Evolució de l'educació en museus. El cas del Museu d'Art Contemporani de Vilafamés (MACVAC)
Treball Final de Grau en Mestre o Mestra d'Educació Primària (Pla de 2018). Codi: MP1840.
The present research deals with the evolution of museums as an educational resource from the first half of the 20th century to the present day, with special emphasis on the Vicente Aguilera Cerni Museum of Contemporary Art in Vilafamés. A place that houses a collection of more than 700 works of art with an admirable evolution despite the situation in which it is located; a contemporary art space located in a small village in the Plana Alta region of the province of Castelló, far from massified environments. However, the aim of this study is to study the evolution of the educational offer provided by this place since 2010, when the first proposal was introduced, until today, when there is an offer of more than ten workshops, a summer artistic project and many more elements that make this place a truly unique event. Finally, an analysis is made of the use made of it by rural schools close to the museum and urban schools that are not so close
“It's all theatre and my mask unintentionally broke”: Conscious camouflaging in Spanish autistic women and non-binary individuals with late detection
The Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), from the paradigm of neurodiversity, is a lifelong condition that shapes a unique perception of the world. Within this development of characteristics, individuals often adopt strategies and behaviours to navigate the neurotypical social world, effectively camouflaging their differences and challenges. However, the extent to which autistic individuals are aware of their own camouflaging is underexplored. This study aims to amplify the voices of autistic women and gender-dissident individuals to explore a) the stability of camouflaging strategies across the lifespan, b) how late detection affects these strategies, and c) the awareness and motivations behind camouflaging behaviours. A group of 34 Spanish women and non-binary individuals, aged 18 to 56, with late detection, were interviewed—fourteen participants in interviews and the remaining twenty through a written format. Following the Reflexive Thematic Analysis model, three main themes were constructed: (1) “From the Oppressive Mask to Well-being: The Importance of Detection”, (2) “Pretending My Best Normal” and (3) “Understanding: Releasing Guilt, Embracing My Identity”. Most participants tried to fit in by imitating behaviours, structuring conversations, and adopting neurotypical behaviours, often more than intended. These efforts, driven by a need to belong, avoid conflict, or perform well, negatively impacted their health. The impact varied with the participant’s self-awareness of these strategies

On partial Caputo fractional models
A partial Caputo fractional model mixes, in the same formulation, classical and Riemann–Liouville terms, in the realm of epidemiology and sociology. The Riemann–Liouville part introduces non-Markovian behavior and makes the hazard risk function of transition between the compartments lower as time advances. As a generalization of standard Caputo fractional models, where all of the terms are fractional, here we investigate the mathematical theory on incomplete fractionalization. Essentially, the goal is to prove that partially fractional initial-value problems are well posed, with existence, uniqueness, and continuity of solution with respect to input data. We present fixed-point results, a Cauchy–Kovalevskaya theorem on fractional power series, and Gronwall- and Nagumo-like arguments for uniqueness. Continuity of solutions uses bounds with the Mittag-Leffler function. Linear equations are also addressed, exhibiting global existence, global power-series representation, and certain closed-form solutions with Mikusiński operational calculus, refined bounds, and stability properties. The stochastic counterpart of partial Caputo models is introduced, with several results.Funding for open access charge: CRUE-Universitat Jaume
Energy-Level Structure and Band Alignment in InP/ZnSe Core/Shell Quantum Dots
Quantum dots (QDs) feature a sequence of discrete electron and hole energy levels that are often characterized by the envelope symmetry of the electron orbitals. Furthermore, these orbitals exhibit a specific localization in the case of core/shell QDs, extended across the entire QD or restricted to either the core or the shell, depending on the band alignment. Here, we investigate the energy-level alignment in InP/ZnSe core/shell QDs. In agreement with predictions based on k·p calculations, we show that optical transitions in these QDs follow well-defined, mutually exclusive selection rules in 1-photon and 2-photon absorption that can be related to the envelope symmetry of the orbitals involved. In addition, we argue based on a combination of the transient absorption spectrum and the k·p calculations that the lower energy transitions in InP/ZnSe QDs excite electrons from different valence band (VB) levels to the lowest conduction band level. We use this insight to align the InP- and ZnSe-based energy levels and conclude that the VB offset exceeds the natural band offset between InP and ZnSe. Applying this procedure to QDs with decreasing InP core sizes shows a progressive reduction of the offset between the core and shell VB levels. The enhanced tailing of the hole wave function into the ZnSe shell for smaller InP cores can affect the stability of such QDs.Z.H. acknowledges the FWO-Vlaanderen (research project G0B2921N and G0C5723N), Ghent University (BOF-GOA 01G02124), and Catalisti (cSBO NaPoly) for research funding. Fact-checking and disinformation in Spain related to the climate issue. Trends in coverage, topic selection, and the management of news sources in the professional strategies used by EFE Verifica, Maldito Clima, and Newtral
This study offers a comprehensive analysis of how three of Spain’s leading fact-checking platforms address climate disinformation. These include EFE Verifica, Maldito Clima, and Newtral. Through a quantitative methodology using content analysis, four key aspects were examined: 1) degree of coverage and type of articles selected based on their textual structure and communicative purpose; 2) main topics covered; 3) diversity and quality of the sources; and 4) geographical focus of the published articles. The corpus examined includes 479 news items on climate change and the environment, produced and published in 2023 by the platforms mentioned above, which are accredited by the International Fact-Checking Network. According to the findings, the attention paid to climate change is significant but inconsistent, as the most recurring types of published texts are verification reports and the debunking of viral hoaxes. Furthermore, the content mainly addresses extreme weather events, responsible consumption, and sustainability, with a predominantly national focus. Nevertheless, rigorousness in source management stands out, featuring considerable participation from officials, experts, the media, and digital sources. The results highlight the strategic role of verification journalism in opposing climate disinformation, due to its ability to identify trends and challenges in the short and medium term
Este proyecto piloto busca convertirse en una herramienta replicable dentro del ecosistema educativo de territorios PDET, articulando los objetivos de justicia de género con los principios de la construcción de paz territorialThis work presents a pilot project aimed at preventing gender-based violence, resolving conflicts, and fostering healthy femininities and masculinities among children and adolescents in the municipality of Dibulla, La Guajira (Colombia), one of the territories prioritized by the Development
Programs with a Territorial Focus (PDET) under the framework of the Peace Agreement. The main objective is to contribute, through education, to the transformation of unequal and violent relationships that affect everyday life in contexts historically shaped by conflict and exclusion.
The working methodology is based on the formulation of a pedagogical proposal grounded in dialectical and historical materialism, popular education, and dialogical pedagogy. The action plan is adapted to four age groups through participatory, artistic, and body-based activities—such as drawing, theatre, and cooperative play like ultimate frisbee—integrating socio-emotional skills, critical thinking, and the appreciation of care as central components of peaceful coexistence.
As a result, the project seeks to create pedagogical conditions that encourage reflection on gender stereotypes, promote mutual respect, and strengthen nonviolent conflict resolution skills. This pilot aims to become a replicable tool within the educational ecosystems of PDET territories, aligning gender justice objectives with the principles of territorial peacebuilding
On February 11, in his statement in court, Luis Rubiales said: "I made a mistake because I am in the position of president of the Royal Spanish Football Federation, and I made a mistake. But if that is a fact at this point, which I recognized from the outset, I was wrong. I behaved like an athlete who achieves success, like one of the group, and at that moment I should have kept a cooler head and taken a more institutional role."
This statement makes us wonder: what does it mean to offer an institutional image? Is it an arbitrary decision? Could it be a personal whim? To answer this question, we start from this story where three elements are intertwined: the institution, the performance, and the image. Let's examine their interdependencies
Codi: PS1048. Curs: 2024/2025This work presents a systematic review focused on the impact of inclusive
leadership on employee well-being, within the framework of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
(DEI) principles. Using the PRISMA method, ten empirical studies published between 2023
and 2025 were analysed, retrieved from the Scopus and PubMed databases, respectively. The
selected studies provide consistent evidence that inclusive leadership positively influences
key organisational well-being variables, such as job satisfaction, organisational self-esteem,
employee engagement, as well as the reduction of stress and turnover intention.
In addition, several factors were identified as mediators or moderators of this relationship,
including psychological capital, employees perceived inclusive climate, and value
congruence. These elements enhance the positive effects of inclusive leadership, fostering a
more equitable and cohesive organisational environment.
However, certain methodological limitations were also observed in the reviewed literature,
such as the predominance of cross-sectional designs, which limit the ability to establish
causal relationships, and the high heterogeneity of organisational contexts, which may affect
the generalisability of the findings. Despite these limitations, the evidence suggests that
inclusive leadership is a powerful and necessary tool to promote emotional well-being and
work engagement, especially in environments characterised by generational, cultural, and
functional diversity.
In summary, inclusive leadership emerges as a key strategy in people management, as it
promotes fairer, more collaborative, and resilient workplaces that enhance both employee
well-being and organisational performance.
diversidad generacional, cultural y funcional.
