MONITORING OF CREDIT INSTRUMENTS FOR LONG-TERM INVESTMENT LOANS
Rad prikazuje instrumente kreditne zaštite koje kreditne institucije, kao sekundarni izvor naplate svojih potraživanja, pribavljaju u cilju smanjenja kreditnog rizika kojemu su izložene u svakodnevnom poslovanju prilikom odobravanja plasmana. U tom kontekstu, prikazan je procesa upravljanja instrumentima kreditne zaštite u Zagrebačkoj banci, njihov monitoring te zadaće i odgovornost sudionika u procesu.The paper presents the credit protection instruments that credit institutions, as a secondary source of collection of their receivables, obtain in order to reduce the credit risk to which they are exposed in day-to-day operations when approving placements. In this context, the process of managing credit protection instrument in Zagrebačka banka, their monitoring and the tasks and responsibilities of the participants in the process are presented
PSYCHOLOGICAL MODELS OF CUSTUMER BEHAVIOR IN THEORY AND PRACTICE
Ponašanje potrošača znanstvena je grana koja koja se odnosi na ponašanje krajnjeg potrošača pri procesu kupovine. Odluka o konačnoj kupnji rezultat je mnogih faktora, specifično za svakog pojedinca, a to su prije svega ekonomski, psihološki, socijalni, osobni i kulturalni faktori. Identificiranjem i razumijevanjem čimbenika koji utječu na njihove kupce, brandovi imaju priliku razviti strategiju, marketinšku poruku i reklamne kampanje koje su u skladu s potrebama i načinima razmišljanja svojih ciljnih potrošača. Ovaj rad bavi se psihološkim modelima ponašanja kupaca. Osnovni cilj ovog rada je upoznati značaj znanstvene grane ponašanja potrošača, osnovne modele ponašanja potrošača i pobliže upoznati glavne psihološke faktore koji utjeću na odluku kupca o kupovini određenog proizvoda. Rad će koristiti kvantitativnu metodu istraživanja (anketu) kako bi se utvrdile navike i glavni čimbenici utjecaja na odluku o kupovini određenih proizvoda u online trgovinama.Consumer behavior is a scientific branch that refers to the behavior of the end consumer in the buying process. The decision to make the final purchase is the result of many factors, specific to each individual, and these are primarily economic, psychological, social, personal and cultural factors. By identifying and understanding the factors that affect their customers, brands have the opportunity to develop a strategy, marketing message and advertising campaigns that are in line with the needs and ways of thinking of their target consumers. This paper deals with psychological models of consumer behavior. The main goal of this paper is to obtain an understanding of the importance of the scientific branch of consumer behavior, basic models of consumer behavior and to get acquainted with the main psychological factors that influence the customer's decision to buy a particular product. The paper will use a quantitative research method (survey) to determine the habits and main factors influencing the decision to purchase certain products in online stores
HABITS OF THE POPULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA IN FISH CONSUMPTION
Zadatak je ovoga rada provedba ankete o navikama u konzumaciji ribe i proizvoda ribarstva u Republici Hrvatskoj te navike potrošača s obzirom na dob, spol, mjesto i područje stanovanja. 250 sudionika odgovorilo je na kratka pitanja ankete te je provedena analiza njihovih odgovora s ciljem dobivanja okvirnih informacija o navikama konzumiranja ribe i proizvoda ribarstva u Republici Hrvatskoj. Rezultati provedene analize govore kako gotovo svi ispitanici konzumiraju ribu, najveći broj sudionika odgovorio je kako konzumira ribu 2-3 puta godišnje ili jednom mjesečno. Također, ističu se odgovori na pitanje o faktorima koji utječu na odabir ribe, gdje najveći broj sudionika navodi da im je niža cijena glavni faktor.The task of this paper is conducting a servey on fish and fishing products consumption habits in the Republic of Croatia and also on consumer habits in relation to age, sex, place and residental area. 250 participants answered short questions from the survey and an analysis of their answers was conducted in order to obtain general information about fish and fishing products consumption habits in the Republic of Croatia. The results of the conducted analysis show that almost all examinees consume fish, the largest number of participants answered that they consume fish 2 – 3 times a year or once a month. The answers to the question about the factors influencing the choice of fish are also highlighted, where the largest number of participants state that the lower price is the main factor
COUNTRY TREASURY SYSTEM AS A BUSINESS PROCESS IN POŽEGA-SLAVONIA COUNTRY
Tema ovog rada je Sustav županijske riznice kao poslovni proces u Požeško - slavonskoj županiji. Budući da se ovaj rad temelji na provođenju poslovnih procesa donosi definiciju istih te prikazuje važnost dobrog i kvalitetnog upravljanja poslovnim procesima kako u privatnom tako i u javnom sektoru. Ovaj rad donosi uvid u odvijanje poslovnih procesa u javnom sektoru koji se obavljaju s ciljem zadovoljavanja javnih potreba. Prvi dio rada prikazuje obavljanja procesa planiranja proračuna kako na državnoj, tako i na razini Jedinice lokalne područne (regionalne) samouprave. Također donosi prikaz proračuna kao temelj obavljanja viših poslovnih procesa. Nadalje, nastavak rada donosi prikaz poslovanja sustava riznice. Rad definira sustav riznice, prikazuje njegov proces uvođenja na državnoj i na razini jedinica lokalne područne (regionalne) samouprave, donosi njegove prednosti te ciljeve uvođenja takvog sustava poslovanja. Rad prikazuje Požeško -slavonsku županiju i njen proces uvođenja sustava riznice te poboljšanja koja su postignuta uvođenjem riznice. Kraj rada donosi zaključak koji se odnosi na cjelokupno odvijanje poslovnih procesa u javnom sektoru te donosi zaključke o tome što znači kvalitetno i transparentno upravljati poslovnim procesima na svim razinama vlasti. Također donosi i rezultate postignute na temelju dobrog ostvarenja preduvjeta za uspostavu sustava riznice.The topic of this paper is the County Treasury System as a business process in Požega- Slavonia County. Since this paper is based on the implementation of business processes, it defines them and shows the importance of good and quality management of business processes in both the private and public sectors. The first part of the paper presents the implementation of the budget planning process at both the state and local self-government units. It also provides an overview of the budget as a basis for performing higher business processes. Furthermore, the continuation of the work provides an overview of the operations of the treasury system. The paper defines the treasury system, presents its process of introduction at the state and at the level of local regional self-government units, brings its advantages and goals of introducing such a business system. The paper presents Požega- Slavonia County and its system of introducing the treasury system and the improvements achieved by the introduction of the treasury. The end of the paper brings a conclusion that refers to the overall conduct of business processes in the public sector and draws conclusions about what it means to manage business processes at all levels of government in a quality and transparent manner. It also brings the results achieved on the basis of good realization of the preconditions for the establishment of the treasury system
ORGANIC FRUIT AND GRAPE PRODUCTION IN POŽEGA-SLAVONIA COUNTY
Glavni cilj ovog rada je otkriti i analizirati značajke ekološke proizvodnje i glavne motive ekoloških proizvođača u Požeško - slavonskoj županiji za proizvodnju voća i vina. U ovom smo radu proveli upitnik među proizvođačima voća i vina te pokušali saznati, dob proizvođača, obrazovanje proizvođača, kanale prodaje, njihove glavne motive za proizvodnju itd. Nakon provođenja i obrade anketnog upitnika , analizirali smo rezultate i donijeli zaključke o glavnim obilježjima ekološke proizvodnje voća i vina u Požeško - slavonskoj županiji.The main objective of this paper is to find out and analyze the characteristics of organic production and the main motives of organic producers in Požeško - slavonska county for fruit and wine production. In this paper, we conducted a questionnaire among organic fruit and wine producers, and we tried to find out, age of the producer, education of the producer, sales channels, their main motives for production, etc. After conducting and processing the survey questionnaire, we analyzed the results and made conclusions about the main characteristics of fruit and wine organic production in Požeško - slavonska county
PRIVATE LABEL MANAGEMENT
U ovom radu će se objasniti teorijska osnova upravljanja marki, pojava privatnih marki te njihov razvoj do danas. Provedeno je i istraživanje o percepciji kupaca o privatnim markama te koji sve faktori utječu na odluku o kupnji privatnih maraka. Upravljanje markom predstavlja pred menadžment pitanja o tome kako voditi i kontrolirati procese i jačati poziciju marke. Privatne marke su one marke koje su u vlasništvu nekog drugoga, a ne proizvođača proizvoda koji su u vlasništvu te marke. Kad se promatra uspjeh privatnih maraka, najčešće se navodi cijena kao glavna temeljna odrednica tog uspjeha. Danas raste udio privatnih marki u prodaji.This paper will explain the theoretical basis of brand management, the emergence of private labels, and their development till today. The research was also conducted on the perception of customers about private labels and all the factors that influence the decision to buy private labels. Brand management presents management with questions about how to lead and control processes and strengthen the brand's position. Private labels are those brands that are owned by someone other than the manufacturer of the products that are owned by that brand. Looking at the success of private labels, price is most often cited as the main fundamental determinant of that success. Today, the share of private labels in sales is growing
APPLICATION OF THE SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC METHOD IN WATER QUALITY CONTROL
Zadatak ovog završnog rada je upotreba spektrofotometrijskih metoda u kemijskoj analizi vode. Naglasak je dat važnosti vode, te zbog čega je voda neophodna za život na Zemlji, fizikalno-kemijskim pokazateljima kvalitete vode, te zakonskojregulativi. Opisana je spektrofotometrija i spektrofotometrijske metode. Za provedbu eksperimentalnog dijela rada uzeti su uzorci vode sa pet različitih mjesta u gradu Slavonskom Brodu. Analiza se vršila u laboratoriju gradskog vodovoda. U uzorcima vode se određivao mangan, željezo, amonijak, nitriti, nitrati. Uporabom spektrofotometrijskih metoda se na vrlo brzo dobiju rezultati, te mogućnost brze reakcije u slučaju nezadovoljavajućih rezultata.The task of this final paper is the use of spectrophotometric methods in chemical analysis of water. Emphasis is placed on the importance of water, and why water is necessary for life on Earth, physico-chemical indicators of water quality, and legislation. Spectrophotometry and spectrophotometric methods are described. For the implementation of the experimental part of the work, water samples were taken from five different places in the city of SlavonskiBrod. The analysis was performed in the city water supply laboratory. Manganese, iron, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates were determined in water samples. The use of spectrophotometric methods gives results very quickly, and the possibility of a quick reaction in case of unsatisfactory results
Manipulation of sunflower population density and herbicide rate for economical and sustainable weed management
Field study tested weed control efficacy, crop yield and economic return using various weed management strategies in sunflower growing with different population density. Treatments included four rates of PRE emergence application of S- metolachlor + fluchloridon and one POST emergence application of flumioxazin + quizalofop-p-ethyl. PRE-em application (1.4 + 2.4 and 1.2 + 2.0) provided at the higher crop densities (70 000) best weed control. However, PRE- em treatments with lower doses (0.8 + 1.6 and 1.0 + 1.8) and POST- em application did not maintain acceptable control of dominant weeds. Grain yield increased with the crop density, but did not statistically differ between applied herbicide treatments. Finally, the implication of this study demonstrated that sole application of tested herbicide treatments at higher crop sowing density (60 000 and 70 000) was found to be economically the best alternative strategy for reducing weed infestation and achieving a better yield
PHYSICO-CHEMICAL ANALYZES OF WATER IN SEVERAL VILLAGES OF VUKOVARSKO-SRIJEMSKA COUNTY.
Voda za piće mora biti bez boje, mirisa i okusa, te mora ispunjavati zahtjeve za zdravstvenom ispravnošću, odnosno ne smije sadržavati mikroorganizme, parazite i njihove razvojne oblike u broju koji predstavlja opasnost po zdravlje ljudi te tvari u koncentracijama koje same ili zajedno s drugim tvarima predstavljaju opasnost za zdravlje ljudi. U radu je analizirana voda za piće iz 6 naselja Vukovarsko-srijemske županije te su ispitivani sljedeći fizikalno-kemijski parametri: pH vrijednost, temperatura, mutnoća, mangan, amonijak, nitriti, nitrati, fosfati, arsen, utrošak KMnO4, elektroprovodljivost, željezo, kloridi i slobodni klor. Ovim završnim radom obrađeno je područje koje se bavi pitkom vodom te su u rezultatima prikazane minimalne i maksimalne dobivene vrijednosti uzoraka tijekom 2019. godine. U rezultatima se mogu vidjeti manja i veća odstupanja kvalitete vode od propisanih vrijednosti određenih parametara. Najveća odstupanja u pojedinim naseljima su pokazivali parametri amonijak, željezo i mutnoća.Drinking water must be colorless, odorless and tasteless, it must meet the requirements for health safety, it must not contain microorganisms, parasites and their developmental forms in numbers that pose a danger to human health and substances in concentrations alone or together with other substances pose a danger to human health. In this paper water for drinking from 6 settlements of Vukovar-Srijem County was analyzed and tested for the following physico-chemical parameters: pH value, temperature, turbidity, manganese, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, phosphates, arsenic, consumption of KMnO₄, electrical conductivity, iron, chlorides and free chlorine. This final paper deals with the area dealing with drinking water and the results show the minimum and maximum values obtained during the year. The results can show smaller and larger deviations of water quality from the prescribed values of certain parameters. The largest deviations in some settlements were shown by the parameters of ammonia, iron and turbidity
