Effect of learning in gerontological nursing learning from “Activity Care Practice” using case studies and role plays
application/pdf【要旨】本研究の目的は,教員が作成した事例と看護師役・高齢者役の体験を活用した「アクティビティケア」演習において,学生が得た学びの内容を明らかにし,今後の講義・演習・実習での指導内容・方法を構築するための基礎資料とすることである.学生の演習後レポートの内容を,KH Coderの「共起ネットワーク」を用いて単語の共起関係を探索することでカテゴリー化した.その結果,≪高齢者が安心してアクティビティケアに参加できる計画の立案と実施≫≪使用する物品の工夫と改善≫≪看護師役の声かけと高齢者役の体験≫≪心身機能と社会参加の維持・QOLの向上≫≪場の雰囲気づくり≫≪脳への刺激≫のカテゴリーが抽出された.学生は,ロールプレイを体験することで,アクティビティケアの効果を学ぶことができた.しかし,高齢者に対する声かけに関しては,指導方法を改善していく必要があることが明らかとなった.Abstract: The purpose of the study is to analyze the amount of knowledge retained by students in “Activity Care Practice” using case studies curated by teachers who are experienced nurses, to analyze the role of older adults in gerontological, and to provide basic data for constructing contents and methods to teach future lectures, conduct practices, and practicum. The data from the students’ post-practice reports were categorized by searching for word co-occurrence relationships in KH Coder’s “co-occurrence network.” As a result, the following categories were extracted: “Planning and implementation of plans that enable older adults to participate in activity care without anxiety,” “Devising items to be used and their improvement,” “Experience of communicating as a nurse and the experience of acting as an older adult,” “Maintaining mind/body function and improving community participation/improvement in quality-of-life,” “Creating a pleasant atmosphere,” and “Activation of the brain.” The activity care practices effectively helped the students learn by allowing them to experience role-play. Minor Troubles Perceived by Primipara/Multipara and Characteristics of Early/Mid/Late Term Pregnancy Revealed from Fingertip Pulse in Pregnant Women (The second report) -Analysis of the data collected in two years-
application/pdf【要旨】妊婦100人に指尖脈波の非線形解析の手法を用いて,妊娠3期(初期・中期・後期)の特徴を検証した。指尖脈波は心の外部適応力(元気さ)の指標となる最大リアプノフ指数(LLE: Largest Lyapnov Exponent)と,交感神経と副交感神経のバランス(ANB; Autonomic Nerve Balance)からストレスとリラックスの状態がわかる。結果,6領域中4領域のゾーン「理想」47.0%,「準理想」46.0%,「ゆううつ」2.0%,「気が緩みすぎ」5.0%に分布し,高ストレス者は4.0%該当した。妊娠3期の特徴は,初期に「易疲労感の程度」「倦怠感・胃の不快感の頻度と程度」「手足の冷えの頻度」「気分の悪化」が多く,指尖脈波による妊婦の健康状態の可視化が,医療職者等の支援者と妊婦等の要支援者との間の情報共有の手段の1つとなり,情報共有の結果,初期からの支援強化の重要性が導かれた。Abstract: Nonlinear analysis was performed for fingertip pulse of 100 pregnant women to examine the characteristics of the early, mid, and late term pregnancy. The fingertip pulse shows the state of stress and relaxation based on the Largest Lyapnov Exponent (LLE), an index to measure the external adaptability (mental vitality), and the autonomic nerve balance (ANB). The results showed that the participants were distributed to the following four out of six zones: 47.0% in the “ideal” zone, 46.0% in the “semi-ideal,” 2.0% in the “depressed,” with 5.0% in the “too relaxed”, and 4.0% were determined to show high-stress. For the characteristics of the three terms of pregnancy, “severity of fatigue,” “frequency and severity of malaise and stomach discomfort,” “frequency of having cold hands and feet,” and “deterioration in mood” were common in the early term. Visualization of the health conditions of pregnant women by fingertip pulse is one measure in sharing information between supporters such as healthcare professionals and those who need the support such as the pregnant women. The findings suggest the importance of strengthening support from the early term.departmental bulletin pape
Learning from the class on infection prevention skills for nursing students under the influence of the environment created by the new coronavirus infection.
1050300147293540096application/pdf【要旨】本研究は,新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響下にある看護学生が感染予防技術の授業後の学びとその活用を明らかにすることを目的に内容分析した。感染予防技術の授業からの学びは,【正しい知識の重要性】【感染予防技術の重要性】【医療従事者として行う感染予防技術】【日頃からの感染に対する意識の向上】【個人情報リテラシーの重要性】であった。看護職として感染予防についてどのように活用していきたいかについては,【基本的な感染症対策の徹底】【院内感染を防止】【身近な人に感染予防への呼び掛け】【プライバシーの保護】【明らかになってくる知識・技術を将来に活かす】であった。学生は,行動変容の体験により現実的に学ぶことができ,看護職としての役割や立場についても認識したと考えられる。Abstract: This study was content-analyzed with the aim of clarifying the learning and utilization of infection prevention skills after the class on infection prevention skills attended by nursing students under the influence of the environment created by the new coronavirus infection. The learnings from the infection prevention skills class were ”importance of correct knowledge”, ”importance of infection prevention skills”, ”infection prevention skills to be performed as a healthcare professional”, ”increased awareness of infection on a daily basis”, and ”importance of personal information literacy”. The students were asked how they would like to utilize infection prevention as nurses: ”Thorough implementation of basic infection control measures”, ”Prevention of nosocomial infections”, ”Encouragement of infection prevention of those close to them”, ”Protection of privacy”, and ”Future utilization of knowledge and skills revealed to them”.
