Enforcement Law Enforcement of Thrifting Practices in Purwokerto
This research aims to discuss the mechanism of thrifting in Purwokerto area, as well as to examine law enforcement against thrifting practices carried out in Purwokerto. The research method used in this research is normative juridical with a statue approach or statutory approach. This research uses data collection methods in the form of literature study and qualitative analysis methods. The results of this study are first, the thrifting mechanism through the Supplier Selection process, Sorting Process, Washing / Cleaning, Affixing Price Tags, Arranging Goods. Second, law enforcement as stipulated in Law Number 7 of 2014 concerning Trade (Trade Law), Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 40 of 2022 concerning Amendments to Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 18 of 2021 concerning Goods Prohibited from Export and Goods Prohibited from Import has actually prohibited the trade in second-hand goods. However, the implementation and enforcement of these regulations still face many obstacles, especially in terms of monitoring and supervision of buying and selling activities. More specific and clear regulations on the secondhand clothing trade are needed to address the complexities that exist in the practice of thrifting in Indonesia
Strengthening Environmental Criminal Law In Regional Development Policy
Human rights cover various fields, not only economics and politics, but also in the field of providing the need for a good and healthy living environment. The living environment is life that encompasses the order and values of life that exist within it. Orders and values that maintain the sustainability of the environment and natural resources and social justice for human life regarding HAL (Environmental Rights) remain for today and future generations. The study of the environment is an issue that is interrelated with development. The consideration that encourages the integration of environment and development is the impact of balance on the environment's ability to support sustainable development. The research results are an answer to regional development policy problems which show a lack of involvement of environmental legal principles so that attention needs to be paid so that a region can develop without disturbing the existing environmental ecosystem. The method used is the normative juridical method, namely research that uses statutory regulations as a basis for solving the problems raised. The data collection method used in this research is library research. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is qualitative, the analysis is by describing the data in a quality manner in the form of sentences that are orderly, coherent, logical, non-overlapping and effective, making it easier to interpret data and analyze
ANALISIS KUALITAS AIR GUNA MENDUKUNG PENGEMBANGAN BUDIDAYA IKAN BERBASIS KERAMBA JARING APUNG (KJA) DI PERAIRAN PANTAI ELAK-ELAK SEKOTONG
Elak-elak Beach are a coastal area that is used for tourism and fishing activities in the form of traditional fishing systems. The potential is quite good for cultivation activities, making this area considered quite suitable for developing KJA activities. The aim of this research is to analyze water quality to see the suitability of the area to support marine cage-based fish cultivation development activities. The method used is descriptive with a purposive sampling system, to describe current conditions. The results of water quality measurements show that the temperature range is 30-32 °C, pH 7.6-7.8 and salinity 30 ppt, where these figures indicate a normal range. For DO, the results show >5 mg/l, which means it is suitable for the needs of aquatic biota, especially cultivated biota. Meanwhile, the nutrient content measured through phosphate and nitrate levels also showed quite high results, namely 0.025 – 0.03 mg/l for phosphate and 0.01 – 0.05 mg/l for nitrate. This range of values indicates eutrophic waters, so that overall the Elak-elak Beach water area is good enough for the development of marine cage-based cultivation
Correlation Between Knowledge And Motivation of Primigravid Mothers With Interest In Initiating Early Breastfeeding At Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital
Implementation of Early Breastfeeding Initiation (IMD) is the beginning of success in exclusive breastfeeding. Ignorance and lack of information about early breastfeeding make primigravida mothers less motivated, so mothers are not interested in doing IMD. The purpose of this study was to determine correlation between the knowledge and motivation of primigravida mothers with their interest in IMD at Muhammadiyah Gresik hospital. The design of this research is correlational analytic with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 108 primigravida mothers. The study used IMD knowledge, motivation, and interest questionnaires, and then used the Spearman rank test. The result showed that most of the primigravida mothers who checked at the obstetrical polyclinic at Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital had sufficient knowledge of 61 (56.5%) mothers, moderate motivation of 64 (59.2%) mothers, and moderate interest of 68 (63%) mothers. The results showed that the value of knowledge was p = 0.000 < α 0.05 and the value of motivation was p = 0.000 < α 0.05. From this study can be conclused that there is a correlation between the knowledge and motivation of primigravida mothers with interest in Early Breastfeeding Initiation at Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital
The Effect of Brisk Walking Exercise on Blood Pressure in Hypertension Patients at Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital
One of the non-communicable diseases that is very serious and experienced by many people is hypertension, pharmacological therapy often fails in practice because hypertensive patients are lazy to take medication, forget to take medication/difficulty accessing medication. One type of non-pharmacological therapy to assist in controlling blood pressure is to carry out brisk walking exercise routinely. Objective: To analyze the effect of brisk walking exercise on changes in blood pressure in hypertensive patients at Muhammidyah Gresik Hospital. The design of this study used a quasy experiment with a one-group pre-posttest design approach. The population was all high blood pressure sufferers at Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital, a sample of 36 patients with a sampling technique using simple random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and SOP and data analysis using paired t test From the results of the study, the average blood pressure measurement results for the majority of patients who did the brisk walking exercise at the Muhammadiyah Gresik MAP Hospital (pretest) in the study patients was 124.7mmHg. From these results it was found that there was an average decrease in MAP (posttest) blood pressure in patients by 120mmHg. From the results of the paired t test, the PValue was 0.001 <α (0.05). There is an effect of the brisk walking exercise on changes in blood pressure in hypertensive patients at the Muhammadiyah Gresik Hospital
IMPLEMENTASI K-MEANS CLUSTERING MENGGUNAKAN RAPIDMINER DALAM PENGELOMPOKAN DATA KUNJUNGAN WISATAWAN ASING DI PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR: K-Means Clustering
Tourism is one sector that is able to make a very significant contribution to the economy of a country, especially good tourism management can have a positive impact on the social and economy of a region. East Java is one of the natural tourist destination areas that attracts quite a lot of foreign tourists with its tourist attractions, traditions, culture and local wisdom which are the main targets for foreign tourist visits. Tourist grouping is carried out using Data Mining techniques applying the k-means algorithm, the analysis used uses the Knowledge Discovery in Database (KDD) method. By applying the K-Means clustering algorithm in order to cluster data on Foreign Tourist Visits (ASIA) to East Java via Juanda Airport for 2016 - 2023 taken from the official BPS East Java portal. From the data that has been processed, 2 clusters were found which produced the most optimal dbi value, namely 0.293 with cluster 0 containing 2 data, cluster 1 48 data
KOMPARASI ALGORITMA K-MEANS DENGAN K-MEDOIDS DALAM KLASTERISASI WILAYAH RAWAN BENCANA DI KABUPATEN SITUBONDO
Data dari Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Kabupaten Situbondo menunjukkan bahwa banyak bencana terjadi di Kabupaten Situbondo, baik yang disebabkan oleh alam maupun non-alam. Pemerintah dapat menentukan prioritas penanggulangan bencana dengan menggunakan hasil dari pembagian wilayah berdasarkan tingkat kerawanan bencana. Dengan menetapkan prioritas, sumber daya yang terbatas dapat dialokasikan ke wilayah yang paling membutuhkan. Dengan menggunakan pemodelan clustering, proses data mining dapat menggunakan data kejadian bencana untuk mengelompokkan daerah yang rawan bencana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan pemodelan clustering daerah rawan bencana menggunakan algoritma K-Means dan K-Medoids, yang didasarkan pada data kejadian bencana dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melihat hasil cluster dari kedua algoritma ini, menggunakan dataset yang sama dan jumlah cluster yang sama, yaitu tiga cluster. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma K-Means memiliki nilai indeks Davies-Bouldin (DBI) yang lebih baik (0.853) daripada K-Medoids (1.388). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa algoritma K-Means lebih efektif dalam mengelompokkan daerah Kabupaten Situbondo yang rawan bencana berdasarkan data kejadian bencana.

DETEKSI MISALIGNMENT PADA MOTOR INDUKSI MENGGUNAKAN TRANSFORMASI WAVELET DISKRIT DAN FUZZY SUBSPACE CLUSTER
Currently induction motors are widely used in industry because of their strong construction,high efficiency, and low maintenance. Machine maintenance is necessary to extend the life of the induction motor. Based on previous research, bearing faults can cause 42% - 50% of all motor failures. Generally this is caused by manufacturing errors, lack of lubrication and installation errors. Motor misalignment is one of the errors in installation. This research is concerned with descrete wavelete transform simulations to identify misalignment in induction motors. Modeling of motor operation is introduced in this paper as normal operation and two variations of misalignment. Haar and symlet wavelet transformations at the first level to the third level are used to extract the motor vibration signal into a high frequency signal. Then the energy signal and other signal extracts obtained form the high frequency signal are evaluated to analyze the condition of the motor. This evaluation process uses fuzzy logic of the fuzzy subspace cluster type. The results of research using a combination method of signal processing in the form of DWT and artificial intelligence methods of the fuzzy subspace cluster type. Then the occurrence of misalignment in three-phase induction motors can be detected early. So that maintenance and replacement can be anticipated before misalignment occurs. From the experimental result, it was obtained that motor and clutch endurance test for level 1 of the fuzzy subspace cluster method was 0,88% better than the fuzzy c-mean method of 0,75%
PENERAPAN BIOMETRIC FACE RECOGNITION MENGGUNAKAN METODE CONVOLUTIONAL NEURAL NETWORK PADA APLIKASI BERBASIS ANDROID
A security system with a high level of accuracy is needed to prevent data leakage, one way to prevent data leakage is to implement a face recognition biometric security system in a login system. In this study, the application of face recognition was carried out in the online workshop application login system (Mecha). The implementation is carried out using the Convolutional Neural Network method which is applied to android-based applications using tensorflow lite by adding assets with the .tflite extension to the Android Studio Integrated Development Environment (IDE) as well as the Google ML Kit library used as the pre-processing process. The results showed that the face recognition biometric security system can be applied to android-based applications and the Convolutional Neural Network method can be used to recognize faces even in dark conditions in online workshop applications (Mecha), the application of the Convolutional Neural Network method in online workshop applications (Mecha) provides average accuracy of 88.25%. With testing from genuine users of 99.25% and testing from non-genuine users of 77.25%
Efektivitas penggunaan media flashcard terhadap pengetahuan dan konsumsi buah dan sayur pada anak usia pra sekolah
Anak usia pra sekolah membutuhkan asupan gizi yang adekuat untuk mencapai pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang optimal. Dengan adanya Media flash card digunakan sebagai salah satu upaya pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, mengingat dan menghafal informasi lebih cepat bagi anak-anak. Menggunakan media flashcard dalam proses belajar mengajar lebih menarik dan memotivasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media flashcard terhadap pengetahuan dan konsumsi buah dan sayur pada anak pra sekolah dengan flashcard. Penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan quasy eksperimental yang menggunakan desain penelitian one group pre test-post test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi adanya peningkatan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah edukasi dengan nilai ∆ sebesar 17. Hal ini menunjukkan ada peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan anak pra sekolah sesudah diberikan edukasi. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil pengetahuan ada perubahan tetapi tidak terlalu besar dengan hasil analisis menggunakan uji paired t-test diperoleh nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Penggunaan media flashcard sangat efektif untuk membantu proses belajar dan mudah untuk dingat dan media flashcard juga meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang buah dan sayur
