Bingöl’den İki Bupleurum L. (Apiaceae) Türünün Uçucu Yağ Kompozisyonu ve Potansiyel Kullanılabilirliği.
No full textUmbelliferae (Apiaceae) familyasındaki bitkilerin birçoğu uçucu yağ içerikleri açısından zengin ve tıbbi–aromatik özelliklere sahip olup, bu familyaya ait üyelerin birçoğu tıbbi ve ekonomik açıdan değerli bitkilerdir. Bupleurum L. cinsi Apiaceae familyasındadır ve ülkemizde 49 takson içerip, bu taksonların 21’i endemiktir. Dünyada yaklaşık yüz kadar tür içeren Bupleurum üyeleri, daha çok kuzey yarımkürede yayılmış olup, özellikle Avrasya’da ilginç tıbbi özelliklerinden dolayı yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadırlar. Bupleurum üyelerinin birçoğu halk tıbbında; genel soğuk algınlıklarında, iltihap giderici, hepatit, sıtma, kanser, menopozal sendrom ve gastroenterik hastalıkların tedavisinde kullanılmakta olup, antimutajenik ve bağışıklık sistemini güçlendirme gibi etkilere de sahiptir. Bu çalışmada Bingöl’de doğal yayılış gösteren Bupleurum gerardii All. ve Bupleurum rotundifolium L. bitkilerinin kurutulmuş toprak üstü kısımlarının uçucu yağ içeriği HS–SPME/GC–MS yöntemi ile tespit edildi. B. gerardii ve B. rotundifolium türlerinin sırasıyla toplam yağ miktarı olan %89.5 ve %90.6’lık değerlerinden 21 ve 23 bileşen tespit edildi. Undecane –pinen (%15.8) B. gerardii’nin; –pinen (%29.7), spathulenol (%25.6) ve germakren D (%18.4) ise B. rotundifolium’un ana bileşenleri olarak bulundu. Sonuçta, literatürde konuyla ve kullanılan yöntem ilgili az çalışmaya rastlanan bu bitkilerin uçucu yağ içerikleri bakımından zengin olduğu bulunmuş ve kullanım alanının genişletilmesi yönünden ileride bu konuda yapılacak olan çalışmalara veri kaynağı sağlanmıştır
Essential oil composition of endemic sideritis dichotoma huter (lamiaceae) from Turkey
No full textSideritis L. has a significant place among the other Lamiaceae genera owing to high percentage of endemism. The genus patterns are used as medicinal and herbal plants all over the world and Turkey. The plant is showed a strong antioxidant activities and it has diuretic effect. In this study, chemical composition of essential oil obtained by hydrodistillation of Sideritis dichotoma Huter was investigated by GC and GC-MS. The essential oils yield is 0.3 (v/w). Thirty nine components were comprised the 96.7% of the total essential oil extracted from the plant sample. The predominant compounds of plant were determined as -pinene (28.5%), -pinene (22.5%), limonene (4.6%) and -terpinene (4.5%). The results were discussed with the genus patterns in means of chemotaxonomy and natural products
DNA dizilimlerinin sınıflandırılmasında karar ağacı algoritmalarının karşılaştırılması
No full textDNA dört tip nükleotidden oluşan bir zincir moleküldür. Son yıllarda DNA üzerinde yapılan çalışmalarda, DNA ‘daki nükleotid dizilişlerinin birbiri ardı sıra tekrar ettiği görülmüştür. STR olarak adlandırılan ve çeşitli alanlarda kullanılan bu tekrarlar genetik hastalıklarda, adli amaçlı kimlik tespitinde, babalık araştırmaları ve tümör biyokimyasal araştırılmaları gibi birçok farklı amaçlar için kullanılmaktadır.
Bu makale çalışmasında, 4 bakteri türünün farklı uzunluklardaki DNA dizilimleri alınarak, bu dizilimlerde tekrar eden nükleotid çiftlerin frekansı bulunmuş ve elde edilen bu frekans değerlerine Karar Ağacı algoritmalarından J48, LMT ve RandomForest uygulanarak bir sınıflandırılma yapılmıştır. Sınıflandırma sonucunda RandomForest algoritmasının, J48 ve LMT algoritmalarından sınıflandırma başarımının çok daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür
Learners’ perceptions towards interactive multimedia environments
No full textIn this study, 113 participants’ (N= 113) perceptions of a specific Interactive Multimedia Environment (IME) (i.e. World Talk English software) and any differences between their perceptions in terms of gender, age, job and Foreign Language Learning (FLL) period were investigated thoroughly in the spring of 2012. The study was both quantitative and qualitative in nature. The results were analysed with SPSS (i.e. Mean, Std. Deviation, Independent Samples t Test, ANOVA, Chi-square). The results revealed that the language learners (LLs) were overwhelmingly in favour of the use of the IME for FLL. The LLs believed that not only did the IME benefit them in different ways, but it also contributed to the enhancement of their learning. They also felt that the IME could and should have been further improved. Moreover, the results revealed that there were some significant differences between their perceptions in terms of gender, age and job

değerini mutlak kutsal olan Allah Teâlâ’dan aldıkları için değerlidirler. Yani yaratılanlar Yaratan’dan dolayı sevilir ve değer bulurlar. Bu sebeple; zaman, mekân ve eşya kutsallıklarını “Mutlak Kutsal” olan Allah Teâlâ’dan alıp izafî olarak kutsal sayılmaktadırlar

Capacitance-voltage-frequency measurements of Al/Azure C/p type Si heterojunction
No full textIn this study, we fabricated Al/Azure C/p type Si heterojunction by thermal evaparation. Electrical characterization of the device was investigated and calculated some diodes parameters, such as ideality factor (n) and barrier height (Φ). Capacitance –voltage and capacitance-frequency measurement of the device were taken at room temperature 100 kHz-1000 MHz step by 100 kHz. As can be seen the figure, the device has been shown that the measure capacitance decreases with increasing frequency and capacitance decreases with decreasing voltage at room temperature
Determination of L X-ray fluorescence parameters for Ho, Lu, W, Hg and Bi
No full textIn this work, L X-ray fluorescence cross sections, L sub-shell fluorescence yields and level widths and radiative vacancy transfer probabilities of L sub-shells to Mi, Ni and Oi sub-shells were measured for the elements Ho, Lu, W, Hg and Bi. Energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) technique was used to measure L X-ray photons. To obtain related parameters, we used 59.54keV gamma photons of 241Am radioactive point source. Emitted L X-ray photons from targets were collected by means of a Si(Li) detector with resolution of 180eV at 5.9keV. The present results are generally in a good agreement with theoretical calculations and the other results obtained in the literature, within their range considering experimental uncertainty

No full textThis study was conducted to figure out the effects of pleasure, preferences and habits of consumers in
the central province of Bingol. Of household’s living in the central province in Bingol, the level of income, food
expenditures, decision-making and buying process were discussed. To achieve this purpose, the data was
obtained by questionnaire from 384 households, and sample size of was determined with Unclustered
Probability Sampling Method. In the results obtained from this study, average monthly egg consumption per
family and per person were 61.6 and 146.3, respectively. According to the survey, 44.1% of the consumers
purchased eggs twice a week while 27.8% of them purchasing once a month. In terms of color preference, 36.8
and 20% of consumer preferred white eggs and brown eggs by respectively. On the other hand, the egg
percentages used up by consumer in breakfast, paid attention egg size and egg preferred from market were 88,
69.3 and 77.3%, respectively.
As a result, it could be said that it is very important to revise production model by taking account
consumer demand to increase egg consumption

No full textThis study was conducted to compare of rangeland vegetation in Çiçekyayla Village, Center-Bingöl, as
well as herbage yield and grazing capacity. İn the study, the mean green herbage yield apd hay
herbage yield were determined 178.14 kg/da and 46.49 kg/da. Percent contributions of grasses,
legumes and other family plants of the hay yield were 29.61%, 4.08% and 66.31% respectively. The
mean quality scores of the pastures it was determined 2.59 and pasture condition class found
"poor". Grazing capacity of the pasture found 1.24 BBHB. The mean crude protein and crude protein
yield of the hay herbage yield were determined 16.08% and 7.33 kg/da
