Użytkownicy w kontekście oddziaływania archiwów społecznych

Udostępnianie w archiwum, bibliotece, muzeum”, Poznań, UAM, 28-29.11.2024Referat dotyka tego, kim są użytkownicy i odbiorcy działań archiwów społecznych oraz w jaki sposób archiwa społeczne udostępniają swoje zasoby, a także jaka jest rola udostępniania zasobu archiwalnego (w wąskim oraz szerokim rozumieniu) w ogólnej działalności archiwów społecznych. Źródłem do tych rozważań będą przede wszystkim badania empiryczne polskich archiwów społecznych prowadzone przez autorkę od 2015 r., oparte w szczególności na wywiadach z archiwistami społecznymi. Ponadto, wystąpienie poruszy zagadnienie badania użytkowników archiwów społecznych, szczególnie w kontekście realizowanego przez referentkę projektu badawczego pt. „Oddziaływanie niezależnych archiwów społecznych”. Tym samym, referat poruszy m.in. kwestię problemów wyłaniających się w badaniu użytkowników archiwów społecznych. Referat porusza także kwestię udostępniania archiwaliów w Centrum Badań Mniejszości Niemieckiej w Opolu.Narodowe Centrum Nauk
Cities’ International Law-Shaping or Making and the Normative Value of Its Effects
Full text linkPreprintThis paper aims to answer whether cities are emerging as international lawmakers
or shapers in human rights law, which is connected with the normative value of the
results of such law-making/shaping. After a short introduction, an example of international agreement between cities, the European Charter for the Safeguarding of Human Rights in the City will be examined and compared to the European Convention on Human Rights and the European Social Charter (both inter-state treaties). The former is part of the emergence of cities as international lawmakers/shapers and part of the global and multi-level governance architecture. Then, the paper will present the case study of Barcelona, focused primarily on Barcelona’s implementation of the European Charter for the Safeguarding of Human Rights in the City. Artifacts, analogy, and metaphor: Inferring the cognitive foundations of metaphor from an archaeological and comparative perspective
Full text linkMetaphor is central to human language and cognition. It has also been proposed to play an important role in language evolution. For these reasons, the evolution of metaphor and the cognitive processes supporting it are an important explanatory target for evolutionary accounts of human language. Here, we focus on the evolution of one particular capacity supporting metaphor, that of analogy. We integrate data from comparative psychology and cognitive archaeology to investigate the evolution of analogy as well as its evolutionary foundations. We present evidence that many aspects of analogy display evolutionary continuity between humans and non-human animals. In addition, we propose that analogical capacities can also be inferred from the archaeological record by looking at productional diversity in tool-making. Entrenchment, conventionalization and cumulative culture: A usage-based perspective on language evolution
Full text linkThis paper discusses how concepts from usage-based linguistics can prove fruitful in investigating the evolution of language. In particular, we focus on recent developments in usage-based approaches to language and the question of how they can inform an account of how fully-fledged language emerged from protolinguistic communication. Specifically, we focus on the concepts of entrenchment and conventionalization as well as their interaction in processes of language change and grammaticalization, and we discuss whether and to what extent such concepts can also account for the emergence of structure in hominin interactions.This research is part of the project No. 2021/43/P/HS2/02729 co-funded by the

CRDS line-shape study of the (7–0) band of CO
Full text linkWe present the results of the spectral line-shape study of the first measurement of the extremely weak (7–0)
band of the 12C16O molecule. Measurements were done with a highly sensitive cavity ring-down spectrometer.
Collisional narrowing, analyzed in terms of speed-dependent effects, was observed for the first time for
transitions with line intensities below 2 ⋅ 10−29 cm/molecule at 296 K. We provide a full set of line-shape
parameters of the speed-dependent and regular Voigt profile analysis for 14 transitions from P and R branches.
Experimental verification of a strong vibrational dependence of the pressure shifting described by the Hartmann
model (Hartmann, 2009) is extended up to the sixth overtone highly sensitive to the model parameter.The research was supported by the National Science Centre, Poland

(AAM) version arising from this submission.In the present paper we argue that besides four traditional methods of property acquisition – that is, homesteading, production, voluntary transfer and rectification of injustice – libertarianism also recognizes a fifth method, namely the method of accession. We contend that not only have some libertarian scholars implicitly embraced the accession principle, but also that if libertarianism wants
to distribute exclusive ownership to indivisible things produced from inputs supplied by two or more parties without running into conflict with its own principles of justice, it has to recognize accession as the fifth mode of appropriation. As the main thesis of the paper goes against the received view concerning the very core of libertarianism, that is, its methods of property acquisition, the text indicates some new developments within the libertarian theory of justice.Narodowe Centrum Nauki/National Science Centre

Full text linkHistoria niedźwiedzia Wojtka jest prawdziwa, choć wydaje się nieprawdopodobna. Bohaterski miś-żołnierz armii dowodzonej przez gen. Andersa doczekał się już co najmniej 15 swoich pomników w Polsce i na świecie, wielu przedstawień teatralnych, kilku filmów i piosenek, wielu programów telewizyjnych, audycji radiowych, podcastów internetowych, gry planszowej, piwa i licznych gadżetów. Jednak w upowszechnianiu wiedzy i legend na jego temat wciąż największe zasługi mają literackie opowieści – oparte na faktach z domieszką fikcji lub treści niemożliwych do zweryfikowania

No full textW Kościele w Polsce coraz częściej spotykamy diakonów stałych. Ich obecność rodzi różne owoce. Na pewno jednym z nich jest coraz większa wiedza pośród wiernych o tym, że powołanie diakona było obecne w Kościele od samego jego początku. I chociaż odczytywanie miejsca i roli diakona we wspólnocie wiary zmieniało się w dziejach, to bez wątpienia jego powołanie było obecne zawsze. Zainteresowanie powołaniem diakona stałego sprawia, że zaczynamy zauważać i odkrywać wielowątkową obecności diakonów w historii i tradycji Kościoła na ziemiach polskich. Nie mam wątpliwości, że to swoiste wielowiekowe dziedzictwo oczekuje na swoje zainteresowanie, odkrycie i opisanie.
Tematem niniejszego artykułu jest przywołanie odniesień do św. Szczepana, które uczynił prymas Stefan Wyszyński w swoich tekstach i wypowiedziach. Mamy tu na uwadze jego osobiste notatki, które od kilku lat ukazują się w serii "Pro memoria" oraz przemówienia, które od wielu lat wydane są w serii "Dzieła zebrane"
