Development of a Textile Cluster in the Republic of Uzbekistan
Full text linkThe textile industry is a priority sector of the economy in the Republic of Uzbekistan due to its socio-economic importance. All over the world, the cluster is recognized as the optimal model and a prerequisite for the successful development of this industry. This article is devoted to the study of the problems of development of the textile cluster. The main problems hindering the effective development of the cluster are the problem of inter-industry and intra-industry interaction of its elements, the weak integration of cluster enterprises, and the lack of a single technological chain within the cluster. The presence of these problems does not allow to use the advantages of the cluster approach
The Influence of Principal Supervision and Organizational Climate on The Performance of Public High School Teachers 2 Probolinggo City
Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to describe the influence of the principal's supervision and organizational climate on teacher performance at SMK Negeri 2 Probolinggo City. To achieve this goal, researchers used a quantitative approach with a sample of 67 teachers. yes There are three variables studied, namely the supervision of the principal, organizational climate or culture and teacher performance. The research results show that the results based on partial calculations found that there was an influence between the supervision of the school principal and teacher performance with a contribution rate of 17.1%. While the organizational climate variable has a contribution to teacher performance of 3.6%. There is an influence of the principal's supervision and organizational climate together on teacher performance. The influence of the principal's supervision and organizational climate together on teacher performance is 20.5%, the remaining 79.5% is influenced by other factors not included in the variables in this study

Investigation of Corrosion Resistance of Magnesium Alloy AZ91 Immersed in Sodium Chloride Solution at Various Concentrations Utilizing the Linear Polarization Method
Full text linkWhen using the linear polarization method to calculate corrosion rates for coated and uncoated samples. Tafel plot experiments were used to calculate the values of βa and ßc used in estimating the wear rate.
It was found that in uncoated and coated samples, the corrosion rate increases with increasing sodium chloride concentration. However, in the case of uncoated specimens, the increase in wear rate is more pronounced.
According to the most recent findings, applying surface treatment while sodium stagnate solution is present significantly improves the AZ91 magnesium alloy's capacity to withstand corrosion. For instance, the CRs for the coated and uncoated samples are 122 mpy and 81.4 mpy, respectively, at 7 percent NaCl. Electrochemical testing shows that the surface treatment improves corrosion resistance by 33.3 percent and lowers corrosion rate by 33.3 percent

Full text linkIn this article , the methods of using fertilizers and their norms in the cultivation of pumpkin varieties in the soil and climatic conditions of the Republic of Karakalpakstan were studied. Here are the data of scientific studies of the effect of the application of mineral and organic fertilizers on the growth and productivity of pumpkin varieties Spanish-73 and Kashkar-1644 in the conditions of the region according to the 5th variant.
It has been established that biohumuses from organic fertilizers have a high level of efficiency in the collection of high-quality and plentiful crops. The ways and terms of storage of the cultivated crop in the conditions of the region are given. At the end of the event, information is provided on the economic efficiency of agrotechnical measures, the methods used and methods of storage. Conclusions and recommendations for production are given on the basis of information obtained as a result of scientific research
