Get PDFTelah dilakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif terkait Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 21/PUU-XII/2014. Hasil Penelitian tentang Penyitaan terkait dengan Kewenangan Penyidik dalam melakukan penyitaan berdasarkan KUHP, dan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi terkait Penyitaan sebagai Objek Formal Pra Perdilan. Penyitaan merupakan bagian yang terintegrasi dengan penyidikan, sebab kewenangan dalam penyidikan salah satunya adalah penyitaan. penyitaan diatur dalam limitative dalam KUHAP dilakukan terhadap barang bukti yang merupakan hasil tindak pidana, barang yang digunakan untuk melakukan tindak pidana dan baranng bukti yang ada hubungan langsung dengan tindak pidana. olehnya itu penyitaan harus dilakukan sesuai KUHAP baik kepada obyek barang sitaan maupun proses pemyitaan. selain penyitaan diatur dalam KUHAP juga terdapat aturan mengenai penyitaan berupa peraturan kapolri dan peraturan bereskrim tentang penyidikan. dengan demikian penyitaan merupakan suatu bagian dari upaya paksa dalam proses penyidikan untuk mengumpulkan bukti-bukti yang berhubungan dengan adanya suatu dugaan tindak pidana

Exploring Strategies To Foster Cohesion And Coherence In Efl Writing: A Focus On Simple View Of Writing
No full textEFL students often experience difficulties in writing coherent texts because of their limited understanding of English writing conventions. Many students have difficulty presenting and organizing ideas effectively, resulting in incoherent texts. These difficulties are also compounded by factors such as level of linguistic proficiency, learning methods, psychological factors, socio-cultural influences, and socio-political issues. This problem is likely widespread in EFL writing classes. The aim of this research is to explore strategies for fostering cohesion and coherence in EFL writing. The research method usesquantitative design with a survey approach.The population in this study was all students at school multiple linear regression, and t test for hypothesis testing. The research results show that the application of Simple View of Writing in EFL teaching significantly increases the cohesion and coherence of students' writing by focusing on comprehension and production of texts. This is important because coherence and cohesion ensure a clear flow in the writing, making it easier for readers to understand.

The Batujaya Temple Complex As Vihara In The 7th Century
No full textThe Batujaya Temple in Karawang Regency, West Java is the largest Buddhist temple complex in Java. At least now it is known more than 40 remaining building structures in an area of 2 x 2.5 km. The findings of the remains of the building structure are not only in the form of a stupa but also the remains of other building structures that reflect the complexity of activities at this site. This paper will identify a number of other building components found in Batujaya Temple. Data was collected through surveys and excavations. The analysis was carried out by making a number of comparisons with the findings of other sites. The research succeeded in identifying a number of building components that were needed for a center of worship and teaching (monastery). Based on the identification of a number of archaeological findings, it appears that the Batujaya temple complex is not only used as a worship center but also as a center for Buddhist teachings in West Java. Angklung The Long-Established Art Facing Global Trends
No full textInitially, art was created as entertainment for leisure and rituals. Over time, when art is appreciated widely by other people, the art is then developed into various elements according to people’s needs. One type of art which is very old is Angklung. In a script written around 1905, it is explained that there was an Angklung performance on May 14, 1704. During that time, Angklung Buncis was developed and was performed by Lingkung Seni Sunda Putra Pajajaran, located in Margaluyu Village, Manondjaja District, Tasikmalaya Regency. Angklung Buncis is one type of Angklung that has been experienced from its golden age until the late 1960s. Thereafter, Angklung Buncis faded away until only a few groups remained in a small part of West Java. The research’s problem focused on how Angklung Buncis can then survive until now in Tasikmalaya Regency, and what efforts are carried out by them to deal with the times. This research was conducted using a descriptive analysis method, with the aim of knowing the efforts used by them to make Angklung Buncis to still keep exist. This study uses the theory from Simatupang that says that the arts facing globalization need to have innovation in the creative process (new ideas), productive (appearing in various events), revitalization (turning on and inheriting), promotion, and also supported by the government in a way to be optimally synergized. The results of the study show that there are several efforts carried out by artists of Angklung Buncis to be improved Angklung Landung. Angklung Landung later proved not only to be enjoyed by certain circles but also by the younger generation

Get PDFRumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pemilihan jurusan peserta didik di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Balantak Kabupaten Banggai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pemilihan jurusan peserta didik di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Balantak Kabupaten Banggai dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi di gunakan sebagai data pelengkap. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti melalui wawancara dengan siswa, guru BK, dan Wakasek Kesiswaan menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor internal berupa faktor minat, cita-cita, bakat, serta prestasi belajar dan motivasi mempengaruhi siswa dalam mengambil keputusan untuk memilih jurusan. Selain faktor internal, faktor eksternal juga mempengaruhi siswa dalam mengambil keputusan untuk memilih jurusan, dimana faktor-faktor eksternal berupa faktor lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan pertemanan, dan pendidikan sekolah. Selain faktor internal dan eksternal, guru BK dan Wakasek Kesiswaan juga turut andil dalam menentukan penjurusan bagi siswa. Tekhnik pengumpulan data: (1) wawancara, (2) quisioner. Hasil penelitian memberiakan (1) gambaran riil tentang interpetasi berkategori baik dengan presentase 78,5%, (2) implementasasi fungsi layanan sebagai fungsi pemahaman memberi gambaran riil tentang interpestasi berkategori baik dengan presentase 76,5%, (3) implementasi fungsi layanan sebagai fungsi perbaikan berkategori baik dengan 78,6%, (4) implemetasi fungsi layanan sebagai fungsi pemeliharaan dan pengembangan diinterpresta= berkategori baik dengan ==presentase 78,6%

This research aims to describe the factual and conceptual involvement between sports co-curricular programs and internships to meet the needs of professional workers in industry. Co-curricular sports participation during internships plays an important role in supporting efforts to meet the needs of professional workers in industry. Student involvement in co-curricular sports activities during an internship can help develop skills, knowledge and attitudes. This research uses a qualitative research method with a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The results of the research show that participation in co-curricular sports in internships provides opportunities for students to develop communication, leadership, teamwork and discipline skills. Apart from that, this experience also makes them understand the importance of health and fitness in the workplace, so that they can support the needs of a professional workforce in industries that require healthy and productive employees. Participating in co-curricular sports at the internship site makes a positive contribution in preparing students to enter the world of work. Therefore, educators and policy makers need to pay attention to and support the development of effective sports co-curricular programs as an integral part of formal education to create a more prepared and professional workforce in the future

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Strategi Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro dalam pemberdayaan pelaku usaha mikro, yaitu Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro Kota Tanjungpinang mengadakan pelatihan untuk pengembangan sumber daya pelaku usaha mikro, akan tetapi pelatihan-pelatihan yang di berikan berupa pengadaan informasi mengenai bantuan modal yang di berikan oleh Kementrian Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro melalui Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro. No full textTraditional medicine is the cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation that needs to be preserved and developed to support the nation's health development while improving the people's economy. Until now, traditional medicine is an alternative that is still widely used by the people of Indonesia. One of the traditional medicine used by most Indonesian people is herbal medicine. This study aims to analyze the influence of individual characteristic of drug user as an alternative medicine. Methods: This research is an analytic survey with cross sectional approach. Methods: The number of respondents is 400 samples.The sampling technique is done randomly based on the village clusters. Data collection is performed through interviews using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use univariate and bivariate analysis using chi square test.Results: The results of bivariate analysis show that age, sex, education, occupation, ethnicity and variables utilization of traditional medicine are significant.Conclusion: Encouraging the achievement of acceleration of MDGs (Millennium Development Goals) through efforts to promote and preventif Traditional Health Services, especially through the utilization of traditional medicine that has been tested clinical and laboratory by experts in their field of individual user of traditional medicine as an alternative medicine is influenced by sex, education, occupation and ethnicity seem that those are individual characteristic are significant but age variable does not affect one's behavior because traditional medicine is easy to obtain and cheaper in terms of costs incurred
