 51 Gresik obtained data from 20 students, only 2 students achieved the KKTP in the Javanese language subject with basic upload material. The research aims to determine the level of effectiveness of PBL-based E-Book s in Javanese language learning in grade IV elementary schools. This type of research is mix methods. Quantitative data was collected using pretest-posttest questions, while qualitative data was collected using observation sheets. The design of this research is OneGroup Pretest-Posttest. 20 students in class IV UPT SDN 51 Gresik were the subjects of this research. Data were collected using pre and posttest questions and observation sheets. The research results indicate that there is a comparison of the average student learning outcomes before and after using PBL-based E-Book media. This difference is shown by the value t = -18.242 and p = 0.000. A negative t value indicates that student learning outcomes after implementing PBL-based E-Book s have increased compared to student learning outcomes before implementing PBL-based E-Book s. A very small p value (<0.05) indicates that the difference in student learning outcomes is significant. The average Javanese learning outcomes for class IV students after implementing E-Book s is higher than the average learning outcomes for students before implementing E-Books. This proves that PBL-based E-Book s are effectively implemented in Javanese language learning in class IV elementary schools, proven by increasing student learning outcomes after using PBL-based E-Books
