A formação transformadora do professor de educação física no estágio pedagógico

Básicos e Secundário da Universidade da Madeira. O Estágio Pedagógico foi realizado
durante o ano letivo 2023/2024 na Escola Secundária Jaime Moniz, numa turma de 12º
ano.
Por meio deste relatório, tenho como objetivo realizar uma análise e reflexão
crítica sobre toda a experiência vivida, avaliando como o esforço e a dedicação aplicados
contribuíram para o meu crescimento como futuro professor. A prática dos conhecimentos
adquiridos durante a formação académica possibilitou-me o fortalecimento de
competências nas áreas pedagógicas, científica e relacional.
Ao longo do estágio foi possível entender e sentir os desafios que o professor
enfrenta dentro e fora do contexto de aula. Desafios que me fizeram crescer e perceber o
impacto que o professor de EF pode ter nos alunos, quando estes se sentem motivados em
entender a importância da EF e não só vê la como uma disciplina para subir a média. A
própria relação estabelecida entre o professor-aluno vai muito além, daquela que é
realizada no contexto de aula, é construída no antes e pós aula, sendo isto possível com
dedicação, foco, humildade e boa disposição de ambas as partes, sempre com a
consciência de que nem sempre estamos nos nossos melhores dias.
Sendo assim, o facto de o Estágio Pedagógico ter sido realizado numa turma do
fim da escolaridade obrigatória, o principal objetivo foi desenvolver e consolidar hábitos
de vida saudáveis e transmitir meios para que estes possam manter esse estilo de vida ao
longo do seu percurso.The Internship Report marks the culmination of the pedagogical intervention in
the school context as part of the Master's in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and
Secondary Education at the University of Madeira. The Pedagogical Internship took place
during the 2023/2024 academic year at Jaime Moniz Secondary School, with a 12th-grade
class.
Through this report, I aim to conduct a critical analysis and reflection on the entire
experience, assessing how the effort and dedication applied contributed to my growth as
a future teacher. The practical application of the knowledge acquired during my academic
training enabled me to strengthen my skills in pedagogical, scientific, and relational areas.
Throughout the internship, it was possible to understand and experience the
challenges that a teacher faces both inside and outside the classroom. These challenges
helped me grow and realize the impact that a Physical Education teacher can have on
students when they are motivated to understand the importance of Physical Education,
rather than merely seeing it as a subject to boost their grades. The relationship established
between teacher and student extends far beyond the classroom context, being built before
and after class. This is made possible through dedication, focus, humility, and a positive
attitude from both parties, always with the awareness that we are not always at our best.
Therefore, since the Pedagogical Internship was conducted with a class at the end
of their compulsory education, the main goal was to develop and consolidate healthy
lifestyle habits and to provide them with the tools to maintain this lifestyle throughout
their lives
Effect of sintering temperature on the physical and mechanical characteristics of fabricated ZrO2–Cr–Ni–Ce–Y composite
Get PDFThe present study investigates the synthesis and characterization of a zirconium oxide (ZrO2)-based metal composite doped with cerium (Ce) and yttrium (Y), using chromium (Cr) and nickel (Ni) as base metals. These constituents were selected for their superior mechanical properties and compatibility with the ceramic phase. High-purity powders were homogenized via high-energy ball milling, followed by cold pressing and sintering in a controlled atmosphere of hydrogen. The sintering process was conducted at temperatures ranging from 850 °C to 1350 °C to examine the evolution of microstructure, grain growth, and densification. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) revealed a homogeneous distribution of phases, with distinct microstructural features attributed to each element at different sintering temperatures. The experimental results revealed that the composite’s density was increased by 30% and porosity was reduced by 61% at a sintering temperature of 1350 °C. The hardness and flexural strength of composite were found to be 23% and 60% higher at 1350 °C, respectively, compared to that at 850 °C, suggesting enhanced mechanical properties due to cerium and yttrium reinforcement within matrix and efficient doping and phase transformation. Overall, incorporation of cerium and yttrium significantly improved mechanical behavior and phase stability of ZrO2–Cr–Ni composite, highlighting its potential for advanced engineering applications.</jats:p
Grape pomace as a renewable natural biosource of value-added compounds with potential food industrial applications
Get PDFGrowing consumer demand for environmentally conscious, sustainable, and helpful products has prompted scientists and industry experts worldwide to look for inventive approaches to mitigate the environmental impact, particularly concerning agricultural and industrial waste. Among the by-products of winemaking, grape pomace (skins, seeds, stems) has the potential to be economically valuable as it is rich in value-added compounds (e.g., phenolic compounds, fibers, flavonoids, anthocyanins, terpenoids) related to health (e.g., antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, cardioprotective effects) and technological issues (e.g., extraction of value-added compounds). These value-added compounds can be extracted using emerging green extraction techniques and then used in the food industry as preservatives, colorants, and for the formulation of functional foods, as well as in the development of smart food packaging. This review provides an overview of the value-added compounds identified in grape pomace, the emerging green extraction, and integrated approaches to extract value-added compounds based on the literature published in the last five years. The potential applications of these value-added compounds have been extensively researched for the food industry.</jats:p

2º Ciclo em Gestão Cultural, propomo-nos concretizar um projeto de índole teórico prática, cuja resultante principal é um documentário em suporte vídeo, mais
especificamente, o Documentário: Traços do Contemporâneo. Numa fase inicial, e para
o indispensável enquadramento das estratégias a implementar, iremos ensaiar um
enquadramento teórico atualizado, sintético, tanto no que se refere às questões
relacionadas com a temática específica do documentário proposto, como no que respeita
aos meios convocados para a sua concretização. Numa segunda fase, e de acordo com a
planificação determinada na fase anterior, irá concretizar- se o documentário, que será́
integralmente finalizado no prazo previsto para o projeto.The master's project aims to develop and put into practice knowledge and skills
acquired during the first year of the Master in Cultural Management, in curricular and
research aspects, focusing on a specific theme framed in this area of knowledge.
Considering these objectives, and in the scope of the 2nd Cycle in Cultural Management,
we propose to carry out a project of theoretical and practical nature, whose main result is
a video documentary, more specifically, the Documentário: Traços do Contemporâneo.
In an initial phase, and for the indispensable framing of the strategies to be implemented,
we will rehearse an updated theoretical framework, synthetic, both as regards the issues
related to the specific theme of the proposed documentary, and as regards the means

Relatório de Estágio para Obtenção do Grau de Mestre em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico
Get PDFO presente relatório de estágio tem como principal objetivo partilhar e refletir sobre as
experiências e os conhecimentos adquiridos durante as três práticas pedagógicas realizadas
para alcançar o grau de mestre em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino
Básico. Este está dividido em duas parte distintas: a primeira parte é dedicada ao
enquadramento teórico e metodológico que serviu como base para todas as ações
desenvolvidas. A segunda parte do relatório concentra-se na intervenção pedagógica, na qual
são descritos detalhadamente os contextos e as atividades realizadas na Educação Pré-Escolar
e no Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, mais precisamente com o grupo da Sala Violeta no
Infantário “O Carrocel”, com a turma do 2.º C na Escola Básica do 1.º Ciclo com Pré-Escolar
e Creche da Nazaré e com a turma do 4.º B na Escola Básica do 1.º Ciclo com Pré-Escolar de
São Martinho. Considerando a importância de o docente assumir uma postura de investigador
que analisa, discute e reflete sobre a sua prática educativa para organizá-la de forma a tornar o
processo de ensino-aprendizagem mais contextualizado e significativo para os alunos, foi
desenvolvido, em duas práticas pedagógicas, um projeto de Investigação-Ação, com o objetivo
de colmatar as problemáticas identificadas. Na última prática pedagógica foi desenvolvido uma
sequência didática com o intuito de observar situações de aprendizagem, envolvendo os
conceitos previstos nas atividades. Definiu-se e implementou-se, um conjunto de estratégias e
atividades em torno das questões orientadoras: “Como fazer com que as crianças desenvolvam
a linguagem oral e comunicação na Sala Violeta?” e “Como potenciar as aprendizagens dos
alunos do 2.º C através de estratégias de leitura e escrita?”. Este relatório apresenta de forma
detalhada todas as reflexões, as aprendizagens, as experiências e os conhecimentos adquiridos
durante o período de formação inicial para a docência, tendo em consideração a importância
do papel ativo das crianças e alunos no processo de ensino e aprendizagem.The main objective of this internship report is to share and reflect on the experiences and
knowledge acquired during the three pedagogical practices carried out to achieve a master's
degree in Pre-School Education and Teaching of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education. This is
divided into two distinct parts: the first part is dedicated to the theoretical and methodological
framework that served as the basis for all the actions developed. The second part of the report
focuses on the pedagogical intervention, in which the contexts and activities carried out in Pre School Education and in the Teaching of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education are described in
detail, more precisely with the group from Sala Violeta in Kindergarten “O Carrocel”, with the
2nd C class at the 1st Cycle Basic School with Pre-School and Nursery in Nazaré and with the
4th B class at the 1st Cycle Basic School with Pre-School of Saint Martin. Considering the
importance of teachers taking on the role of an investigator who analyses, discusses and reflects
on their educational practice in order to organize it in such a way as to make the teaching learning process more contextualized and meaningful for students, it was developed, in two
practices pedagogical practices, an Action-Research project, with the aim of overcoming the
identified problems. In the last pedagogical practice, a didactic sequence was developed in
order to observe learning situations, involving the concepts foreseen in the activities. A set of
strategies and activities was defined and implemented around the guiding questions: "How to
make children develop oral language and communication in the Violet Room?" and “How to
enhance the learning of 2nd grade students through reading and writing strategies?”. This report
presents in detail all the reflections, lessons learned, experiences and knowledge acquired

Data analysis of trail running: runner passage prediction
Get PDFTrail running is a running sport that spans across outdoor and mountainous terrain, often with
hilly ascents and descents. This created a competitive scene that has garnered the interest of trail
running enthusiasts into competing in 100km+ grueling races that can last for over 24 hours.
Machine learning is a research field that focuses on developing algorithms capable of learning and
making predictions based on data. In essence, it revolves around creating algorithms that can
analyze data, identify patterns, and make informed predictions.
The organizations that setup trail running events operate a system that keeps track of the
competitors arrival times across the designated points in a trail running course. The data analysis
of trail running can provide valuable insights in respect to the planning of the event, namely in
regard to the guarantee of the runner’s safety, the scheduling of transport for runners, the allocation
of human resources, and the allocation of food and beverages. A first initial research finds that the
existing literature does not focus on the prediction in regards to both trail running and machine
learning topics, the latter being a solution found in research related to marathon running.
At first, an initial approach was conducted in order to comprehend the prediction of arrival
times based on an existing implementation. This approach analyzed the velocities of the runners,
and such approach revealed that it would be optimal to utilize the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) as
a metric for the next approaches. The second approach evolved into the use of the models LASSO
and Random Forests with features related to both the checkpoints of a race and it’s runners in
competition. This approach netted a 24.45% MAE reduction when compared to the first approach.
In the third approach, the LASSO model was excluded as the Random Forest model had overcome
with least MAE. With the inclusion of more race time data in the last approach, we were able
to reduce the MAE of the first approach by 28.71% with the employment of the Random Forest
model.O trail running é um desporto de corrida que se estende por terrenos montanhosos e ao ar livre,
muitas vezes com subidas e descidas acidentadas. Este desporto criou um cenário competitivo que
despertou o interesse dos entusiastas do trail running para competirem em corridas extensas de
mais de 100 km que podem durar mais de 24 horas. O machine learning é uma área de investigação
focada no desenvolvimento de algoritmos capazes de aprenderem e de realizarem previsões baseadas
em dados. Essencialmente, este centra-se na criação de algoritmos que podem analisar dados,
identificar padrões e realizar previsões informadas.
As organizações que organizam eventos de trail running utilizam um sistema que regista os
tempos de chegada dos concorrentes aos pontos designados num percurso de trail running. A
análise de dados do trail running pode fornecer informações valiosas relativamente ao planeamento
do evento, nomeadamente no que diz respeito à garantia da segurança dos atletas, ao agendamento
do transporte para os atletas, à alocação de recursos humanos e à alocação de alimentos e bebidas.
Uma primeira investigação inicial constata que a literatura atual demonstra poucos trabalhos
relacionados com a previsão e associados aos tópicos de trail running e o machine learning, sendo
esta última uma solução que já surgiu em contextos ligados a corridas de maratonas.
Numa primeira fase, foi efectuada uma abordagem inicial para compreender a previsão dos
tempos de chegada com base numa implementação existente. A primeira abordagem baseou-se na
análise das velocidades dos atletas, o que revelou que seria ótimo utilizar o Mean Absolute Error
(MAE) como métrica para as abordagens seguintes. A segunda abordagem evoluiu para a utilização
dos modelos LASSO e Random Forests com features relacionadas com características associadas
aos postos de controlo da corrida e com os atletas em competição. Esta abordagem obteve uma
redução de 24.45% do MAE em comparação com a primeira abordagem. Na terceira abordagem,
o modelo LASSO foi excluído, uma vez que o modelo Random Forest obteve o menor MAE. Com
a inclusão de mais dados de tempo de corrida na última abordagem, conseguimos reduzir o MAE
da primeira abordagem em 28.71% com o uso do modelo Random Forest
Interconnection of BIM and VR/AR technologies: possibilities and challenges
Get PDFBuilding information modeling technology (BIM) although it is in the implementation stage, it is present
in the architecture, engineering, construction, and operation (AECO) industry for not being considered
a simple software, and for its ability to solve problems and barriers and to be considerate. One of the
current problems is the flow of information between different softwares and professionals. As such, the
Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) standard format solves this issue by being interoperable, reliable,
and free of information loss. Virtual Reality technology is evolving in this industry as well, by being
present in several fields of the industry, such as design, data exchange, education, training, and collabo rative project management. With novel Virtual Reality (VR) technology as well as Building information
modeling technology in the industry will be extended in the future. This dissertation examines the re ciprocal information flows between these two domains and centres on translating BIM models into VR
representations. Through analysis, the dissertation pinpoints possible obstacles and formulates efficacious
communication tactics to enable smooth exchanges. During the implementation phase, a Head-Mounted
Display (HMD) and Unity3D are used to realize the intended bidirectional communication. Furthermore,
the program’s relevance to real-world scenarios and versatility is showcased by its application in at least
one area within the AECO industry, demonstrating its practical utility. Comprehensive testing is carried
out to evaluate the application’s usability and efficacy, offering essential insights into its possible influence
on the construction industry. With this in mind, this dissertation presents a virtual environment that
explores the possibilities of this interconnection with visualization and editing tools created with a game
engine. The information exchange between the BIM and the game engine is done through a pipeline, in
which the game engine works as a visualizer and editing support tool for the IFC schema.A tecnologia de modelagem da informação da construção (BIM), embora esteja em fase de implemen tação, está presente na indústria de arquitetura, engenharia, construção e operação (AECO) por não ser
considerada um software simples, e por sua capacidade de resolver problemas e barreiras e ser atencioso.
Um dos problemas atuais é o fluxo de informações entre diferentes softwares e profissionais. Como tal, o
formato padrão Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) resolve esse problema por ser interoperável, confiável
e livre de perda de informações. A tecnologia de Realidade Virtual também está evoluindo neste setor,
ao estar presente em diversas áreas da indústria, como design, troca de dados, educação, treinamento e
gerenciamento colaborativo de projetos. Com a nova tecnologia de Realidade Virtual (VR), bem como
a tecnologia de modelagem de informações de construção na indústria, serão estendidas no futuro. Esta
dissertação examina os fluxos recíprocos de informação entre estes dois domínios e centra-se na tradução
de modelos BIM em representações VR. Através da análise, a dissertação identifica possíveis obstáculos
e formula táticas de comunicação eficazes para permitir trocas tranquilas. Durante a fase de implemen tação, um Head-Mounted Display (HMD) e Unity3D são usados para realizar a comunicação bidirecional
pretendida. Além disso, a relevância e a versatilidade do programa para cenários do mundo real são
demonstradas pela sua aplicação em pelo menos uma área da indústria AECO, demonstrando a sua
utilidade prática. Testes abrangentes são realizados para avaliar a usabilidade e eficácia do aplicativo,
oferecendo insights essenciais sobre sua possível influência na indústria da construção. Tendo isso em
conta, esta dissertação apresenta um ambiente virtual que explora as possibilidades dessa interligação

Get PDFO presente relatório surge no âmbito da prática de ensino supervisionada, o
Estágio Pedagógico (EP), do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico
e Secundário da Universidade da Madeira, realizado na escola Básica e Secundária
Doutor Ângelo Augusto Da Silva (EBSAAS), no ano letivo 2022/2023.
Este documento abrange todas as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do estágio
pedagógico, desde o seu planeamento, concretização e reflexão crítica, devidamente
fundamentadas, tais como: i) Prática Letiva (PL); ii); Atividades de Integração no Meio
(AIM); iii) Atividades de Intervenção na Comunidade Escolar (AICE) e iv) Ações de Natureza
Científico-Pedagógica.
A PL é a parte principal de todo o processo, com a lecionação a uma turma do ensino
secundário (9.º ano de escolaridade), a uma turma do 2.º ciclo do ensino básico (5.º ano) e a
assistência às aulas de professores mais experientes. Este processo foi uma experiência
enriquecedora que exigiu responsabilidade, capacidade de trabalho e dedicação, em prol de
um processo ensino-aprendizagem, centrado nos alunos.
O EP é uma experiência gratificante que promove a aquisição de um conjunto de
saberes profissionais e pessoais, que possibilitam ao estagiário a integração no mercado
do trabalho, como futuro docente de Educação Física, capaz de desenvolver e adaptar o
processo ensino-aprendizagem.This report arises within the scope of supervised teaching practice, the
Pedagogical Internship (PE), of the Master's Degree in Teaching Physical Education in
Basic and Secondary Education at the University of Madeira, carried out at the Escola

academic year.
This document covers all activities developed throughout the pedagogical
internship, from their planning, implementation and critical reflection, duly substantiated,
such as: i) Teaching Practice (PL); ii); Environment Integration Activities (AIM); iii)
Intervention Activities in the School Community (AICE) and iv) Actions of a Scientific Pedagogical Nature.
The PL is the main part of the entire process, with teaching to a secondary school
class (9th year of schooling), a 2nd cycle of basic education class (5th year) and assistance
to classes from more experienced teachers. This process was an enriching experience that
required responsibility, work capacity and dedication, in favor of a teaching-learning
process, centered on students.
The EP is a rewarding experience that promotes the acquisition of a set of
professional and personal knowledge, which enables the intern to integrate into the job
market, as a future Physical Education teacher, capable of developing and adapting the
teaching-learning process
Psyment: security design and implementation of a psychological assessment supportive web platform
Get PDFProblemas de saúde mental estão cada vez mais presentes na nossa sociedade, onde é
possível testemunhar cada vez mais pessoas a apresentar sintomas deste tipo de distúrbio. Deste
modo, os profissionais relacionados à saúde mental usam um conjunto de ferramentas e testes
para avaliar os seus pacientes. No entanto, muitas destas ferramentas ainda são baseadas em papel
e os métodos usados para a sua avaliação muito ineficientes e arcaicos. O presente trabalho propõe
o desenvolvimento de uma aplicação web que suporta os profissionais de saúde mental no
processo de criação, avaliação e gestão de ferramentas e testes de avaliação de saúde mental. Este
trabalho está dividido em três partes: 1) desenvolvimento do front-end, 2) desenvolvimento do
back-end e 3) desenvolvimento de medidas de segurança informática, de modo a salvaguardar a
informação sensível dos utilizadores da plataforma. Deste modo, o presente trabalho é dedicado
à terceira parte – segurança da aplicação. Tecnologias associadas à saúde costumam lidar com
dados sensíveis como dados pessoais e registos médicos dos pacientes, o que reforça a
necessidade de segurança que uma aplicação deste tipo deve oferecer. Além disso, tem-se
assistido a muitos ataques informáticos nos últimos tempos. Tendo estes pontos em vista, a
aplicação proposta irá ser desenhada respeitando as normas e boas práticas da indústria de
segurança, além de ter em conta os riscos e vulnerabilidades mais comuns neste tipo de tecnologia,
de modo a ser uma solução válida e robusta para os psicólogos. Adicionalmente, entrevistas com
profissionais de saúde foram conduzidas de forma a melhor entender como é que informação
sensível é guardada e partilhada entre profissionais de saúde.Mental health issues are becoming more prevalent in our society, with an increasing
number of people exhibiting symptoms of this type of disorder. As a result, mental health
professionals assess their patients using a variety of tools and tests. However, many of these tools
are still paper-based, and the methods for evaluating them could be more efficient and modern.
The current work proposes the creation of a web application to assist mental health professionals
in the creation, evaluation, and management of mental health assessment tools and tests. This
work is divided into three sections: 1) front-end development, 2) back-end development, and 3)
development of IT security measures to secure platform user’s sensitive information. Thus, the
present work is dedicated to the third section - security of the application. Health-related
technologies typically deal with sensitive data such as personal information and patient medical
records, reinforcing the need for security that an application of this type must provide.
Furthermore, there have been numerous computer attacks in recent years. With these
considerations in mind, the proposed application will be built under relevant security industry
standards and norms, as well as considering the most common risks and vulnerabilities in this
type of technology, to be a valid and robust solution for psychologists. In addition, multiple
interviews with healthcare professionals were conducted to better understand how sensitive
information is being safeguarded and shared among other healthcare professionals
Ribeira Seca: memória e identidade cultural
Get PDFA Ribeira Seca é um dos sítios da freguesia de Machico com mais de 300 anos,
cujas raízes populacionais se prendem ao povoamento que veio fixar-se nos arredores da
antiga vila de Machico. O seu crescimento foi notório em número de famílias, infletindo se na década de 80 do século passado, até atualidade. Segundo os sensos de 2021, conta se com cerca de 2600 habitantes, em que a maioria são idosos ainda com marcas das
dificuldades dos tempos idos. Transportam como herança a memória de histórias
reivindicativas, dissecadas ao longo da nossa investigação e que constituíram as linhas
mestras dos nossos objetivos: a mudança da identidade cultural desta localidade.
A metodologia aqui traçada, sobretudo as entrevistas, é seguida pela Rede
Internacional de Museus da Pessoa e do Center for Digital Storytelling do EUA, cujas
atividades têm vindo a demonstrar a importância da preservação e valorização das
histórias de vida no futuro da identidade das comunidades.
De menor alcance, mas igualmente importantes, têm sido os projetos a nível
nacional orientados pelas bibliotecas municipais de Oeiras, Rio Maior e pelo Museu da
Ruralidade de Castro Verde.
A linha de tempo considerada abarca estes últimos 60 anos, cruzando-se com a
clandestinidade da emigração para França, com mobilização popular em torno do fim da
colonia, da construção do caminho e da escola nova, da distribuição de eletricidade e de
água canalizada.
Deste ambiente, irrompeu a vontade de mudança evidenciada particularmente pela

do Santíssimo Sacramento e da Senhora do Amparo.
Conscientes da existência dessa transformação cultural na história das gentes da
Ribeira Seca, entendemos ser importante para a defesa da sua memória futura registar,
analisar e divulgar o percurso destas seis décadas de mudança, testemunhadas por
informantes residentes e por outros de fora da localidade.Ribeira Seca is a site in the parish of Machico with more than 300 years, whose
settlement is related with its waves and descendancies in the captaincy of Tristão Vaz.
With a decreasing population since the last decades, it currently has around 2600
inhabitants (in 2021), most of whom are elderly with life stories rooted in their daily lives
and demands.
Their paths can be studied, as is done in the International Network of Museus da
Pessoa and the Center for Digital Storytelling in the USA. Institutions which have been
demonstrating a consistent validity of the methodology of life stories, as testimonies of
individual and collective memory.
Of a lesser scope, but equally important, have been projects at a national level, such
as those carried out by the municipal libraries of Oeiras, the Municipality of Rio Maior
and the Museu das Ruralidades of Castro Verde.
The period under study covers the last 60 years, intersecting the experiences of a
colonial regime with the memories of clandestine emigration and the precarious facilities
of the primary school: Escola do Amparo and Escola da Caçarola – two old buildings
with three classrooms operating different classes.
From these difficulties emerged the need for change through socio-cultural
initiatives, reflected in the literary imagery present in religious songbooks and summer
pilgrimages dedicated to the Santíssimo Sacramento and to Senhora do Amparo.
Aware of the presence of a cultural metamorphosis and the value of the testimonies
of the unique stories of the people of Ribeira Seca, we believe it is important to record,
analyze and divulge the knowledge of the six decades of this journey. An interest that we
still want to highlight, by means of an observatory of convergent/divergent opinions from
the outside, in order to better support the existence of a cultural identity in Ribeira Seca
