Relatório de Estágio de Educação Física Realizado na Escola Secundária Jaime Moniz

Este período proporcionou uma valiosa oportunidade de interação e compartilhamento
de ideias, com professores experientes na área.
As atividades detalhadas neste documento serviram como diretrizes
fundamentais do Estágio Pedagógico e refletem as decisões tomadas e as estratégias
pedagógicas empregadas no processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Diariamente,
procurámos refletir não apenas sobre as aulas dadas, mas também sobre as estratégias
metodológicas utilizadas em cada disciplina ao longo do ano letivo, sempre visando
atender às necessidades educacionais dos alunos e avaliando se eles progrediram em
suas aprendizagens e habilidades.
As Atividades de Integração no Meio concentraram-se na caracterização da
turma e na realização de uma Atividade de Extensão Curricular, que teve como objetivo
explorar os espaços externos à escola e proporcionar aos alunos experiências variadas
no ambiente aquático.
As Atividades de Integração na Comunidade Escolar foram planeadas para
envolver todos os membros da comunidade educacional, organizando e promovendo
diversas atividades que estimularam a participação ativa em prol do desenvolvimento de
relações sociais.
A Ação Científico-Pedagógica Individual e a Ação Científico-Pedagógica
Coletiva desempenharam um papel fundamental, permitindo-nos compartilhar com
todos os envolvidos na comunidade educacional da Região, instrumentos pedagógicos,
ideias relacionadas com a Ferramenta Didática de apoio ao ensino das Matérias de
Invasão na Educação Física e Trabalho de Flexibilidade e Força na Educação Física Operacionalização e Otimização.
O acompanhamento de uma turma de forma consistente exigiu uma grande
capacidade de trabalho, adaptação, planeamento e, acima de tudo, reflexão crítica. Isso
nos permitiu uma transformação constante e diária, enfrentando os diversos desafios
apresentados pelos alunos e tornando toda a intervenção pedagógica mais dinâmica e
enriquecedora.The current report presents all the work conceived within the scope of the
Pedagogical Internship during the 2022/2023 academic year, at the Jaime Moniz
Secondary School. This period provided a valuable opportunity for interaction and
sharing of ideas with experienced teachers in the field.
The activities detailed in this document served as fundamental guidelines of the
Pedagogical Internship and reflect the decisions made and the pedagogical strategies
employed in the teaching-learning process. On a daily basis, we sought to reflect not
only on the classes given, but also on the methodological strategies used in each
discipline throughout the school year, always aiming to meet the educational needs of
the students and evaluating whether they have progressed in their learning and skills.
The Integration Activities in the Environment focused on the characterization of
the class and the realization of a Curricular Extension Activity, which aimed to explore
the spaces outside the school and provide students with varied experiences in the
aquatic environment.
The Integration Activities in the School Community were planned to involve all
members of the educational community, organizing and promoting various activities
that stimulated active participation in favor of the development of social relations.
The Individual Scientific-Pedagogical Action and the Collective Scientific Pedagogical Action played a fundamental role, allowing us to share with all those
involved in the educational community of the Region pedagogical instruments, ideas
related to the Didactic Tool to support the teaching of the Subjects of Invasion in
Physical Education and Work of Flexibility and Strength in Physical Education -
Operationalization and Optimization
The monitoring of a class in a consistent way required a great capacity for work,
adaptation, planning and, above all, critical reflection. This allowed us a constant and

Get PDFO presente relatório surge no seguimento do estágio pedagógico, relativo ao ano
letivo de 2022/2023, realizado na Escola Secundária Jaime Moniz. Este documento foi
elaborado, seguindo alguns objetivos, com a intencionalidade de refletir, fundamentar e
relatar todas as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo de todo o ano.
O principal período deste estágio pedagógico, foi a prática letiva, realizada numa
turma, de 10º ano, da escola Jaime Moniz. Para além desta lecionação, todos os
professores estagiários passaram por uma fase de gestão do processo de ensino aprendizagem no 2º ciclo. Durante todos os processos inerentes à lecionação, foram tidas
em conta, as diretrizes estipuladas pelo documento de Aprendizagens Essenciais,
associadas a cada ano de escolaridade.
Quanto às atividades de integração no meio, os professores estagiários
procederam à caraterização da turma, onde foi elaborado um documento com todas as
informações recolhidas sobre os alunos, com a finalidade de expô-las ao conselho de
turma, auxiliando todo o processo de ensino-aprendizagem. Além disso, foi também
elaborada uma atividade, associada ao processo de estágio, intitulada de “atividade de
extensão curricular”, que foi orientada para o tema de “Dependência nos Jovens”.
Outra das linhas programáticas do estágio pedagógico, são as atividades de
integração na comunidade escolar, que pretendem a integração dos estagiários através da
participação em atividades, realizadas dentro do grupo disciplinar. Essas atividades foram
realizadas, seguindo o enquadramento do grupo de disciplina, nas modalidades de
Basquetebol e Futebol.
Por último, este documento contempla ainda, uma narração e reflexão acerca das
atividades de natureza científico-pedagógica, centradas em dois temas distintos: (i)
“Trabalho de Flexibilidade e Força na Educação Física – Operacionalização e
Otimização”, relativo à Ação Científico-Pedagógica Coletiva; (ii) “Propostas Didáticas
ao ensino das Matérias Individuais na Educação Física”, relativo à Ação Científico-Pedagógica IndividualThis report follows on from the teaching internship, for the 2022/2023 school year,
carried out at Jaime Moniz Secondary School. This document was drawn up following a
number of objectives, with the intention of reflecting on, substantiating and reporting on
all the activities carried out throughout the year.
The main period of this teaching internship was teaching practice, carried out in a
10th grade class at the Jaime Moniz school. As well as teaching, all the trainee teachers
went through a phase of managing the teaching-learning process in the 2nd cycle. During
all the processes inherent to teaching, the guidelines stipulated in the Essential Learning
document associated with each year of schooling were taken into account.
As for the integration activities in the environment, the trainee teachers proceeded
to characterize the class, where a document was drawn up with all the information
gathered about the students, with the aim of presenting it to the class council, aiding the
entire teaching-learning process. In addition, an activity associated with the internship
process was also prepared, entitled "curricular extension activity", which was geared
towards the theme of "Addiction in Young People".
Another of the pedagogical internship's programmatic lines is the integration
activities in the school community, which aim to integrate the interns through
participation in activities carried out within the subject group. These activities were
carried out, within the framework of the subject group, in Basketball and Football.
Finally, this document also includes a narration and reflection on the activities of
a scientific-pedagogical nature, centered on two distinct themes: (i) "Flexibility and

Get PDFThe objective of this study is to present a preliminary study to demonstrate the importance of expanding the Light Rail
Vehicle (LRV) in the city of João Pessoa. This would ensure the best level of operational comfort, safety, social inclusion,
and sustainability with the existing transport network in the city. The methodology used began with the collection of data
provided by public agencies that regulate urban transport modes in the city and other technical sources that report on the
feasibility of implementing the LRV. Then the main bus routes used by the population were analyzed (in relation to
passenger volume) and how these routes could be improved if LRV could be inserted as a viable option. With the study, it
was realized that there is no possibility of replacing one mode of transportation with another to drive all passengers. The
optimal solution is to make expansions in the system that can make LRV an affordable and quality alternative for people

Get PDFO presente relatório de estágio surge como resultado de uma experiência enriquecedora
no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da
Universidade da Madeira, realizada na Escola Básica e Secundária Gonçalves Zarco, no ano
letivo de 2022/2023. As atividades desenvolvidas numa turma de 11º ano de escolaridade
solicitou uma análise profunda e reflexiva de todas as atividades desenvolvidas.
O ensino atual solicita que os alunos tenham uma participação ativa nas aulas, por forma
a promover a autonomia, pensamento crítico e capacidade de tomada de decisão. O professor
tem um papel preponderante, devendo atuar como um condutor, que incentiva cada um dos
alunos a explorar, questionar e a construir o seu próprio conhecimento. Esse tipo de abordagem
poderá preparar os alunos, para que sejam cidadãos mais envolvidos na sociedade em que se
inserem, e capazes de responder aos desafios do mundo atual.
Neste relatório serão exploradas as diversas atividades realizadas ao longo de todo
estágio pedagógico, estando as mesmas subdividias em quatro grupos, nomeadamente a (i)
Prática Letiva, (ii) Atividades de Intervenção no Meio, (iii) Atividades de Intervenção na
Comunidade e (iv) Ações de Natureza Científico-Pedagógica.
A realização do estágio é essencial para a formação de futuros professores de Educação
Física, pois possibilita a aplicação dos conteúdos teóricos em situações práticas, desenvolvendo
competências e uma melhor compreensão das dinâmicas escolares. O mesmo permite ainda,
refletir sobre as necessidades dos alunos e as estratégias utilizadas, auxiliando na construção
da identidade dos futuros docentes, preparando-os para enfrentar desafios futuros.This internship report is the result of an enriching experience as part of the master’s
degree in teaching physical education in Primary and Secondary Education at the University
of Madeira, conducted at the Gonçalves Zarco Primary and Secondary School in the 2022/2023
academic year. The activities developed in an 11th grade class called for an in-depth and
reflective analysis of all the activities conducted.
Current teaching requires students to actively participate in lessons to promote
autonomy, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. The teacher has a leading role and
must function as a conduit, encouraging each student to explore, question and build their own
knowledge. This kind of approach can prepare students to be citizens who are more involved
in their society and capable of responding to the challenges of today's world.
This report will explore the various activities conducted throughout the teaching
internship, which are subdivided into four groups, namely (i) Teaching Practice, (ii)
Intervention Activities in the Environment, (iii) Intervention Activities in the Community and
(iv) Actions of a Scientific-Pedagogical Nature.
The internship is essential for the training of future Physical Education teachers, as it
enables them to apply theoretical content in practical situations, developing skills and a better
understanding of school dynamics. It also makes it possible to reflect on the needs of students
and the strategies used, helping to build the identity of future teachers, and preparing them to

O impacto da ligação palavra-gesto em crianças dos 3 aos 6 anos: um estudo de caso - Equipa de animação da Flow
Get PDFA primeira infância, que compreende o tempo entre o nascimento e os 6 anos da criança,
está intimamente ligada a períodos sensíveis. É quando a mente absorvente exerce uma
força extraordinária na aquisição dos mais variados domínios, de forma rápida e quase
instantânea. Os primeiros anos de vida são basilares na conquista e na construção de
diversas componentes/estruturas de comunicação, ganhando o gesto destaque em
determinadas fases, mas não anula, nem isola, a fala. Há uma conjugação, numa
perspetiva de multimodalidade, das duas vertentes. Por isso, é tão importante avaliar e
reconhecer a importância do gesto, da mímica, entre outros elementos, na ligação com a
palavra: o que as crianças compreendem, vendo, ouvindo e reproduzindo. O presente
trabalho dedica-se à análise do impacto palavra-gesto em crianças entre os 3 e os 6 anos,
através do estudo de caso da equipa de animação da marca madeirense Flow, dedicada à
produção e à apresentação de performances teatrais para a infância. Assim sendo,
partindo da experiência da equipa de animação da Flow, além do mero entretenimento,
realiza-se uma análise aos efeitos das suas apresentações teatrais na ligação palavra-gesto,
destinadas a crianças em idade pré-escolar. Paralelamente, preconiza-se o estudo da força
e da conexão de uma marca regional, com contornos comerciais, orientada para o público
infantil. Descentraliza-se a sua atuação, além das lojas dedicadas à venda de brinquedos,
através da criação de conteúdos exclusivos, revestidos de uma identidade própria, tendo
em conta o uso de, entre outros elementos linguísticos, blends derivados do nome Flow.Early childhood, which covers the period since a child’s birth to the age of 6, is closely
linked to sensitive periods. It is when the absorbing mind rapidly and almost
instantaneously exerts the acquisition of the most varied domains. The first years of life
constitute the foundation for the achievement and construction of various communication
components/structures, with gesture gaining prominence in certain stages, but not
annulling or isolating speech. There is a combination, in a multimodality perspective, of
the two aspects. This is why it is so important to evaluate and acknowledge the importance
of gesture, mimicry, among other elements, in connection with the word: what children
understand by seeing, hearing, and reproducing. The present work is dedicated to the
analysis of the word-gesture impact on children between the ages of 3 and 6, through the
case study of the animation team of the Madeiran brand “Flow”, dedicated to the
production and presentation of theatrical performances for children. Therefore, based on
the experience of Flow's animation team, which goes beyond mere entertainment, the
effects of their theatrical presentations on the word-gesture connection, aimed at
preschool children is hereby analyzed. In parallel, a study of the strength and connection
of a regional brand, with commercial outlines, aimed at children, the target audience, is
recommended. Its operations are decentralized beyond the stores dedicated to selling toys,
through the creation of exclusive content, coated with its own identity, taking into account
the use of, among other linguistic elements, blends derived from the name “Flow”
Museum education: between curricular flexibility and pedagogical innovation

na sua dimensão educativa não-formal, como recurso educativo, complementa as novas
práticas implementadas nas instituições formais de educação, designadas de Autonomia e
Flexibilidade Curricular (AFC) e compreender se estas podem se configurar em inovação
pedagógica.
Este estudo fundamenta-se no paradigma de investigação qualitativo através do método de
estudo de caso, com características etnográficas, e sustenta-se na descrição e compreensão da
cultura decorrente das práticas que se movem neste espaço recorrendo ao trabalho de campo e
estudo de caso enquanto metodologia de investigação. Para o levantamento de dados serão
empregues as técnicas da observação participante e da entrevista etnográfica, esta investigação
é assistida por instrumentos de recolha de gravação de áudio, vídeo e imagem.The main purpose of this research is to understand whether the educational practices of the
museum M1 in its non-formal educational dimension, as an educational resource, complements
the new practices implemented in formal educational institutions, called Autonomy and
Curricular Flexibility (ACF) and understand whether these can be configured in pedagogical
innovation.
This study is based on the qualitative research paradigm, through the case study method, with
ethnographic characteristics, and is based on the description and understanding of the culture
resulting from the practices that move in this space resorting to field work and case study as an

Património imaterial insular: a Paróquia de Machico e as Festas do Senhor dos Milagres
Get PDFO presente trabalho de investigação aborda a temática do património imaterial
religioso de Machico, mais concretamente, a ambivalência entre os conceitos: erudito e
popular presentes na festa e no arraial do Senhor dos Milagres.
Pretende-se, com esta dissertação, explorar um tema pouco abordado, sendo
poucos os trabalhos académicos regionais sobre o património imaterial ligado à religião
e neste caso em específico, sobre a religiosidade popular e a História da Igreja em
Machico. O presente trabalho de investigação pretende assim captar o interesse da
comunidade académica para os assuntos relativos à Igreja, tendo havido a oportunidade
de acesso a material até ao momento inédito.
Numa primeira fase, é feito um enquadramento das temáticas que, alvo de
investigação, vão ser depois mais desenvolvidas e o enfoque da dissertação reside,
especialmente, na festa e no arraial do Senhor dos Milagres, de grande relevância para a
freguesia de Machico. Em plano de fundo, entretanto, é feito um enquadramento histórico
da Igreja Madeirense, ao qual se segue uma parte dedicada à organização religiosa de
Machico.
O objetivo principal deste trabalho de investigação passa por estudar o surgimento
e a evolução do arraial do Senhor dos Milagres, tendo como base de dados os periódicos
regionais. Surgem como objetivos secundários, o estudo da igreja matriz de Machico,
com especial atenção para a investigação realizada acerca da colegiada e das confrarias.This research work addresses the theme of the intangible religious heritage of
Machico, more specifically, the ambivalence between the concepts: erudite and popular
present in the festival and in the village of Senhor dos Milagres.
The aim of this dissertation is to explore a topic that has been little discussed, with
few regional academic works on the intangible heritage linked to religion and in this
specific case, on popular religiosity and the History of the Church in Machico. The present
research work thus intends to capture the interest of the academic community in matters
related to the Church, having had the opportunity to access material up to the unpublished
moment.
In a first phase, a framework is made of the themes that, subject to investigation,
will be further developed and the focus of the dissertation resides, especially, in the
festival and in the village of Senhor dos Milagres, of great relevance for the parish of
Machico. In the background, however, a historical framework of the Madeirense Church
is made, followed by a part dedicated to the religious organization of Machico.
The main objective of this research work is to study the emergence and evolution

do backend do portal para a major v3.0.0, utilizando a framework Laravel na construção de uma Application
Programming Interface (API) que inclua todos os seguintes requisitos: o registo de novos utilizadores,
autenticação OAuth 2.0, aquisição de produtos e serviços por um sistema de carrinho de compras,
integração com sistemas para geração de pagamentos e fatura, gestão dos produtos comprados e a
aplicação dos certificados digitais em documentos. Como linguagem de consulta de dados à API, foi
utilizado o GraphQL, possibilitando o frontend a solicitar apenas os dados necessários numa única chamada
à API.
Neste relatório irá ser abordado o processo de desenvolvimento seguido um método formal de Engenharia
de Software, desde a arquitetura do sistema, a análise dosrequisitos, a modelação da base de dados, até à
implementação final. Este projeto visa implementar testes unitários oferecendo confiança do correto
funcionamento em cada lançamento, com uma single-page application realizado pelo frontend, com um
layout elegante e moderno face à plataforma online atual. Nesse sentido, o objetivo deste projeto de
mestrado consiste em melhorar a rapidez nos pedidos, clareza no código concebido de backend e aumentar

This document addresses the development process followed by a formal method of Software Engineering,
from system architecture, requirements analysis, database modeling, to the implementation. This project
