    Hrvatski sabor je predstavničko tijelo građana i nositelj zakonodavne vlasti u Republici Hrvatskoj. Poslovnik Hrvatskog sabora je akt utemeljen na Ustavu Republike Hrvatske, te je prilagođen obavljanju europskih poslova. Propisi određuju pravni poredak, djelovanje državnih tijela, ponašanje pravnih subjekata i njihove međusobne pravne odnose. Zadatak rada odnosi se na utjecaj Poslovnika Hrvatskog sabora prilikom izrade pravnih propisa.The Croatian Parliament is the representative body of citizens and the holder of legislative power in the Republic of Croatia. The Rules of Procedure of the Croatian Parliament is an act based on the Constitution of the Republic of Croatia, and is adapted to the performance of European affairs. Regulations determine the legal order, the operation of state bodies, the behavior of legal entities and their mutual legal relations. The task of this paper refers to the influence of the Rules of Procedure of the Croatian Parliament during the drafting of legal regulation

    U svakoj društvenoj zajednici postoji potreba za reguliranjem društvenih odnosa. Suvremene države pa i naš društveni poredak pravne odnose reguliraju pravnim propisima. Pravni propisi ili pravni akti nemaju jednaku pravnu snagu. Prema kriteriju različite pravne snage postoji ljestvica, a zove se hijerarhija općih akata. U radu se navode različite vrste općih akta u Republici Hrvatskoj, prikazuje njihov položaj na hijerarhijskoj ljestvici, njihov odnos i međusobna povezanost.In every social community there is a need to regulate social relations. Modern states and even our social order are regulated by legal regulations. Legal regulations or legal acts do not have equal legal force. According to the criterion of different legal force, there is a scale, which is called the hierarchy of general acts. The paper presents different types of general acts in the Republic of Croatia, states their position on the hierarchical scale, their relationship and interconnectedness

    U radu se daje analiza podataka vezanih za dinamiku proizvodnje voća. Analizira se proizvodnja od 1990. do 2017. godine po proizvodnji i po površini. Daje se prikaz vezano za proizvodnju voća na svjetskoj razini, Europskoj razini i Hrvatskoj razini. Plodovi voća zauzimaju posebno mjesto u prehrani ljudi. Plodovi voća se odlikuju niskom energetskom vrijednošću i bogatim sadržajem važnih sastojaka za ishranu ljudi. Zbog svoje visoke cijenjenosti, visoke prehrambene vrijednosti te mogućnosti čuvanja u skladištu, veliki je interes proizvodnje voćnih vrsta u svijetu.The paper provide an analysis of data related to do dynamics of fruit production. Production from 1990 to 2017 is analyzed by production and by area. It gives an overview of fruit production at world, European and Croatian levels. Fruits occupy a special place in human nutrition. Fruits are characterized by low energy value and rich content of important ingredients for human consumption. Due to its high value, high nutritional value and storage capacity, it is of great interest to produce fruit species worldwide

    Logistiku mozemo tumaciti kao koncept tijeka proizvoda koji spaja nabavna trzista i proizvodna i potrosacka mjesta. Logistickim uslugama privlace se potencijalni kupci na nacin da dobavljaci nude svoje usluge povoljnije i kvalitetnije od konkurencije. Kako bi transport bio obavljen uspjesno nuzno je postojanje transportnih sredstava. Transport se maze obavljati zrakoplovnim linijama, cestovnim prijevozom, zeljeznicama, cjevovodima, kanalima, morem i oceanima. Vrsta prijevoza koja ce se koristiti ovisi o proizvodima koji se prevoze, cijenama, kolicinama, vrstama tereta i sl. Vrlo je bitno da proizvodi do kupca dodu u izvomom stanju, neosteceni i u potrebnim kolicinama. ajveci transportni problem su troskovi koji su cesto previsoki. Zbog toga je potrebna organizacija pomocu koje ce se troskovi smanjiti, ali da kvaliteta usluge ostane neprornijenjena.We can interpret logistics as product flow that connects purchasing markets and production and consumption locations. Logistics services attract potential customers so that suppliers offer their services more favourably and with better quality than the competition. For transport to be carried out successfully, the existence of means of transport is necessary. Air lines, road transport, railways, pipelines, canals, seas and oceans are carried out. The type of transport that will be used depends on the products being transported, prices, quantities, types of cargo, etc. The products must reach the customer in the same condition, undamaged and in the required quantities. The most significant transport problem is the costs, which are often too high. For this reason, an organisation is needed, with the help of which the costs will be reduced, but the quality of the service will remain unchanged

    Džin je vrlo popularno piće diljem svijeta. Potražnja je u zadnjih nekoliko godina vrlo porasla. Spada u jaka alkoholna pića i piće je koje ima vrlo zanimljivu i raširenu povijest. Proizvodi se od etilnog alkohola koje se aromatizira bobicom borovice (Juniperus communis L.) sa dodatkom drugih botaničkih biljaka poput sjemenki korijandera, kore citrusa, korijena anđelike i začina. Specifičnim okusom džin je podatan za miješanje kao džin i tonik pića i raznih koktela koji su u današnje vrijeme vrlo popularni kako kod mlađih generacija tako i kod onih malo starijih. U radu će biti prikazana povijest džina i njegova popularnost kroz godine, bit će opisana tehnologija proizvodnje, te spomenuta razlika kod stilova džina i bit će prikazani brendovi u Hrvatskoj i svjetski proizvođači.Gin is a very popular drink all over the world. Demand has risen sharply in recent years. It belongs to a strong alcoholic beverage and a drink that has a very interesting and widespread history. It is produced from ethyl alcohol flavored with pine berry (Juniperus communis L.) with the addition of other botanical plants such as coriander seeds, citrus peel, angelica root and spices. With that specific taste, gin can be mixed as a gin and tonic and various cocktails that are very popular nowadays with both younger generations and those a little older. This work will present the history of gin and his popularity over the years. Describe the production technology, mention the difference in the styles of gin and will show the brands in Croatia and world manufacturers

    Tema ovog rada su štetni mikroorganizmi koji potencijalno narušavaju mikrobiološku čistoću u objektima brze prehrane te postupci za sprječavanje njihova rast i razmnožavanja na mjestima na kojima bi mogli čovjeku stvoriti probleme u obliku bolesti i zaraza. Ne provođenjem potrebne dezinfekcije ruku zaposlenika koji su u doticaju s predmetima koje koriste i ne provođenjem dobre higijenske prakse, dolazi do razvoja mogućih zaraza. Cilj rada bio je ispitati mikrobiološku čistoću površina i ruku zaposlenika u objektima kako bi se utvrdilo da se u istim ne nalaze određeni patogeni mikroorganizmi ili da njihov broj ne prelazi dopuštene granice. Uzorci koji su ispitivani su ruke, pribor, oprema i druge površine iz deset različitih objekata. Nakon uzimanja uzoraka pomoću otisnih pločica, analiza se provodila u Zavodu za Javno Zdravstvo Požeško-slavonske županije. U mikrobiološkoj analizi određivala se prisutnost Enterobacteriaceae i aerobnih mezofilnih bakterija.The topic of this paper is harmful microorganisms that potentially disturb the microbiological purity in fast food facilities and procedures for preventing their growth and reproduction in places where they could create problems in the form of disease and infection. By not carrying out the necessary disinfection of the hands of employees who are in contact with the objects they use and by not carrying out good hygiene practices, possible infections develop. The aim of this study was to examine the microbiological cleanliness of surfaces and hands of employees in facilities to determine that they do not contain certain pathogenic microorganisms or that their number does not exceed the permissible limits. The samples examined were hands, accessories, equipment and other surfaces from ten different objects. After sampling with impression plates, the analysis was performed at the Public Health Institute of Požega-Slavonia County. The presence of Enterobacteriaceae and aerobic mesophilic bacteria was determined in microbiological analysis

    Zadatak ovog završnog rada jest praćenje proizvodnje mlijeka na farmi Hana u trajanju od 6 mjeseci. Provedbom kemijskih analiza te utvrđenih parametara kakvoće (udio mliječne masti, bjelančevina, laktoze, bezmasne suhe tvari, broj mikroorganizama i somatskih stanica) došli smo do zaključka kako analizirani uzorci odgovaraju propisanim vrijednostima te nema odstupanja.The aim of this final paper is to monitor milk productions on the Hana farm during a period of 6 months. By performing chemical analyses and applying determined quality parameters (content of milk fat, proteins, lactose, non-fat dry matter, number of microorganisms and somatic cells) we came to the conclusion that the analysed samples correspond to the prescribed values and no deviations had been opserved

    S obzirom na današnja kompleksna tržišta, potrebno je identificirati skupine kupaca koji imaju karakteristične potrebe. Kako bi se odredile takve skupine potencijalnih kupaca, odnosno segmenti potrebno je provesti segmentaciju tržišta. Segmentacija podrazumijeva osmišljavanje i primjenu marketinških programa pomoću kojih poduzeće nastoji zadovoljiti istovjetne želje i potrebe pripadnika određenih skupina. Skupine odnosno segmenti za koje se poduzeće odluči i prema kojima će usmjeriti svoje napore i marketinške programe se nazivaju ciljni segmenti. Segmentacijom se nastoji iz heterogene populacije odvojiti potrošači sa istim ili sličnim potrebama, a istovremeno različite od ostalih skupina potrošača. Kroz rad će se vidjeti detaljna objašnjenja vrsta segmentacije i sve korake koje ona uključuje. Na kraju će se provesti istraživanje kojim se nastoji saznati što to utječe na kupce prilikom njihovog odabira, što im je najvažnije i u kojoj mjeri, te jesu li lojalni.Given todays complex markets, it is necessary to identify customer groups that have speficic needs. To determine such groups of potential customers, i.e., segments, it is necessary to conduct market segmentation Segmentation involves the design and implementation pf marketing programs through which the company seeks to satisfy the desires and needs of members of certain groups. The groups, i.e., segments for which the company decides and towards which it will irect its efforts and marketing programs are called target segments. Segmentation seeks to seperate consumers with the same or similar needs from a heterogeneous population, and at the same time different from other consumer groups. The thesis will provide detailed explanations of the types of segmentation and all the steps it involves. Finally, a survey vill be conducted todetermine the factors that influence customers decisions, what is most important to them and to what extent, and whether they are loyal or not

    High Voltage Electric Discharge for Recovery of Chlorogenic Acid from Tobacco Waste

    Three fractions of tobacco waste (scrap, dust and midrib) were subjected to a high voltage electric discharge (HVED) assisted extraction procedure under different experimental conditions: solvent:solid ratio (300, 500, 700 mL/g), frequency (40, 70, 100 Hz) and treatment time (15, 30, 45 min), in order to study the influence of these conditions on the content of chlorogenic acid. The content of chlorogenic acid ranged from 1.54 to 3.66 mg/100 g for scrap, from 1.90 to 2.97 mg/100 g for dust, and from 2.30 to 3.38 mg/100 g for midrib extract, showing a strong dependence on the applied process parameters. The temperature change and the change in pH and electrical conductivity of the extracts after high voltage discharge treatment were also observed. The studied process parameters showed a statistically significant effect on the chemical and physical properties of the extracts from tobacco waste as well as on the content of chlorogenic acid, indicating the potential of HVED assisted processes in the separation of chlorogenic acid from tobacco industry waste. Multiple regression analysis was used to fit the results for the chlorogenic acid to a second order polynomial equation and the optimum conditions were determined

    Elektronička trgovina postala je moguća zahvaljujući elektroničkoj razmjeni podataka, odnosno, razmjeni poslovnih dokumenata sa jednog računala na drugo u standardnom formatu. Pojavom interneta i world wide web-a počeli su se pojavljivati i prvi oblici elektroničke trgovine, pa tako i elektroničke maloprodaje. Tako je 90-ih godina 20. stoljeća osnovan Amazon i eBay, koji su danas neizostavan dio svakodnevne kupovine ljudi diljem svijeta. Elektronička maloprodaja omogućuje poduzećima pristup širem tržištu, odnosno, daje im mogućnost da posluju globalno putem web mjesta, pri čemu veliku ulogu igra i globalna distribucijska mreža. Ona je dio većeg segmenta elektroničke trgovine koja se dijeli na četiri skupine: B2C (poslovni potrošač prodaje krajnjem potrošaču) što je ujedno sinonim za elektroničku maloprodaju, a tu su i B2B (poslovni potrošač prodaje poslovnom potrošaču), C2C (krajnji potrošač prodaje krajnjem potrošaču) te C2B (krajnji potrošač prodaje poslovnom potrošaču). U ovom radu opisana je elektronička maloprodaja, njeni modeli, primjeri te statistički podaci o elektroničkoj maloprodaji u svijetu i HrvatskojE-commerce has become possible thanks to electronic data exchange, ie the exchange of business documents from one computer to another in a standard format. With the occurence of the Internet and the world wide web, the first forms of e-commerce began to appear, including e- retail. During the 90s years of the 20th century, e-retailers Amazon and eBay were founded, and since they became indispensable part of everyday shopping experience of people around the world. Electronic retail enables companies to access a wider market, ie gives them the opportunity to do business globally through websites, in which a large role is played by the global distribution network. It is part of a larger segment of e-commerce that is divided into four groups: B2C (business consumer sells to the end consumer) which is also synonymous with e- retail, B2B (business consumer sells to the business consumer), C2C (end consumer sells to the end consumer) ) and C2B (end consumer sales to business consumer). This paper describes electronic retail, its models, examples and statistical data on electronic retail in the world and in Croatia
