Selection of the Most Effective Marketing Strategy for the Promotion of the Measurement Board of a Selected Company

    No full text
The master\u27s thesis addresses the selection of the most effective marketing strategy for the promotion of a specific high-tech product using decision support methods. The aim of the research is to analyze existing promotional approaches and, based on multi-criteria modeling, identify the most appropriate strategy or combination of strategies for promoting the measurement board STEMlab 125-14 4-Input Starter Kit. In the study, we used the DEXiWin software tool to develop a decision model based on criteria related to the effectiveness of different forms of promotion. The theoretical part focuses on the fields of marketing strategies, multi-criteria decision-making, and decision support systems. In the empirical part, we analyzed the current practices of the company Red Pitaya, where the product serves as a case study, and conducted a comparative analysis of various promotional approaches. The goal of the thesis was to combine theory and practical analysis to provide a well-founded proposal for the most effective marketing strategy for promoting the selected product. The results of the research indicate that the most effective approaches for product promotion are trade fairs, Google Ads, advertisements on foreign platforms, and university hackathons, as they combine broad reach, high engagement, and a balanced effectiveness in both digital and physical environments

Pričujoča diplomska naloga opisuje proces izdelave študentskega animiranega filma, specifično pilotne epizode in napovednika za animirano serijo Dodfell, ustvarjenega v tehniki 2D digitalne računalniške animacije. Opisuje postopek ustvarjanja animirane serije, proces snovanja likov, razvijanja zgodbe in pisanja prve sezone. Dotika se teme spletnih animiranih serij. Delo na zgodbi animirane serije Dodfell predstavlja celoten proces ustvarjanja, od samih začetkov do izdelave napovednika. Ugotovitve diplomske naloge so, kako zahteven je proces izdelave animirane serije in kaj vse proces obsega. Namen diplomske naloge je prikazati proces dela skozi leta, od samih začetkov do snovanja napovednika in pilotne epizode. This thesis describes the process of making a student animated film, specifically the pilot episode and teaser for the animated series Dodfell, created in the technique of 2D digital computer animation. It describes the process of creating an animated series, the process of designing characters, developing the story, and writing the first season. It touches on the topic of online animated series. The work on the story of the animated series Dodfell represents the entire creative process, from the very beginning to the production of the teaser. The findings of the thesis are how demanding the process of creating an animated series is and what the process entails. The purpose of the thesis is to show the work process over the years, from the very beginning to the creation of the trailer and pilot episode

Funny Snails (2025) is a short animated series addressing social issues. The concept originated in 2020 as a comic project for my illustration class at the University. When I started my studies, my animation mentors suggested adapting these short, humorous comics into an animated series. This master\u27s thesis details the genesis of Funny Snails, its production process, current status, and its future. Moja magistrska naloga podrobno opisuje nastanek serije Smešni Polži, njen produkcijski proces, trenutno stanje in njeno prihodnost

Construction of piecewise chaotic maps with tunable statistical mean

    No full text
In numerous chaos based applications, it is often important to use chaotic maps that showcase desirable statistical characteristics, that can improve the performance of the designed architecture. Yet, it is hard to design maps that can achieve the desired statistical properties. Motivated by this, this work considers a family of piecewise chaotic maps, and studies how tuning their parameters can affect the mean value of the generated chaotic trajectories. Such a family of maps can be highly practical in future chaos based applications

Reachability and controllability of discrete time descriptor systems using the Weierstrass decomposition

    No full text
The reachability and controllability of descriptor systems is studied. Since discrete time descriptor systems are subject to certain consistency conditions in order for a solution to exist, we consider the problem of constructing an admissible input that can drive the system in any reachable state (or the origin) and that also satisfies the consistency conditions. This is done by first decomposing the system into its two subsystems, via the Weierstrass decomposition. Furthermore, algebraic criteria regarding the reachability and controllability of a descriptor system that involve its causal and non-causal subsystems are formulated

An introduction to control theory applications with Matlab

This book can serve as a companion manual to all undergraduate and postgraduatestudents who are taking a course in Control Theory and want to see examples of systems, implemented and solved in Matlab. Problems from Classic and Modern Control Theoryare covered, like analysis of 1st and 2nd order systems, root locus techniques, controllerdesign, pole placement, observer design and more. These subjects are engaged throughnumerous physical applications which we believe the readers will find intriguing
