Defining transnational organised crime in international law
Get PDFIt is often claimed that international terrorism and transnational organised crime constitute two of the most serious challenges currently facing the international community, and there has recently been an attempt to examine the legal relationship between international terrorism and transnational organised crime. While there is no agreed-upon definition of terrorism in the international community, the definition of transnational organised crime is established in the UNTOC. However, critical views have been expressed that the UNTOC definition of transnational organised crime is overly broad and may raise interpretative issues. Although the UNTOC definition of transnational organised crime can be credited with having the flexibility to adapt to use against emerging criminal activities, any gaps or ambiguities in the definition are of concern in terms of creating a legal ‘gray area’. Thus, we should not abandon our efforts to form a more comprehensive definition, acknowledging that the UNTOC lacks an accurate legal definition of transnational organised crime.departmental bulletin pape
Daily use of information devices by teacher training course students and development of ICT utilization instructional skills
Get PDF本研究では，教職課程学生の情報機器の日常的利用と学校教育における文部科学省の示す「ICT活用指導力」に関する学生の認識の関係を教職課程履修者へのアンケート調査から検討した。その結果，教職課程学生の情報機器の日常的利用に関する項目は因子分析の結果を基に，携帯等を主に用いる「携帯等主用項目」と，パソコンを主に用いる「PC 主用項目」とパソコンの利用は得意と感じている「PC 使用得意感項目」3つに分けられた。この3つの項目と，「ICT 活用指導力」の関係をパス解析によって検討したところ，PC の操作に習熟していると感じている学生は，ICT活用指導力の4つともに，指導力があると認識する傾向があると自分を捉えている。しかし，PC 主用項目の得点が高い学生は，比較的良くPC を使っているにもかかわらず，教材研究や校務などにICT 活用指導する能力が高いとは思っていないことが示された。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF改訂（2022年）された「生徒指導提要」における「性に関する課題」を，旧版（2010年）の内容と比較しながら概観する。さらに「プロアクティブな生徒指導」に焦点化して「性に関する課題」，ことに「生命の安全教育」および「性同一性障害」への対応ついて，留意すべきことを述べる。そして，改訂版でも生徒指導との関連の強さを示された特別活動の枠組みにおいて，取り組めることを提案する。特に学級活動「内容⑵」と児童会・生徒会活動の面から，現場の文脈に沿って具体的な活動内容を提案する。「性に関する課題」は，人権に強く関連する。つまり学校教育における「性に関する課題」への取組で問われるのは，教師その人，また教員集団のもつ人権感覚の鋭さなのである。departmental bulletin pape
The Meiji hygiene administration, prison labor, and prison doctors : An analysis on disease and prisoners’ labor physicality
Get PDF明治期の衛生分野は重要な内政の一部であり，国家衛生論として軍隊，行政，そして工業の発展において基礎的概念として捉えられていた。本論文では，明治初･中期の監獄を監獄資料，特に北海道の集治監（1879-1903）を中心に衛生・病に関する身体への関与がどのように労働と交差させたカテゴリーを通じてなされたのかを分析する。また，そのプロセスの中で明治期に入り，新たに誕生した監獄医の役割を考察する。監獄官吏として国家権威であると同時に西洋の医学知識･技術を身につけた科学的権威として地位を確立させていった。囚人労働が監獄医，つまり，国家･科学により維持され，病は労働の生産性を「健康的」に維持する規定を構築する。しかし，科学者として，病と囚人労働の因果について医学調査を行い，労働の軽減や改善を求めたケースもあり，多義的な役割も見いだせる。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF「新たなる認識論理の構築」シリーズの第20篇である。前回の「集合論のアポリア」に続き，今回は量子力学のアポリアを取り上げる。1視点古典的世界像の問題を2視点認識構造から見る筆者の視点は，ここでも一貫している。量子力学におけるアポリアは，そこに垣間見える2視点認識構造をあくまで古典物理1視点モデルで解釈しようとするところに根差している。観測問題，シュレディンガーの猫，EPRパラドクスしかりである。それらをより認識論の視点から見ることで，アポリア解決への新たな地平が開けてくる。観測で決定されるのは対象の状態ではなく，観測者の立ち位置（内部状態）である。それは，「モノそのものであるコト」を記述する言語の必要性をやはり要請してくるのである。departmental bulletin pape

Get PDFThe aim of the paper is to introduce a linguistic phenomenon termed ‘that-trace’ effect, which has long been studied by generative syntacticians, and yet remains unsolved, to those who work in the framework of construction grammar, and more broadly, cognitive linguistics. It does not seem productive for both camps (i.e. generative syntacticians and cognitive linguists) to criticize or ignore each other because their paradigms are theoretically incompatible. Instead, it is hoped that both groups will share the results of their research and try to communicate with each other so that they can cooperatively explore new possibilities of effective and convincing explanations on linguistic phenomena.departmental bulletin pape

Get PDF本稿は，ピア・サポーターと相談援助経験を有する専門職との協働によるダブルケア当事者を対象とした個別相談事業の取り組みから，その意義や可能性，課題について検討を行った。個別相談事業の利用実績，利用者アンケート，運営スタッフによる振り返り内容の分析からは，専門的な相談援助とは異なる経験的知恵の共有や情緒的支援を中心とした相談へのニーズが窺えるとともに，行政・相談支援機関との連携が課題として浮かび上がった。また，本事業は，当事者支援の役割に加え，ピア・サポーターと専門職との協働による学び合い，相互理解の場としての可能性が示唆された。departmental bulletin pape
