Full text linkتشهد الدراسات القرآنية في الغرب الأوروبي-الأمريكي تطورًا كبيرًا من الناحيتين الكمية والنوعية، وخاصة في اللغة الإنجليزية. وبقطع النظر عن مقاصد الباحثين في شؤون القرآن وموضوعاته وما يتصل به من قضايا تاريخية وغير تاريخية، ومهما تكن مسلماتهم النظرية وأدواتهم المنهجية في بحوثهم، فإن وجهًا مهمًّا من التطور المشار إليه يتمثل في الاهتمام بالقرآن في ذاته بوصفه نصًّا معطى ينطوي على خطاب خاص يقتضي منطقُ البحث العلمي التعاملَ معه والإصغاءَ إليه والنظر في نصوصه لفهمه وإدراك مضمونه ورسالته. والأستاذ محمد عبد الحليم -مؤلف الكتاب الذي بين أيدينا – ذو إسهام مقدر في هذا الصدد من موقعه بوصفه أستاذًا للدراسات العربية والإسلامية بكلية لندن للدراسات الشرقية والأفريقية التابعة لجامعة لندن، ومحررًا لمجلة الدراسات القرآنية التي يعود له الفضل في إنشائها أواخر القرن العشرين، ومديرًا لمركز الدراسات الإسلامية.Book Review: Exploring the Qur’an: Context and Impac
The Religious Role of the Algerian Holy Quran Channel: A Field Survey of a Sample of Viewers
Full text linkأهداف البحث: يهدف إلى تشخيص واقع مؤسسة تنتمي إلى حقل الإعلام الديني وهي قناة القرآن الكريم الجزائرية، لم تحظ بالدراسة -رغم مرور فترة معتبرة نسبيا على تأسيسها- وهذا بغية التعرف إلى مستوى ونوعية برامجها، وطبيعة خطابها، وحجم ونوع جمهورها ومتابعيها، وموقعها في الخريطة الإعلامية الجزائرية ودورها في تحقيق الأمن الفكري من وجهة نظر متابعيها.
منهج الدراسة: البحث من النوع الاستطلاعي، وتم فيه الاعتماد على منهج المسح لعينة من الجمهور المتابع للقناة، وجرى الاعتماد على استمارة الاستبيان كأداة أساسية في جمع البيانات.
النتائج: تظهر النتائج أهمية هذه القناة لدى المشاهد الجزائري لأسلوبها السهل في توصيل الفكرة، واعتدال نهجها في المحافظة على المرجعية الدينية للجزائر، ويقيم غالبية المبحوثين دورها بالمقبول، ويراه بعضهم بأنه إيجابي على الإجمال، وأنها نجحت في تلبية احتياجاتهم الدينية وتفضيلها على غيرها من القنوات الدينية.
أصالة البحث: أنه من الأبحاث الأولى المنجزة حول هذه القناة الدينية الوحيدة في الجزائر، وعليه يمكن أن يكون أساسا لدراسات لاحقة تبني عليه لجهة تطوير الممارسة الإعلامية في مجال الإعلام الديني.Purpose: The Study aims to diagnose the reality of an institution belonging to the field of religious media, the Algerian Holy Quran Channel, which have never been subjected to a study, although a relatively significant period has passed since its founding. The study identifies the level and quality of its programs, the nature of its speech, the size and type of its audience and followers, its position on the Algerian media map and its role in achieving intellectual security from the point of view of its followers.
Methodology: This is an exploratory study that depends on the survey method of a sample of the audience following the channel. A questionnaire was used as a primary tool in data collection.
Findings: They indicate the importance of this channel to the Algerian viewer due to the easy way by which it communicates ideas, and the moderation of its approach in maintaining the religious reference of Algeria. The majority of the sample describe its role as acceptable, and some see it as positive on the whole as the channel has succeeded in meeting their religious needs. They further indicate that they prefer it over other religious channels.
Originality: It is one of the first studies carried out on this only religious channel in Algeria, and therefore could be the basis for subsequent studies based on it in terms of the development of media practice in the field of religious media

The Will of Sheikh Qasim bin Mohammed Al Thani, the Founder of the State of Qatar (1827-1913) (A Descriptive and Analytical Study)
Full text linkأهداف البحث: يهدف البحث إلى تحقيق الآتي:
-المساهمة في التعريف بجانب مهم من شخصية الشيخ قاسم بن محمد رحمه الله.
-إبراز المضامين المتعددة في وصية الشيخ قاسم بن محمد آل ثاني رحمه الله تعالى.
-إظهار تدين الشيخ قاسم بن محمد آل ثاني، وحرصه على اتباع منهج الدعوة الإصلاحية في نجد.
-إبراز دور الشيخ قاسم في تأسيس العمل الخيري من خلال وصيته وسير أحفاده على طريقه.
منهج الدراسة تعتمد دراستي على المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وسأقوم بوصف الوصية ومفرداتها، ووضع مضامين عامة تندرج فيها مفردات الوصية، مع تحليل تلك المضامين وربطها بالقيم الأخلاقية المنبثقة من المنظومة الإسلامية.
النتائج: أظهرت الدراسة الجوانب المهمة من وصية الشيخ قاسم ومنها: تعتبر وصية الشيخ قاسم -رحمه الله- الوثيقة الأولى في تأسيس العمل الخيري والإنساني في دولة قطر. وبينت الوصية الجانب الخيري والإنساني في شخصية الشيخ قاسم رحمه الله تعالى، وأوضحت اهتمام الشيخ قاسم -رحمه الله- في وصيته بأهل قطر من أعيان ونساء ومحتاجين وخدم، وشرحت العلاقة الوثيقة بين الشيخ قاسم -رحمه الله- وأحفاد الشيخ محمد بن عبد الوهاب -رحمه الله- خاصة وأهل نجد عموماً.
أصالة البحث: تظهر أصالة البحث في أنها الدراسة الأولى العلمية عن وصية الشيخ قاسم بن محمد آل ثاني رحمه الله.Purpose: The study aims to achieve the following:
Contributing to revealing an important aspect of the personality of Sheikh Qassim bin Mohammed, may Allah have mercy on him.
Highlighting the multiple contents in Sheikh Qassim bin Mohammed Al Thani’s will.
Demonstrating Sheikh Qassim bin Mohammed Al Thani’s religiosity, and his keenness to follow the method of the reformist advocacy in Najd.
Highlighting the role of Sheikh Qassim in the establishment of charitable work through his will and the course of his grandsons on his way.
Methodology: The study is based on the historical and descriptive analytical methods. The will and its vocabulary are explained. General contents are developed in which the vocabulary of the will is included. Those contents are analysed and linked to the moral values emanating from the Islamic system.
Findings: The study reveals the important aspects of Sheikh Qassim's will. This includes that it is considered as the first document directed at the establishment of charitable and humanitarian work in Qatar. The will reveals the charitable and humanitarian aspect in the personality of Sheikh Qassim – may Allah have mercy on him. It explains the feelings of care held by Sheikh Qassim in his will towards the people of Qatar, regarding the elite, women, needy and servants. The will also explains the close relationship between Sheikh Qassim - may Allah have mercy on him - and the descendants of Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Wahab in particular and people of Najd in general.
Originality: This is the first scientific study of the will of Sheikh Qassim bin Mohammed Al Thani may Allah have mercy on him
