    PENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR KETERAMPILAN HANDSTAND SENAM LANTAI MELALUI MEDIA ALAT BANTU (Studi Action Research pada SMP Negeri 3 Kota Serang)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar keterampilan handstand. Jumlah subjek penelitiannya sebanyak 30 siswa. Metode observasi yang digunakan adalah metode observasional tindakan dengan rancangan dari Kemmis dan McTaggart. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus, dan setiap siklus terdiri dari delapan kali pertemuan. Setiap pertemuan terakhir dilakukan esai, esai yang digunakan adalah esai keterampilan smash bola voli. Hasil observasi yang diperoleh pada saat uraian pra tuntas siklus siswa adalah 67,77, selanjutnya pada siklus i. meningkat menjadi 69,77, kemudian pada siklus II. Tingkat ketuntasan pencapaian siswa meningkat menjadi 77,8. Oleh karena itu pada siklus II. kriteria keberhasilan tercapai, oleh karena itu peneliti tidak perlu melakukan penelitian pada siklus berikutnya. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan belajar handstand dapat meningkat dengan penggunaan alat bantu matras, kursi memanjang dengan tinggi 70cm, kotak, modifikasi dinding dengan karet, teman sebaya di SMP Negri 3 Serang Banten

    Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran, motivasi belajar serta interaksinya terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika. Desain penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan sampel berjumlah 64 siswa. Kelompok eksperimen memperoleh perlakuan model pembelajaran discovery learning dengan motivasi belajar dan kelompok kontrol memperoleh perlakuan model pembelajaran konvensional dengan motivasi belajar. Untuk mendapatkan data hasil penelitian digunakan instrumen berupa tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa SMP Terpadu Al Qudwah dan SMP Terpadu Al Khobar di Kabupaten Lebak, dengan subjek sampel adalah siswa kelas VII.     MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN MIND MAPPING PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPS DI KELAS IV DI SDN UNYUR

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV di SDN Unyur dalam pembelajaran IPS dengan menggunakan model mind mapping. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Menggunakan dua siklus, terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu : perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Dilihat dari hasil belajar siswa pada prasiklus 34,3% dengan kriteria hasil belajar siswa masih kurang mencapai KKM, kemudian meningkat pada siklus I 78,1% dengan kriteria hasil belajar belum semua siswa mencapai nilai KKM, pada siklus II meningkat 93,75% rata-rata hasil belajar siswa sudah mencapai KKM. Nilai rata-rata pada prasiklus 60,6 pada siklus I 73.9 dan pada siklus II 78.5. Ini membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran mind mapping meningkat hasil belajar siswa

    Ketidaktarikan siswa dalam memahami materi perkembangan tknologi komunikasi karena siswa menganggap bahwa mata pelajaran IPS adalah mata pelajaran yang banyak menggunakan system membaca, hafalan, dan tulisan, sehingga hasil belajar siswa sangat rendah. Hal ini disebbkan karena guru kurang mampu memilih metode yng baik terhadap materi pelajaran, sehingga siswa kurang memahami materi yang diajarkan oleh guru. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, peneliti menerapkan metode pembelajaran Numbered Heads Together (NHT). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dikelas IV SD Islam Al Hidayahb dengan menggunakan metode Numbered Heads Together (NHT). Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian diketahui bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini dilihat dari nilai rata-rata pada tiap siklusnya, pada siklus I mencapai (45,31), pada siklus II (69,68), dan siklus III Mencapai (86,25) . Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapakan metode Numbered Heads Together (NHT) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan aktivitas siswa pun menjadi meningkat

    Penelitian ini difokuskan pada penerapan kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan yang berkenaan dengan aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan kegiatan penilaian mata pelajaran Bahasa Arab kelas IX pada MTs. Makalah ini dimaksudkan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai permasalahan bagaimana guru mengembangkan standar kompetensi dan kompetensi dasar ke dalam silabus dan rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran, dan kegiatan penilaian. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Perencanaan program pembelajaran sebagai penerapan Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan yang dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan langkah-langkah dan format yang terdapat dalam KTSP. Namun, masih terdapat temuan dalam penelitian dimana RPP belum dibuat secara sesungguhnya oleh guru, akan tetapi hanya sebagai tuntutan syarat administrasi. Langkah-langkah pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru belum rinci dan bermakna sesuai dengan tuntutan KTSP. Proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang terdiri dari kegiatan pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran yang disajikan, pengelolaan kegiatan pembelajaran dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Arab di MTs sudah sesuai dengan sistematika proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang terdapat dalam KTSP. Namun, terdapat temuan penelitian dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di mana persentase pengalokasian waktu dari kegiatan pendahuluan pembelajaran, kegiatan inti dan penutup selalu tidak sesuai dengan rencana pembelajaran. Kegiatan penilaian yang dilakukan oleh guru untuk mengukur pencapaian kompetensi atau ketercapaian penguasaan materi pelajaran berdasarkan indikator-indikator pembelajaran yang digunakan sebagai umpan balik bagi penyempurnaan rencana pembelajaran, pelaksanaan dan hasil belajar

Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja – Tangerang The research method used is quantitative data which is the primary data because the data obtained from the interviews using questionnaires or in the form of a description/explanation of the variables studied, the number of samples used as much as 65 respondents of 130 employees population at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja – Tangerang The results showed that the significance value for the influence of Leadership style (X1) on job satisfaction (Y) is 0.261 > 0.05 and Thitung 1.134 < This 1.999, conclude that H1 is rejected means there is no influence of leadership style (X1) to work satisfaction (Y) While the motivation of work positively affects the value of significance for the influence of motivation (X2) on job satisfaction (Y) is 0.000 < 0.05 and Thitung 5.046 < This 1.999, concluded that H2 accepted means there is an influence of motivation (X2) on work satisfaction (Y) and the results of the leadership style research and work motivation simultaneously positively impact and significance value 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount 71.971 > ftable 3.143, so it is concluded that H3 is acceptable which means there are influences of leadership style (X1) and motivation (X2) simultaneously on job satisfaction (Y). Result of double coefficient of determination (R2) R Square of 0.715 it can be interpreted that the leadership style variables (X1) and motivation (X2) affect the amount of 71.5% against employee work satisfaction (Y) whereas the remainder of 28.5% is influenced by other factors

    This research is shown to test the influence of leadership style and the motivation to the performance of employees both partially and simultaneously at PT Nikomas Gemilang in the production operator Line 3-5 Division in Serang Banten. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a sample number of 55 respondents. Data collected by the Koesioner method and analysis of the data used are multiple linear regression analyses, coefficient of determination, T-Test and F-Test. The results showed that the leadership style, motivation and performance of employees at PT Nikomas Gemilang in the production operator of Line 3-5 division in Serang Banten is said to be quite high. The style of leadership and motivation has a high influence on increased employee performance of 84.6%. Partially motivated to give a more dominant influence Thitung > Ttabel 14,311 > 1,674 than the leadership style Thitung > Ttabel 11,507 > 1,674 in improving performance

    Every company has goal to increase company value by maximizing profitability. Many factor affect the level of profitability of a company. Including working Capital like (cash turnover, and inventory turn over). The purpose of analyzing at PT Global Huala Line in which having impact are will the cash turnover affect of PT Global Huala Line (1), will the inventory turn over affect of PT global Huala Line (2), how strength the impact of cash turnover, inventory tun over will effect the profitability (3). The research method used is descriptive analyze, and causative with the quantitatife approach based on the seconder data of financial report 2015-2019 at PT Global Huala Line. Based on the result of the study can be seen for the father’s test T value sig. the influence of cash turn over on profitability is 0,031 < 0,05 and the value of T- count is 4.357 > 4.302 large bees from the T-table , so there is the influence of cash turn over can be effect on profitability, and the inventory turn over on profitability is 0,026 < 0,05 amd the value of T-count 5.409 > 4.302 is greater T count from T table so there is no effect on profitability. Whereas the test F value of sig. for the influence of cash turnover and inventory turnover on profitability (test f) is 0,024 < 0,05 and the value F count 40.631 > 9,55 F count is greater than F table ,so simultaneous influence of cash turnover and inventory turnover on profitability. The result of this research show that cash turn over, and inventory turn over have a significant effect on profitability at PT Global Huala Line

    The background in this research is that in the training process there are still many students who have not mastered volleyball skills especially smash, a practice model that is always monotonous and does not arouse motivation in students and the lack of student understanding of the importance of mastering effective and efficient smash skills. The problem in this study is whether the volleyball smash skills training model using rubber tire aids can improve the smash skills in volleyball games? The purpose of this study is to produce a product in the form of volleyball smash skills training methods using rubber tire aids to improve smash skills in volleyball games.             The research method used is the development of Borg and Gall, if applied in the smash training model with the help of rubber tires, namely: (1) analyzing the needs to be developed, obtained from the results of gathering information, including field observations, pre-research questionnaires, and studies literature, (2) developing a training model in the form of a smash exercise with rubber tire aids, (3) evaluation of material experts and media experts, as well as small-scale trials, then analyzed, (4) first product revision, product revision based on the results of the evaluation experts and small-scale trials. This revision is used for improvements to products made by researchers, (5) large-scale field trials, (6) final product revisions that will be carried out based on the results of field trials, (7) the final results in the form of a smash training model with rubber tire aids the extracurricular participants at SMK Nurul Huda Baros Serang Regency, (8) then look for the effectiveness of the application of the smash training model with the help of rubber tire extracurricular participants are given a final test of volleyball smash skills which are then analyzed using t-test.             Based on the data collected, it is known through the material expert and media expert tests conducted twice each, obtained the results of the material I test with a percentage of 68.75% (quite valid) and the results of II with an average of 87.50% ( valid). While the results of media experts obtained results I amounted to 65.40% (quite valid) and results II with an average of 84.62% (valid). From small scale trials (N = 8), results with an average percentage of 81.19% (valid) and large scale field tests (N = 30) obtained results with a percentage of 90.83% (valid).             Based on the results of the data obtained, it can be concluded that the product development of the smash skills training model with rubber tire aids for volleyball extracurricular athletes after going through several stages including preliminary test stages, expert validation tests, small and large group tests, model effectiveness test concluded can be accepted by users, especially schools that have and are active in coaching volleyball
