Strategies To Build Elementary School Branding as a Multi-Talent School
Full text linkBrand in educational institutions is understood as a form of impression captured by the public through performance or information circulating. Public awareness is now quite high towards the importance of managing the branding of the institutions owned, especially for private schools. This study aims to examine the efforts made by educational institutions in building new branding as a replacement for old branding that is no longer in line with the new service model to the user community. The approach used in this research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were extracted from selected informants who were considered to understand the context of the work of building branding. Data collection methods are observation, interviews, and documentation owned by the institution. The results of the study found that the implementation of branding strategies in elementary schools as multi-talent schools that educational institutions have only taken the first two stages (brand blueprint, and brand delivery), has not yet realized the third step, or brand evaluation. The only visible mechanism in the school is evaluation efforts related to the new student admission promotion program
Library Management in Building Literacy of Madrasah Students
No full textThis research is motivated by the importance of the function of library management to increase the conceptual and measurable literal potential of students in madrasah, the development of library management is increasingly important in a more competitive madrasah environment in terms of readiness for planning, organizing and short and long term management. With expectations in accordance with the vision and mission of a committed institution. combines the role of the principal with the creativity of the teacher in forming literal students. The purpose of this study was to find out and describe the forms of planning, organization and implementation of library management at MTsN 3 Pasuruan as well as knowing how the carrying capacity of successful library governance and the inhibiting factors of the library at MTsN 3 Pasuruan. This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation study. Data analysis techniques were carried out through descriptive interpretation, testing the validity of the data, extending participation, and auditing. The result of this study indicate library planning is carried out by adjusting the vision and mission and the madrasah head as creator, teacher as educator and librarian as facilitator, organizing is carried out with the accuracy of the main tasks and functions supported by complete guidelines with short and long term targets to make it easier for implementers to achieve institutional targets, implementation carried out according to plan and according to their respective duties

Management Of Educational Facilities And Infrastructure At Islamic Center Islamic Boarding School El – Kisi Mojokerto
Full text linkThis study aims to describe the management of educational facilities and infrastructure as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors at the El-Kisi Mojokerto Islamic Center Islamic Boarding School. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection through observation, interviews (questions and answers), photo shoots. The results of the research show that the management of educational facilities has been carried out in accordance with the provisions, especially at the stages of needs analysis, supply of goods, distribution, storage and maintenance. Inventory and destruction of goods still require more attention. The first step in the preparation is (1) collecting data on needs and analyzing needs, analyzing needs based on estimated prices / price standards, and determining priorities. (2) provision of facilities is carried out by direct purchase, grants from pilgrims and central government BOS funds, (3) inventory is still done manually, (4) distribution is carried out directly, (5) storage is in warehouses and cupboards in each room (6 ) maintenance in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) by means of routine, periodic, preventive and emergency maintenance. (7) deletion is carried out by throwing items that are no longer used in landfills.
