    Introduction and Maintaining Public Relations of Small Enterprises in Virtual Environment

    In this paper, the object of consideration is a small company and as a subject and goal is to explore an effective model of introducing and maintaining public relations. In this sense, the methods of analysis and synthesis, ie induction and deduction, as well as abstraction and modeling, have been applied. The researched data indicate a large participation of small enterprises in terms of employment and social product creation, but also their participation in the dynamization of the national economy. Special attention is paid to public relations and it starts from the scientific assumption that in small companies it is not only a marketing but also a managerial activity. In addition, the goal is to research the model of introducing and maintaining public relations and defining the process of activities at the lowest possible cost. Therefore, the second hypothesis implies that the development of information technologies enables the setting up of a public relations process via the Internet with the aim of cost and time efficiency. From this approach, a model is proposed as the final solution for the effective introduction and maintenance of public relations in small businesse

    Tijekom praćenja ljudskog razvoja dogođale su se mnoge promijene, a najznačajnije su one koje su se počele događati u Velikoj Britaniji 18. stoljeću. Promijene koje su se događale bile su spore i mijenjale način ljudskog života u korijenu. Danas smo suvremenici naglog razvoja tehnologije, a time i industrije. Iako, na globalnoj razini većina zemalja, tako ni Hrvatska, nije u potpunosti prošla transformaciju u treću industriju, a na svjetskoj sceni predstavljena je ideja za četvrtom. Industriju 4.0 potaknuo je nagli razvoj interneta i sve veća i češća potreba za istim. Industrija 4.0 ili drugačije nazvana Četvrta industrijska revolucija bazirana je na umrežavanju putem kojega se prikuplja velika količina podataka. Analiziranjem podataka utvrđuju se želje i očekivanja kupaca te određuje plan proizvodnje. Takve promijene donose veću efikasnost, optimaliziraju troškove te doprinose značajnoj prednosti pred konkurentima. U završnom radu proučava se povijest industrijske revolucije, usporedba industrije 4.0 u Europskoj Uniji i Hrvatskoj. Istraživanje se provodi anketiranjem, odnosno pozivanjem ljudi (svih dobnih skupina) da putem društvenih mreža pristupe i ispune anketu.Following human development, there has been significant changes and the most signifcant arewhich started to happen in Great Britain in 18.century. Changes which happened were slow and they have changed the way of human life in root. Today weare contemporaries of fast growing technologies development and industry too. Although on the global level, most of countries, neither Croatia didn`t fully pass transformation in third level but on worlds scene idea for fourth has been presented. Sudden internet developmentand bigger and more often usage of internet encouraged Industry 4.0.Industry 4.0 or otherwise called „fourth industrial revolution“ is based on networking of huge data amount. Data analysing, plan production is determined by wishes and expectations of buyers. That kind of changes are bringing bigger efficiency, cost optimization and significant advantage over competitors.     Tema ovog rada je pobliže objasniti optimalno korištenje funkcije menadžmenta u uvjetima menadžmenta promjena i turbulentne poslovne okoline. Kroz sam rad biti će obrađeni pojmovi upravljanja promjena, korištenje funkcija menadžmenta koji će ujedno biti prikazan i u praktičnome dijelu rada. U prvom poglavlju dan je uvid u sam rad, te koji su ciljevi i metodologija istraživanja. U drugom poglavlju bit će objašnjeno upravljanje promjenama u uvjetima turbulentne poslovne okoline u kojoj se stalno događaju nagle promjene ,odnosno koji su elementi strateškog upravljanja, strukturne promjene digitalnog doba i okolina organizacija kao neimenovani utjecaj na upravljanje promjenama u poduzeću. Nakon toga u trećem poglavlju bit će prikazane funkcije menadžmenta odnosno proces menadžmenta koji se sastoji od planiranja, organiziranja, motiviranja i praćenja uspješnosti. U četvrtom poglavlju kroz praktičan dio biti će prikazano empirijsko istraživanje korištenja funkcija menadžmenta u praksi koje se je provodilo putem online anketnog ispitkivanja, te će se analizirati i interpretirati dobiveni rezultati. I na samome kraju rada kao peto poglavlje biti će iznesen zaključak o cijelome radu.The top of this paper is to explain the optimal use of management functions in the conditions of change management and turbulent business environment. Through the paper itself, the concepts of change management will be treated, the use of the management function, which will also be presented in the practical part of the paper. The first chapter provides an insight int the work itself, and what are the goals and methodology of the research The second chapter will explain change management in a tubulent business enviroment in which sudden changes are constantly happening and mustbe adapted and changed. ie elements of strategic management structural changes of the digital age and the enviroment of organizations as an unnamed impact on change management in the company. After that, the third chapter will present the functions of management, ie the management pocess that consists of planning, organizing, motivating and monitoring perfomance. In the fourth chapter will present empirical research on the use of management functions in practice conducted thought online survevy examination and will analyze and interpret the obtained results. And at the very end of work a conclusion about the whole work will be presented as the fifth chapter

    Cilj ovog rada bio je provesti mikrobiološku analizu brašna tip 550. Analiza je provedena u Zavodu za javno zdravstvo Požeško – slavonske županije. Analizirana su 31 uzorka brašna iz 4 mlina: Podravski mlin, Podravka, Mlin i pekare Sisak i Slavonija Županja. U brašnu se tražila prisutnost aerobnih mezofilnih bakterija, plijesni i enterobakterija. Analizom je utvrđeno da su uzorci unutar granica, to jest da ni jedan od uzoraka ne prelazi maksimalno dozvoljene količine i da se mogu staviti u uporabu i na prodaju.The aim of this study was to conduct a microbiological analysis of flour type 550. The analysis was performed at Public Health Institute of Požega – Slavonia County. 31 flour samples from 4 mills were analyzed: Podravski mlin, Podravka, Mlin i pekare Sisak and Slavonija Županja. The presence of aerobic mesophilic bacteria, molds and enterobacteria was sought in the flour. The analysis established that the samples are within the limits, ie that none of samples exceeds the maximum permitted quantities and that they can be put into use and for sale

    Prerađivačka industrija obuhvaća područja fizičke ili kemijske transformacije materijala, tvari ili sastojaka u novi proizvod. Prerađivačka industrija je temelj razvoja Hrvatskog gospodarstva, rasta BDP – a, smanjenja nezaposlenosti, u njoj je zaposleno najviše ljudi od svih sektora. Bez daljnjeg razvoja i ulaganja u industriju nema napretka razvoja gospodarstva. U radu je prikazano stanje u prerađivačkom sektoru i to prema zaposlenosti, također se uspoređuje prerađivački sektor s ostalim sektorima. Prikazano je stvarno stanje prerađivačke industrije i to kroz razne financijske pokazatelje, te su ti pokazatelji pojašnjeni s deskriptivnom statistikom, tako da se vidi stvarno stanje u sektoru i poduzećima. Uz te pokazatelje i izračune se može doći do strateškog plana kako bi se unaprijedio hrvatski prerađivački sektor.Processing industry includes areas of physical or chemical transformaion of materials, substances or ingredienst into new products. Processing industry is a foundation of developing Croatias economy, growth of BDP and reducing unemployet, because most people work in this kind of industry. With – out of futher investment in this sector there will not be a steady growth of economy. In this work paper it will be shown a state of procesinng industry according to number of employeed people, also there is comparison of other sectors in Croatia.     Muškat žuti je sorta od koje se dobivaju lagana, osvježavajuća, često puta vina s ostatkom šećera koja obilježava voćni okus i muškatna aroma. Istraživanje je provedeno tijekom 2019. i 2020. godine na nastavnom objektu Veleučilišta u Požegi. Dio podataka je dobiven iz arhive pokusnog nasada, a dio podataka je prikupljen tijekom istraživanja. Iz prikupljenih podataka vidljivo je da je tijekom 2019. godine zabilježen veći urod uz veći prosječni sadržaj šećera i nešto veću ukupnu kiselost izraženu kao vinska kiselina u gramima po litri.Muscat is a variety from which we have light, refreshing, wines, usually with residual sugar, which is characterized by a fruity taste and muscat aroma. The research was conducted during 2019 and 2020 at the Polytechnic of Požega.     ETHNOBOTANICAL CHARACTERISTICS SOME PLANT SPECIES IN BRODSKO-POSAVSKA COUNTY

    Etnobotanika je jedna relativno mlada znanstvena disciplina koja se u svijetu tek krenula razvijati unatrag nekoliko godina. Etnobotanika se bavi istraživanjem i proučavanjem samih odnosa između ljudi i biljaka koje ih okružuju. Dakle, bavi se proučavanjem biljaka u regiji i njihove praktične upotrebe kroz tradicionalno znanje lokalne kulture i ljudi. Etnobotanika je grana etnobiologije, a etnobiologija je pak disciplina koja proučava znanje zajednice o biljnom i životinjskom svijetu. U ovom završnom radu opisane su etnobotaničke značajke biljnih vrsta što je ujedno i tema rada. Nadalje, navedene su etnobotaničke značajke pojedinih biljaka poput kamilice od čijih se cvjetova najčešće priprema čaj, a ono što je čini ljekovitom je njezino eterično ulje, zatim značajke gospine trave, nevena - koji je jedna od najpoznatijih biljaka zapadnoeuropske biljne medicine, divljeg luka, koprive koja je značajna između ostalog po tome što se koristi u tekstilnoj industriji za proizvodnju žute boje, kao ekstrakt u šamponima za kosu, za pripremu raznih jela, suzbijanju nametnika u voćnjacima, zatim maslačka čije stabljike pomažu kod kronične upale jetre i šećerne bolesti, otklanjaju kožni svrab, lišajeve i osipe, poboljšavaju želučane sokove. Korijenje maslačka, sirovo, ali i osušeno, upotrijebljeno kao čajni iscjedak pročišćuje krv, pospješuje probavu, znojenje i mokrenje. Predstavljeno je i provedeno istraživanje načinjeno u jugozapadnom djelu istočne Hrvatske, točnije u Slavoniji, u Brodsko –posavskoj županiji. Istraživanje je obuhvatilo trideset ispitanika, od toga je bilo dvadeset žena i deset muškaraca u rasponu od pedeset pet do osamdeset tri godine, a zabilježeno je trideset pet biljnih vrsta koje se koriste u medicinske ili prehrambene svrhe. Rezultati i metode istraživanja iskazane su i kroz grafički prikaz u prilogu.Ethnobotany is a relatively young scientific discipline that has only just begun to develop in the world a few years ago. Ethnobotany is about researching and studying the relationships between people and the plants that surround them. Thus, it deals with the study of plants in the region and their practical use through the traditional knowledge of local culture and people. Ethnobotany is a branch of ethnobiology and ethnobiology is a discipline that studies the knowledge of the community about flora and fauna. In this final paper, the ethnobotanical characteristics of plant species are described, which is, among other things, the topic of the paper. Furthermore, the ethnobotanical characteristics of some plants are listed, such as chamomile, whose flowers are most often used to make tea, and what makes it medicinal is its essential oil, St. John's wort, calendula - which is one of the most famous plants of Western European herbal medicine. Nettle, among other things, by being used in the textile industry for the production of yellow dye, as an extract in hair shampoos, for preparing various dishes, controlling pests in orchards, then dandelion whose stems help with chronic inflammation of the liver and diabetes, relieve itchy skin, lichens, and rashes, improve gastric juices. Dandelion roots, raw but also dried, used as a tea extract purifies the blood, promotes digestion, sweating and urination. At the very end of this paper, the research conducted in the southwestern part of eastern Croatia, more precisely in Slavonia, in Brod-Posavina County, is presented. The study included thirty subjects, of whom twenty were women and ten men ranging in age from fiftyfive to eighty-three,and thirty-five plant species were used for medicinal or nutritional purposes. The results and research methods are also presented through the attached graphic presentation
