Design and Implementation of General Hardware Binary Multiplier (2nx 2n) Bits
In this paper, a new general 2n x 2n bits hardware multiplier based on combinatorial
has been designed, implemented and analysed. First, a new design for circuit to multiply two
binary numbers with 2n bits length, this new design starts with basic 2x2 bits circuit multiplier,
n here equal to 1. Then based on this circuit, the 4x4 bits circuit multiplier has been designed.
And based on 4x4, the 8x8 bits multiplier has been designed and continually the 16x16 bits
multiplier. The final design for general 2nx2n bits multiplier has been presented. All these circuits
have been mathematically proved and tested to get the final results
PEOPLE’S AGES AND THE EFFECTIVENESS OF USING ACTIVITIES IN THE BUILT ENVIRONMENT OF COMMERCIAL STREETS
Streets are the most public of all city spaces and are utilised by all users. Therefore, activities are vital in persuading people to use the streets and in presenting the image of the city. The relation between people’s ages and the used activities of the commercial streets has declined due to the poor physical environments in the local context. Streets have become progressively unpleasant, unsuitable in terms of functions, and have also become a disagreeable environment. This represents the problem statement of this research. The objective of this paper is to examine the relationship between activities on commercial streets and the different age groups of the users. This study focuses on the local context of Mawlawi Street, which is one of the major shopping streets in Sulaymaniyah city centre, Iraq. This paper used a quantitative methodology via a survey of users (n = 330). The data were analysed using frequency, mean value, percentage, and chi-square statistics. The results show that cultural activities were the most important for its users, while social activities were the least important, with businesses in the middle. The majority of the users were in the young-adults age category. The research gives a good overview of the types of activities which encourage high street usage, and which activities need to be improved or added
IFRS ADOPTION AND VALUE RELEVANCE OF ACCOUNTING INFORMATION OF LISTED INDUSTRIAL GOODS FIRMS IN NIGERIA
The study examines the effect of IFRS adoption on the value relevance of accounting information of six (6) out of thirteen (13) listed industrial goods firms in Nigeria for the period of fourteen years (2007-2020); seven (7) years before IFRS adoption and seven (7) years after IFRS adoption. Earnings per share (EPS), Book value per share (BVPS) and Dividend per share (DPS) constitute the independent variables and share price as the dependent variable. Ex-post facto research design was employed and multiple regression models as well as Ohlson (1995) price model were used to analysis the audited financial statement of the sample size. The result reveal that EPS is negatively and DPS is positively associated with share price and both are significant, while BVPS is insignificantly associated with share price in the pre-IFRS era. On the other hand, EPS has negative significant association with share price, while BVPS and DPS is having a positive and significant association with share price in the post-IFRS era. Therefore, it is concluded that the value relevance of accounting information has increase after the adoption of IFRS; this is supported by the R2of post-IFRS (51%) which is higher than the R2of pre-IFRS (30%
Body Language in Education and Effective Recommendations to Pre-Service Teachers in Classroom Management
Communication with people is achieved through words. While using words and body language in verbal communication, sign language is used with the deaf and dumb. Sending messages to others can be with our words, sometimes only with our body language. As educators teaching in different branches, we need words and body language to communicate with students influentially. Correct use of body language ensures that the message is conveyed to students more effectively and rapidly. In this study, pre-service teachers will be advised about the importance of body language, the experienced educators’ opinions about body language and its necessity in classroom management will be shared. According to experienced teachers, the correct use of body language facilitates the teachers’ class management skills. Hence, this article focuses primarily on why teachers should be good senders and receivers of nonverbal communication. The study was qualitative research, and a google-form interview technique was used. We demonstrated ten experienced teachers’ views from the researchers’ workplace about the significance of the usage of body language based on 3 open and 2 close ended questions
Health implications of ketogenic diet in the Kurdistan region
The ketogenic diet has been popularized internationally in recent years, used widely for weight loss by overweight and obese people in a fast way. The purpose of the cross-sectional study was to evaluate the health implication of short and long ketogenic diets among the Kurdish population. a cross-sectional study has been carried from 22nd to 29th April 2021, a web-based questionnaire was consisting of two sections. Section one (3) sociodemographic questions (sex, age, and education level), section two was consisting of the (5) questions about the ketogenic diet information. The results show that the number of participants was 375 people. regarding the question of they have tried the ketogenic diet, 340 responses were yes. more than one complication has been observed such as headache, constipation, keto rash, keto breathes, kidney diseases as well as cholesterol and liver diseases, and about 45.9% (156) have not any complications during the implementation of the ketogenic diet. about 53.23% (181) respondents have stayed in the ketogenic diet for a short-term. In conclusion, the study has been observed that some symptoms of keto flu may appear during the first two weeks and may be followed by other complications during short-term, while the long-term of the ketogenic diet has not been recommended regarding some studies that have been determined some certain risk of some diseases and other chronic diseases such as cardiovascular diseases
An Overview Of Current Developments In The Synthesis Of Carbon Nanotubes And Their Use In Medicinal Applications
In order to address problems associated with conventional drug therapy, such as limited drug solubility, poor biodistribution, lack of property, and unfavourable pharmacological medicine, new nanomaterials have been extensively investigated in recent years for drug delivery applications. Among them, carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are well known and rank among the most notable innovations in the field of nanotechnology because to their unique chemical science design, characteristics, and potential for usage in a variety of industries. CNTs are acknowledged as nano-architecture carbon allotropes with length-to-diameter ratios up to 1,000,000. CNTs frequently have single, double, or multiple walls and are square sheets of rolled graphene with SP2 coupling.The key characteristics of CNTs include their light weight, small size with a high aspect ratio, distinctive surface area, resilience, sensible tensile strength, and sensible conducting properties, which make them useful as fillers in a variety of materials including polymers, metallic surfaces, and ceramics. These cylindrical carbon molecules' potential uses in nanomedicine, nanotechnology, energy, textiles, actuators, sensors, composite materials, membranes, and capacitors have generated a great deal of enthusiasm in the pharmacy community. CNTs are refunctionalized or altered to hold payloads or interact with biological molecules since they are chemically inert and soluble in neither water nor other organic solvents. Due to their widespread use in medical applications such as the delivery of drugs, genes, and DNA as well as for biosensing, CNTs are best functionalized with proteins. They have the ability to cross membranes, transporting medicinal drugs, vaccinations, and nucleic acids deep inside the cell to previously unreachable locations. Numerous processes, such as flame synthesis, sol gel, silane solution, arc discharge, laser ablation, and chemical vapour deposition, have been devised to create nanotubes in significant numbers. The majority of the procedures used to purify CNTs include oxidation, acid treatment, annealing, sonication, chemical filtering, and functionalization techniques. High-purity purification methods must to be developed, though. These structures' striking advantages include their electrical, mechanical, optical, and chemical properties, which pave the way for potential future applications. This in-depth study focused on the synthesis, purification, functionalization, characteristics, advantages, applications, and most recent developments related to the use of CNTs for drug administration. Antimicrobial Activity Of New Synthetic Derivative Of Sesamol And Sesamum Indicum Seeds Extract Against Meningitis Causing Bacteria
The facts over S. aureus and E. coli to cause meningitis, and the antimicrobial potential of Sesame seeds and Sesamol were motivation for present study to compare the antibacterial potential of new synthetic derivativeof Sesamol (SDS) and Sesamum indicum seeds extract against meningitis causing bacteria (MCB). Present study involved synthesis of SDS and preparation of sesame seeds extract. The SDS was characterized using ATR-IR, 1H-NMR and Mass spectrometric data. Both SDS and sesame extract were tested for the inhibitory potential against MCB, namely: S. aureus and E. coli. Among both, the SDS exhibited higher inhibitory potential when compared with sesame extract. Based on the results present study concludes that SDS possess high inhibition potential against MCB and recommends that SDSmust be further evaluated for its clinical significance
Using Hemp for Walls as a Sustainable Building Material
As an ancient plant from thousands of years ago, Hemp has been used as the most prominent sustainable material in buildings and other fields. Hemp has great potential to be used as a building material and can be grown in Cyprus weather with less cost than other imported building materials. Hemp’s initial cost is mostly cheaper than the other insulation materials; in the long term can save almost 50% of the total energy cost. It is being used as a load-bearing construction material, the best insulator. This study proposed a detached house where Hemp can be used for walls as structure (load-bearing) and floors and roofs as plastering layers
The Status of Green Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles Using Plant Extracts during Last Fifteen Years
Nanoparticles (NPs) are tiny particles with their dimensions ranging between1and100 nm. These are gaining cumulative attention owing to their vast use in different fields of applications. There are three main methods for synthesizing NPs; namely, physical, chemical and biological methods. Physical methods consume a lot of energy and time, require expensive vacuum systems and high temperatures and on top of all, they are not environmentally friendly. Chemical methods, in general, are expensive, increase the particle toxicity and perhaps harm human health and the environment. In addition, hazardous chemicals gather on the top of NPs and confine their applications. Therefore, green method is an alternative replacement to the traditional chemical and physical methods for synthesizing NPs. The existing phytochemicals, for instance in plant extracts, own a remarkably high ability for reducing metal ions within a short time comparing with other microorganisms, which require a longer incubation period. This study is concentrating on green synthesis of silver (Ag) NPs, owing to the significance of Ag NPs whose optical properties depend on their size and shape. In addition, Ag NPs possess numerous applications, especially in solar cells, water treatment and medicine. This review aims to highlight the remarkable growth of green synthesis of Ag NPs, in terms of publications, citations, active and productive researchers, targeting journals and the eminent countries in this regard. This review, also, is highlights the most utilized plants for producing Ag NPs in fourteen years; i.e., 2007-2021.This review, also, evaluating the most acceptable proposed mechanism for biosynthesizing Ag NPs using plant extracts. We believe that this review article will facilitate and brighten the road in front of researchers who want to initiate their study with the biosynthesis of Ag NPs from plant extracts
Multivariate discrimination of selected taxa of the Fabaceae family

Nigeria is among the most interesting and diversified countries globally regarding tropical vegetation and medicinal plants. The taxonomy of the Fabaceae family is not entirely clear, to organize species into manageable groups that are helpful for taxonomical, conservational, or pharmacognostic study. This study aimed to discriminate the leaves of Dialium guineense Willd., Detarium microcarpum Guill. & Perr, Tamarindus indica L, Acacia nilotica (L.) Willd. ex Delile, Abrus precatorius L., Senna occidentalis (L.) Link, Erythrina senegalensis DC. and Pterocarpus erinaceus Poir. based on the mineral elements contents coupled with multivariate analysis. Three samples of each wild-growing species were collected. Unsupervised multivariate analysis using SIMCA-P (V.14.1, Umetrics Sweden) was employed. Five model groups were formed based on their mineral element contents. The species were fully discriminated along the PC1, accounting for 39.3% of the variation. Evidence from this study showed that a combination of mineral element analysis and chemometrics yielded a powerful classification method. Taxonomic identification of plants through biological research combined with chemometrics is an excellent method for preventing the adulteration or consumption of plants with excessive contents or harmful ingredients. However, a mix of molecular and developmental datasets is still necessary to explicitly examine their connections
