Bsobreposição De Códigos De Correção De Erros Em Estruturas Bidimensionais
No full textA crescente demanda por sistemas de comunicação altamente confiáveis impulsiona a pesquisa e o desenvolvimento de algoritmos capazes de identificar e corrigir erros que ocorrem durante a transmissão e o armazenamento de dados. Essa necessidade torna-se ainda mais crítica em sistemas de difícil acesso ou de natureza sensível, como os utilizados em aplicações espaciais, no transporte de passageiros e no setor financeiro. Nesse contexto, os Códigos de Correção de Erros (Error Correction Codes – ECCs) são ferramentas essenciais para garantir um certo nível de confiabilidade. Este trabalho propõe uma técnica para aumentar a capacidade de correção dos ECCs por meio da sobreposição de regiões de dados. A abordagem consiste em proteger uma mesma área de dados com múltiplos ECCs organizados em uma estrutura bidimensional, permitindo inferências lógicas que correlacionam os códigos e ampliam sua capacidade de detecção e correção de erros. Mais especificamente, a sobreposição é caracterizada pela organização de múltiplos ECCs cuja interseção abrange exclusivamente toda a região de dados. Para avaliar a proposta, diferentes organizações de ECCs sobrepostos foram analisadas em termos de capacidade de detecção e correção de erros, escalabilidade e confiabilidade. Os resultados experimentais comprovam a eficácia da técnica e demonstram que a mesma possui alto potencial de escalabilidade, reduzindo a necessidade de bits de redundância em relação ao número de bits de dados. Além disso, comparações com abordagens do estado da arte em ECC indicam a aplicabilidade da técnica em sistemas críticos que exigem alta confiabilidade.The growing demand for highly reliable communication systems drives research and development of algorithms capable of identifying and correcting errors that occur during data transmission and storage. This need becomes even more critical in hard-to-access or sensitive systems, such as those used in space applications, passenger transportation, and the financial sector. In this context, Error Correction Codes (ECCs) are essential tools for ensuring a certain level of reliability. This work proposes a technique to enhance ECC error correction capability through the overlapping of data regions. The approach consists of protecting the same data area with multiple ECCs organized in a two-dimensional structure, enabling logical inferences that correlate the codes and improve their error detection and correction capabilities. More specifically, the overlapping is characterized by the organization of multiple ECCs, whose intersection exclusively covers the entire data region. To evaluate the proposal, different configurations of overlapping ECCs were analyzed in terms of error detection and correction capability, scalability, and reliability. Experimental results confirm the effectiveness of the technique and demonstrate its high scalability potential, reducing the need for redundancy bits relative to the number of data bits. Furthermore, comparisons with state-of-the-art ECC approaches indicate the applicability of the technique in critical systems that require high reliability

Get PDFO trabalho reforça o valor da Análise do Discurso para os estudos de marca, identidade e comunicação organizacional contemporânea.This dissertation investigates how LEGO, a global brand with nearly a century of history, discursively constructs a brand identity perceived as authentic, particularly in light of the complexities of contemporary integrated organizational communication. In a hyper-digitalized, fragmented context marked by growing institutional distrust, authenticity becomes a symbolic condition essential to organizational legitimacy. As its theoretical and methodological foundation, the study adopts the semiolinguistic approach to Discourse Analysis proposed by Patrick Charaudeau (2008; 2010), focusing on four key dimensions: the communication contract, the subjects of discourse, the discursive aims (visées), and the modes of discourse organization. The analysis encompassed institutional campaigns such as “Adults Welcome” and “Find Your Flow,” digital social media content (Instagram and LinkedIn), and institutional notes on sustainability published on LEGO’s official website. The findings indicate that LEGO employs a discursive strategy centered on symbolic coherence (Keller, 1998; Semprini, 2010), articulating creativity, social responsibility, and affective bonds. However, this coherence is continually challenged—whether by practical limitations (such as the discontinuation of recycled plastic use) or by repetitive formats that may dilute the symbolic strength of the brand’s messages. A strategic duality was also observed between the analyzed platforms: while Instagram activates visual and emotional discourses, LinkedIn reinforces an ethical and innovative organizational identity. This research contributes by demonstrating that communicational authenticity is a relational and dynamic discursive process. As future research directions, it suggests expanding toward reception studies and comparative analyses with other global brands.The study underscores the value of Discourse Analysis in advancing contemporary investigations into brand identity, authenticity, and organizational communication

No full textEsta tese discute como as literaturas LGBTQIAPN+ produzidas por autoras e autores gaúchos têm projetado as questões de gênero e sexualidade na contemporaneidade, possibilitando abordagens queer das perspectivas identitárias. Para tanto, além de refletir criticamente as teorias já consolidadas, busca construir um embasamento teórico queer por meio de textos autobiográficos e autoetnográficos, a fim de analisar a construção das identidades LGBTQIAPN+ nos contos de Amora (2015), de Natalia Borges Polesso, As coisas (2018), de Tobias Carvalho e Contos transantropológicos (2018), de Atena Beauvoir. As chaves de leitura selecionadas para a análise das narrativas foram as infâncias e adolescências, famílias e afetividades, que revelam os atravessamentos sociais, culturais e subjetivos que marcam a experiência queer. As narrativas constroem projetos identitários LGBTQIAPN+ coletivos a partir de vivências singulares, tensionando normas de gênero, padrões de afetividade e formas de pertencimento. Ao articular teorias e experiências, a tese propõe uma leitura que reconhece as literaturas LGBTQIAPN+ como campo de disputa simbólica e política e reafirma seu valor enquanto espaço de legitimação de outras formas de ser e estar no mundo.This thesis discusses how LGBTQIAPN+ literature produced by authors from Rio Grande do Sul has projected gender and sexuality issues in contemporary times, enabling queer identity perspectives. To this end, in addition to critically reflecting on already consolidated theories, it seeks to build a queer theoretical foundation through autobiographical and autoethnographic texts, in order to analyze the construction of LGBTQIAPN+ identities in the short stories Amora (2015), by Natalia Borges Polesso, As coisas (2018), by Tobias Carvalho and Contos transantropológicos (2018), by Atena Beauvoir. The reading keys selected to analyze the narratives were childhood and adolescence, families and affectivity, which reveal the social, cultural and subjective crossings that mark the queer experience. The narratives construct collective LGBTQIAPN+ identity projects from singular experiences, tensioning gender norms, patterns of affectivity and forms of belonging. By articulating theories and experiences, the thesis proposes a reading that recognizes LGBTQIAPN+ literature as a field of symbolic and political dispute and reaffirms its value as a space for legitimizing other ways of being in the world
