Get PDFThis research aims to determine the effect of company size, leverage and profitability on company value in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. This research uses quantitative methods and uses secondary data as the data source. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique by obtaining a sample of 19 companies. This test uses multiple linear regression. The regression results show that company size influences company value. Leverage has no effect on company value. Profitability has no effect on company value
High Discretion Slack: Penentu Keberhasilan Kinerja Organisasi Badan Usaha Miliki Desa (Bumdesa)
Get PDFThis research focuses on high discretion slack in achieving good organizational performance in Village-Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa). The type of data used in this research is primary data obtained from interviews with informants. This research will be conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach with a single case study on BUM Desa in Jombang district. The results showed that in BUM Desa there are unbound resources in the form of cash, working capital that can be utilized by managers in improving BUM Desa performance. However, these resources are not directly able to determine the success of BUM Desa performance. These unbound resources require the ability of managers, in this case human resources, to utilize these resources. The results of this study also show the limited ability of human resources in the village to drive BUM Desa, in addition to the low level of community participation in assisting BUM Desa management makes BUM Desa difficult to develop, even though the resources owned are high. Thus, human resource capability and village community participation are important factors to be used as benchmarks in maximizing resource utilization for the successful performance of BUM Desa

A micro business's existence is not only carried out by business actors but also requires support from parties who can contribute to assisting the micro business to be better and develop over time. The aim of this community service activity is as a form of implementing the tridharma of higher education to provide assistance to partners regarding financial management by compiling simple bookkeeping. Mitra's location is located in Kunir Lor Village, Lumajang Regency with the partner's business focus being in the processed food or bakery sector. Bu Edy Bakery's community service partners are limited in understanding financial management and presenting business financial reports. Socialization and assistance activities for financial management with simple bookkeeping are designed and arranged as the most feasible and easy to carry out, adapting to partners' business activities. Apart from that, the use of technology in the form of the Lamikro application is used to make it easier for partners to carry out accounting records. The benefits of this community service activity increase partners' understanding as business actors about the benefits of bookkeeping so that they can record every financial transaction that occurs so that they can separate business finances from personal finances

This mentoring activity aims to provide participants with an understanding of the importance of financial management in the private sector, especially for financial directors and managers to plan and control budget-based business operations. This mentoring and training uses a method that focuses on extracting information, implementing, and monitoring evaluation based on tutorial practicum activities directly in the computer laboratory on financial management in the private sector and budgeting techniques. The results of this service show an increase in the understanding and ability of participants in preparing budget-based operational and financial plans at the Labini AMDK company, Madura. In addition, 82% of the participants' satisfaction level with the service activities carried out by the service team of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya. In the future, mentoring and training activities, as well as monitoring and evaluation, can be consistently carried out with different directions and focuses according to the obstacles faced by the community so that the level of understanding and implementation of budget-based planning can continue to be developed for effective and efficient performance achievement

No full textGeneration Z or students' interaction with the internet world is very active; since they were little, they have lived and been used to playing with gadgets. On average, students can access 7-10 hours/day. Activities can have positive value if the interaction is directed at positive activities. On the other hand, if it is not directed, the tendency is negative. Glagah District is rich in aquaculture products, capture fisheries, and even processing of fishery products. However, this potential has yet to be optimized as a business opportunity. Few people still sell fishery products online despite the significant business opportunities and broad market access. Its existence is essential to run; the business will remain in place without it—students with all their potential need to be directed to take advantage of these business opportunities. Through internal community empowerment activities at the Muhammadiyah University of Gresik, students will be given meaningful stimulus and education to be empowered when they graduate. This activity is carried out using lecture and practice methods. The result is that students grow in their entrepreneurial spirit, understand the region's potential, understand the characteristics of online buying and selling, and can brand various fishery products online.

Get PDFMinyak goreng sawit yang diedarkan dan dikonsumsi harus sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku di Indoesia. Hal ini dikarenakan kualitas minyak goreng akan berdampak pada kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mutu minyak goreng sawit yang telah beredar di pasaran. Parameter yang akan dianalisa, yaitu kadar air, asam lemak bebas, bilangan peroksida, dan cemaran arsen. Penelitiian menggunakan desain deskripsi kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sampel minyak goreng A dan minyak goreng B memiliki kandungan kadar air, asam lemak bebas, bilangan peroksida, dan cemaran arsen yang berada dibawah batas cemaran yang ditetapkan pada SNI Minyak Goreng Sawit 7709:2019. Sampel minyak goreng A dan B tersebut telah memenuhi standar yang telah ditetapkan, sehingga kedua minyak goreng tersebut layak untuk diedarkan dan dikonsumsi
Group Guidance Services In New Normal: Improving Students' Public Speaking Abilities With Group Buzz Techniques Through Problem Card Media
No full textThis study aims to determine whether there is an increase in students' public speaking ability after being given group guidance services using the buzz group technique through the media card problem. This study used a quantitative approach with a True-Experimental Design model and a non-equivalent control group design for 44 eight grade students at SMPN 8 Palopo as the sample who were identified with low level public speaking skills. Data collection using questionnaires and observation instruments. Data analysis uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results show that the average pre-test and post-test of students' public speaking scores increased in the experimental group and there is no increase in the control group. It can be concluded that the group guidance services using the Buzz Group technique through the Card Problem media can significantly improve students' public speaking abilitie

Get PDFKegiatan edukasi ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan menambah pengetahuan tentang listrik dan bahaya serta cara pemakaian listrik kepada anak-anak usia dini dimana anak mengalami masa keemasan.Selain itu,pada usia inimerupakan usia yang sangat menentukan dalam pembentukan karakter, kepribadian dan penyerapan informasi yang maksimal bagi seorang anak. Usia dini ini juga sangat baik untuk diperkenalkan akan bahaya yang berada disekitar lingkungan anak-anak, salah satunya bahaya listrik. Hal inilah yang membuat pentingnya edukasi tentang listrik terhadap anak usia dini dalam kegiatan ini adalah Peserta didik TK Nurul Hikmah yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Karangturi,Kabupaten Gresik.Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui metode penyampaian materi yang menarik bagi peserta didik untuk menyimak dan mudah dipahami yang meliputi pengertian listrik, bahaya listrik, dan penggunaan listrik,praktek dan simulasi dengan mainan yang menggunakan tenaga listrik dari baterai dan tenaga surya atau matahari.Anak-anak sangat antusias dalam kegiatan dan aktif berpartisipasi dalam sesi tanya jawab juga pada saat kegiatan praktek didalam dan diluar kelas. Dampak dari kegiatan edukasi ini seluruh peserta didik senang dalam mengikuti kegiatan dan juga mendapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan. Peningkatan tersebut antara lain peningkatan pemahaman mengenai listrik dan kesadaran akan bahaya listrik serta menumbuhkan sifat berpikir kreatif pada anak. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiataan edukasi ini dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif media pembelajaran mengenalkan listrik pada anak TK.
 
PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN EFFECTIVE MICROORGANISME 4 (EM4) DARI LIMBAH ORGANIK DAN PEMBUATAN LUBANG RESAPAN BIOPORI (LRB) DI DESA RANDUBOTO KECAMATAN SIDAYU
Get PDFLimbah organik merupakan limbah yang mengandung bahan-bahan organik, kadar air tinggi, dan mudah busuk. Salah satu cara untuk mengolah limbah organik adalah dengan pembuatan Effective Microorganism 4. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pembuatan EM4 dilaksanakan di Desa Randuboto dengan Mahasiswa KKN Universitas Muhammadiyah Gresik Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan pengalaman praktis, mengembangkan keterampilan sosial dan kepemimpinan Mahasiswa, memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam pengolahan limbah organik. Penggunaan bahan organik menjadi solusi permasalahan tersebut salah satunya dengan EM4. Olehnya, dibuat suatu program kerja berupa pelatihan pembuatan EM4. Kegiatan diawali dengan pemaparan melalui sosialisasi materi tentang limbah organik dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan praktek pembuatan EM4 dari Limbah organik. Selain itu permasalahan sampah organik memunculkan ide untuk membuat lubang resapan biopori resapan air yang bisa memanfaatkan sampah organik rumah tangga yang tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Lubang biopori tersebut diisi sampah organik yang kemudian akan terurai menjadi kompos dengan bantuan EM4. Kompos pada lubang biopori meningkatkan aktivitas organisme dalam tanah yang membentuk rongga untuk meresapkan air dalam tanah. Hasil LRB berupa tersedianya pupuk organik padat dari sampah organik yang dapat digunakan sebagai input produksi pada lahan pertanian sehingga dapat mengurangi biaya produksi serta masyarakat dapat menjaga lingkungan dan ketersediaan air bersih
