O objetivo do estudo é analisar as
Aprendizagens Essenciais (Formação Musical – Básico) quanto à leitura solfejada; conhecer a
Abstract: This internship report is presented in two parts. The first part concerns the Supervised Teaching
Practice internship. The internship took place in the 2021-2022 academic year, at the Academia de
Música de Castelo de Paiva. The second part aims to presente an investigation to determine the
importance of solfeggio in the 2nd and 3rd Cycles of Basic Education of the Specialized Artistic Music
Course. From the beginning of a musician’s training, in the traditional model of teaching music, solfeggio
is presente. It aims to make the student understand musical notation and create dexterity in Reading
music, which will be fundamental to developing as na instrumentalist. But nowadays, more and more is
being pushed into the background. The investigation focused on the solfeggio read (prayed) and not the
intoned, or just rhythmic, since as i tis falling into disuse, many teachers feel that this type of solfeggio is
importante and that i tis gratly missed by students. The objective is to analyze the Essential Learning
(Music Training – Basic) in terms of solfeggio reading; know the importance of solfeggio reading in the
process of training a musician; compare the importance given to solfeggio by teachers of diferente
subjects; determine whether the reading needs in Musical Training correspond to the Instrument needs;
analyze the workload of the subjects in the specialized artistic training componente; analyze the basic
curricular matrices of basic curricular matrices of the Basic Music Courses of the Specialized Artistic
Course (2nd and 3rd Cycles); research and analyze solfeggio books; analyze and outline the conclusions

Abstract: In the light of Jacques Rancière's thinking, enunciated in The emancipated spec tator and The future of images, specifically regarding the concepts of intolerable image, efficacy of art, dissensus and unrepresentability, we aim to understand how the 2006 documentary KZ articulates with the ideas of the French philosopher, potentially constituting an appropriate representation of monstrous events. This reflection, also considers the relevance of concepts proposed by thinkers such as Jean-François Lyotard or Jacques Derrida. The film, by British director of Jewish origin Rex Bloomstein, revisits the Mauthausen Concentration Camp, in Austria, from the perspective of the tourists who visit it, simultaneously highlighting the way in which the community in which it is located relates to the camp and its past. Unlike most documentaries of its genre, KZ does not use archival footage, has no narration nor survivor testimonies
Abstract: Bullying is a challenge that schools face from the early years of children's education and is the most frequent type of violence in these institutions. It is defined as an episode of intimidation or victimization between peers, occurring repeatedly and with the intent to cause harm or discomfort to the victim.
Since bullying is considered a relational problem, it is increasingly urgent for schools to organize themselves to combat this phenomenon, as there is a consensus that it has harmful consequences for the school environment and students' health and well-being. A solution is needed based on promoting healthy, positive, and supportive relationships involving the entire school community.
The literature describes the transition between cycles as a potentially problematic event in children's school careers, which can trigger tension and stress, contributing to aggressive behavior among peers.
Thus, the main objectives of this study were to study bullying in 5th and 6th grades in a rural school in the municipality of Castelo Branco, namely, to identify and characterize cases of bullying among students, to determine the place where aggression most commonly occurs, to understand the strategies that the school has in place to combat bullying and to gather the opinions of the school community on these approaches. Finally, an intervention proposal to combat bullying is presented, considering the results obtained.
In terms of methodology, the study was organized as a case study, using both qualitative and quantitative data collection tools, including questionnaires administered to 5th and 6th grades students (n=52) and their parents/guardians (n=52) and interviews with the school's deputy head (n=1) and 5th and 6th grades class heads (n=5), the school psychologist responsible for this cycle (n=1) and operational assistants (n=3).
According to the results, most occurrences were sporadic, but there are still students involved in bullying behavior. The most frequent types are verbal and physical bullying (direct type), but socio-emotional bullying (indirect type) also occurs, mostly in the playground area.
The strategies implemented at Escola Básica e Secundária de Alcains aim to promote anti-bullying practices by developing socio-emotional skills. Despite the work already being done, it is still important to inform the school community about the existing strategies and invest in ways to prevent aggressive behavior among children and young people

Information about nutritional aspects of edible insects: Perspectives across different European geographies
Edible insects (EIs) have recently gained attention as an alternative and more sustainable food, emerging as an alternative to other protein foods with higher environmental impacts, like bovine meat. EIs contain a valuable composition of macro and micronutrients, important for human nutrition. Nevertheless, their consumption is not yet widespread in Western countries, such as in Europe. This work aimed to study how consumers in three different European locations perceive the role of EIs in human nutrition. Data collection was carried out by a questionnaire survey in three countries (Croatia, Lithuania, and Portugal), and 1723 participants were included in the study. For the treatment of the data, SPSS software was used, and chi-square tests and tree classification analysis were performed. The results showed that for all the statements presented to the participants, significant differences were found in information about EIs according to country. The results further highlighted that the participants were better informed about the high protein content of EIs, while not being well informed about their possible anti-nutritive effects. Tree classification revealed that the most important discriminating variable was country, with Lithuanian participants being better informed than those from Portugal or Croatia. This work was supported by the FCT—Foundation for Science and Technology (Portugal).
Abstract: The association between design, fashion and crafts is a partnership that has been growing since the end of the last century in Portugal, and with
different paths over the years, has produced different repercussions in the current scenario, in terms of both cultural production and object produc tion in Portuguese industry.
Understanding the importance of this topic, the article, which is part of an initial doctoral investigation in design, used bibliographic and documentary research in an exploratory-descriptive approach to present the state of the art on contemporary Portuguese fashion projects, brands and designers that use traditional craft techniques.
In order to build a foundation for a good positioning of design in this research and performance in this area, also contributing to the sustainabil ity of these processes, the work of designers Helena Cardoso, Alexandra Moura, and the brands Béhen stand out. and Martine Love, who, although little explored academically in literature, constitute relevant case studies for the topic, concluding that they currently generate an attraction for Brazilian national production and that they point to impact projections for the sustainability of the national fashion industry
Suitability analysis of alternative agroforestry systems in Beira Baixa (Portugal) in the context of climate change mitigation and adaptation
The proliferation of single-species tree plantations, predominantly consisting of pine or eucalyptus trees, poses a significant challenge in Portugal. These monoculture plantations, driven by the pulp and paper industry, have expanded extensively across the country. Unlike mixed forests or agroforestry systems, monoculture plantations are more prone to fire spread and lack the benefits of water retention and erosion control. A diverse landscape with various land uses and vegetation types is a crucial natural barrier against large-scale forest fires. This study, conducted with rigorous scientific methods, aims to assess the viability of cultivating cork oak (Quercus suber L.), holm oak (Quercus rotundifolia Lam.), and strawberry tree (Arbutus unedo L.) in agroforestry mode in the Beira Baixa region. Biophysical criteria related to soil and climate were analyzed using a Geographic Information System (GIS) for present and future scenarios (RCP 4.5 and 8.5 for 2050 and 2070). The suitability analysis employed the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), involving hierarchical decision-making levels and pairwise comparison of criteria to determine weights. The suitability for the strawberry tree will reduce significantly in both RCP scenarios, with the highest decrease observed in the worst-case scenario. The area with high potential for holm oak will expand in both scenarios, and cork oak will be relatively stable for RCP 4.5 and will be highly reduced for RCP 8.5. The study confirms AHP's efficacy in evaluating tree species suitability and underscores the importance of resilient agroforestry systems in adapting to climate change. This work is supported with Portuguese national funds by FCT - Foundation for Science and Technology, I.P., within the CERNAS.
