Za primjer jednostavne linearne regresije biti će korišteni dostupni podatci tvrtke Ina d.d., Analizirati će se odnos prihoda od prodaje i zaposlenika poduzeća Ina d.d. Development of the public relations model
In modern business conditions, when the most efficient information is exchanged via the Internet, public relations significantly changed its role in virtually every company on the planet. Public relations are considered part of the promotion tool within the marketing mix. The development of information technologies has enabled a new role in public relations, which becomes a very important function of management. There are several reasons for this and the most important is the fact that every company is not an isolated island but part of the wider social environment. Public relations, especially in online conditions, are not only important but a regular managerial activity. The public relations department is still the main organizer of all after-sales activities, but in coordination with the management. Hence, the development of the public relations model is analysed. The paper constructs a model that is appropriate to the needs of today's companies that allows mutual education between companies and the relevant environment, called the information-educational model. The further development of the public relations model will depend on the development of the economy and information and communication technology sector (ICT)
EXAMINE THE EFFECT SAMOSIL AND HYPOCHLORITE ON VARIOUS BACTERIOLOGICAL CULTURES FROM WELL WATER
Zadatak ovog rada bio je ispitati djelovanje hipoklorita i sanosila na razne bakteriološke kulture iz bunarske vode. Ispitivanje se odvijalo metodom membranske filtracije. Ispitivane bakteriološke kulture su Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, enterokoki te kloriformne bakterije. Uspoređivalo se djelovanje sanosila i hipoklorita nakon 30 minuta i nakon 60 minuta. Na osnovu rezultata analize je zaključeno da sanosil ima jače antibakterijsko djelovanje od hipoklorita.The aim of this study was to examine the effect of hypochlorite and samosil on various bacteriological cultures from well water. The test was performed by membrane filtration. The bacteriological cultures used were Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterococci and chloriform bacteria. The effects of sanosil and hypochlorite after 30 minutes and after 60 minutes were compared. Based on the results of the analysis it was concluded that sanosil has a stronger antibacterial effect than hypochlorite
MARKETING PLAN AS THE KEY TO BUSINESS SUCCESS
Marketing planiranje je zahtjevan posao, ima raznih problema koje pomoću dobro razrađenog plana te probleme možemo nadvladati, ali i sama priprema, definiranje strategija, analize mogu predstavljati određene poteškoće. Cilj ovog rada je pokazati kroz teorijski i praktični dio pokazati kako marketing, marketing planiranje utječe na poslovanje, te na kraju dolazimo do važnog zaključka, da je plan bitan faktor poduzeća, ali ne samo u poslovnom smislu. Plan se može definirati kroz možda tri ključne faze koje može poslovanje učiniti uspješnim, a to su: planiranje, provedba i kontrola. Jasno je da moramo provesti različite analize stanja situacije u poduzeću, ali i izvan njega; analiza kreira strategiju, a strategija donosi konkretne ciljeve.Marketing planning is a demanding job, there are various problems that we can overcome with a well-developed plan, but the preparation itself, defining strategies, analyzes can present certain difficulties. The aim of this paper is to show through theoretical and practical part to show how marketing, marketing planning affects the business, and finally we come to the important conclusion that the plan is an important factor of the company, but not only in business terms. A plan can be defined through perhaps three key phases that can make a business successful, and these are: planning, implementation, and control. PRODUCT QUALITY RESEARCH IN THE COFFEE MARKET
Tržište je mehanizam putem kojeg se susreću kupci i prodavatelji kako bi odredili cijene i razmijenili robe i usluge. Na tržištu je nakon vode, kava najčešće konzumirano piće. Procjenjuje se da svjetsko stanovništvo otprilike popije na dnevnoj razini oko 14 bilijuna šalica kave. Od svih agrikulturnih proizvoda, kava je najkompleksnija i najraznovrsnija. Kompleksnija je od vina i čajeva zajedno. Kava se danas sve češće konzumira kako bi nam povećala koncentraciju pri obavljanju raznih poslova te održala nas budnim. Današnji način života je ubrzan te se ima malo vremena za odmaranje, a kako bi što bolje obavljali svoje poslove kofein je taj koji pruža dodatnu energiju. Cilj ovog završnog rada je istražiti koliko je kvaliteta važna kupcima te na temelju ankete saznati koliko često ispitanici konzumiraju kofeinske napitke, koliko su im određene karakteristike bitne za povećanje kvalitete i uživanja u kofeinskim napicima.The market is a mechanism through which buyers and sellers meet to set prices and exchange goods and services. On the market after water, coffee is the most commonly consumed beverage. It is estimated that the world's population drinks about 14 trillion cups of coffee a day. Of all agricultural products, coffee is the most complex and diverse. It is more complex than wine and teas combined. Today, coffee is increasingly consumed in order to increase our concentration in performing various tasks and keep us awake. Today's lifestyle is fast-paced and there is little time to rest, and in order to do their jobs better, caffeine is the one that provides extra energy. The aim of this final paper is to investigate how important quality is to customers and based on the survey to find out how often respondents consume caffeinated beverages, how important certain characteristics are to increase the quality and enjoyment of caffeinated beverages
COMMERCIAL LOANS INTEREST CALCULATION
Završni rad obrađuje temu obračuna kamata kod komercijalnih kredita. U zakonskim propisima Republike Hrvatske evidentirano je da postoji relativni i konformni kamatnjak. Primjena relativnog i konformnog obračuna rezultira različitim iznosom obračunate kamate te i ukupnog iznosa koji dužnik mora vratiti banci. Međutim, zakonom nije regulirano koji kamatnjak banka mora koristiti kod obračuna kamata na kredite te je cilj ovog rada dati prikaz primjera načina otplate kredita ili zajma i obračuna kamata. Primjeri obračuna pokazuju primjenu relativnog i konformnog kamatnjaka pri otplati kredita (zajma) u jednakim anuitetima i jednakim otplatnim kvotama, uz dekurzivni način obračuna. Rezultati pokazuju da postoji razlika u iznosu obračunatih kamata korištenjem relativnog i konformnog kamatnjaka i u načinu otplate kredita. U radu su prikazani raspoloživi podaci o načinu obračuna kamata i načinu otplate kredita hrvatskih banaka.The final paper deals with the topic of interest calculation for commercial loans and credits. It is evident from the legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia that there is a relative and conformal interest rate. The application of the relative and conformal calculation results in a different amount of accrued interest and in the total amount that the debtor must repay to the bank. However, the law does not regulate which interest rate a bank must use when calculating interest on loans, and the aim of this paper is to provide examples of loan or credit repayment method and interest calculation method. Examples of the calculation show the application of relative and conformal interest rates when repaying a loan (credit) in equal annuities and equal repayment quotas, by applying a decursive method of calculation. The results show that there is a difference in the amount of accrued interest when using the relative and conformal interest rates and method of loan repayment. The paper presents the available data on the method of interest calculation and the method of loan repayment used by the Croatian banks
INVAZIVNA VASKULARNA FLORA POŽEŠKE KOTLINE, REPUBLIKA HRVATSKA: RAZNOLIKOST I PROCJENA RIZIKA
Strane, a posebno invazivne vrste često imaju negativan učinak na biološku raznolikost, ekonomiju, pa i ljudsko zdravlje. One su sposobne proizvoditi produktivno potomstvo i posjeduju potencijal širenja na značajnim površinama. Stoga je širenje invazivnih vrsta jedno od najvećih problema u zaštiti prirode. Praćenje rasprostranjenosti i procjena rizika invazivne vaskularne flore Požeške kotline vršeno je tijekom ljetnih mjeseci od 2017. do 2019. godine putem kombinirane procjene brojnosti i pokrovnosti. Istraživanjima je utvrđeno ukupno 34 invazivne svojte vaskularne flore kojima je pridružena porodica, životni oblik, geografsko porijeklo te je procjenjena faza procesa invazije. Za analizu povezanosti između nadmorske visine i pokrovnih vrijednosti invazivne flore Požeške kotline, primjenjena je multivarijantna statistička tehnika - CCA analiza. Najbrojnije vrstama su porodice Asteraceae i Poaceae. Analiza životnih oblika izdvojila je dominaciju terofita, ali i prisutnost hemikriptofita, fanerofita, geofita i hidrofita. Po porijeklu invazivne biljke pronađene u Požeškoj kotlini dolaze prvenstveno sa američkog područja, posebice Sjeverne Amerike, a zatim slijede one iz Azije i Afrike. Većina zabilježene invazivne flore nalazi se u stadiju ekspanzije tj. kolonizacije. Dobar dio je već naturaliziran, a dio je u fazi introdukcije. Nizinska područja do 200 m nadmorske visine pogoduju najvećem broju invazivnih biljaka. Samo manji broj biljnih vrsta je pozitivno koreliran s brežuljkastim područjima gdje se ističu vrste Phytolacca americana L. i Ailanthus altissima (Mill.) Swingle. Najviše zahvaćeni invazijom su ruderalna i poljoprivredna staništa
PROCUREMENT PROCESS OF SEED CORN IN COMPANY AGRONOM
Cilj teme „Nabava sjemenskog kukuruza u poduzeću Agronomu“ je prikazati proces i organizaciju nabave u tvrtki Agronom. Rad sadrži osam glavnih naslova od kojih se u prvih pet objašnjava teoretski dio, tj. općenito o nabavi, organizaciji nabave i dokumentaciji korištenoj u nabavi. Šesti naslov sadrži praktični dio koji je odrađen u Agronomu i zadnji, osmi, u kojemu je iznesen zaključak. Praktični dio opisuje kako je ustrojena i organizirana nabava u poduzeću te koji dokumenti prate robu od dobavljača do kupca. Nabava je ključna i neophodna u poslovanju cijelog poduzeća. Transfer robe i usluga od prodavača do kupca se regulira određenim dokumentima (upitom, narudžbom, otpremnicom i ostalim dokumentima) koji su bitni i za sam proces nabave te su glavna tema ovog rada.The point of the topic „Procurement of seed corn in the company Agronom” is to show the process and organization of procurement in the company Agronom. The work contains eight main titles, of which the first five explain the theoretical part, ie in general about procurement, procurement organization and documentation used in procurement. The sixth title contains a practical part that was done in Agronom and the last, the eighth, in which the conclusion is presented. The practical part describes how procurement is organized in the company and which documents accompany the goods from supplier to customer. Procurement is crucial and necessary in the business of the entire company. The transfer of goods and services from the seller to the buyer is regulated by certain documents (inquiry, order, delivery note and other documents) that are important for the procurement process and are the main topic of this work
CORRELATION OF MICROBIOLOGICAL QUALITY OF CONFECTIONERY PRODUCTS AND WATER ACTIVITY
Zadatak ovog završnog rada je povući usporednu crtu koja pokazuje povezanost mikroorganizama sa aktivitetom vode u gotovim proizvodima (čokoladnim barovima). Proizvodi podliježu mikrobiološkom testiranju na kojima se dokazuje prisutnost odnosno odsutnost: aerobnih mezofilnih bakterija, plijesni i kvasaca, Enterobacteriaceae, E. Coli, koagulaze pozitivnog stafilokoka, Salmonellespp., Enterococcusspp. Analize se vrše u ovlaštenom laboratoriju nakon čega laboratorij kontrole kvalitete unutar tvornice dobije rezultate. Paralelno s tim analizama, u laboratoriju kontrole kvalitete koji djeluje u sklopu tvornice provodi se mjerenje aktiviteta vode na poluproizvodima, odnosno mokrom mix-u i gotovim proizvodima.The purpose of this final paper is to draw a parallel line that shows the connection of microorganisms with the activity of wather in the finished profucts (chocolate bars). Products are subject to microbiological testing to prove the presence or absence of: aerobic mesophilic bacteria, molds and yeasts, Enterobacteriaceae, E. Coli, coagulase positive staphylococcus, Salmonella spp., Enterococcus spp. Analysis is performed in an extrenal laboratory after which the Laboratory branches get results. In parallel with this analysis, in the qualiti control laboratory operating within the factory, water activity is measured on semi-finished products, ie wet mix and finished products
