Aging effect on ▫▫ MXene
MXenes, the two‐dimensional class of nanomaterials consisting of transition metal carbides, nitrides, or carbonitrides, have been spotlighted in the last decade due to their peculiar properties, allowing them to be applicable in different fields, ranging from energy storage to sensors. In particular, the Ti3C2Tx MXene phase has attracted attention for electronic and optoelectronic applications. In such fields, it is important to characterize the stability of this phase. Testing the stability of the aged sample may provide new hints for the engineering of this phase, ensuring its long‐term performance. X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy, near‐edge X‐ray absorption fine structure measurements with a synchrotron source, complementary studies with a conventional X‐ray source, and electrical conductivity measurements were employed to characterize the electronic and structural properties of a Ti
3
C
2
T
x
thin film deposited on a quartz substrate immediately after preparation and again one year later, following storage in a nitrogen‐filled environment. Despite only minor surface oxidation after one year, the conductivity of the aged sample decreased by nearly one order of magnitude compared to the as‐prepared sample, highlighting the need for appropriate precautions if this MXene phase is to be implemented in electronic or optoelectronic devices

Optimization of production planning in the company TKK Srpenica
Podjetje TKK d.o.o. je uspešno in svetovno znano podjetje, ki se ukvarja s proizvodnjo poliuretanske pene, silikonov, akrilov, itd. Cilj le-tega je učinkovito in čim hitreje zadovoljiti naročila kupcev ter pri tem ustvariti čim večji dobiček s čim manjšimi stroški. Vsak proces v sistemu je potrebno stalno opazovati in ga po potrebi spreminjati oziroma optimizirati. Izjema tako ni niti planiranje proizvodnje poliuretanske pene, ki je predmet diplomske naloge. Ta je namenjena preučitvi sedanjega stanja planiranja proizvodnje, predlaganju izboljšav oziroma nadgraditve sistema planiranja, da bo planiranje čim bolj optimizirano.TKK d.o.o. is a successful and globally recognized company engaged in the production of polyurethane foam, silicones, acrylics, etc. Its goal is to efficiently meet customer orders while maximizing profit and minimizing costs. Every process within the system needs to be constantly monitored and adjusted or optimized as needed. Production planning for polyurethane foam, which is the subject of this thesis, is no exception. This thesis aims to examine the current state of production planning and propose improvements or upgrades to the planning system to make it as optimized as possible
