PREMIUM PRICE IN HOSPITALITY
Tema rada je primjena metrike marketinga, stopa premijske cijene u hotelijerstvu. Obzirom na vrste smještajnih objekata u hotelijerstvu, za istraživanje odabrana je skupina hotela mali obiteljski hoteli, s naglaskom na poslovanje tih hotela u kontinentalnom djelu Hrvatske, posebno u Slavoniji. Glavni cilj rada je utvrditi može li se primjenom metrike marketinga, točnije primjenom mjerila stopa premijske cijene, u poslovanju hotela, ostvariti poslovni rezultati, odnosno povećati popunjenost hotela, a time povećati i prihode. Teorijski dio rada odnosi se na definiranje i pojma cijena, upravljanje cijenama u hotelijerstvu i teorijski aspekt metrike marketinga. U istraživačkom dijelu rada analizirane su cijene noćenja u malim hotelima primjenjujući metriku marketinga, stopa premijske cijene. Ovom analizom utvrđeno je kako promatrani hotel ima velika odstupanja od prosječne tržišne cijene, te bi mogao razmisliti o smanjenju cijene.The topic of the masters thesis is the application of marketing metrics, the premium price rate in the hotel industry. Considering the types of accommodation facilities in the hotel industry, a group of small family hotels was selected for the research, with a emphasis on the operations of these hotels in the continental part of Croatia, especially in Slavonia. The main goal of this paper is to determine whether the application of marketing metrics, more precisely the application of premium price rates, in hotel operations, can achieve business results, or increase hotel occupancy, and thus increase revenue. The theoretical part of the paper relates to the definition and concept of prices, price management in the hotel industry and the theoretical aspect of marketing metrics. In there search part of the paper, the prices of overnight stays in small hotels were analyzed, applying the marketing metrics, the rate of the premium price. This analysis found that the observed hotel has large deviations from the average market price, and could consider reducing the price

Industrija 4.0 smatra se logičnim nastavkom prve tri industrijske revolucije, a odnosi se na
brzu digitalnu transformaciju procesa u proizvodnoj industrijama. Četvrta industrijska
revolucija stalna je automatizacija tradicionalnih proizvodnih i industrijskih praksi, koristeći

Globalization as a Social Phenomenon in Modernizing a New World Order
The papers main focus is a globalization process as a sociological and legal topic. The authors take into consideration the fact how its determinants are interdisciplinary embedded in social, cultural, economic, legal and political process. The main starting point of the paper on globalization shows how it favours all participants included offering new business opportunities for the poorest, as economic cooperation is not a zero sum game. Authors pay special attention to the question of crisis and its theoretical definition. The concept of crisis has been studied throughout a multi-layered prism of global economic institutions (IMF, World Bank, WTO) proving how prominent crisis has led to socio- economic system identity loos. Central emphasis is placed upon actors, namely crisis enforcers, intensifying crisis and therefore endangering and managing system from within. Finally, socio- economically conditioned and driven political orders are shown. Methods used in this paper to theoretically approach the main topic and prove the hypothesis set are dogmatic, normative and sociological. Globalization enigma and its theoretical controversies set up a question whether it is a historical necessity or just another great world myth. Is globalization an objective and spontaneous political process or a project empowering domination of one social group over the others. COMPARISON PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PARAMETERS OF WELLS WATER IN ŠIBENSKO-KNINSKA AND POŽEŠKO-SLAVONSKA COUNTY
U ovome radu je provedeno istraživanje kemijske kvalitete bunarske vode na području sela Alilovci (udaljeno nekoliko kilometara od Požege) i Čiste Velike (selo kraj Šibenika). Vode su prikupljene iz pet bunara iz Alilovaca i pet bunara iz Čiste Velike. Analize su odrađene u Zavodu za javno zdravstvo Požeško-slavonske županije. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada opisane su sljedeće analize vode: određivanje boje, mutnoće, klorida, električne vodljivosti, nitrata, nitrita, amonijaka, utrošak KMnO4 i pH vrijednosti. Rezultati su pokazali da je bolja voda u Čistoj Velikoj nego u Alilovcima.In this paper, a study of the chemical quality of well water in the area of the villages of Alilovci (a few kilometers from Požega) and Čista Velika (a village near Šibenik) was conducted. Water was collected from five wells from Alilovac and five wells from Čista Velika. The analyzes were performed at the Public Health Institute of Požega-Slavonia County. The following analyzes of water are described in the experimental part of the paper: determination of color, turbidity, chloride, electrical conductivity, nitrate, nitrite, ammonia, consumption of KMnO4 and pH value. The results showed that the water in Čista Velika is better than in Alilovc
PROPERTIES OF FROZEN AND MARINATED GREEN ASPARAGUS
Cilj ovog rada bio je ispitati mikrobiološku ispravnost, te nutritivnu vrijednost zelene šparoge (Asparagus argenteuil) u Veterinarskom zavodu u Vinkovcima. Uzorci koji su ispitivani su zamrznuta (prethodno neblanširana) i marinirana šparoga, iz OPG-a na području Andrijaševaca. U mikrobiološkoj analizi šparoge određivala se prisutnost Enterobacteriaceae, koagulaza pozitivnih stafilokoka/ Staphylococcus aureus, sulfitoreducirajućih klostridija, Salmonelle, Listerie Monocytogenes, aerobnih mezofilnih bakterija, kvasaca i plijesni, a u određivanju nutritivne vrijednosti ispitivala se količina vode, masti, ugljikohidrata, bjelančevina, pepela, zasićenih masnih kiselina, šećera i soliThe aim of this study was to examine the microbiological safety and nutritional value of green asparagus (Asparagus argenteuil) at the Veterinary Institute Vinkovci. The samples tested were frozen (previously unblanched) and marinated asparagus, and they were taken from family farm in the area of the village of Andrijaševci. VINIFICATION OF THE RINE RIESLIG VARIETY IN THE TOPOLOVCAN WINERY FOR THREE YEARS
Rajnski rizling poznatiji kao bijeli rizling (weise riesling), a koriste se i nazivi renski rizling, rheingauer, johannisberger, hochheimer, petit riesling, riesling blanc, petit rhin, riesling renano. Sorta dobro uspijeva na različitim tipovima zemljišta, bitno je da su ona topla i propusna, a najkvalitetnija vina dolaze sa škriljevačkog tla, izričito zahtijeva dobar južni položaj, puno sunca i topline, zaštićen od vjetra. Bere se kasno, a za predikatna vina i u prosincu. Vino redovne berbe je žuto zelenkaste boje. Predikatna vina su zlatno žuta. U bogatom mirisu ovoga vina često se osjeti marelica, breskva, pa čak i ruže. U okusu je, s idealnim odnosom šećera i kiselina. Cilj završnog rada je vinifikacija sorte Rajnski rizling kroz tri godine u vinariji Topolovčan.For this variety, the correct name would be white Riesling (weise riesling), and the names Rhine Riesling, rheingauer, johannisberger, hochheimer, petit riesling, riesling blanc, petit rhin, riesling renano are also used. The variety grows well on different types of soil, it is important that they are warm and permeable, and the highest quality wines come from shale soil, explicitly requires a good southern position, lots of sun and heat, protected from the wind. It is harvested late, and for predicate wines in December. Regular vintage wine is yellow-green in color. Predicate wines are golden yellow. Apricot, peach and even roses are often felt in the rich aroma of this wine. It tastes good, with an ideal ratio of sugars and acids
INFLUENCE OF BUDDING METHOD ON GRAPEVINE GRAFTING SUCCESS
Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ispitati utjecaj različitih metoda okulacije na mogućnost promjene sorte vinove loze u vinogradima. Željeli smo saznati da li je isplativo okuliranjem zamijeniti postojeću sortu vinove loze nekom drugom sortom. Također, željeli smo pronaći koja je od dvije korištene metode okulacije prihvatljivija. Istraživanje je provedeno na sorti Frankovka na podlozi Kober 5 BB, koja je okulirana sortom graševina. Istraživanje je započelo krajem travnja, a završilo sredinom lipnja 2021. Metode okuliranja korištene u ovom radu su bile okuliranje na isječak i okuliranje na T-spoj.The aim of this study is to examine the influence of different budding methods on the possibility of changing grapevine variety in vineyards. We wanted to find out is it profitable to replace the existing grape variety with another variety by grafting. Also, we wanted to find which of the two budding methods are more acceptable. The research was conducted on the variety Frankovka on the rootstock Kober 5 BB, which was regraft with the variety Graševina. The survey began in late April and ended in mid-June 2021. The budding methods used in this paper are Chip-Budding and T-Budding
