Awarenes of the Student Population of Cyber Security Risks on the Internet and Social Networks
Uzimajući u obzir aktualnost teme kibernetičke sigurnosti koja je postala još dominantnijom
donošenjem Zakona o kibernetičkoj sigurnosti ( NN 14/24) koji je stupio na snagu u veljači
ove godine, u ovom radu se pristupilo istraživanju stavova studentske populacije na uzorku
studenata Veleučilišta "Nikola Tesla" u Gospiću kako bi se istražilo njihovo ponašanje i
navike na internetu i društvenim mrežama te utvrdila razina svjesnosti o kibernetičkim
rizicima kojima se izlažu. U istraživanju se nastojalo utvrditi i da li su studenti svjesni
važnosti edukacije o kibernetičkim rizicima te da li imaju strah da bi se njihovi osobni podaci
koje dijele mogli zloupotrijebiti.Taking into account the actuality of the topic of cyber security, which became even more
dominant with the adoption of the Law on Cyber Security (Official Gazette 14/24) that
entered into force in February of this year, this paper investigated the attitudes of the student
population on a sample of students of the "Nikola Tesla" Polytechnic. in Gospić in order to
investigate their behavior and habits on the Internet and social networks and to determine
the level of awareness of cyber risks to which they are exposed. The research also sought to
determine whether students are aware of the importance of education about cyber risks and
whether they fear that their personal data that they share could be misused

Obiteljska poduzeća sa svojim načinom poslovanja imaju mnoge prednosti, ali postoje i
specifični problemi, poput pronalaženja prave ravnoteže između obiteljskog i poslovnog
odnosa, njihove lojalnosti i predanosti obitelji, određivanja autonomije članova ob itelji u radu,
posvećenost obiteljskom prosperitetu poduzeća, te integracija članova koji nisu članovi obitelji
na odgovarajuće pozicije. Po pitanju održivosti i prijenosu poslovanja razne izazove
obiteljskim poduzećima dono s i budućnost. M ala obiteljska poduzeća važan su dio nacionalnog
gospodarstva, čineći veliki udio registriranih poduzeća, s velikim potencijalom zapošljavanja i
velikim udjelom stvorene nove vrijednosti. Kako bi ova poduzeća što uspješnije poslovala,
odnosno osigurala svo j opstanak i razvoj, moraju imati ili raspolagati s dovoljno resursa
financijsk ih sredstva. Zato je potrebno osigurati transparentno i učinkovito pristupanje
financi j s kim sredstvima koja su bitna sastavnic a u poduzetničkom okruženju kako bi mala
obiteljska poduzeća mog la osigurati o dređenu konkurentsku prednost , tako bi brže, lakše i
jeftinije do šla do financiranja.The
subject of this paper are family businesses that are the engine of the Croatian economy.
Family businesses with their way of doing business have many advantages, but there are also
specific problems, such as finding the right balance between family and bus iness relationships,
their loyalty and commitment to the family, determining the autonomy of family members in
work, dedication to the family's prosperity of the company, and the integration of members who
are not members families to appropriate positions. In terms of sustainability and the transfer of
business, the future will bring various challenges to family businesses. Small family businesses
are an important part of the national economy, making up a large share of registered businesses,
with great emp loyment potential and a large share of new value created. In order for these
companies to operate as successfully as possible, i.e. to ensure their survival and development,
they must have or dispose of sufficient financial resources. That is why it is nec essary to ensure
transparent and efficient access to financial resources, which are an essential component in the
entrepreneurial environment, so that small family businesses can secure a certain competitive
advantage because they can get financing faster, easier and cheaper
Establishing an Employment Relationship
Tema ovog završnog rada je zasnivanje radnog odnosa. Rad je započet proučavanjem Zakona o radu kao ključnog pravnog izvora za pisanje ovog rad te ostale literature koja je pomogla prilikom sastavljanja završnog rada. Radni odnos podrazumijeva pravni odnos između poslodavca i radnika. Zasnivanje pravnog odnosa nastaje sklapanjem ugovora o radu između poslodavca i radnika. Ugovor o radu može se sklopiti na neodređeno puno ili nepuno radno vrijeme ili na određeno puno ili nepuno radno vrijeme. Nakon definiranja osnovnih dijelova zasnivanja radnog odnosa navedeni su i neki posebni oblici zasnivanja radnog odnosa kao što su zasnivanje radnog odnosa u državnim službama, zasnivanje radnog odnosa s maloljetnim osobama, studentima i osobama s invaliditetom.
Uz zasnivanje radnog odnosa dio rada posvećen je i prestanku radnog odnosa, navedeni su načini prestanka radnog odnosa između poslodavca i radnika. Glavni oblici prestanka radnog odnosa su redovnim putem i izvanredni putem prestanka radnog odnosa te prestanak radnog odnosa prema sili zakona. Kod prestanka radnog odnosa navedena su i prava radnika na otpremninu i otkazni rok te sudski raskid ugovora i uvjeti mirovanja radnog odnosa.
Za vrijeme pisanja završnog rada najviše je korištena literatura iz domaćih izvora, zakoni i pravilnici, znanstveni članci i web stranice. Glavni cilj ovog završnog rada je pokazati činjenice i problematiku zasnivanja radnog odnosa te njegovog prestanka.The topic of this final thesis is the establishment of an employment relationship. The paper began with the study of the Labor Law as a key legal source for writing this paper and other literature that helped when compiling the final paper. An employment relationship implies a legal relationship between an employer and an employee. The establishment of a legal relationship results from the conclusion of an employment contract between the employer and the employee. The employment contract can be concluded for an indefinite full-time or part-time period or for a certain full-time or part-time period. After defining the basic parts of establishing an employment relationship, some special forms of establishing an employment relationship are also listed, such as establishing an employment relationship in state services, establishing an employment relationship with minors, students and persons with disabilities.
In addition to the establishment of an employment relationship, part of the work is also devoted to the termination of the employment relationship, the methods of termination of the employment relationship between employer and employee are listed. The main forms of termination of employment are regular and extraordinary termination of employment and termination of employment by force of law. When the employment relationship is terminated, the worker's rights to severance pay and the notice period, as well as judicial termination of the contract and conditions for the suspension of the employment relationship are specified.
During the writing of the final paper, the literature from domestic sources, laws and regulations, scientific articles and websites was mostly used. The main goal of this final thesis is to show the facts and issues of establishing an employment relationship and its termination
Overview of Political Parties in the Republic of Croatia from 1990 to the Present
Tijekom proteklih tridesetak godina, politički pejzaž u Republici Hrvatskoj doživio je značajne promjene. Od osamostaljenja 1990. godine, političke stranke su igrale ključnu ulogu u oblikovanju društvenih, ekonomskih i političkih procesa u zemlji. HDZ je bio vodeća stranka tijekom većeg dijela tog razdoblja, provodeći niz reformi i političkih smjerova, dok je SDP bio glavna oporbena stranka s fokusom na socijalnu pravdu i demokratske vrijednosti. S vremenom, politički pejzaž postao je sve raznolikiji, s brojnim strankama koje pokrivaju širok spektar ideologija i interesa. Osim HDZ-a i SDP-a, pojavile su se i druge relevantne stranke poput HNS-a, Mosta, Možemo! te različitih stranaka s manjom podrškom. Ovaj raznoliki politički krajolik odražava širok spektar ideja, vrijednosti i interesa unutar hrvatskog društva Unatoč raznolikosti, političke stranke su se često suočavale s izazovima kao što su korupcija, nepotizam i nedostatak transparentnosti, što je utjecalo na percepciju politike i političara među građanima. Ovi izazovi naglašavaju potrebu za većom odgovornošću, transparentnošću i integritetom u politici.Over the past thirty years, the political landscape in the Republic of Croatia has undergone significant changes. Since gaining independence in 1990, political parties have played a crucial role in shaping the country's social, economic, and political processes. HDZ was the leading party for much of this period, implementing a series of reforms and political directions, while the SDP served as the main opposition party with a focus on social justice and democratic values. Over time, the political landscape has become increasingly diverse, with numerous parties covering a wide range of ideologies and interests. In addition to the HDZ and SDP, other relevant parties have emerged such as the Croatian People's Party - Liberal Democrats (HNS), Most, Možemo and various smaller parties. This diverse political landscape reflects the wide range of ideas, values, and interests within Croatian society. Despite this diversity, political parties have often faced challenges such as corruption, nepotism, and lack of transparency, which have affected public perception of politics and politicians. These challenges underscore the need for greater accountability, transparency, and integrity in politics
Repair of Caused Damage
Ovaj završni rad bavi se temom popravljanja prouzročene štete, razmatrajući pravne norme i odgovornosti koje se primjenjuju u različitim situacijama. Rad je podijeljen u nekoliko ključnih poglavlja. Prvo poglavlje definira pojmove štetne radnje i štete, te analizira odgovornost, uzročnost, protupravnost i krivnju. Drugo poglavlje fokusira se na metode popravljanja štete, uključujući uklanjanje opasnosti i prava oštećenika nakon zastare odštetnog zahtjeva. Treće poglavlje istražuje odgovornost zbog povrede ugovorne obveze, dok četvrto poglavlje donosi primjere iz sudske prakse. Cilj rada je pružiti sveobuhvatan pregled pravnog okvira za popravljanje štete, uz analizu teorijskih i praktičnih aspekata.This thesis addresses the topic of repairing caused damage, examining the legal norms and liabilities applicable in various situations. The work is divided into several key chapters. The first chapter defines the concepts of harmful actions and damage, and analyzes liability, causality, unlawfulness, and fault. The second chapter focuses on methods of repairing damage, including the removal of danger and the rights of the injured party after the statute of limitations for compensation claims. The third chapter explores liability due to breach of contractual obligations, while the fourth chapter provides examples from case law. The aim of the thesis is to offer a comprehensive overview of the legal framework for repairing damage, along with an analysis of theoretical and practical aspects
THE ROLE OF THE PRESIDENT OF REPUBLIC OF CROATIA IN THE FORMATION OF THE GOVERNMENT MANDATE
Uloga predsjednika Republike Hrvatske u sastavu mandata za sastav Vlade nije samo formalna procedura, već ključni faktor koji utječe na stabilnost političkog sistema. Kroz ovaj proces, predsjednik igra vitalnu ulogu u osiguravanju legitimnosti i podrške novoj Vladi. Dajući mandat lideru stranke ili koalicije koja ima parlamentarnu većinu, predsjednik osigurava da nova Vlada ima osnovu za djelovanje i provođenje svojih politika. Osim toga, predsjednik Republike može intervenirati kao posrednik u političkim sukobima i krizama, pokušavajući pronaći kompromise i rješenja koja bi osigurala stabilnost političkog sistema. Njegova neutralnost i autoritet mogu biti ključni u smirivanju tenzija i poticanju suradnje između različitih političkih aktera. Predsjednik Republike ima ulogu simbola nacionalnog jedinstva. By granting a mandate to the leader of the party or coalition with a parliamentary majority, the president ensures that the new Government has a foundation for action and implementation of its policies. Additionally, the President of the Republic can intervene as a mediator in political conflicts and crises, attempting to find compromises and solutions that would ensure the stability of the political system. Their neutrality and authority can be crucial in calming tensions and encouraging cooperation among various political actors. The President of the Republic also serves as a symbol of national unity. Their public appearances, speeches, and initiatives serve as reminders of the common values and interests of all citizens, promoting inclusivity and solidarity within society. Ultimately, the role of the President of the Republic of Croatia in forming the mandate for the composition of the Government has far-reaching consequences on the political climate of the country and its democratic development. Their actions in this process can influence the stability of the political system and the trust of citizens in political institutions. Operational Planning of Entreprenurial Activities
Planiranje je prva i najvažnija funkcija menadžmenta kojom se postavljaju ciljevi razvoja
organizacije te određuje način i vrijeme u kojem će biti ostvareni. Prema razini upravljanja
planiranje može biti strateško, taktičko i operativno. Operativno planiranje odvija se na
najnižoj razini u svim odjelima organizacije koji planiraju programe i mjere u okviru svojih
aktivnosti s kojima će se realizirati strateški ciljevi. Za organizaciju operativno planiranje
ima veliku važnost jer provjerava ostvarivost strateških ciljeva i pravim izborom programa
i mjera osigurava da planirano bude ostvareno. U operativnom planu nabave planiraju se
potrebe za materijalom, količine zaliha, nabava materijala i upravljanje troškovima. Sve
navedene aktivnosti ključne su za sigurnost i ekonomičnost poslovanja, jer osiguravaju da
se proizvodni proces može neometano odvijati, da tržište bude pravovremeno opskrbljeno s
pravom količinom proizvoda i utječe se na visinu troškova i profitabilnost poslovanja. U

Politika nabave daje smjernice za odlučivanje o potrebama za materijalom, načinu nabave,

Operativno planiranje u hotelskim poduzećima važan je instrument za upravljanje

According to the level of management, planning can be strategic, tactical and operational.
Operational planning takes place at the lowest level in all departments of the organization
that plan programs and measures within their activities that will be used to realize strategic
goals. For the organization, operational planning is of great importance because it verifies
the achievement of strategic goals and, with the right choice of programs and measures,
ensures that the plan is realized. In the procurement operational plan, material requirements,
stock quantities, material procurement and cost management are planned. All the mentioned
activities are crucial for the safety and economy of the business, because they ensure that the
production process can take place without interruption, that the market is timely supplied
with the right amount of products, and it affects the level of costs and the profitability of the
business. In the company Valamar Riviera d.d. operational planning is defined by
procurement policy. The procurement policy provides guidelines for deciding on material
needs, procurement methods, stock quantities, ordering dates, procurement costs,
procurement routes and sources. In procurement Valamar Riviera d.d. gives priority to
domestic suppliers and products. Operational planning in hotel companies is an important
instrument for business management, as it affects the excellence of the tourist product and
guest satisfaction
The Role of the Mass Media in Politics
Masovni mediji imaju kljuĉnu ulogu u politici, pruţajući platformu za informiranje
javnosti, oblikovanje javnog mišljenja i promicanje transparentnosti politiĉkog procesa. Oni
omogućavaju graĊanima pristup informacijama o politiĉkim pitanjima i odlukama, te im daju
mogućnost izraţavanja stavova i sudjelovanja u politiĉkom ţivotu. MeĊutim, masovni mediji
takoĊer nose odgovornost da budu objektivni, nepristrani i da izvještavaju slobodno, jer
njihov utjecaj moţe biti zloupotrijebljen ili iskrivljen. Stoga je vaţno podrţavati neovisno
novinarstvo i medijsku pismenost kako bi se osiguralo uravnoteţeno i kvalitetno izvještavanje
koje doprinosi demokratskom procesu.

Technology and Exploitation of Palletization
Paleta je drvena podloga izrađena od dasaka određenih normiranih dimenzija, na koje se tovari roba. Paleta je vrsta pomoćne opreme koja omogućuje formiranje kompaktnog i čvrstog paketa, složenog iz raznih vrsta komadne robe. Treba istaknuti da paleta i paletizacija nisu istoznačnice. Paleta je transportni uređaj izrađen od različitih materijala, a osnovna joj je zadaća da omogući oblikovanje optimalne jedinice manipuliranja. Po svojoj tehnološkoj funkciji konstruktivnim značajkama paleta vjerojatno još nije dosegnula optimum, a njenim će se osobitostima sigurno još baviti i konstruktori i tehnolozi. "Paletizaciju" bi pak trebalo promatrati kao proces primjene paleta u prijevoz robe.A pallet is a wooden base made of boards of certain standardized dimensions, on which goods are loaded. A pallet is a type of auxiliary equipment that enables the formation of a compact and solid package, composed of various types of piece goods. It should be noted that pallet and palletization are not synonymous. A pallet is a transport device made of different materials, and its main task is to enable the formation of an optimal unit of manipulation. According to its technological function, the constructive features of the pallet have probably not yet reached the optimum, and its peculiarities will surely be dealt with by constructors and technologists. "Palletization" would however, it should be seen as a process of applying pallets in the transport of goods
Schengen Regime
Schengenski sporazum stupio je na snagu 1995. godine otkada je započelo postupno ukidanje graničnih kontrola kako bi se promicalo nesmetano kretanje pojedinaca unutar regije. Originalno ga je prihvatilo pet država, a to su bile Belgija, Francuska, Njemačka, Luksemburg i Nizozemska. Naknadno su se dodatne zemlje, poput Austrije, Danske, Finske, Grčke, Islanda, Italije, Norveške, Portugala, Španjolske, Švedske i drugih (uključujući i Republiku Hrvatsku), pridružile schengenskom području. Schengensko područje predstavlja kritično postignuće u priči o europskim integracijama, omogućavajući neograničeno kretanje ljudi, trgovinu i turizam, istovremeno rješavajući sigurnosna strahovanja.
