Роль префронтально-гипоталамической сети в модуляции положительных и отрицательных эмоций при послушки музыки
Данной статье рассматривается роль префронтально-гипоталамической сети в регуляции эмоциональных состояний, возникающих в ответ на музыкальные стимулы. На основе современных нейровизуализационных и психофизиологических данных анализируется, каким образом различные музыкальные характеристики - темп, тональность, ритм и гармония - вовлекают орбитофронтальную, медиальную и дорсолатеральную области префронтальной коры, а также структуры гипоталамуса в процесс модуляции положительных и отрицательных эмоций. Особое внимание уделяется взаимодействию когнитивных и вегетативных механизмов, а также потенциалу музыки как инструмента эмоциональной саморегуляции
Методика Kaizen в обучении русскому языку в военной сфере
В статье рассматривается возможность применения принципов и методики Kaizen для повышения эффективности обучения русскому языку как иностранному (РКИ) курсантов военных вузов. Обосновывается актуальность внедрения Kaizen в образовательный процесс, связанная с необходимостью повышения мотивации, индивидуализации обучения и постоянного улучшения качества преподавания РКИ в специфических условиях военной сферы. Представлены конкретные примеры адаптации и применения принципов Kaizen (непрерывное улучшение, вовлеченность обучающихся, ориентация на результат) в контексте обучения РКИ. Описывается опыт внедрения отдельных элементов Kaizen и приводятся предварительные результаты, свидетельствующие о повышении заинтересованности курсантов, их активности на занятиях и улучшении успеваемости. Обсуждаются перспективы дальнейшего внедрения и адаптации методики Kaizen для оптимизации процесса обучения РКИ в военной сфере

Bugungi kunga qadar xalqaro ilmiy adabiyotlarda innovatsion himoya muhit modullarining kattalardagi gematologik bemorlarda infeksiyalar spektri va xususiyatlariga ta’siri haqida hech qanday ma’lumot nashr etilmagan. Gemoblastozlar bilan bemorlarda mikobakterioz umumiy aholiga qaraganda tez-tez uchraydi (sil kasalligi 1,7 dan 16% gacha, sil bo‘lmagan mikobakterioz-0,4-10%). Gematopoetik o‘simlar uchun sitostatik terapiya, ayniqsa, davolashning dastlabki bosqichlarida 80% yoki undan ko‘p chastotali yuqumli asoratlarning yuqori xavfi bilan bog‘liq. Infeksion ehtimolini aniqlaydigan asosiy omillar sitostatik davolanishdan keyin neytropeniyaning chuqurligi va davomiyligidir. Mutlaq neytrofillar soni 0,6-1,0 x 10x9 /L dan pastga tushganda, og‘ir yuqumli asoratlarning chastotasi, isitma davomiyligi, antibiotik terapiyasining davomiyligi va ko‘lami oshadi [6]. Agar chuqur neytropeniya 5 haftadan ortiq davom etsa, yuqumli asoratlarning chastotasi 90% ga yaqinlashadi. 10 kun yoki undan ko‘proq vaqt davomida 0,6 x 10x9 / L dan kam neytrofillar soni gematopoetik o‘smalari bo‘lgan bemorlarda og‘ir yuqumli asoratlarning yuqori ehtimolini aniqlaydigan asosiy chegara qiymati hisoblanadi
