No full textCél: A tanulmányban a szerző az általános rendőrségi feladatok ellátására létrehozott szerv és a komplementer rendészeti szervek együttműködését mutatja be – egy lehetséges jó példán keresztül – a Tiszakécskei járásban, részletezve a helyben működő vagyonvédelmi alapítvány működését.
Módszertan: A témakör feldolgozásához a vonatkozó nemzetközi és hazai szakirodalom áttekintése és elemzése jelentett segítséget. A visszatekintő elemzést követően kerül sor az iratelemzésen és interjúkon keresztül beszerzett információk ismertetésére az alapítványra vonatkozóan.
Megállapítások: A hatékony bűnmegelőzési tevékenységben és a helyi közbiztonság megteremtésében a rendőrségen kívül kulcsfontosságú szereplő az önkormányzat és a magánbiztonsági szektor. Az egymásra támaszkodó és egymás tevékenységét kiegészítő szereplők közösen több sikert tudnak elérni, mint külön-külön.
Érték: A komplementer rendészeten belül az önkormányzati rendészet egy elhanyagolt téma, de emellett a vagyonvédelmi alapítványokra is méltatlanul kevés figyelem hárul. Egy jól működő vagyonvédelmi alapítvány nagyban hozzájárul a helyi közbiztonság megteremtéséhez.Aim: In the study, the author presents the cooperation of the body established to perform general police tasks and the complementary law enforcement agencies in Tiszakécske district, detailing the operation of the property protection foundation operating in the area, through a possible good example.
Methodology: The review and analysis of the relevant international and domestic literature helped the author to process the topic. After the retrospective analysis, the information obtained through document analysis and interviews regarding the foundation will be presented.
Findings: Apart from the police, the municipality and the private security sector are key players in effective crime prevention activities and the creation of local public safety. Actors who rely on each other and complement each other’s activities can achieve more success together than individually.
Value: Within complementary policing, municipal policing is a neglected topic, but asset protection foundations also receive undeservedly little attention. A well-functioning asset protection foundation contributes greatly to local public safety

Bemutatja, hogy a gyülekezési jog fontos szerepet játszik a demokrácia és az emberi jogok védelmében, és ismerteti a rendőrség és a tüntetők közötti interakciók során felmerülő problémákat. A tanulmány hangsúlyozza a kommunikáció és a konfliktuskezelés fontosságát a békés tüntetések biztosítása érdekében, valamint a jogi szabályozás és gyakorlat fejlődésének szükségességét.The study examines the practical issues of the regulation of the right of assembly, with special reference to the police tasks and enforcement dilemmas in Hungary since 1989. It shows that the right of assembly plays an important role in the protection of democracy and human rights, and describes the problems encountered in interactions between police and demonstrators. The study stresses the importance of communication and conflict management to ensure peaceful demonstrations, and the need for the development of legal regulation and practice
