No full text110010038823application/pdf災害時には地域にすでに存在している問題が顕在化され、災害発生前の段階としては地域の多様な問題を地域住民が主体となり相互の助け合いによって解決していくためのネットワーク構築が必要とされている。しかしながら、ネットワークの構築やまちづくりが防災に与える影響についての論文が多くある中、その促進要因として圏域の設定の有効性は明らかにされていない。そこで、本論では、防災の重要性、防災意識の高まり、さらに、災害弱者の視点から述べ、地域をいくつかの圏域に分けて支援していく手法として、現在展開されている日常生活圏域について明らかにし、中学校区での日常生活圏域の限界からより細分化された小学校区の活用について、制度面や実際の地域の取り組み等からその有用性について明らかにした。departmental bulletin pape

No full text110010038827application/pdfここ最近、施設内における介護職員による利用者に対しての虐待行為の増加が目立ってきている。新聞やテレビで介護職員の施設内で起こした凄惨なニュースを見ない日はないほどの状況になっている。平成25年度に行った厚生労働省の調査結果によると、高齢者虐待の原因となっている要因として、介護職員の教育や知識、技術に問題があったとされるケースが調査全体の総数の66.3%を占めており、いかに介護職員に対する教育力が現場で低下しているのかが、数字として目に見える形として表れてきている。つまりは、今の介護職員にとって倫理観、想像力の欠如、利用者が今まで歩んできた人生を含め、包括的にとらえていくアセスメント能力が欠如してしまった結果が、このような不祥事につながってきているのではないだろうか。今回の実践活動報告において、自身が勤務していた認知症専門病棟の精神科病院において20代男性介護職員に対し、利用者と関わる上で著者自身が考案した面接指導プログラムに添った支援を通して、いかにその指導プログラムを受けたことにより、対象者自身が利用者に対する関わり方の変化があったのかについて報告していく。そして凄惨な状況が繰り返されている状況において、利用者に対する想像力を豊かにし、言葉で表現できない表情やしぐさなどに意識を向け、様々な思いをアセスメントしていくことの重要性について示唆していく。departmental bulletin pape
Reality and Challenges of Scholarship Students in Universities. －Considerations on the result of a questionnaire to students in regional universities－
No full text110010022546application/pdf大学生の奨学金の借入の実態と課題を明らかにするために,大学生を対象としたアンケート調査を行った。そのなかで,特に地方大学の学生に焦点をあてて分析した。前提として奨学金問題の背景には,学費負担者の収入が減少しつつあるなかで,奨学金を借りて進学せざるを得ない状況になっていることがある。調査結果より,奨学金制度の情報は高校の教員から得て,申し込み時には親に相談していること,在学中の受け取りは,3分の1の学生が親の手元で受け取っていること,奨学金は少しでも残そうとしていること,などがみえてきた。また,少数ではあるが家計補助的に給付している実態もうかびあがった。Aiming at unveiling the reality and challenges that university students who are receiving a scholarship may have, aquestionnaire was conducted to students of mainly regional universities. The background surrounding the scholarship systems lies ondecreasing household income of their family, payer of their children's tuition fees, making it necessary for students to get ascholarship in order to continue their student life. The result of the questionnaire revealed several facts including (1) students usuallyget information on scholarship systems from their high school teachers, (2) they tend to consult with their parents if they should applyfor a scholarship, (3) while they are in university, a third of the scholarship students receive their scholarship money through theirparents, and (4) they try to save scholarship money as much as possible without using them up. The Nutrition Status of Children Living in Rural Nepal －A comparison of 1994 and 2012 survey results from N village－
No full text110010022547application/pdf今後のネパール農村地域の児の栄養状態改善のための栄養・食教育実践に必要な基礎資料を得るために,ネパール農村地域N村で1994年と2012年に実施された食生活調査の対象児のうち,5歳未満児20人ずつの体格指数からみた栄養状態と食事内容を検討することを目的とした。2012年の調査の対象児は1994年の対象児と比べ栄養状態がよく,食事内容では動物性食物,特に肉を食べている児,主食,主菜,副菜のそろう食事をとっている児の比率が高かったことから,入手可能な食物から作った料理で構成される食事の内容を変えることで児の栄養状態を改善できる可能性のあることが示唆された。一方で,栄養転換が始まっている可能性もみられ,今後は生活習慣病予防の視点を加えた栄養教育が必要とされていくのではないかと考えられた。This study compared the results of 1994 and 2012 dietary surveys on nutrition status and meal content, respectivelyconducted in 20 children under five years of age from N village in rural Nepal. Compared to children from the 1994 survey, thosefrom the 2012 survey had better nutrition statuses, with a higher proportion consuming meals comprising a grain dish, a vegetabledish, and a main dish (e.g. meat, eggs, or soy-beans), and a higher proportion consuming animal products, particularly meat. Takentogether, these results suggest that nutrition status improvement is possible, and furthermore indicate the possibility that a nutritiontransition was beginning. Therefore, it is thought that additional nutrition education focusing on the prevention of lifestyle-relateddiseases may be necessary.departmental bulletin pape
A study on the Selection Factors of Sports Training Camp on the Top Sports Teams in Hokkaido
