    Na današnjem globalnom konkurentnom tržištu zahtjevi kupaca se neprestano povećavaju jer kupci danas zahtijevaju poboljšanu kvalitetu proizvoda i usluga. Također, na nekim tržištima postoji sve veća ponuda proizvoda i usluga s konkurentnim cijenama iz zemalja s niskim troškovima rada poput onih na Dalekom istoku, Kini i Indiji. Stalno poboljšanje ukupnih poslovnih aktivnosti s naglaskom na kupca u cijeloj organizaciji i s naglaskom na fleksibilnosti i kvaliteti jedno je od glavnih izazova s kojima se suočavaju tvrtke. Mnoge organizacije na kontinuirano poboljšanje kvalitete gledaju kao na sredstvo pomoću kojeg će preživjeti na sve agresivnijim tržištima i održati prednost pred svojim suparnicima. Kvaliteta je danas koji se često koristi, a postoje razne definicije i tumačenja koja se vežu uz ovaj pojam. Na svijetu ne poji definicija kvalitete koja je općeprihvaćena, ali sve na kraju imaju isti cilj, a to je orijentiranost na kupca i zadovoljenje njegovih potreba i želja.In today’s global competitive market, customer demands are constantly increasing as customers today demand improved quality products and services. Also, in some markets there is a growing supply of competitively priced products and services from low-cost countries such as those in the Middle East, China and India. Continuous improvement of overall business activities with an emphasis on the customer throughout the organization and with an emphasis on flexibility and quality is one of the main challenges facing companies. Many organizations see continuous quality improvement as a means by which they will survive in increasingly aggressive markets and maintain an advantage over their rivals. Quality is often used today, and there are various definitions and interpretations associated with this term. There is no definition of quality in the world that is generally accepted, but at the end everyone has the same goal, which is customer orientation and satisfaction of his needs and desires

    Tehnologije primjene informacijske komunikacije vrlo su važni dijelovi svakodnevnog života posljednjih desetljeća pa tako i e-uprave koja postaje vrlo važna i presudna u učinkovitosti i djelotvornosti rada javne uprave. Uspjeh i opstanak države ovise o administrativnim, ali i tehnološkim strategijama i naporima za postizanje postavljenih ciljeva. Ovaj rad raspravlja o prirodi, cilju i opsegu e-uprave, posebno u smislu potrebe da se upotreba suvremene tehnologije proširi na sve razine javne uprave u interesu vlade i javnosti, posebno građana. Servisi za upravu brzo su se pojavili, posebno u zemljama u razvoju. Mnoge se zemlje danas koriste e-upravom kao alatom za povećanje učinkovitosti, povećanja transparentnosti, prikupljanje više prihoda i olakšavanje reformi javnog sektora. Iznad svega, otkriva se da e-uprava ostaje snažno sredstvo koje omogućuje vladama da pomognu postići neke od svojih ciljeva razvoja i upravnih reforma. E-servisi javne uprave omogućuju pružanje relevantnih državnih i osobnih podataka u elektroničkom obliku pravovremeno i učinkovito građanima kroz primjenu tehnologije u cilju boljeg pružanja usluga, osnaživanju ljudi kroz pristup informacijama bez birokracije, poboljšana produktivnost i ušteda troškova u poslovanju s dobavljačima, kupcima, državama uz istovremeno sudjelovanje u donošenju odluka o javnoj politici države.Technologies for the application of information communication are very important parts of everyday life in recent decades, including e-government, which is becoming very important and crucial in the efficiency and effectiveness of public administration. The success and survival of the state depends on administrative, but also technological strategies and efforts to achieve the set goals. This paper discusses the nature, purpose and scope of e-government, especially in terms of the need to extend the use of modern technology to all levels of public administration in the interest of government and the public, especially citizens. Administration services have emerged rapidly, especially in developing countries. Many countries today use e-government as a tool to increase efficiency, increase transparency, raise more revenue, and facilitate public sector reform. Above all, it is revealed that e-government remains a powerfull tool that allows governments to help achieve some of their development and administrative reform goals. Public administration e-services enable the provision of relevant state and personal data in electronic form in a timely andefficient manner to citizens through the application of technology to provide better services, empower people through access to information without bureaucracy, improved productivity and cost savings in doing business with suppliers, customers, countries simultaneous participationin decision-making on public policy of the state

    U radu se govori o pojmu vodstva, osobinama vođe, te se govori o odnosu vodstva i moći. Dan je i pregled nekoliko odabranih pristupa vodstvu s naglaskom na njihovu primjenu u suvremenim organizacijama. Rad govori o pristupu temeljenom na osobinama, pristupu temeljenom na vještinama, na stilu, situacijskom pristupu, transformacijskom vodstvu, teoriji puta do cilja te novijim stilovima vodstva.The paper discusses the notion of leadership, leadership traits, and the relationship between leadership and power. The relationship between leadership and power is defined as well as the leadership domain that consists of three elements – leader, follower and situation. A few different leadership approaches are considered, with an emphasis on their application in modern organizations. These are as follows: the approach based on leader's qualities; the approach based on leader's skills; the approach based on style; situational approach; transformational leadership; path-goal theory; and some newer leadership styles

    Cilj rada je detaljniji prikaz redovnih i izvanrednih pravnih lijekova u upravnom postupku, načina na koji se oni podnose u kojim slučajevima, te koja su javnopravna tijela koja su nadležna za njihovo rješavanje. U svrhu jasnijeg predočavanja instituta pravnog lijeka analizirati će se sam upravni postupak te upravna stvar kao predmet upravnog postupka nadalje predmet analize biti će također i upravni spor bitne značajke istog, tužba kao temeljni akt uključujući njezine bitne sastojke a slijedom navedenog i postupak nadležnog suda po primitku tužbenog zahtjeva a potom i odlučivanja o tužbenom zahtjevu donošenjem presude. Naposljetku posebnu pažnju treba obratiti na Zakonom propisane rokove kako ne bi došlo do propuštanja ostvarivanja zaštite prava te na pravna pravila koja su u preuzeta iz prava Europske Unije i kao takva implementirana u naš zakonodavni sustav.The aim of this paper is a more detailed presentation of regular and extraordinary legal remedias in administrative proceedings, the manner in wich they are submitted, in which cases, and which are the public law bodies responsible for their resolution. For the purpose of clearer presentation of the institute of legal remediey, the administriative procedure itself will be analyzed and the administrative matter as a subject of administrative procedure. The subject of analysis will also be an andimitstrative dispute of the claim and then deciding on the claim by passing a judgement. Finaly, special attention should be paid to deadlines prescribed by law in order not to fail to exercise the protection of rights and to the leag rulles that are taken from the Law of European Union and as such implemented in our legislative system

Prilikom izrade projekta stručnjaci moraju paziti da projekt bude izrađen u skladu s potrebama društvene zajednice Projekti cestovne prometne infrastrukture uglavnom su investicijski projekti javnog karaktera koji su od strateškog značaja za Republiku Hrvatsku. Takvi projekti su specifični po raznim koristima koje ostvaruju za društvenu zajednicu i ostvarenje dodatnog profita. Prometno planiranje povezano je s prostornim planiranjem i razvojem infrastrukture koja za cilj ima poboljšanje kvalitete života, povećanje učinkovitosti gospodarstva, a provodi se na temelju analiza koje prikazuju dosadašnje stanje u razvoju prometa. Prometno planiranje ključno je za poboljšanje kvalitete prometnih tokova, a dobra prometna povezanost utječe na kvalitetu života ljudi na način da pozitivno utječe na kvalitetu zraka, čistoću vode, očuvanje prirodnih vrijednosti i smanjenje troškova.Traffic improvement projects are being developed to increase traffic safety, facilitate traffic circulation, and protect the environment. When preparing a project, experts must ensure that the project is made in accordance with the needs of the community. Road transport infrastructure projects are mainly public investment projects that are of strategic importance to the Republic of Croatia. Such projects are specific in terms of the various benefits they achieve for the community and the realization of additional profits. Traffic planning is related to spatial planning and infrastructure development, which aims to improve the quality of life, increase the efficiency of the economy, and is carried out based on analyzes that show the current state of transport development. Traffic planning is key to improving the quality of traffic flows, and good transport connectivity affects people's quality of life in a way that positively affects air quality, water purity, conservation of natural values and cost reduction

    Strateško planiranje definiramo kao skup raznih procedura pomoću kojih se donose odluke o dugoročnim ciljevima poduzeća. Strategiju možemo zamisliti kao putanju akcija i reakcija koje pomažu u rukovođenju i usmjeravanju interakcija između poduzeća i njegove okoline. Strateško planiranje je iznimno važno za svako poduzeće jer se pomoću strateškog planiranja poduzeće razvija i opstaje na tržištu. Mala i srednja poduzeća često su ograničena radi nedostatka strateškog kontrolinga. Informatička nepismenost, nedostatak radnog iskustva, nisko znanje o vođenju poduzeća samo su neki od nedostataka u malom i srednjem poduzetništvu koji iznimno utječu na njihovo strateško planiranje. Glavni izazov strateškog menadžmenta proizlazi iz stalne želje za istraživanjem, ali i upoznavanjem vlastite okoline kako poslovne, tako i one općenite u kojoj poduzeće raste i razvija se.Strategic planning is defined as a set of various procedures used to make decisions about long-term goals of a company. We can think of strategy as a path of actions and reactions that help manage and direct interactions between the company and its environment. Strategic planning is extremely important for every company because with the help of strategic planning the company develops and survives in the market. SMEs are often constrained by a lack of strategic control. Informatics illiteracy, lack of work experience, low knowledge of running a business are just some of the shortcomings in small and medium enterprises that greatly affect their strategic planning.     Društveni ugovor je temeljni pravni akt društva s ograničenom odgovornošću koji sklapaju svi članovi društva, odnosno osnivači u obliku javnobilježničke isprave, kojim se uređuju pitanja ustroja i unutarnjeg djelovanja društva, te druga pitanja koja se inače uređuju ugovorom. Ako se na osnivanje društva odluči jedna osoba, temeljni pravni akt društva s ograničenom odgovornošću naziva se izjava o osnivanju, za koju vrijedi sve što vrijedi i za društveni ugovor. Svaki se društveni ugovor sastoji od minimalnih zakonom propisanih sastojaka te fakultativnih sastojaka o kojima odlučuju članovi društva. Društveni ugovor, kao temeljni ustrojbeni akt jednog društva, ne mijenja se na način kako se inače mijenjaju ugovori, a izmjenom društvenog ugovora smatra se svaka izmjena ili dopuna njegovih odredaba. Postupak izmjene društvenog ugovora posebno je propisan Zakonom o trgovačkim društvima.Articles of association is a basic legal act of a limited liability company, which is established by all members of the company respectively by all the founders, in the shape of notrial document, which regulates the organization and internal function of the company and other issues that are normally regulated by an agreement. When a foundation of a company is established by one person, then the basic legal act of a limited liability company is called the declaration of the establishment, which has the same rules as the articles of association. Each articles of association consists of minimum parts presribed by law and other optional parts, which are decided upon by the members of the company. Articles of association, as basic organizational act of the company, does not change like agreements usually do. Changing the articles of association means change or supplement its regulations. The process of changes of the articles of association is specifically presribed by law

    Tema ovog završnog rada je osnivanje javnih ustanova u Republici Hrvatskoj. U uvodnom dijelu uvodi se čitatelja u samu bit teme te se ukratko navodi što slijedi u nastavku rada, odnosno objašnjava se pojam te opći i posebni izvori prava za javne ustanove. Svakako je najbitnija činjenica u uvodu rada tko mogu biti osnivaĉi ustanove. Zatim se obrađuje postupak osnivanja ustanove u slučajevima kada je osnivatelj Republika Hrvatska, jedinica lokalne i područne (regionalne) samouprave te kada ustanovu osniva više osnivača. Neki članci potkrijepljeni su primjerima iz prakse. Nadalje se analizira konkretan akt o osnivanju, opisuje se uloga privremenog ravnatelja te se opisuje upis ustanove u sudski registar. Na kraju je zaključak koji daje glavnu misao rada.The theme of this final thesis is the establishment of public institutions in the Republic of Croatia. The introduction introduces the reader to the very essence of the topic and briefly states what is written in the rest of the thesis, ie explains the concept and general and special sources of law for public institutions. Certainly, the most important fact in the introduction is who can be the founders of the institution. Then, the procedure of establishing the institution is processed in cases when the founder is the Republic of Croatia, a unit of local and regional self-government and when the institution is founded by several founders. Some articles are supported by practical examples. Furthermore, the specific founding act is analyzed, the role of the interim director is described and the entry of the institution in the court register is described. Finally, there is a conclusion which provides the main idea of the thesis

    Pravna posljedica stjecanja svojstva pravne osobe trgovačkoga društva jest ta da trgovačko društvo može u pravnom prometu stjecati prava i preuzimati obveze, može biti vlasnikom pokretnih i nepokretnih stvari, te može tužiti i biti tuženo pred državnim ili izbranim sudom i sudjelovati u drugim postupcima. Obveze trgovačkih društava osoba nisu neposredne obveze njihovih članova, iako članovi društava osoba odgovaraju za obveze takvih društava. S druge strane, kao pravni subjekt odvojen od članova, niti trgovačko društvo ne odgovara za obveze svog člana. S obzirom da društva osoba nemaju zakonom utvrđeni temeljni kapital, radi zaštite vjerovnika ustanovljeno je da članovi javnoga trgovačkoga društva i komplementari u komanditnome društvu odgovaraju za obveze društva osobno, solidarno i neograničeno cijelom svojom imovinom.The legal consequence of acquiring the status of a legal entity of a company is that the company may acquire rights and assume obligations in legal transactions, may be the owner of movable and immovable property, and may sue and be sued before a state or selected court and participate in other proceedings. The obligations of companies of persons are not the direct obligations of their members, although the members of companies of persons are liable for the obligations of such companies. On the other hand, as a legal entity separate from the members, neither company is liable for the obligations of its member. Since companies of persons do not have a statutory share capital, in order to protect creditors, it has been established that members of a public company and general partners in a limited partnership are liable for the company's obligations personally, jointly and severally with all their assets
