HAZELNUT VARIETIES INFLUENCE ON THE OIL QUANTITY BY PRESSING ON KOMET SCREW OIL EXPELLER CA 59 G
No full textU ovom radu istraživalo se postoji li i kolika je razlika u količini hladno prešanog ulja lješnjaka u zavisnosti od sorte. Istraživanje je vršeno na tri različite sorte: Lambert, Rimski okrugli i Istarski duguljasti. Prešanje je izvedeno puţnom prešom u laboratoriju pri istim parametrima. Prešanjem jezgre lješnjaka dobiveno je ulje s krutim česticama mutnoće i pogača. Najgrublje čestice su izdvojene pretakanjem ulja neposredno nakon prešanja te je ulje ostavljeno da se taloži prirodnim putem 12 dana. Nakon završnih mjerenja rezultati su pokazali da postoje razlike u količini hladno prešanog ulja između ovih triju sorti.The aim of this paper was to investigate the difference between the quantity of cold pressed hazelnut oil, depending on the variety. Three different hazelnut varieties were used to accomplish this: Lambert, Rimski okrugli and Istarski duguljasti. The pressing itself was done by Screw press employing the same parameters for each variety. The results of the pressing of the hazelnut core was oil filled with solid particles. The roughest particles were separated by directly transfusing the oil after the pressing was finished. The oil was then left to sediment for twelve days in the natural way. After all the measurements were taken, the results demonstrated that there is a difference in the amount of cold pressed oil among the three varieties used in the study

Obrtnici se u današnje vrijeme susreću s izazovom zvanim industrijska proizvodnja. Iako je industrijski proizvod jeftiniji, kvaliteta proizvoda iz obrtne radionice je neupitna. Položeni majstorski ispit uvjet je da bi osoba mogla otvoriti obrtnu radionicu. Na polaganju majstorskog ispita kandidat treba pokazati znanje i vještine iz područja rada za koji polaže ispit. Obrtnici se u upisuju u obrtni registar, a u radu obrtnika od velike pomoći je Obrtnička komora.Craft is a type of a company in which people who are called crafters, are investing their work and knowledge to make a specific product for which they are professionals. Nowadays, crafters are faced with a challenge called industrial production. Even thought, industrial product is cheaper, quality of a product from manufacture workshop is not even questionable. There is less and less people who decide to open their own manufacture because giving is higher, and because of industrial production, demand for manufacture products decreases. Condition for opening manufacture workshop is to pass the craftsman exam. At the examination, candidate should show knowledge and skills from the area of their work. No full textPredmet proučavanja ovog završnog rada se odnosi na upravljanje poslovnim procesima u trgovinskom poduzeću te utjecaj poslovne logistike na poslovanje poduzeća. Cilj završnog rada je ukazati na važnost uspješnog upravljanja nad poslovnim procesima u poduzeću te objasniti funkcije menadžmenta koje su ključ za uspješno odvijanje poslovanja. Uz navedeno, u završnom radu opisuju se zalihe i vrste skladišta te prodajni proces koji je posljednja faza trgovinskog poslovnog procesa. Završni rad se sastoji od pet cjelina u kojima se opisuje tematika trgovinskog poduzeća i trgovinskih poslovnih procesa, kao što su nabava, skladištenje, distribucija i prodaja. Rad se također dotiče menadžmenta i menadžerskih funkcija te poslovne logistike. Kako bi se lakše razumio proces skladištenja i nabave, navedeni procesi će se interpretirati na primjeru tvrtke Bar d.o.o. koja se bavi maloprodajom i veleprodajom informatičke opreme, tonera i uredskog materijala.Subject of study of this final work refers on managing with business process in a trading company and influence of business logistics on business company. Purpose of this final work is to show importance of successful managing over business process in business company and to explain functions of management which are the key for efficacy of business. No full textKroz zadnjih nekoliko godina porastao je trend potražnje sokova bez puno aditiva i poboljšivača okusa. Ljudi se sve više okreću domaćoj proizvodnji soka ili kao mnogi svoje voće nose na preradu kod provjerenih prerađivača. Cilj ovoga rada je opisati tehnološki postupak proizvodnje soka od jabuke, te provesti kemijske i mikrobiološke analize gotovog proizvoda. Proizvodnja soka je provedena u tvrtki Frutaria d.o.o., a kemijske (ugljikohidrati, masti, masne kiseline, bjelančevine) i mikrobiološke analize (aerobne mezofilne bakterije, kvasci, plijesni, Salmonella i Enterobacteriaceae) su provedene u ovlaštenom laboratoriju. Svi ispitivani uzorci imali su zadovoljavajuće rezultate mikrobiološke analize.In the last few years there is a rising demand of natural juices without additives and any enhancers of the taste. People are turning more and more to domestic production of juice or as many others they carry their fruits to certifies processors. The aim of this paper is to describe the technological process of apple juice production in Frutaria d.o.o. company. Samples of final product were tested for chemical (carbohydrates, proteins, fat, fatty acids) parameters and microorganisms (aerobic mesophilic bacteria, yeasts, moulds, Salmonella and Enterobacteriaceae). Analysis were carried out in authorized laboratory. All tested samples were in accordance with legislatively determined limits for tested microorganisms

No full textVoda je tvar bez koje nije moguć život, najzastupljenija je u građi svih živih bića pa se može reći da je voda život. U prirodi se nalazi u tri agregatna stajna, temperatura talište joj je 0 ºC, a vrelišta na 100 ºC. Hrvatska je jedna od rijetkih zemalja koja ima značajne rezerve čiste pitke vode, koje su preduvjet ekonomskog razvoja neke zemlje. Opskrba stanovništva vodom je iz regionalnih i lokalnih vodovoda, te iz vlastitih vodoopskrbnih objekata (bunari, cisterne). Krajem 20. i početkom 21. stoljeća može se pratiti, kako na globalnom tržištu tako i kod nas, velike promjene u potrošnji vode a osobito u oblicima konzumiranja vode. Ove promjene bitno su uzrokovane jačanjem moči industrije vode i njenim medijskim utjecajem na stanovništvo osobito mladu generaciju. U radu se pokušalo doći do podataka o nekim navikama mlade generacije ili Z- generacije, koje na Zemlji ima oko 25 % od ukupnog broja stanovnika, prema kojoj se okreću sve industrije pa tako i industrija vode, koristeći razne oblike medija i društvenih mreža u oblikovanju njihovog načina života.Water is a substance without which life is not possible, it is the most represented in the material of all living beings, and it can be said that water is life. In nature, it is located in three aggregate stations, the temperature is 0 ºC and the boiling point is 100 ºC. Croatia is one of the few countries that has significant reserves of clean drinking water, which are a prerequisite for the economic development of a country. The supply of water to the population is made up of regional and local waterworks, as well as from its own water supply facilities (wells, tanks). At the end of the 20th and the beginning of the 21st century, it can be monitored, both in the global market and in our country, major changes in water consumption and especially in forms of water consumption. These changes are largely caused by the strengthening of the power industry's water and its media influence on the population, especially the younger generation. In this paper we tried to find information about some of the habits of the young generation or Z generation, which on Earth has about 25% of the total number of inhabitants, according to which all industries, including the water industry, turn around, using various forms of media and social networks in designing their way of life

No full textCilj ovog rada je prikazati način na koji je ustrojen i kako djeluje sustav visokog školstva u Republici Hrvatskoj koji je uređen Zakonom o znanstvenoj djelatnosti i visokom obrazovanju kao matičnim zakonom. Osim što će biti opisan teorijski dio vezan uz visoko obrazovanje, na konkretnom primjeru Veleučilišta u Požegi bit će pojašnjeno kako sustav u zbilji djeluje. Kako bi se upoznali sa sustavom visokog školstva, treba započeti od samih početaka, s obzirom da su svi dobri temelji postavljeni u povijesti tako će i u ovom radu najprije biti opisan povijesni razvoj visokog školstva te način na koji je on danas ustrojen. Kroz rad će biti opisane vrste visokih učilišta, njihov ustroj i djelovanje te ostale stvari nužne za funkcioniranje sustava koje je potrebno znati kako bi se razumjela važnost visokog obrazovanja. Bit će pisano o organizacijama bez kojih bi funkcioniranje sustava bilo nemoguće kao i o korisnicima sustava bez kojih sustav ne bi bio svrsishodan. Naposlijetku, kako bi se lakše shvatilo djelovanje sustava visokog školstva, navedeni teorijski dio bit će potkrijepljen primjerom Veleučilišta u Požegi.The aim of this thesis is to present the way in which the system of higher education in the Republic of Croatia is organized and regulated by the Law on Scientific Activity and Higher Education. In addition to describing the theoretical part of higher education, a concrete example of the Polytechnic of Požega will explain how the system works in reality. In order to get acquainted with the system of higher education, it is necessary to start from the very beginnings, since all the good foundations are set in history so this thesis will first describe the historical development of higher education and the way it is now established. This thesis will describe the types of higher education institutions, their organization and activities, and other things necessary for the functioning of the system that need to be understood in order to understand the importance of higher education. It will be written about organizations without which the functioning of the system would be impossible as well as the system users without which the system would not be meaningful. Finally, in order to better understand the functioning of the higher education system, the aforementioned theoretical part will be supplemented by the example of the Polytechnic of Požega
Rural tourism in function of economic development in the Slavonia and Baranja region
No full textRural tourism, as a significant factor in the sustainable economic and tourist development of rural areas, increasingly requires a strategic approach for overcoming the difficulties and managing its further development. Development solutions are essential for the revitalization of the rural areas of the Slavonia and Baranja region, especially due to the current developmental disparities of the five counties of this area compared to other counties of the Republic of Croatia. In order to identify the role of rural tourism in the economic development of some region, this paper analyzes the existing situation, the assumptions of rural tourism, the emerging forms of rural tourism in Slavonia and Baranja region and the strategic role of tourist communities in stimulating sustainable economic development. The analysis of the selected macroeconomic indicators shows the developmental disparities of the Slavonia and Baranja regions in relation to the Republic of Croatia. The aim of this paper is to analyze the exsistance of the strategic approach of development of the rural tourism in the Slavonia and Baranja region and to determine with conducted empirical research the existance of development strategies of rural tourism, and determine the potentials and obstacles of the further development of rural tourism in region Slavonija and Baranja. For the implementation of empirical research, as a surveyed population, tourist communities were selected from the Pozega-Slavonia, Osijek-Baranja, Brod-Posavina, Vukovar-Srijem and Virovitica-Podravina counties. Suitable statistical and mathematical methods were used to generate and interpret the results of the research. The results obtained identified the existence of strategic and developmental approaches, and identified the current difficulties and constraints for faster development of rural tourism in the function of economic development of this region. The scientific and applicative contribution of this work is reflected in the findings of empirical research
Social role of the United nations in resolution of International conflicts
No full textThe matter of role and influence of the United Nations in resolution of international conflicts is decisive because they demonstrate their legal presence at the national as well as international level. Throughout the paper, the authors insist on determination of resolution of international conflicts pursuant to Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations. The basic hypothesis of the paper has been established on the premise by studying relevant provisions of 1945 Charter of the United Nations, 1949 Geneva Conventions and two additional protocols of 1977, United Nations resolutions, international treaties and international customary rules of war, it is possible to accurately determine the role, character and significance of the United Nations Security Council and the United Nations General Assembly in resolution of international conflicts. Furthermore, it is of interest to note that decisive significance for confirmation of the hypothesis lies with the objective image of the United Nations presented through mechanisms of the international law for resolution of armed conflicts. Furthermore, throughout the entire paper, the authors present international conflict resolution instruments as well as applicable legal consequences of effective resolution of the same, and ultimately, in the concluding considerations, they confirm that actions regarding resolution of armed conflicts are current, essential and timely
Regulating the area of construction at European union level
No full textThe field of regulation of construction at the European Union level is complex and it encompasses standardisation at several levels by various stakeholders in the system. Namely, construction regulatory systems are the work of various European Union institutions and European standardisation organisations (European Committee for Standardization and European Committee for Electrotechnical Standardization). Precisely this fact may lead to specific misalignments of the system itself thereby jeopardizing legal certainty as well as physical safety of citizens. Therefore, this paper aims to present regulations in the field of construction at the European Union level, placing an emphasis on individual standards of the above standardisation organisations, and discuss problems attached to regulation at multiple levels. The aforementioned instances and European standardisation organisations regulate construction products, works, professional qualifications of stakeholders in the system, occupational safety and health, environmental impact etc. and therefore the paper provides a review of sources of law which exist at the European Union level in the ambit of construction – regulations and decisions of appropriate European Union bodies – and significance of Eurocodes as standards. In terms of contents, these documents are related to regulation of the field of a technical nature and technical rules. Therefore, awareness and application of these sources of law is important because the general design itself and its components, as parts of documentation submitted in special administrative proceedings to obtain a construction licence, for instance in the Republic of Croatia, must be aligned with the aforementioned sources of law. Such alignment contributes to the principle of lawfulness and ultimately to legal certainty in the procedure to obtain a construction licence. This paper employs, with the purpose of a scientific approach to this topic, analyses and syntheses as well as inductive and deductive methods to research the theoretical part of the paper. A part of results obtained through an empirical research conducted for the purpose of development of a doctoral thesis is also analysed in this paper and descriptive statistical methods are used within the framework of this analysis. The analysis of the results reviews the degree of use of the European Union sources of law in procedures to obtain construction and operating licences in the Republic of Croatia. The discussion employs logical and teleological methods of interpretation. Recommendations for improvements to the system considering a part of the analysed empirical research results are provided accordingly within the concluding considerations

No full textObzirom da su financijska sredstva iz Europskih strukturnih i investicijskih fondova važna za napredak Europe a također i Republike Hrvatske,ovim radom opisat će se temeljničimbenici o kojima ovisi alokacija sredstava Kroz rad će se analizirati i prikazati najvažnije karakteristike i alokacije sredstava Europskih strukturnih i investicijskih fondova na razini Europske nije. Opisat će se uvjeti koje je morala ispuniti Republika Hrvatska kako bi se mogla prijaviti na natječaje i koristiti financijska sredstava iz fondova. Ukazat će se na stvarno stanja istočnog djela Hrvatske i tablicom će se prikazati financijska sredstva koja mogu iskoristiti županije koje su obuhvaćene projektom Slavonija Baranja i Srijem. U zadnjem dijelu rada analizirat će se kako su konzultanti važni u procesu pripreme, pisanja i provedbe projekta. U radu će se provesti kvantitativno istraživanje, odnosno intervjuirati će se odgovorne osoba u jednoj Lokalnoj razvojnoj agenciji, zatim privatnom poduzeću, te udruzi koje obavljaju djelatnost savjetovanja o EU fondovima. Cilj istraživanja je dobiti mišljenje o profesiji konzultant kroz tri organizacijska pravna oblika.Due to the fact that financial instruments from the European Structural and Investment Funds present a beneficial component regarding the progress of both Europe and the Republic of Croatia, this paper will describe the fundamental factors accordingto which the funding is delivered. In addition, the paper offers analysis of the most important features and allocation of the grants from the European Structural and Investment Funds within the European Union. The author will also describe the conditions that had to be fulfilled by the Republic of Croatia to become an eligible applicant and use the financial support from the funds. Additionally, detailed depiction of the current state of the eastern part of Croatia will be presented as well as the financial support intended for the counties included in the Slavonija, Baranja and Srijem Project. There will also be a survey intended for the consultants working for the development agencies. The survey will consist of general work-related questions in the area of EU funds. The purpose of the conducting the survey is to gain insight into what consultants think of their profession. The survey results will be described and presented in charts
