Identification of End-User Economical Relationship Graph Using Lightweight Blockchain-Based BERT Model

    Get PDF
Current methods for extracting information from user resumes do not work well with unstructured user resumes in economic announcements, and they do not work well with documents that have the same users in them. Unstructured user information is turned into structured user information templates in this study. It also proposes a way to build person relationship graphs in the field of economics. First, the lightweight blockchain-based BERT model (B-BERT) is trained. The learned B-BERT pretraining model is then utilized to get the event instance vector, categorize it appropriately, and populate the hierarchical user information templates with accurate user characteristics. The aim of this research is that it has investigated the approach of creating character connection graphs in the Chinese financial system and suggests a framework for doing so in the economic sector. Furthermore, the relationship between users is found through the filled-in user information template, and a graph of user relationships is made. This is how it works: finally, the experiment is checked by filling in a manually annotated dataset. In tests, the method can be used to get text information from unstructured economic user resumes and build a relationship map of people in the financial field. The experimental results show that the proposed approach is capable of efficiently retrieving information from unstructured financial personnel resume text and generating a character relationship graph in the economic sphere

THE EFFECT OF SOME MACROECONOMIC VARIABLES ON STOCK MARKET MOVEMENT IN IRAQ

    Get PDF
Regarding the effect of macroeconomic variables such as money supply and interest rate on stock prices, the efficient market hypothesis suggests that competition among the profit-maximizing investors in an efficient market will ensure that all the relevant information currently known about changes in macroeconomic variables are fully reflected in current stock prices, some of these relevant information (explanatory variables) may have interrelation (collinearity). In regression analysis, multicollinearity refers to a high strength correlation among the explanatory variables. Thus, the ordinary least squares (OLS) are unreliable because of the violation of the independence assumption of the explanatory variables. The high dependency in explanatory variables will cause huge value in the standard errors of parameter estimates and thus, OLS is no longer appropriate to be employed in modeling the data. The most popular method used to overcome this problem is ridge regression. A numerical example of stock market price and macroeconomic variables in Iraq is employed using both methods to investigate the relationship of the variables in the presence of multicollinearity in the data set. The variables of interest are consumer price index (CPI), gross domestic product (GDP), base lending rate (BLR), and money supply (M1). The obtained findings show that the ridge regression method can estimate the model and produce reliable results by reducing the effect of multicollinearity in the data set. It is concluded that there is a relationship between macroeconomic variables (CPI, GDP, BLR and M1) and stock prices in the Iraqi stock market ISE, and that these variables account 98.5% of the change in ISE

The field experiment was conducted in the dry season between December 2012 to April 2013 at Bakori, Bakori local government, Katsina (11033’N, 7036’E). The experiment consisted of 8 treatments levels which include 4 different formulations each; viz: ParaeForce(R) at 150ml / 20L and 200ml / 20L,AminoForce(R) at 100mL / 15L and 125mL / 15L applied a day before sowing and 4 weeks after sowing and a weedy control. The treatments were laid out in randomized complete block design (RCBD). The objective was to evaluate resistant weeds to herbicides (ParaeForce(R) and AminoForce(R)) and their effects on the growth and yield of maize. Result shows that 17 weed species from 11 families were encountered which include Cynodon dactylon, Cyperus rotundus, Doctylocterium aegyptium and Eleusine indica that shows signifcant (≥ 0.05) resistance to ParaeForce(R) + AminoForce(R) at 150mL / 20L followed by 100mL / 15L had 91.70, 87.12 and 49.15% weed control efficiencies at 4,8 and 16WAS. Sequential application of ParaeForce(R) + AminoForce(R) at 200ml/20L followed by 125mL/15L recorded significantly (≥0.05) high maize yield of (6.7kg) in all the three blocks and effective weed control with 86.28, 77.58 and 33.55% weed control efficiencies at 4, 8 and 16WAS. This study recommended the application of ParaeForce(R) and AminoForce(R) at 200mL/20L followed by 125mL/15L as an alternative way of reducing weed resistance to ParaeForce(R) + AminoForce(R) formulation and to improved performance of maize yield in the experimental site

    Get PDF
Antibiotic resistance is a topic that is constantly being researched, and numerous studies are published each year with new data that can change or redefine our perspective on the problem. The emergence and spread of drug-resistant pathogens with new resistance mechanisms, leading to antimicrobial resistance, continue to jeopardize our ability to treat common infections. This necessitated the need for understanding the mechanism of action in each country due to the environmental changes. The study aimed at documenting the resistance of E. coli to Cephalosporin in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. The study covers the periods from August to December 2018. Two hundred and two (202) samples were collected from infected patients in Erbil from different specimens. Four different groups of cephalosporin were tested against the resistance of E. coli. Ineffectiveness of the antibiotics used against E. coli was reported. E. coli is becoming stronger every month, according to our findings. The rising increase in the resistance of E. coli is a result of resistance to fluoroquinolones in E. coli, which causes other resistance mechanisms because it is often linked to other commonly used medicines. There is a need for proper investigation of E. coli resistance to the currently used antibiotic in each country because the continued resistance might require to change guidance of many severe infections. Continued research on medicinal plants is also needed to develop a compound against resistant microorganisms

Iraqi Turkmens are a society that enjoys national values, rituals, and ceremonies. Horyat poetry, one of Turkmen Folk Literature products, emerges as a tradition that has continued for centuries in Iraq, Azerbaijan and Turkey with its name change. The horyat, which expresses emotions and thoughts as concise expressions, is the name of folk poetry and music with a character of 7 syllables, 4-line mania. The stops are usually (4 + 3), (3 + 4), (5 + 2), (2 + 5). Horyat is an art. To succeed in this art requires having superior ability. It is necessary for a quartet to be considered a good horyat, besides being moderate and rhyming, to be beautiful, to be said at the appropriate time and place, to blend folkloric elements with national sentiment, to listen carefully and to express or to write their thoughts. Condolence between the Turkmen until 30-40 years ago in the Ottoman period or even today started with the day of the burial process of the deceased person and lasted 7 days. Nowadays, this condolence is done in 5 days and 3 days. According to this period and the persistence of the pain, the age of the deceased person, and the sex within the family due to the status of the family, especially among women, is said to be horyat style. In this study, especially the places where children and young girls did not participate in places such as Erbil center, Kirkuk center and Tisin region connected to Kirkuk center (now Kirkuk became a neighborhood), Altunköprü, Dakuk (Tavuk), Tuzhurmatu, Karatepe, Imam Zeynelabidin village We tried to convey the original mourning and mourning poetry performers of horyat calligraphers with their execution style and environment

Does the cytomegalovirus infection cause kidney transplant rejection in Erbil city patients, Kurdistan region of Iraq?

    Get PDF
Cytomegalovirus (CMV), the most significant infectious agent, belongs to the family of Herpesviridae. There is a high risk of severe viral reactivation among patients with kidney transplantation, particularly in the first three months after transplantation (where patients are at the peak for immune suppression), The infection has a high morbidity rate. Hence, this study was designed to assess the association of CMV infection with kidney transplantation and recognize the symptoms that are more related to kidney transplantation (KT) in the Erbil city, Kurdistan region of Iraq. The study enrolled 72 patients who received renal allograft from March 2018 to December 2019, and this population has been characterized as Middle Eastern descent and ethnic miscegenation. Data included age and gender of the recipient, type of donor, symptomatic and asymptomatic CMV patients. Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction (qPCR) was used to detect and amplify the extracted virus DNA from blood samples. The CMV was found in 43 patients infected with CMV with graft rejection of about 37.21%. While, it was observed in low rate 13.79% in 20 other patients with graft rejection which had free from CMV. The graft rejection rates were significantly higher among the CMV positive group than controls (P= 0.029). In the light of the results of this study, it has been concluded that the CMV infection in patients after kidney transplantation surgery was deemed an important predisposing factor for acute allograft rejection. The study revealed that the screening of CMV among donor could decrease the possibility of kidney graft rejection among recipients

How Internet Websites Portray Herbal Vitality Products Containing Eurycoma longifolia Jack: An Evaluation of the Quality and Risks of Online Information

    Get PDF
Background: Tongkat Ali (TA) or Eurycoma longifolia is a herbal medicine (HM) plant traditionally used to treat sexual dysfunction and enhance libido in men. Websites containing information about HM are abundant. However, studies have shown that in general the quality of websites containing information on HM is low. The present study aims to assess the quality and risks of websites containing information about TA supplements and to identify the health claims for TA. Methodology: A cross-sectional study to evaluate the quality and risks of websites discussing TA supplements was conducted. Online marketing websites, research articles, news articles, personal opinions, and those restricted by password were excluded. The quality and risks of websites were assessed using a modified DISCERN tool and a set of risk assessment criteria, respectively. The health claims for TA were identified and analyzed using content analysis. Results: Overall, 321 websites met the inclusion criteria and were further evaluated. The overall rating of the quality of the websites was low, with a mean score ± standard deviation of 1.07 ± 0.51. Most websites lacked information that there may be more than one possible treatment choice and did not discuss areas of uncertainty. However, 67.9% (218/321) of the websites received a risk score of zero. A minority of websites (5/321, 1.6%) discouraged the use of conventional medicines. The most common health claims for TA included in the websites related to the enhancement of testosterone level (121/321, 37.7%), treatment of malaria (112/321, 34.9%), and improvement in libido (108/321, 33.6%). Conclusions: Websites containing information about TA supplements generally have a low-quality rating based on a modified DISCERN tool despite having a low-risk score. Government agencies and healthcare professionals (HCPs) must be more proactive in the critique and dissemination of information relating to HM, and in ensuring the safe use of HM among the public and patients
